PARTYNEXTDOOR Wants To See Things Through On “Make It To The Morning”

You know what kind of vibes you are going to get whenever PARTYNEXTDOOR drops a new album. That is especially the case when it is a self-titled release. Over the weekend, the sensual R&B balladeer returned with PARTYNEXTDOOR 4 (P4), the first entry in the series since 2016. It is also his first record since 2020, so this is an exciting time to be fan of the Mississauga, Ontario native. One song that we have been enjoying from this new PARTYNEXTDOOR album is “Make It To The Morning.”

The veteran sticks to his tried-and-true formula of moody slow-mo sounds on this cut, just like the rest of the album does. “M a k e I t T o T h e M o r n i n g” sees PARTY singing passionately about wanting to give this girl he is seeing a chance, even though she seems to be problematic. It appears that this song is depicting their first time seeing each other and instead of his normal routine and of a same-night stand, he wants to make it to the next day.

“I don’t wanna fight with ya, tryna end my night with ya / Don’t let yo’ mind getcha, I wanna vibe with you,” he sings. In terms of the quality of the track, it does have a solid melody and the expected solid vocals. Really, it is not anything offensive to PARTY fans, and it should be one of the more revisited songs on the album. Be sure to give it a listen with the link above.

The Source Magazine sends a big born day shout out to the No Limit general

We want to give a big Happy Birthday shout out to Master P (aka Percy Miller), who was born on April 29, 1970 in the city New Orleans. He used money from a malpractice settlement to open No Limit Records, a store which became the multi-million dollar label and a household name.

His artists crowded the Hip Hop charts in the late 90s and Master P expanded his empire into film, sports management and socially conscious music. He’s constantly on the Forbes list for top earners in Hip Hop, but he made an awakening birthday post announcement on Instagram (@officialmasterp) that says praying and being thankful for his blessings is what keeps him grounded.

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie Unhinged After Being Denied Entry At Paris Nightclub: Watch

New York multi-hyphenate A Boogie Wit da Hoodie is in the midst of an exciting 2024. The hitmaker has been dropping a lot of new music lately, including a four-track EP ALONE that saw him go in his R&B bag. It was a taster for his upcoming full-length project Better Off Alone, his first LP since 2022’s Me vs. Myself. The supposed album with a mix of rap & R&B will be out on May 17, but the Artist is already on tour as we speak. It is a massive expedition, as the 28-year-old MC started out in New Zealand and Australia, he will head to North America after the album drops, and he is currently wrapping up shows in the UK and Europe.

Last night (April 28), A Boogie wanted to wind down with a chill evening in Paris at a local nightclub. He had performed earlier that same day at Zenith Arena. However, the night out turned sour after a pretty intense altercation with the club’s bouncers. According to the video obtained by AllHipHop, the two-minute clip was taken by a witness of the heated altercation and uploaded to TikTok. A Boogie is seen drinking alcohol straight from the bottle while walking up with his entourage trying to gain entry to the club. But his boys were already having issues of their own getting in. So, the rapper says, “we out,” and walks back to chauffer.

But he decides to march back up to security and attempt to sneak in. However, that does not work, and things escalate immediately. One of the bouncers grabs a pole, another one sprays one of Boogie’s friends with something (pepper spray?), and a lot of pushing ensues. After Boogie was separated far away from the madness, he breaks the bottle he was originally holding and begins using it as a weapon. Drake & 21 Savage’s “Jimmy Cooks” Cited In Chicago’s Lawsuit Against Glock

The city of Chicago referenced both Drake and Lil Zay Osama in its 41-page complaint against gun manufacturer Glock. The lawsuit accuses the company of violating the Illinois Firearms Industry Responsibility Act by allowing their firearms to be altered into illegal machine guns. The law, which passed last year, allows gun manufacturers to be held accountable for public harm caused by action or inaction from their unsafe and unlawful sales and marketing practices.

The city mentions a cultural embedding of such firearms by referencing Drake and 21 Savage’s “Jimmy Cooks.” In the song, 21 raps: “This Glock .45 came with a switch / If I was Will Smith, I would’ve slapped him with a stick / Put your hands in the air, it’s a stick-up.”

“While Chicago has long struggled with an epidemic of gun violence, it is unquestionable that the ease of modification of Glocks and the resulting prevalence of Modified Glocks have made the situation worse,” the city said in its lawsuit. It also argues: “Glock also knows it could fix the problem, but has chosen not to, putting profits over public safety and violating the law.” The filing also claims that Chicago police recovered over 1,100 modified Glocks between 2021 and 2023. Chicago Deputy Mayor of Community Safety Garien Gatewood said, according to the Washington Post: “We have been a punching bag nationally on violence. It’s important that people understand that we’re dealing with mass shootings at a level not seen anywhere else in the country.”

