Oddly, Taylor Swift is one of the biggest names in the NFL. Swift has become one of the mainstays at Kansas City Chiefs games due to her romance with star tight end Travis Kelce. In the spirit of Halloween, DeAndre Jordan dressed as the international star.

But Jordan isn’t the only one. Who knew Flavor Flav was a huge Taylor Swift fan? Flav hit The Grove in Los Angeles for the premiere of the Eras tour film. During his time at the event, Falv mingled with Swift’s family and exchanged friendship bracelets that have become a practice at Swiftie events.

The Eras premiere also saw the two biggest stars on the planet, Beyoncé and Taylor Swift, hanging out. Making for a cute moment, the two sat in the first row at a movie theater and posed for a picture. Beyoncé would playfully toss popcorn to the camera.

“I’m so glad I’ll never know what my life would’ve been like without Beyoncé’s influence,” Swfit wrote on Instagram. “The way she’s taught me and every artist out here to break rules and defy industry norms. Her generosity of spirit. Her resilience and versatility. She’s been a guiding light throughout my career and the fact that she showed up tonight was like an actual fairytale.

YSL RICO Trial Expected to Being on Nov. 27

The jury selection in the YSL Rico cause is coming to a close. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, 50 jurors have qualified for the case, and today (Nov. 1) will select 12 jurors and six alternates. The trial date is expected to start on Nov. 27.

According to 11Alive, Judge Ural Glanville would begin seating the jury on Wednesday, Nov. 1. The seating comes from the Georgia speedy trial law.

Young Thug put in a request for a speedy trial after his arrest last year but the jury selection process began in January and has lasted until the decision from Glanville. The selection is considered to be “the longest in Georgia” history.

Recent attempts to secure a bond for Young Thug have been denied, as Young THug’s legal team states he is struggling with jail conditions and has gained weight.

With the trial looming, Young Thug and his legal team are reportedly preparing a witness list. According to AllHipHop, ATL Hip-Hop is present on the list with names including Killer Mike and T.I.

Additional names that could fit the list of representatives for Young Thug include industry executives like Lyor Cohen, Julie Greenwald, Trae The Truth, and more. The start of the trial is still undetermined.

Throughout the run of the YSL Rico trial, fans have wondered what role Gunna has played in Young Thug’s continued stay in jail. After Gunna was freed on an Alford Plea, rumors ran rampant that he snitched on Thugger. Young Thug’s father offers some context.

Gunna maintained his innocence against snitching allegations and continued to call for the release of Young Thug. Appearing in an interview with Infamous Sylvia, Young Thug’s father, Jeffrey Williams Sr., stated he loves Gunna.

“Let me try to help the attorney clarify that a little simpler,” Williams Sr. said. “Gunna hasn’t done anything whatsoever that can hurt us on this case, period.”

Kevin Liles hit Gunna‘s Barclays last weekend. In an Instagram post, Kevin Liles celebrated the performance while continuing to support the movement to free Young Thug.

“What a night with the fam at Barclays!” Liles wrote. “@Gunna’s Wun Night Only was everything we needed and more. #SayLessDoMore #FreeJeffery #ProtectBlackArt“

During a June 2022 hearing, Kevin Liles, CEO of 300 Entertainment, took the stand and testified that Thug, who is signed to his label, is “like a son,” and he was willing to put up his own wealth and business to secure his bond. Machine Gun Kelly also provided character testimony on Thug’s behalf.

Diddy Was Apparently Banned From Being The Joker For Halloween, But His High-Effort Costume For 2023 Is The Perfect Revenge

Last Halloween, Diddy had easily one of the year’s best costumes with his phenomenally executed Joker look. It appears Warner Bros. didn’t like that and actually forbade Diddy from wearing the costume again, but he still managed to stick it to the studio this year.

Diddy was a Jimmy Kimmel Live! guest on October 30 and at the end of the conversation, when the host asked what he was planning to be for Halloween this year, the rapper responded, “Last year, I was the Joker, and I actually got a letter from the studio that I can no longer be the Joker.” Kimmel asked why and Diddy continued, “They said it broke their trademark, that I did it too good. I swear I have this letter. I swear to God. From Warner Bros.”

Kimmel, forever stirring the pot, responded, “Well do it again, then. Do it again!” Diddy leaned into it, declaring, “So tomorrow
 Warner Bros. lawyers, can you see me? Put this camera on right here. The head of legal: Tomorrow, watch what I do.”

After the show, Diddy took to Instagram to expand on the story, holding the papers he supposedly received from Warner Bros. “I don’t know what I’m going to be this year,” he said, later adding, “You win, I’m not going to be the Joker this year.” At the end, though, the video teased, “Stay tuned.”

