Kanye West Recording Music Video For Ty Dolla $ign & Playboi Carti Song: Watch

Kanye West’s Vultures with Ty Dolla $ign might not ever come out, but they sure are trying to keep the train rolling. Hopefully we’re wrong about that just to see what the hype is about, and it looks like they might actually drop something soon. Moreover, new footage emerged of the two of them filming a music video outside of Wet in Las Vegas, seemingly for the Playboi Carti-assisted track rumored for their project, “F**k Sumn.” Of course, it’s entirely possible that this is for something else entirely, or that they might scrap it and come through with something else. But it’s exciting to at least see that this rollout isn’t over yet, for better or worse.

Furthermore, fans are skeptical from both a project quality perspective and a more socially aware one. Kanye West, Vultures, and the songs we’ve heard from it so far are topics that will spark a political debate even among the most civically disinterested music fans. It’s also the backdrop for a couple of different beefs allegedly brewing for the Chicago rapper, although these are all rumors. There’s his allegedly leaked text messages with Pusha T, as well as a recent rant that JPEGMAFIA went on about his “idol.”

Kanye West’s Vultures With Ty Dolla $ign Seemingly Getting A Music Video Soon: Watch

Regardless of all that, we know that the 46-year-old has never shied away from conflict; rather, he welcomes and prompts it. Still, at least it seems like his rift with Kid Cudi is healing up these days, although we’re unsure of where exactly it’s at. All this is to say that there’s so much we could be focusing on right now that has little to do with Kanye West, Vultures, or Ty Dolla $ign as much as it does the controversy behind all of them. Those are important conversations to have, but as listeners detached from the situation, the music is what we will truly feel equipped to comment on.

Meanwhile, it’s clear that this new era isn’t really affecting the Yeezy mogul’s previous work too much. For one, his 2016 album The Life Of Pablo re-entered the Billboard 200 chart, and he recently received four new platinum certifications. At least we’ll always have the old Ye. For more news on Kanye West, Vultures, and Ty Dolla $ign, come back to HNHH.

Playboi Carti, Lil Uzi Vert, & Ariana Grande Leaker “King Bob” Hit With Wire Fraud And Identity Theft Charges

Playboi Carti, Lil Uzi Vert, and Ariana Grande and many others have been the victims of various music leaks over the years. Overall, leaked music can put entire rollouts in jeopardy. There are some artists out there who will scrap an entire album if they feel as though the leaks are too much. Although some leaks can be fun here and there, it gets to a point where it just becomes detrimental to the art. Well, it seems like one of the most prolific leakers out there is facing some legal troubles.

A 19-year-old by the name of Noah Michael Urban, also known as “King Bob,” was arrested in Florida. Per The United States Attorney’s Office For The Middle District Of Florida, Urban is facing numerous charges. These include eight wire fraud counts, one wire fraud conspiracy charge, and another five counts for aggravated identity theft. Overall, these charges could bring him a massive prison sentence of 170 years. However, for now, Urban is pleading not guilty to all of this.

Interestingly enough, none of these charges have much to do with leaking music. However, he is accused of stealing close to $800K from various victims. Furthermore, he is accused of using Bitcoin scams to do this, which is similar to what happened with Carti’s leaks back in 2020. Needless to say, “King Bob’s” alleged history is one that is quite lengthy. It remains to be seen how the legal proceedings will move forward with Urban’s not-guilty in plea in mind.

Let us know what you think of this new development, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. We will continue to keep you informed on your favorite artists and all of their upcoming projects.

In response, magister David Harris of the Church of Satan told TMZ he thought the video was “fantastic.” For clarity, the Church of Satan doesn’t uplift Satan but instead highlights being your true self, living life to the fullest, and personal achievement.

On Friday (Jan 12.), Lil Nas X officially marked the dawn of his next era with the release of his first single in two years, “J CHRIST.”

Co-written by Lil Nas X himself alongside Omer Fedi, Mike Levy (Gesaffelstein), and Blake Slatkin, the song showcases a blend of creativity with production by Fedi, Gesaffelstein, and Lil Nas X.