Kanye West Makes Nice With Kai Cenat By Sending Him Yeezy Pants That Actually Fit

Kanye West and Kai Cenat had been in a bit of a feud recently. Overall, it all centered around Ye’s Yeezy clothing and the pair of pants Cenat received on stream a few months ago. Although he got the pants he wanted, they did not fit particularly well. Instead, Cenat was unable to wear them, and he could not help but roast Kanye for it. West subsequently sent Cenat a DM where he made the claim that Cenat was being paid off by Adidas to say bad things about his clothing.

Recently, while speaking to Justin Laboy, Ye straight up said that Cenat was some sort of industry plant. Cenat did not take too kindly to these comments, and he gave Ye a piece of his mind. Now, it seems as though the two have officially let bygones be bygones. In the video down below, you can see that Cenat was gifted a brand-new pair of Yeezy pants. In fact, the pants actually fit him quite well. Throughout the clip, Cenat showed gratitude towards Ye. Clearly, he was actually happy with the pants and how they ultimately came together.

This was a very obvious peace offering from Ye, who was not making himself look very good by calling Cenat an industry plant. Kanye has been known to be impulsive and a bit defensive, so you can’t blame him too much for all of this. Having said that, we are glad to see that the two are on their way to being on good terms.

For those of you who may not know, Chris Brown and Quavo have been going back and forth with diss tracks. However, an update from this weekend has fans theorizing that Brown might be on some truly diabolical work right now.

At a recent Quavo concert, it appeared as though the crowd might as well have been empty. This subsequently led to people believing that Chris Brown had bought out the tickets so that no one could actually attend. From there, people would see the images of Quavo’s concert, and assume that he had fallen off. It is a pretty interesting move, that does nothing but put money in Quavo’s pockets. Consequently, not everyone is convinced that this is what is happening. However, Fif couldn’t help but give his take on all of this.

“Oh this shit getting different,” 50 said. Overall, the legendary artist seems to be very amused by all of this, and it is easy to see why. After all, this is a very unique situation, especially as Chris Brown and Quavo continue to throw diss tracks at one another. At this point, there is no telling how this is all going to finish. Ne-Yo’s Ex Accuses Him Of Assault & Child Neglect: Breaking Down Her Accusations

R&B royalty Ne-Yo is currently in the eye of a storm of controversy after being hit with some damning allegations by an ex. On April 25, 2024, Sade Bagnerise, one of Ne-Yo’s exes and baby mothers, took to Instagram to get some things off her chest, alleging both physical abuse and child neglect. The video of their exchange has gone viral on social media and Bagnerise has since apologized. While fans wait to see if Ne-Yo will publicly address this, here’s what his ex accused him of.

The verbal dispute between Ne-Yo and his ex went down during a livestream on Bagnerise’s Instagram account. During their argument, Bagnerise accused Ne-Yo of physically assaulting her, even calling him “Diddy Jr.” “Diddy Jr., tell them about the freak-off,” she says as the video begins. “You know what you did. You body-slammed me on the floor… Tell them the real you and why we’re here today,” Bagnerise continues. Throughout the ordeal, Ne-Yo can be heard responding to the accusations. However, most of what he says goes unheard as Bagnerise is louder. Nevertheless, it is pretty clear that, at some point, he threatens to call the police on her because of “the commotion.”

Later in the video, Sade takes a shot at Ne-Yo for allegedly neglecting the two kids they share. “He wants ho*s over the house while his kids is here. You f**king like to have ho*s, drugs and weed, alcohol, mushrooms, and prostitutes in the house while your kids are here,” she said. For the most part, Ne-Yo tried to ignore her by gaming, but that proved unsuccessful as she pressed him further.

“Everyone has asked him to stop, but he will not listen to nobody,” she continued. “This is what’s going on, this is the tea. While the b*tches in the house, I asked him not to bring no b*tches in the house. I even came over here to help him with these f**king kids because he won’t watch these kids.” Later in the video, she’s heard saying, “He don’t care about these kids. All he care about is doing drugs, drinking alcohol, and f*cking these ho*s.”

