Offset Is Getting All Of The Toxic People Out Of His Life On “FAN”

Offset is done with all of the games being played on this brand-new lead single. The Georgia native means all business on his song “FAN,” which is going to be the feature track ahead of his next album. He announced this news on his Instagram the same day as the single being released. This will be Offset‘s sophomore solo album, a follow-up to his first effort, FATHER OF 4. That LP had a host of big-name features on it including J. Cole, Travis Scott, Gunna, CeeLo Green, Cardi B, and plenty more to name.

There is no word on who will appear on this next project. All we know right now is the fact that it will be out on October 13, just about a month from now. In the meantime, Offset is here to deliver some anticipation with “FAN,” a two-and-a-half-minute track that talks a lot about removing the toxicity from your life. Whether it be women or men, he is done with all of the extra stress on his mind.

If you watch the music video that goes along with it, you will notice plenty of things. Firstly, Offset recreates some moments from Michael Jackson’s iconic song and visuals for “Thriller.” From the movie theater scene and him turning into a werewolf, fans might either enjoy it or scoff at it. Aside from the video, when you listen to the song, the rapper is paying homage to Project Pat from Three 6 Mafia with his flow. Doja Cat Drops “Scarlet” Tracklist, Fans React

The final piece to the puzzle for Doja Cat’s fourth studio album, Scarlet, is finally here. The 27-year-old recording artist has just given her fans and followers the official tracklist for the project. This may or may not be a surprise for some people, but what you will notice is that there are no features anywhere. Some fans are guessing that there will be hidden features on here, so we will have to wait to hear the album. However, some are saying there will be none, period. Listening day will tell us all we need to know, but for now, here is what we know.

The tracklist stands at 15 songs, which is usually a smart recipe. Many music fans like to say that the magic number for great albums is right around 13-15 tracks long, so we will see if Scarlet can live up to that metric. Additionally, you will see that three familiar song titles land on the LP. Those of course are the three lead singles Doja has released. “Attention,” “Paint The Town Red,” and “Demons,” all make the final cut, which was to be expected.

Of course, this exciting news going to draw some buzz from fans. A lot of people are chiming on the set of songs and some of the comments are just hilarious. Diddy Teases The Weeknd’s Last Feature With Exciting New Trailer

You might be asking yourself, “Why?” To give you some context, the hip-hop icon that needs no introduction is dropping his brand new project, The Love Album: Off The Grid, on September 15. While that alone is exciting news for hip-hop heads across the world, there is another bit of information that has a lot of fans buzzing. Back in early August, The Weeknd announced at one of his shows during his Til Dawn After Hours tour that he is not going to be doing any more features.

The one caveat that might bring him back to doing one would be if Daft Punk reunites. That pairing split up on February 22, 2021. But, Abel has agreed to make one more stop before closing this chapter in his legendary career. Diddy’s album is gaining hype because it is him, but also because the Canadian singer is laying down his last guest vocals on it. “Another One Of Me” is the lead single to his eighth studio album that will have a whole host of features on it, but probably none bigger than The Weeknd.

With the LP just days away from being out on streaming, Diddy has just teased this collab once again. He previously shared a clip on Twitter of some of Abel’s vocals, which sounded incredible. Here, though, he shares a sneak peek at the music video for the song. Theneighborhoodtalk shared it to their Instagram and the trailer looks amazing. Cool visuals of 21 Savage, French Montana, and The Weeknd show them shape-shifting from VFX. Then, Diddy looks to be sampling Phil Collins’ iconic track, “In The Air Tonight,” for this song. It is shaping up to be a grand finale for The Weeknd’s last guest verse.

Cardi B Updates Fans On New Album & Tour, Says She Wants To Work With This MC

Cardi B’s promo appearances for her new Megan Thee Stallion collab single “Bongos” has been absolutely relentless so far. Her latest appearance, on Andy Cohen’s show Watch What Happens Live, also gave fans some insight into her next career moves. Moreover, the Bronx artist answered some of Cohen’s questions about the timeline of her new album, her sophomore effort, and its supporting tour. First things first: unfortunately, Bardi season won’t kick off in full force with an LP until next year. However, at least she confirmed that there will, in fact, be a big tour after her project comes out.

Other than that, she didn’t offer too many details, but she came through with the fun and vibrant content and persona that we know her for. For example, when asked by Andy Cohen what her Real Housewives tagline would be, the 30-year-old couldn’t help but reference a big controversy she faced earlier this year. “The only thing I throw harder than mics is shade,” Cardi B said to the camera with a laugh. Jokes aside, the “Up” hitmaker also answered a question about a long-rumored and awaited collaboration: Lil Kim. “I really do want one,” Cardi B remarked. “I’m going through the songs on my album right now… I want us to have such a great, undeniable song because I know people are going to judge it and be so harsh of it. So, I want to make sure it is the greatest song. But I would love, love, love to do a song with Lil Kim. I love her. And not because she’s Lil Kim, but because she’s such a nice person.”

