SZA has been having a truly incredible year in the music world. Overall, it all started thanks to her album S.O.S. which dropped late in 2022. This project immediately became a huge success with some massive chart-topping singles. Even a year later, some of the songs from this album are in the top 10. Moreover, she was able to go on a huge world tour that ultimately brought forth more critical acclaim. It was a fantastic year, and the accolades are seemingly still pouring in.

Just last month, SZA ended up being featured twice on Drake’s new album. Of course, the first collaboration was on “Slime You Out” which proved to be a huge first single. Subsequently, she was also on the song “Rich Baby Daddy” which just so happens to come complete with a feature from Sexyy Red. It is one of the best tracks on the entire project, and fans absolutely adore it. Needless to say, it should come as no surprise that SZA is performing this song at live shows.

SZA Has A Ball

In the video above, you can see that the artist was twerking while performing the song. While donning a yellow zip-up dress, the singer looked stunning, and the fans were definitely into her on-stage moves. This is a song that SZA will likely be performing for years to come. After all, it is a Drake collab and it features one of the hottest rappers in the world right now, Sexyy Red. It’s just one of those songs you have to dance to, and the clubs are definitely loving it right now.

Hopefully, we get to hear some new music from SZA, very soon. She supposedly has a new deluxe album coming soon called LANA. Only time will tell whether or not it drops anytime soon. Ambré Launches 'The Magnolia Initiative' to Help Foster Care Youth

GRAMMY award-winning musician Ambré recently unveiled her highly anticipated “The Magnolia Initiative,” a philanthropic endeavor aimed at offering resources to children and teens in foster care. In collaboration with the 501c3 nonprofit organization Pay Away, which contributed a generous $10,000 toward the initiative, Ambré distributed backpacks filled with essential hygiene necessities and school supplies to New Orleans youth. According to the Louisiana Department of Children & Family Services, there are approximately 250 young individuals in foster care in the New Orleans area. Ambré, who hails from New Orleans and has experienced foster care firsthand, is committed to extending The Magnolia Initiative to support children in foster care in her hometown and other underserved communities worldwide.

Ambré expressed her excitement, saying, “I’m so thrilled to launch ‘The Magnolia Initiative’ in my hometown. Growing up in foster care, I know how vital it is for these kids to receive support and resources, and I’m grateful to be able to give something back.”

Pay Away, founded over a decade ago with the mission of inspiring hope and kindness by paying off families’ layaway balances during the holiday season, has since expanded its focus to address additional community needs year-round. They fulfill wish lists and provide essential resources for teachers, families, and children in foster care. With the support of donors and partnerships with musicians, professional athletes, and others, Pay Away has positively impacted thousands of children and families across the country.

Julie Sullivan, executive director of Pay Away, stated, “This initiative and partnership are more than just a call to action; it’s a beacon of hope for children and teenagers in foster care. We’re grateful for the opportunity to join Ambré in this effort and take a tangible step toward providing essential resources—and with them, a lifeline of stability and confidence—to those who need it most.”

DJ Akademiks In Over Saucy Santana Beef, Dr. Umar & Yung Miami Weigh In

DJ Akademiks and Saucy Santana have been embroiled in a pretty heated feud as of late. Overall, it all started after Akademiks made some unsavory comments about the City Girls. In particular, he went after Yung Miami and accused her of perpetuating homophobia. Eventually, Santana got into the mix and things escalated very fast. In fact, Santana even threatened Akademiks with rape, which subsequently led to some heated discourse on social media.

In response to all of this, Akademiks found himself on a livestream where he was speaking to his viewers. During the stream, he was visibly upset to the point of tears. It was here where he claimed that women support double standards and that it is okay when men are threatened with rape. Furthermore, he almost sobbed as he noted that he wanted to go off on Santana but couldn’t. In his eyes, whatever he would say about the rapper would get him canceled. It was all a very bizarre scene that immediately went viral.

With this clip making the rounds online, Yung Miami decided to give her two cents on what was happening. She harkened back to a time in which Akademiks laughed at her for her pain. “I was in tears when he laughed and was trolling about my car getting shot up while was 6 months pregnant,” Yung Miami wrote. Additionally, Dr. Umar was asked to speak up on the situation. He claims people want him to form some sort of peace treaty between the two. The psychologist also added: “I don’t want to see a man get his cheeks clapped.”

This feud is one that has hit a very uncomfortable spot. It is clear that Akademiks is taking it all pretty hard, however, he has been known to antagonize people in the past. However, there is this narrative that he has fallen off. He doesn’t have the same mainstream appeal he once had and fans have caught on to that. In his mind, he never did fall off. Instead, he believes people are just caught up in numbers and appearance. While on the Back On Figg podcast, he explained his thoughts on the matter.

“I think people are always gonna say that if you’re not right in their face, but if you look at what I do or the amount of shit that I put out or how constantly I’m working, you can’t say that,” Wiz said. “Even the old songs that I have, they’re still streaming, they’re still popular. The n****s who might have old songs, they can’t do those old songs right now.”

Subsequently, Wiz spoke on the phenomenon of big artists not being able to sell out their shows. Despite huge streaming numbers, Lil Baby has had a hard time getting an arena tour together. However, Wiz has been able to sell those out, even if he may not be dominating the charts. “They can’t sell tickets, they can’t go places across the world,” Wiz detailed. “So I’m still able to do those things and I’m still releasing newer music. So that’s not even possible to say that and be real about it. You can say it because that’s what you think, but if you add it up, it don’t make no sense.”

Fans Notice Young Thug’s Weight Gain in New Court Photo

A new image of Young Thug has hit online and fans are noticing what appears to be a weight gain. Attending court, Thugger Thugger wore a red tee with a black turtle neck. You can see the image below.

The jury selection in the YSL Rico cause is coming to a close. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, 50 jurors have qualified for the case, and today (Nov. 1) will select 12 jurors and six alternates. The trial date is expected to start on Nov. 27.

According to 11Alive, Judge Ural Glanville would begin seating the jury on Wednesday, Nov. 1. The seating comes from the Georgia speedy trial law.

Young Thug put in a request for a speedy trial after his arrest last year but the jury selection process began in January and has lasted until the decision from Glanville. The selection is considered to be “the longest in Georgia” history.

Recent attempts to secure a bond for Young Thug have been denied, as Young Thug’s legal team states he is struggling with jail conditions and has gained weight.

TMZ spoke with celebrity car dealer Ronnie Garber who stated DJ Envy connected him with Ashanti to gift the 1962 Impala convertible. The blue ride has a Corvette motor and a new sound system with Nelly’s logo.

Before the car was presented to the STL legend, fireworks went off. Nelly was emotional when he got the car, stating it was his dream ride.

Last month, Nelly had Ashanti speechless as he presented her birthday gifts, showing an iced-out watch and flooding her neck. While opening the gifts, Ashanti is held speechless, in awe. She puts on all the pieces and celebrates with her man, continuously hugging him and showing appreciation.