Several hours after Ne-Yo was dragged by his ex on Instagram Live, Bagnerise apologized for her actions. In a series of posts on her Instagram story, she stated that her emotions were high. “Full moon was out, cycle on, postpartum built with frustration and a lot of underlining issues that we needed to be addressed. Trying to do that with the problem present made heightened emotions. I’m human. I hurt too. & i want the best for everyone. That’s all I was fussing for. Nothing more,” she wrote. Tagging Ne-Yo, she wrote, “Sorry for how I communicated my frustration with you. Let’s do better.”

After persistent pressure from Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and allies, the anticipation of a face-off between the former POTUS and President Joe Biden on the debate stage is growing as the most critical election of our time looms.

In a recent interview with Howard Stern, Biden expressed his willingness to debate Trump, stating, “I’m happy to debate him.” Responding via Truth Social, Trump challenged Biden’s sincerity but declared his readiness to debate “ANYWHERE, ANYTIME, ANYPLACE.”

This exchange follows a crescendo of calls from Republicans urging the debates to proceed promptly. Asserting Trump’s eagerness to engage and the American people’s right to witness the showdown, campaign managers Susie Wiles and Chris LaCivita emphasized Trump’s readiness for a debate in a memo.

Former Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway, who famously coined the term “alternate facts,” underscored the importance of Vice President Kamala Harris debating Trump’s running mate sooner than later, once Trump’s VP is named.

Efforts to accelerate the debate timeline have been made, with the Trump campaign urging the Commission on Presidential Debates to schedule debates earlier. Trump’s team strategizes to pressure Biden’s camp into an early debate decision, believing it places Biden in a dilemma: face Trump on stage or explain the avoidance to the electorate.

Amidst this push, the Commission on Presidential Debates has yet to finalize candidate eligibility criteria. However, the source insists Trump is prepared to debate regardless of third-party candidates’ presence. With both camps on the brink of an epic showdown, anticipation mounts as voters await a clash of ideas on the national stage.

It’s important to note that this election cycle’s initial presidential debate will be the first time one candidate will face dozens of felony charges across several criminal cases. And to think people will still vote for a potential felon is wild, to say the least.

Aubrey O’Day Claims Diddy Wanted to Buy Silence in Exchange for Publishing Rights

There have been some interesting updates with Aubrey O’Day, one of the few voices who tried to warn the world about Diddy years ago. As you may know she got her big break after Diddy and Bad Boy cast her in their show with her group, Danity Kane.

TMZ reported that last year when the mogul formerly known as Puff Daddy reassigned publishing rights back to Bad Boy artists, it was considered an unprecedented move within an industry known for unfairly withholding pub rights and revenue, and quite frankly, he didn’t need to do, artists were asked to sign NDAs. But O’Day says not all signed the silencing document and did not want parts of Diddy’s NDA to get back her publishing rights, which she contends wasn’t worth much.

O’Day was signed to Bad Boy Records in the 2000s, so she had a front-row seat to who Diddy was during that time. TMZ spoke to her for their new documentary The Downfall of Diddy, premiering on Tubi, which unpacks the Bad Boy CEO’s allegations and ensuing investigation after those major raids that hit his homes in Los Angeles and Miami.

Get this: O’Day claims she had wind of what may have been coming for Diddy as far back as September 2023. See, that’s around the time Diddy made that big announcement that he was giving his former artists (the one’s who are still alive) the rights to their music catalogs.

On the surface, however, left field felt like a generous move. However, according to Aubrey, there were strings attached behind the scenes. Aubrey O’Day claimed Diddy included as part of the deal that artists needed to sign NDAs. This maneuver was designed to silence them from speaking out on their experiences while at Bad Boy, and most certainly in the presence of Sean “Diddy” Combs. Aubrey shut that right on down. She feels her ability to talk about her time during her Bad Boy days is more valuable than what was being offered.

Not to mention, her talking now has been consistent with her energy for years. O’Day has been talking about Diddy’s behavior for a long time, and she has been sounding the alarm. No one was listening until the relatively recent accusations and civil suit brought on by singer Cassy and several others, which Diddy categorically denies even though he settled with Cassy less than 24 hours after the suit became public. And if you think that big to do about the publishing was about real money, think again. At least for O’Day, she contends the amount of cash connected to her publishing rights was disrespectfully low. If true, we’re talking about pennies. And TBH, she’s making real money on other platforms, such as her OnlyFans, so it’s no wonder she rejected the offer.

Aubrey O’Day has much more to reveal, and when it appears on TMZ Presents: The Downfall of Diddy, she will get to say her piece.
