Joe Budden Thinks Megan Thee Stallion Sitting Down With Gayle King Was “Disgusting”

Opinions continue to swirl the web relating to Meg Thee Stallion’s recent interview with Gayle King on the situation between her and Tory Lanez. Joe Budden recently added his hat to the ring, tuning in to the interview during a recent episode of The Joe Budden Podcast.

Budden stated that Meg going to Gayle King was “disgusting,” and “sways public opinion.” As someone who has gone through the legal system, Budden says it’s triggering to him “when people play public jury games.”

Budden and his co-hosts also went into depth about the unfairness on Tory’s side of the argument. “He cannot speak again. So, you’re going to sit down with Gayle King… while he can’t speak…” adding, “I don’t necessarily love it.”

While there are many different media outlets to choose from, Budden questioned Meg’s choice to speak with Gayle King, saying that she should have gone to a hip-hop outlet. “Go to Hip-Hop,” he exclaimed. “There are too many hip-hop f**king outlets. Go to somebody who understands all of this sh*t, is keeping up with all this sh*t, and can provide some type of pushback if you’re trying to come off organic.”

He then went on to compare Meg’s case to Evelyn Lozado and Chad Ochocinco’s domestic violence incident, stating that “there is such a thing as victim bullying.” Continuing with his perceived similarities he said, “it didn’t matter the rehabilitation he had done. It didn’t matter the changes that he’d made. The apologies…” Understanding that Lozado was the victim, he said, “I don’t take that away. But that’s bullying.”

Ray J Says Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Sex Tape Story ‘Is a Lie’

Ray J is calling out Kim Kardashian and Kanye West over the drama surrounding an alleged sex tape.

The “One Wish” singer reacted to an emotional scene that aired on “The Kardashians” this week, which shows Kanye returning a hard drive believed to contain Kim and Ray J’s unreleased sex tape.

Ray J responded to the viral video by suggesting it’s all cap. “All of this is a lie,” he commented on Hollywood Unlocked’s Instagram post before slamming the alleged false narrative. “SMH. Can’t let them do this anymore. So untrue.”

During this week’s episode of “The Kardashians” on Hulu, Kim shared footage of Ye presenting her with the full “sex tape” that he retrieved from Ray J. Ye claimed that he took a red eye and got the footage from Ray J before bringing it to Kim amid their divorce.

Kim was emotional as she opened the suitcase in front of family members, revealing the hard drive. “He got me all of the sex tape back,” she said as tears filled her eyes. “I know Kanye did this for me, but he also did this for my kids. I wanna shield them from as much as I can and if I have the power to or if Kanye has the power to, like that is the most important thing to me and I am so emotional because of it. It just means a lot to me.”

However, according to Kim, the footage did not contain any explicit material. “Nothing sexual, nothing weird. So now I can take a deep breath and not worry about this,” she said.

When Kris Jenner suggested that Kanye had to cut a “big fat huge check” to get the tape back, he responded, “Oh, definitely not no check. We’re not getting extorted ever again.”

In September, Wack 100 claimed he was in possession of an unreleased Kim Kardashian and Ray J sex tape, which was longer and “more graphic and better than the first one,” and didn’t plan to release it to anyone but Kanye.

“Kanye, holla at me, bro. We got part two on the laptop and it’s never been seen,” Wack said during an interview with Bootleg Kev. “We can’t put that out there in the world like that. It’d be disrespectful.”

Hot 97 Summer Jam’s 2022 Lineup Is Led By Fivio Foreign, Lil Durk, And Lil Baby

Whatever city on the hip-hop map you call your own, there’s no escaping the impact of Hot 97’s Summer Jam in New York. It’s still one of the biggest single-day festivals in the culture, nearly always offering a who’s-who of the biggest stars in hip-hop. This year’s lineup is no different, highlighting the leading rap artists of 2022, as well as some of the genre’s fastest-rising up-and-comers.

The festival’s top line gets to include one of New York’s hometown favorites in the form of Fivio Foreign, with Chicago’s Lil Durk and Atlanta’s Lil Baby right behind. Young Thug and Gunna are apparently sharing a joint set, which makes sense considering how closely tied the duo’s output has been over the past two years between Punk, DS4EVER, and Slime Language 2 (we’re definitely getting both “Surf” and “Ski“).

Elsewhere on the lineup is a cross-section of styles and locales, from Miami’s City Girls to Virginia’s Pusha T to Compton’s Roddy Ricch. Even Nigerian favorite Burna Boy is there. Meanwhile, New York will remain well-represented thanks to Benny The Butcher (I know, I know, he’s from Buffalo, but still), DreamDoll, 22Gz, Lady London, Dougie B (hopefully, he makes bail by showtime), and The Girll Codee (worth giving a Google).

Summer Jam takes over Metlife Stadium on June 12. As always, get more information at the official website.
