Metro Boomin Walks Out With 21 Savage During Miami Tour Stop

Metro Boomin was the latest famous face to participate in the It’s All a Blur stage walk outs. The iconic producer came out with 21 Savage as part of the tour stop in Miami on September 28. Savage has become something of a forgotten figure on the tour. Despite being the co-headliner, most of the attention on the tour has been focused on Drake and his antics. However, the Metro pull shows that Savage deserves just as much respect as Drizzy gets.

There are just five shows left on the tour that has been going since July. There are two stops in Nashville and Toronto each before the tour ends in Columbus. While it was meant to end in Drake’s hometown, the Columbus stop is a rescheduled show from the start of July.

DJ Khaled Walks Out With Drake

Not to be outdone, Drake had his own iconic producer as a walkout in Miami. DJ Khaled stepped out with Drizzy in South Beach. However, Khaled wasn’t just serving as Drake’s escort. He had a message for fans. Khaled came out to the crowd at the Kaseya Center with a large sign that read “I have 2 Drake songs on my new album coming 2024”. Little is know about Khaled’s new album at this time. However, at least fans know to expect multiple Drake features. We’ll have any new details about the project as they emerge.

Speaking of albums, the shows in Toronto next week are set to be huge. Not only are they Drake’s hometown shows, but the rapper has promised that they will coincide with the release of For All The Dogs. The album, Drake’s third since 2021, has been delayed several times, much to the chagrin of fans. However, Drizzy has promised that it will be worth the wait. Furthermore, he also described the album as a return to the “old Drake”, which has many fans excited after a string of disappointing releases for diehard listeners.

Johnny Manziel & Drake’s “It’s All A Blur” Tour Walkout In Houston Had The Crowd Going Wild

Amid his It’s All a Blur North American tour, Drake has been working tirelessly to entertain thousands of fans nearly every night while simultaneously putting the finishing touches on his For All The Dogs album. The Canadian confirmed an October 6 drop date for the LP this past weekend after previously suggesting it would hit DSPs in August. Despite the delays, Drizzy’s fans are still showing out for him, especially the athletes in his inner circle. The latest superstar to have the honour of walking the “Way 2 Sexy” rapper out was Johnny Manziel on Sunday (September 17) evening.

Drake was performing in Houston, alongside his Her Loss collaborator, 21 Sav. He’s taking the stage in one of his favourite cities again on Monday night, though it’s unclear if Manziel plans to join him this time. In the video below, the longtime friends make their way through the crowd together, Champagne Papi standing out from everyone around him in a bright greenish-yellow ensemble.

Johnny Manziel is the Latest Athlete to Walk Out with Drake on Tour

The father of one stopped to acknowledge a few patrons as he walked past their seats, including a young girl who squealed with delight upon sharing a moment with Drake. For his part, Manziel almost blended in with the security team thanks to his black tee, but still, locals were quick to recognize the Texas-born quarterback, who was previously married to Nick Cannon’s baby mama, Bre Tiesi.

After seeing Johnny Manziel helping out his pal Drake on tour, many social media users have been commenting that the NFL alum is looking better than ever. Seeing as he revealed earlier this summer that he struggled with suicidal thoughts after retiring from football, his followers have been keeping a close eye on his well-being. Read everything Manziel had to say about his mental health battle at the link below and check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.

Lil Wayne Reportedly Left 50 Cent Show After Being Pushed Backstage

Things just keep getting worse for 50 Cent. At the same show that Fif hit an audience member with a microphone, Lil Wayne reportedly “stormed out” before his surprise appearance. According to sources who spoke with Page Six, Wayne was preparing to go on stage when he was pushed out of the way by members of the backstage staff. “He just stormed out,” said a backstage source. “He was in the building for about 20 minutes total.” Wayne went on to have a more successful appearance later in the week as part of a different superstar tour. He remained in LA to perform as part of Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour stop in the city.

Fif did get performances from Nas, YG, Chris Brown, and Tyga however. Despite this, fans will likely be disappointed that they missed out on getting that extra bit of flair that only Wayne can bring. Neither representatives for Wayne nor Fif responded to requests for comment about the incident. The concert was part of Final Lap Tour and took place at LA’s Crypto.com Arena. The tour ends its North American run in Toronto at the end of September. The tour’s finale will be in New Zealand in mid-December.

