There were some iconic characters on the show, and Ray J was certainly able to increase his profile with the series. However, there are some former contestants who seem to be upset about their time on their show. Some are even using how their life has turned out as an excuse for going on racist rants.

Below, you can see that Danger from For The Love Of Ray J is one of those people. In her rant, she claimed that black people have been the source of all of her problems. She claims that had she married a white man, she wouldn’t be dealing with what she’s going through right now. It is a cruel, absurd, and harmful rant that has left many fans in a state of shock. In fact, most believe that Danger is to blame for her own problems and that she should hold her own self accountable.

Travis Scott Fans Convinced That Billboard Orchestrated A Heist To Let Sabrina Carpenter Go Number One

Whenever Travis Scott falls just short of winning something, it feels like his fans can be more upset than him. That seems to be the case, at least for now. If you head over to X (formerly Twitter), you are going to see a lot of angry reactions over Sabrina Carpenter narrowly defeating La Flame in the intense sales battle. Overall, that isn’t really news. However, what is interesting is the fact that fans of Travis Scott are accusing Billboard of tampering with the final results. According to an account by the name of In The Mix, they came across some apparent video evidence of this “robbery”.

In the allegedly accurate footage, a user is navigating the Music Connect platform and heads over to a “Daily Billboard 200” data base. After clicking on it, it shows the week in which the sales would be tallied, August 22-29. As you’ll be able to see, the results before the final recount show that Scott was actually ahead of Sabrina, 365,817 to 354,436. Of course, the official results were 362,000 to 361,000 in favor of the pop hitmaker. Furthermore, it shows that DAYS BEFORE RODEO was whaling on Short n’ Sweet in terms of physical sales, 333,582 to 177,382.

Travis Scott Fans Claim To Have Proof Of Billboard’s Shenanigans

Conversely, the actual numbers were 331,000 for Scott and 184,000 for Carpenter. For context, the clip was posted on X about 12 hours ago, quite a bit after the last count was announced. Overall, the fans could have valid evidence, but it’s definitely hard to be 100% sure. Billboard, among others, go back forth on whether or not include bundles, deluxe versions, and etc. into the total. In this case, if this video is true then there may be a chance that they removed some sales. Or there could have been an honest mistake and they did in fact include all of the different packages each artist offered.

The Weeknd has confirmed that his sixth studio album and the final in his ongoing trilogy will be titled, Hurry Up Tomorrow. It follows 2020’s After Hours and 2022’s Dawn FM. The Weeknd made the announcement on his Instagram page on Wednesday while sharing more details about the highly-anticipated project.

“Yesterday was fourteen years ago… We held our breath, falling into a shimmering sea in the after hours of the night. Attempted to cleanse the wounds with melodies and lights, a bulletproof bandage to shield what lies beneath…,” he wrote in a video showing red text scrolling up the screen. “In a place where the seasons never changed, where time ceased to exist. But therein lays the problem. Today has felt like an endless spin. I keep distorting the truth, immune to the dizziness, numb to the nausea. What lies beneath — screams in silence… i look in the mirror and feel both old and new stuck in limbo and unable to move. I still haven’t faced myself… The very thing that once made me invincible failed me on the world stage. A new trauma surfaced. When today ends, I’ll discover who I am.”

On September 2, Cardi shared a tweet saying she’s sold over half a million album units in the US this year, despite Invasion Of Privacy being her only album. Cardi added, “Album still sellin like good quality p*ssy ….OKAY OKAY let me stop playing and drop this second album.”

Cardi has put fans on a bit of a roller coaster in 2024. In May, she wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “NO album this year I don’t care I’m relaxing this year ..Dropping these features I already committed to and traveling and enjoying my summer.”

She did a 180 a couple months later, though, when she wrote, “I wanna say this to Bardi gang or anybody who’s just a fan of my music or even my craziness. I have my good days and my bad days but you know what, whether it’s good or bad I couldn’t be happier with the obvious anticipation for my album..Sometimes I get a little aggressive because yall know I don’t like to be told what to do but I promise you it’s coming THIS YEAR. Ralo Insists He Didn’t Mean To Diss Boosie Badazz Amid Heated Back And Forth

Ralo says that he meant no disrespect when he remarked that he doesn’t want to be “on stage like Boosie [Badazz]” when he’s in his 40s and 50s. The remark, which he made in a viral clip on social media, sent Boosie on a tirade on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday night. Speaking about the situation on Instagram Live, Ralo attempted to clarify what he meant.

“When I get that age, I want to be worshiping my Lord,” he asserted. “I want to be deep involved in my religion and in my community.” Ralo explained that it’s perfectly acceptable for “the G.O.A.T.s” of hip-hop to still perform as they get older, but he’s not as passionate about his rap career. He also claimed to have helped Boosie out of financial trouble in the past. “You sent your girlfriend over there to get some money,” he added. “Not for no features, not for no verses, just because you needed it.”

Drakeo The Ruler Wrongful Death Lawsuit Receives Frustrating Update

The West Coast and the hip-hop world in general lost a true legend in Drakeo the Ruler back in 2021. If you remember, he was tragically stabbed backstage at the Once Upon a Time in L.A. event. Specifically, the festival took place at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles, very close to the Los Angeles Coliseum. That’s where the USC Trojans play. So, because of their proximity to that 2021 show, they were included in the wrongful death lawsuit.

Live Nation and others were also included in the paperwork, and the former tried to file a motion to dismiss their involvement in 2023. However, the entertainment company is not out of the woods, as the judge ruled against that. Now, according to AllHipHop, USC is also trying to wiggle their way out of the suit as of August 29. The judge overlooking this case, Judge Kerry Bensinger, is already lined up to consider the motion at a hearing on November 18.

Drakeo The Ruler’s Case Remains Unsolved

The university had a few statements trying to prove that they aren’t culpable in any way. “The backstage area where [Drakeo] was attacked was not a part of the Coliseum property, the Sports Arena property or any property leased or controlled by USC”. Later, university lawyers added, “USC was not involved in the production of the music festival itself. It was not involved in selecting the performers, setting the performance schedule or determining how many all-access passes any artist would be allocated”.

Overall, it’s extremely saddening to discover yet another setback. Hopefully, Drakeo’s family will get some sort of justice sooner than later.