Vic Mensa Releases Another Lead Single Ahead Of “Victor” With “LVLN UP”

One of the many talents out of Chicago, VIC MENSA, is back once again with his second single. In particular, it is the next track to be featured on his next studio album, Victor, which comes out September 15. This is a big deal for the rapper and singer because, shockingly, this will only be his second solo album. It is crazy to think about that, considering the fact that VIC is a veteran in the rap game at this point.

He has plenty of projects out, but they are almost all EPs. In 2021 and 2020 the I TAPE and V TAPE were both just a few tracks long. 93PUNX, while that is an album, was a collaboration record with the band 93PUNX. Hooligans, released in 2018, a year after his debut project, The Autobiography, is just eight tracks. Finally, in 2016 his first effort was also an EP called There’s Alot Going On.

“LVLN UP” is a much different song than his previous single, “Blue Eyes.” This track has a more personal storytelling feel. Sampha Continues To Get Fans Ready For “Lahai” With “Only”

One of the most gorgeous and captivating voices in all of music is back with his second single for his highly-awaited album. We are talking about London songwriter and R&B artist, Sampha. His one and only full-length project was released all the way back in 2017. Process featured 10 tracks, along with a bonus edition that includes two extra songs. While it was a terrific project the following sophomore album will be longer which means we can hear more greatness from Sampha.

We already got the first single to his next album Lahai back on June 28. “Spirit 2.0” was a beautiful but somewhat sad track that was layered with tons of different instrumentation. That, along with this new song, “Only,” is giving us a nice glimpse as to how vast the sounds will be on this tracklist. This new cut is almost three minutes long and has more of a conventional R&B tune.

The looping hi-hats give it that feel, but there’s also the inclusion of violins and piano keys. In addition, you will find more awe-inspiring singing from Sampha. Fans should love this song and the upcoming album. A short bit ago, the singer posted to Instagram to announce his next musical journey with Lahai. He says, “LAHAI,” and then proceeds to list off the meaning behind it. “My grandfather’s name My middle name My next musical chapter My next album Fever Dreams. Continuums. Dancing. Generations. Syncopation. Bridges. Grief. Motherlands. Love. Spirit. Fear. Flesh. Flight.” All of these fairly vague characteristics are tantalizing and we cannot wait to listen to it on October 20.

Miguel Reveals The Aftermath Of His Wild “Viscera Experience”

It has nearly been six years since the release of Miguel’s last album War & Leisure. So many great cuts are on this project and it left fans on a huge cliffhanger for countless months. But, Miguel is finally returning to album form. With the release of two singles this year “Give It To Me” and “Number 9” featuring Lil Yachty, a new full-length is on the horizon. We even have a title for it! Viscera is the name and we cannot wait for it to release.

Both songs possess extremely lush and colorful production, and of course, terrific singing from Miguel. In fact, the R&B sensation recently performed “Number 9” at his “Viscera Experience” as well as three other tracks. The unreleased cut “Rope” was the song he fittingly chose to perform as he was suspended in midair. A hook-like contraption, eerily similar to something you would see in a Saw movie, was attached to his back. Miguel hung up there for around four minutes, showing his commitment to the fans to put on a one-of-a-kind performance.

Of course, after pulling off a stunt like that, Miguel was obligated to share the damage after the show. He posted a picture to his Instagram with his torn-up back. The caption reads, “VISCERA What is your relationship to pain ? What is your relationship to change ?” Ironically, fans in the comments do not seem to be keen on Miguel’s changes, saying things like “You and Doja about to piss me off.” Or, “Please, don’t start w your weird s***. Kanye West’s New Album Is “Imminent,” Sources Claim

Recently, two sources reportedly told NBC News that Kanye West has a new album on the way. They say he’s been working on it over the summer. According to the outlet, one of the sources worked alongside the artist in the studio. They claim they were able to give it a listen alongside Ye’s “wife,” Bianca Censori. The other source is said to have a close relationship with the controversial musician, claiming that “New music is imminent.” They additionally noted that they aren’t sure what platforms Ye will be dropping the album on.

The sources remain unknown, and their reason for going to NBC of all outlets is unclear. With that being said, these are far from the first reports of Ye’s plan to drop new music in the near future. Earlier this month, a leaker shared some new info about the artist’s alleged release plan. According to reports, the album rollout could begin as soon as October, and features previously unreleased tracks from different points in Ye’s career.

Though there’s little confirmed information about the project available, it’s clear that Ye’s fans look forward to his next release. Drake Fans Hope He Drops “For All The Dogs” On International Dog Day

It’s Friday August 25 as of writing this article, and Drake fans are scrambling because For All The Dogs, his highly anticipated new album, didn’t drop like they thought it would. Moreover, his reveal of the cover art earlier this week led many to believe that this was finally the week we would get it. It’s not like the 6 God has been teasing this album for months or years like some of his previous projects. Regardless, it doesn’t make the sting any easier to handle in the moment for fans, and they’re looking for any way out possible.

Furthermore, Drake fans have a new beacon of hope, and it’s nothing other than International Dog Day. That’s tomorrow (Saturday, August 26), and would explain the cover art reveal and be hilariously on brand. If there’s any artist that can drop outside of expected Friday release dates and still get the same attention, it’s him.