Fif Named In Battery Case

However, the issues appear to just keep compounding for Fif. Circling back to the mic-throwing incident, that moment has led to Fif being named as a suspect in a battery case by the LAPD. The moment occurred when Fif, apparently tired of his mics failing to work, threw one into the crowd. It struck Power 106 host Bryhana Monegain in the head, leaving a nasty laceration. Monegain later posted pictures of her injuries to social media, showing the gnarly cut as well as her outfit covered in blood.

“Let’s be very clear, as I told LAPD this afternoon, my client, Curtis [50 Cent], would never intentionally strike anyone with a microphone,” attorney Scott Leemon confirmed to the media earlier this week. “Anyone saying something different doesn’t have all the facts and is misinformed.” However, at this time, it appears that the police are continuing with their investigation for the moment.

Drake Walks Out With LeBron James & Bronny At Los Angeles Tour Stop

Drake and 21 S*vage have had no shortage of superstars arrive as special guests for their “It’s All A Blur” tour. Moreover, for their trek of shows in California, the Los Angeles crowd went absolutely ballistic for the latest duo to accompany the 6 God to the stage. None other than LeBron James of the Lakers and his son Bronny accompanied the OVO mogul as he went down the stairs and through rows of adoring fans on his way to the stage. What’s more is that he even took the time to sign a fan’s copy of his poetry book on the way. With two titans of their respective fields in the same room, you can imagine how electric the energy was.

Furthermore, it seems like the NBA superstar and his family actually really enjoy a good concert or two. Recently, LeBron James was spotted at a Brent Faiyaz show having a vibey and chilled-out time, so a show like Drake and 21’s must make for a more mood-mixing experience. After all, the 36-year-old has as many soft jams as he does bangers in his discography. If nothing else, this is another point of the long board of the two’s history together as solid comrades and good friends.

Bronny & LeBron James Walk Drake Out In Los Angeles

Not only that, but said support extends to Bronny’s basketball career, which Drake also supports to this day. Back in 2020, he accompanied LeBron to watch his son’s game courtside, and they all seemed to enjoy their outing together. With this recent tour stop in mind, we can only imagine what other noteworthy guests will pop out during the “It’s All A Blur” run. Each new concert seems to hold another name to go wild over, or some antic or announcement that sets social media ablaze.

Meanwhile, it’s quite interesting to see how the two’s career trajectories yielded similar paths. Both are at the top of their games, amassing a heap of haters and doubters amid heaps upon heaps of supporters. In addition, they’re both in places where they should be closing up shop soon, but seem far from doing so. As such, there’s no reason not to be excited for what’s to come from them- and from an emerging and bright talent like Bronny. Jake Paul Walks Out With Lil Durk Before Win Over Nate Diaz

Jake Paul certainly made one hell of an entrance to his fight against Nate Diaz. The two fighters had been hyping the fight since it was announced in April. However, few people knew what to expect from the actual fight itself. Many people believed that Paul would absolutely destroy Diaz, but more on that in a moment. Paul set the tone for the fight when he arrived at American Airlines Arena in a tank. Then, when it was time to enter the ring, he got an all-star walkout.

Dressed in his look from the cover of Almost Healed, Lil Durk performed “All My Life” as he walked alongside Paul to the ring. The track peaked at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and is platinum certified. It provided an impressive lead-in to the fight that, as mentioned, many expected Paul to absolutely dominate. And while Paul was the better fighter, the bout was less of the tomato can bounce-back people expected.

Paul Wins, But Diaz Holds His Own

While Jake Paul won the highly-anticipated fight, he wasn’t able to fulfill the promise he made to “do what Conor McGregor couldn’t – knock out Nate Diaz.” Paul won via unanimous decision (97-92, 98-91, 98-91). But, as mentioned, it wasn’t the brutal beatdown everyone was expecting. After a brutal first round from Paul, Diaz seemed to find his footing and showed some impressive inside work. “He’s tough. He’s real tough,” Paul said. “That’s what he’s known for. But tough in this sport doesn’t work.”

Of course, it wasn’t all humility from the outspoken Ohioan. “I knocked him down, won basically every round, but he’s a warrior. I had him hurt in the first round, he kept on coming. No one’s taken that much damage. All credit to my team and conditioning. Going 10 rounds in my eighth fight, it’s unheard of. Only been boxing for three years and beat a UFC legend.” Subsequently, Paul offered Diaz an MMA rematch. While a $10 million offer for such an event is currently on the table, Diaz’s indicated that it would need a bigger payday attached. Despite this, Diaz appeared interested in the offer. However, for now, Jake Paul’s legend of beating guys who aren’t professional boxers continues.