Accompanying the single is the release of the official video, which not only serves as Lil Nas X’s solo directorial debut but follows a story he crafted. The “J CHRIST” visual is a gleefully subversive journey, featuring Lil Nas X conquering both heaven’s gates and hell’s fires. The video was shot in Mexico City.

As he asserts his faith and sails through a flooded rapture, Lil Nas X proudly declares his chosen direction: “THIS WAY.” The artist is forging a new path, expressing his spirituality uniquely, and signaling a fresh beginning in his musical journey. 21 Savage’s ‘american dream’ Set for No. 1 Debut

21 Savage Delivers Third Solo Album 'american dream'

21 Savage is poised for a big debut with his american dream album. According to HITS Daily Double, the opening week number for the album is currently projected between 130,000 and 150,000, which would be the first No. 1 debut of 2024.

It would be the fourth No. 1 album for 21 Savage, following collab albums Her Loss with Drake and Savage Mode II with Metro Boomin, and the solo album I am > I was.

21 Savage has made a powerful return with his latest album, american dream, a 15-track masterpiece that delves into the multifaceted aspects of the rapper’s journey. The album kicks off with a poignant spoken piece by 21 Savage’s mother, Heather Joseph, detailing the sacrifices she made for her son to live ‘his American Dream.’ This personal touch adds a chilling and heartfelt dimension to the project.

The lead track, “All Of Me,” previously teased in the album trailer, showcases 21 Savage reflecting on his ascent to fame, acknowledging the challenges and highlighting his resilience with lines like, “I know Satan down that path, but God walking with me.” The album, boasting a diverse musical palette, sees 21 Savage at his most lyrically complete, effortlessly navigating street anthems with collaborators like Lil Durk, Young Thug, and Travis Scott.

The rapper seamlessly transitions to different styles, from R&B-tinged ballads featuring Summer Walker (“Prove It”) and Brent Faiyaz (“Should’ve Wore a Bonnet”) to brooding tones alongside Mariah the Scientist (“Dark Days”). The album marks a significant evolution in 21 Savage’s songwriting, demonstrating his versatility and comfort in various musical mediums.

The american dream rollout began in December with 21 Savage dropping breadcrumbs throughout Atlanta, unveiling altered American flags created in collaboration with visual artist Hebru Brantley. These flags, adorned with only 21 stars instead of the traditional 50, symbolize the rapper’s history and personal connection to his music. They visually represent what it means to be Black in America.

Hebru Brantley, the creative mind behind the altered flags, expressed, “In creating this piece, I aimed to encapsulate the history of 21 Savage while incorporating elements of my own personal connection to his music. The flag itself is a powerful symbol, with illustrations deeply personal to both Savage and myself, speaking to his music, experiences, and the adversities he has faced.” The album is now available for fans to experience the comprehensive journey that is american dream.

You can hear the new album from 21 Savage below.

Detroit Lions Outlast L.A. Rams 24-23 to Advance in NFL Playoffs

The Detroit Lions spoiled the homecoming of former franchise quarterback Matthew Stafford, winning their wildcard matchup over the Los Angeles Rams 24-23.

The win for the Lions was their first playoff victory in over 32 years. The chanting faithful fans for current quarterback Jared Goff marked the game. Goff threw for 277 yards on 22-for-27 passing.

“I kind of had to subdue a lot of emotions this week and was able to kind of enjoy that moment,” Goff said. “I’m grateful for their support and today with the circumstances that were there, it meant a lot. It was special.”

He’s their quarterback. He’s playing great. He led them to a win today. I’m happy for him,” Stafford said to ESPN. “I thought he played excellent today. He’s leading an offense that’s playing at a really good clip right now, and they should be proud of him. They should be cheering for him.”

The Rams began the season 3-6, roaring to a close behind a blend of rising stars like Puka Nakua and Kyren Williams, with established stars like Stafford, Cooper Kupp, and Aaron Donald.

