Safaree Speaks On Erica Mena Drama, Reality Star Allegedly Lied About Pregnancy During Atlanta Arrest

As a socialite and reality star, it’s obvious that Erica Mena enjoys being the centre of attention. Unfortunately, recent weeks have found her acting as the star of the news cycle for various unflattering reasons, including a drunken arrest in Atlanta, and making derogatory comments about one of her Love & Hip Hop co-stars. Those closest to Mena have had plenty to say about the situation, with some of them defending her and insisting that she had no ill intent in calling Spice a “monkey.” Others, including her baby daddy, Safaree, seem far less impressed with the New Yorker’s actions.

Surprisingly, the 42-year-old chose to take the high road when sharing his statement on Sunday (September 3). The Hoodstars alum shared a photo posing with his adorable two little ones this afternoon, writing, “My kids need their mother,” in the caption. “My mumma taught me if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it at all 🙏🏾❤,” Safaree added.

Safaree Wants Erica Mena to Be Around for Their Kids

He then noted that he feels protected by God 24/7, 365 days a year. Thankfully Safaree is able to take care of his family during this difficult time, especially as more troubling details about Mena’s Atlanta arrest have come out. We already reported that she bit an officer during a wild night out with friends, but now, TMZ says that cops heard the embattled entertainer claim to be pregnant, which her lawyer has since debunked. Erica “regrets some of the circumstances of that night,” however an officer admitted to using “unnecessary force” against her in his report as well.

Regardless of what cast members and social media users have to say, L&HH has spoken on the drama surrounding Erica Mena. According to their recent statement, the impact of her hate speech toward Spice will play out in the final few episodes of this season, and the Tubi actress has been fired from any upcoming installments of the show. Recently, Yungeen Ace’s beef with Foolio got him into some trouble. Foolio had shared a clip of Yungeen Ace, claiming that it showcased the rapper “snitching.” The origins of the clip remain unclear, however, he took to social media to refute the claims. He showed off paperwork during a live stream that apparently proved Foolio wrong, but it the process, leaked a pretty critical piece of information about himself. Yungeen Ace accidentally broadcasted his social security number to the world.

Now, one can imagine that this got a lot of attention online, and trolls took it and ran. The performer recently hopped on social media again, revealing that people have even been signing him up for the army. “Ay on some real sh*t bro,” he told viewers. “Stop signing me up for the f*cking army, bro. Real sh*t, stop doing that sh*t.”

Yungeen Ace Tells Trolls To “Stop Doin’ That Sh*t”

The duo’s beef doesn’t show any sign of slowing down for the moment, and things have gotten pretty ugly in the past. When Yungeen Ace’s friend JayDaYoungan passed away in 2022, for example, Foolio took the opportunity to diss him. He then claimed that JayDaYoungan had befriended his opps, which is why he made sarcastic comments about his death. “Now you dissing me in songs, saying F my dead homeboys, this and that. How I’mma feel? I’m supposed to sit back, be quiet. Don’t say nothin’? If it was me, on the other end, n***a would’ve done the same thing,” he explained.

The public even appears to have used their beef to their advantage. Last year, a woman found Foolio’s ID, and took to social media to do some negotiating. Lil Uzi Vert Hits The Studio With Veeze And ASAP Bari

Back in July, Lil Uzi Vert revealed that their plan was not to release a deluxe for The Pink Tape and instead immediately start work on a new album. It’s an impressive turnaround given fans had to wait three years between Eternal Atake and The Pink Tape. However, The Pink Tape was a massive success, hitting #1 and selling over 167,000 units in its opening week.

Furthermore, the notion that Vert is working on new material has been bolstered by some newly released studio images. Vert was spotted in the studio with Veeze and ASAP Bari. Veeze, dropped his debut album GANGER back in June. The Michigan rapper is a major up-and-comer with ties to Future. Meanwhile, it’s clear why Bari would be linking himself with these two major names in the rap scene. The presence of Veeze suggests that the rapper might be getting a feature on this new mystery album from Vert. However, very few details are available about this project. At this time, all we know is that it will be called Barter 16 and serve as a tribute to Young Thug.

Vert Spotted With Birdman Amid Studio Sessions

However, Veeze and Bari are just the latest figures that Vert has been spotted in the studio with. Earlier this week, Vert was seen linking up with Birdman. The picture comes just a few weeks after Birdman told Uzi that he wanted to be included on Barter 16. While the picture doesn’t come with any speculation on what the pair are actually working on, the writing appears to be on the wall about Birdman being worked into the tracklist of Barter 16.

Another element of the picture that has fans interested is Uzi’s Rich Gang chain. “Bros tryna revive rich gang,” the top comment on the post reads. Neither the Love Island host nor her man have confirmed their reconciliation on social media yet. Still, internet sleuths noticed similarities in the individual content they’ve posted to TikTok and Instagram from their baecation. In the paparazzi snaps of Jama and Stormzy, they both look happily in love. According to insiders who spoke with The Sun, the UK-born lyricist plans to ask the 29-year-old for her hand in marriage in the near future.

Drakeo The Ruler’s “A Cold Day In Hell (Deluxe)” Is Finally Here

Late and great Los Angeles, California-based rapper Drakeo The Ruler and his team have released more music. Specifically, his collaboration with Ralfy the Plug, A Cold Day In Hell now has a deluxe that fans have been waiting for. The original version was released two years ago on April 19, 2021. Unfortunately, he met his untimely death on December 19, 2021.