Now, this morning, Diddy made his grand reveal. True to his word, he didn’t dress up as the Joker, but he kept his costume in the same universe, sharing a scripted, high-production-level video of himself as, who else, Batman (“The Darkest Knight,” as he called his version). In the video, Diddy’s Batman confronts a studio executive in his office and demands they end the ongoing actors strike.

In conclusion, Diddy has mastered the art of malicious compliance.

Kanye West & Bianca Censori: Ozzy & Sharon Osbourne Turn Infamous Couple Into Halloween Costume

Kanye West and Bianca Censori are a couple that has truly made waves over the last few months. Overall, this is because of the splash they have been making in Italy. Censori has been wearing some pretty unique outfits that have been curated by West. Furthermore, Ye is trying to finish up his album with Ty Dolla $ign. This is a project that fans are very excited about, and it seems as though Italy was a place for West to find solitude. Regardless, this Italian excursion has left an impression.

If you may recall, during this trip out to Italy, Censori and Ye dropped their wildest outfits yet. In one of them, Ye had his entire face covered while wearing gloves, some weird boots, and even a tight hoodie. Paired with that was Censori who appeared to be naked, although she did have a pillow in front of her. Well, those outfits have now been turned into Halloween costumes. In fact, famous couple Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne were among the few to bestow the honor. Below, you can see their interpretation.

Kanye West & Bianca Censori Come To Life

Overall, they did a fantastic job here. Sharon Osbourne pulled off the look perfectly, while Ozzy was all bundled up in Ye’s comfy-looking outfit. Ozzy and Sharon have been together for decades at this point, and you can tell that they are still having a lot of fun. Perhaps in future years, Ye and Bianca can repay the favor by going as Sharon and Ozzy for Halloween. There are plenty of options there that could make for great costumes.

Mariah The Scientist Album Review: A Love Letter To Young Thug

Mariah The Scientist is one of the artists where once you hit play, you can’t stop listening.

The singer-songwriter exploded onto the scene with her Lil Baby-assisted “Always n Forever,” who’s official music video boasts over 18 million views and counting. But it’s actually not her most streamed song on Spotify. “Spread Thin” reigns high, with “2 You” and “Only Human” coming in hot as fan favorites.

Now, Mariah The Scientist unveils her highly-anticipated new album titled To Be Eaten Alive, which she deems her best music yet. Clocking in at ten tracks, the new project features standout features from Young Thug, 21 Savage, and Vory. It also serves as her first project since 2021’s Ry Ry World. 

While Mariah has been making music for some years now, she also admits that this wasn’t a dream she had since she was a kid. It’s actually something “she fell into,” proceeding to state that she doesn’t even consider herself a singer. 

Fans of Mariah might be surprised to see she’s finally opening up and doing interviews (thanks to the project), showcasing her personality a little more than what we’ve seen. On the opening track, “Heaven is a Place on Earth,” Mariah revealed she actually produced the song herself — as a result of being bored during quarantine. 

Moving into the second song, “Good Times,” we start to hear Mariah’s romantic side. Contrary to previous releases, she’s starting to bask in her current relationship with Young Thug, who has been locked up since May of 2022. Mariah goes on record saying she talks to Thug every day, all day. And that jail calls were expensive!

This leads us to the next song: “From A Woman.” This was Mariah’s rendition of Young Thug’s “From A Man,” which released just two weeks prior.

“40 Days n 40 Nights” was refreshing to hear, pairing Mariah’s smooth and buttery vocals with Vory’s. Vory first gained recognition after appearing on songs with Meek Mill. Then we get into the uptempo “Out of Luck” produced by Kaytranada, showcasing her ability to create and mesh with different producers and creatives.

Mariah also went on record about how she sees herself as an A&B artist, Alternative & Blues versus R&B. You can hear these influences in the new project, which may or may not be inspired by the bond her and Thug has shared since he was locked up. “Bout Mine” sees her crooning: “Baby, I got nothin’ but time. We finna make this right ‘Cause you know I don’t, I bet you know I don’t play about mine.”

“77 Degrees” boasts a feature from one of her favorite artists, fellow Atlanta artist 21 Savage. This song tells the story of a female in love with a gangster and the reality of what comes with love. Leading into “Different Pages,” my personal favorite. Being in a relationship takes work from both parties, and sometimes you have to agree to disagree.

The last two tracks reveal the love letter to her bae, Jeffrey Williams. “Lovesick” sees Mariah singing at the top of her lungs, presumably fueled by this new energy between the lovebirds. But with Young Thug actually appearing on the closing track, “Ride,” Mariah reminds audiences all around the world that there is that special someone out there for you. 

Regardless of all the trials and tribulations, true love will always prevail. This was also a great follow-up track to “Walked In” featuring Thug on Ry Ry World, which was the start of their love story (at least to the public’s eyes).

All in all, To Be Eaten Alive is no skips. And we’re rooting for Mariah and Thug!