“I’m so proud of this football team,” McVay said. “And the finality of it is still kind of … it doesn’t totally resonate. But man did I learn a lot and really appreciate this group. They helped me find my way again and how much I love this and love the people that I’m around.”

The Lions now wait to host the winner of the Philadelphia Eagles and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They matchup on Monday Night Football.

The Miami HEAT will immortalize Dwyane Wade outside the Kaseya Center in Miami. It will be the first statue in Miami HEAT history.

The HEAT held a ceremony celebrating Wade’s induction into the Basketball Hall of Fame. HEAT president Pat Riley made the announcement.

“When we retired his jersey in February 2020, I said Dwyane was the face of this franchise forever and I meant it,” Riley said in a statement. “Dwyane’s legacy is a towering one not only for the Miami Heat but for Miami-Wade county. I can’t think of a better way to honor him than by memorializing that legacy.”

“I was born and raised in Chicago, but this is where I grew up,” Wade said. “From 21 years old ’til 37, I grew up here. A lot of the fan base, they grew up with me. … There’s no love like Miami love, and every time I come back here I feel that.”

SOURCE SPORTS: It Once Again Was Not the Dallas Cowboys’ Year

Dallas Cowboys dallascowboys X

The Dallas Cowboys have once again fallen in the NFL Playoffs. With an undefeated home record, Cowboys Nation was prepared for a powerful showing in the Super Wild Card Weekend matchup with the Green Bay Packers. Instead, they were punched in the mouth early and could not recover from a 27-0 deficit.

The Cowboys lost to Jordan Love and the Packers 48-32, ending a hopeful Super Bowl run to Las Vegas. The game now puts questions on head coach Mike McCarthy’s job and even about quarterback Dak Prescott. According to team owner and general manager Jerry Jones, neither of these thoughts is on his mind.

“I haven’t thought one second about it,” Jones said. “I know how hard, how much it meant to our fans to advance. What this loss to me means, again, not how [or] why, who didn’t do what, all of that type of thing — the only thing on my mind almost this entire game was not an analysis of our strategy, not an analysis of our play, it was, ‘Do we get to play here again next week?’ And we can’t. That could have happened by a point or it could have happened the way it happened out there. That’s all I’ve thought about. It’s real.”

“He’s been amazing. I don’t know how there can be [questions about his status], but I understand the business,” Prescott said. “In that case then there should be about me, as well, honestly. I mean, that guy — I’ve had the season I’ve had because of him. This team has had the success that they’ve had because of him. And I understand it’s about winning the Super Bowl, and that’s the standard of the league and damn sure the standard of this place. I get it. But add me to the list in that case.”

Prescott finished with 403 yards, three touchdowns, and two very costly interceptions.

The Packers will move on to a divisional matchup with the top-seeded San Francisco 49ers.

Today in Hip-Hop History: DJ Quik Dropped Debut Album ‘Quik Is The Name’ 32 Years Ago

djquik

Released on Profile Records during a time when their roster consisted of righteous rhymers like King Sun and Poor Righteous Teachers, Quik was pioneering in helping to usher in the “gangsta rap” sound on a mainstream scale in the early 90s and labels were just beginning to shift their marketing dollars towards this sub-genre of Hip-Hop.

With the help of producers Courtney Branch, Greg Jessie and Tracy Kendrick, Quik managed to produce a rap classic that sold 50,000 in its first week with only a $30,000 budget for production. Recorded in Westlake Recording Studio in Los Angeles, the same spot where Michael Jackson’s epic Thriller masterpiece was created, Quik and crew finished up the album in 17 days.

The album’s lead single, “Born And Raised In Compton,” climbed to Number 6 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs, while tracks like “Tonite,” “Deep” and the album’s title track solidified the funk sound that later saturated West Coast Hip Hop music.

Salute to the Big Homie for laying down this pioneering project that will forever be considered one of the Top 100 Albums in Hip-Hop!