Fortunately, his team was gracious enough to the fans to release the expanded edition. Since Drakeo was murdered, only two other types of material have been put out. The first of which was a 2022 album called, Keep The Truth Alive. Then, just over a month ago Drakeo The Ruler’s single, “I’m The Reason,” also made its way onto streaming services.

Drakeo The Ruler Adds 15 New Songs To Deluxe

Now, we have A Cold Day In Hell (Deluxe). In addition, the new version adds a lot more music. In fact, there are 15 new tracks. They appear right after, “Intro (He’s Never Coming Back).” Additionally, five new features make the cut. 03 Greedo, ZayBang, Baby Ralfy, MoneySign $uede, and Thirsty P are now on the project.

Fans are still awaiting an official release date for Drake’s forthcoming solo album, For All The Dogs. But on Saturday, September 2, during his It’s All A Blur Tour second night at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, the rapper treated one concertgoer to something arguably even better.

Amongst the crowd, one attendee help up a sign reading, “I spent my furniture money on tickets to your two shows, OVO [October’s Very Own (Drake’s record label)] For Life.” It caught Drake’s attention, prompting him to read it out loud. He then vowed to make it up to him.

“My manager is my DJ… You know what, my man, your furniture money,” exclaimed Drake before he continued, “I’m going to give you 50 bands (thousand dollars) tonight because I love you.” He then turned his attention to his DJ, saying, “Make sure he gets his money tonight.”

As the crowd erupted, Drake took a moment to share a life lesson with his supporters. “You never know what the next person is going through,” he said. “You never know what the person in front of you, to the left, right, or behind you, is going through. So, I want to take a second in Las Vegas tonight. And the same way I just did what I did, I want you to open up your heart for a second and turn to someone you do not know to give them some love or a compliment. I want you to make somebody’s night in Las Vegas tonight.”

Millions worldwide struggle financially to afford their basic necessities, including furnishings for their home or concert tickets. Also, it won’t make a dent in Drake’s pockets as his current tour’s gross earnings are well into the millions.

Blueface’s Mom Tells Chrisean Rock To Call Her Amid Labor, Says Son Needs A “God-Fearing” Woman

Chrisean Rock recently hopped on Instagram Live, letting followers know that her water broke. She’s set to start pushing soon, finally giving birth to her baby boy with Blueface. Amid her social media posts, Blueface’s mother Karlissa Saffold took to her own Instagram, telling Chrisean to contact her if she’s in labor. “I’m coming Rock!” she wrote. “Call me if you really in labor.”

She then went on to describe a recent dream she had. “I had a dream she was running down the street trying to get him to come,” she explained. “Then I was talking to like 8 of her family members. We was praying. Lord what you got going on. But he did not come yet.”

Karlissa Saffold Describes Her Ideal Woman For Blueface

The reality star’s pregnancy has been pretty chaotic, namely due to drama with the baby’s father. On their series Crazy in Love, we’ve seen Blueface doubting that he’s the child’s father, accusing her of sleeping around, and more. In real life, social media users have seen him constantly comparing Chrisean to the mother of his first two kids, Jaidyn Alexis. He seems to be back on with Jaidyn, however, recent clips also suggest that he’s on good terms with Chrisean. With that being said, the rapper’s mother has had her own, turbulent relationship with Chrisean over the years.

It’s uncertain which, if any, of the rapper’s partners she’d like to see him with for good. Jimmy Buffett Died From Rare Skin Cancer

The music world mourned the death of Jimmy Buffett this week. Buffett, who built a musical and commercial empire on the back of his beach life-themed music, was reported to have died on September 1 at the age of 76. On September 2, his website announced that Buffett had died following a four-year battle with Merkel cell carcinoma, an extremely rare and fast-spreading form of skin cancer. Furthermore, Buffett faced the cancer in secret. His last known public performance was a surprise show in Rhode Island in July 2023.

Originally from Mississippi, Buffett pioneered a “beach bum” style and musical sound. That in turn found an audience in places like SoCal and the Florida Keys. He began recording music in the 1970s but only got his first #1 album in 2004 with License To Chill. His best charting single was 1977’s “Margaritaville”, which peaked at #8. That song would give its name to a restaurant chain that Buffett opened in 1985. A consistently popular chain, it received a new boost of attention earlier this year. YouTubers Eddy Burback and Ted Nivison underwent a road trip to visit every Margaritaville in North America.

World Mourns Jimmy Buffett

“Jimmy passed away peacefully on the night of September 1st surrounded by his family, friends, music and dogs. He lived his life like a song till the very last breath and will be missed beyond measure by so many,” the initial statement announcing his death read. The subsequent statement that revealed Buffett’s cause of death also announced that he had died at his home in Sag Harbor, New York.

Buffett’s death was marked by several musical greats. “So goodbye Jimmy. Thanks for your friendship and the songs I will carry in my heart forever. Sail On Sailor 🦜🌴🌊,” wrote Kenny Chesney, who collabed with Buffett several times. “A poet of paradise, Jimmy Buffett was an American music icon who inspired generations to step back and find the joy in life and in one another. We had the honor to meet and get to know Jimmy over the years, and he was in life as he was performing on stage – full of goodwill and joy, using his gift to bring people together,” wrote President Joe Biden. Buffett is survived by Jane, his wife of 46 years, as well as their three children – Savannah, Sarah, and Cameron.
