Rich Amiri Teases “WAR READY” With “MADONNA & RIHANNA”

Outside of some relationship gossip, Rich Amiri has not been given his proper shine here at HNHH. Today, we are going to change that, as the youngster from Boston, Massachusetts has a new single that’s creating some buzz. The Internet Money and 10K Projects rapper loves to operate in the trap scene with elements of rage as well. That is exactly the vibe Rich Amiri is bringing to “MADONNA & RIHANNA.”

This looks to be the first single for his forthcoming record WAR READY, which he is promoting on social media. There seems to not be a release date for this project, but we assume it is expected to drop in 2024. For Rich, it will be LP number four, and will follow-up two offerings in 2023, Evolution and Ghetto Fabolous. That latter of which featured bangers like the irresistible “ONE CALL.”

Listen To “MADONNA & RIHANNA” By Rich Amiri

An area where we think he really shines is writing catchy hooks. “ONE CALL” had that going for it and so does “MADONNA & RIHANNA.” The beat choice is hard-hitting even if it is a little basic. Furthermore, Rich Amiri’s cadence is a selling point. His deep voice is pretty unique and it matches the atmospheric tone to this song, but also the rest of his music.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new single, “MADONNA & RIHANNA,” by Rich Amiri? Is this the best track he has dropped as of late, why or why not? What is your favorite element of the track and why? Does this get you excited for what WAR READY could be? We would like to hear what you have to say, so be sure to leave your takes in the comments section. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest news surrounding Rich Amiri. NxWorries Returns To Tease New Album With “86Sentra”

NxWorries, the soulful, California hip-hop duo of rapper and singer Anderson .Paak and producer Knxwledge, is back! Yes, after nearly a full year of no new material, they have finally got something new for the always eager fanbase. Ever since their excellent first effort in 2016 with Yes Lawd!, the hype surrounding them grew to epic proportions. However, outside of a remix version to their debut, the multi-talents have not been pressuring themselves to release new music. But we can at least say that NxWorries has a new single out now called “86Sentra.”

It is the shortest of the track that they have pushed out in the last year and a half. NxWorries’ first return after Yes Lawd! was their collaboration with R&B balladeer H.E.R., “Where I Go,” which dropped in 2022. Then, we would have to wait until May of 2023 to receive the gorgeous guitar-backed “Daydreaming.” Both cuts bring us to this short offering “86Sentra.”

It brings chill vibes coming from both Anderson and Knxwledge on the rapping and production front. .Paak is bringing some great rhymes and slick flows that skate over the drum-heavy beat. The synths looming in the background add an ethereal quality to the cut. While this is a solid release, the even bigger news is that this track is officially a promotional single! NxWorries will be dropping a new album on June 7 called Why Lawd? according to Pitchfork.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new single, “86Sentra,” by NxWorries? Is this the best track the duo has put out in the last year and a half, why or why not? What is your favorite element of the track and why? Do you think they will be dropping a new album this year? Who would you want to feature on the record? Lil Yachty is blazing new trails each and every day it seems. From his new features that drop weekly, to his future and most recent projects, Lil Boat is thriving. Pretty soon the Atlanta rapper and UK singer James Blake will be dropping an album together called Bad Cameo, which should be an interesting pairing. Doechii & JT Are Unbothered On Party-Ready Banger “Alter Ego”

Doechii is one of the many talented ladies on the Top Dawg Entertainment label. What makes her such a valuable asset to them is her ability to write catchy radio hits or go experimental at any given moment. A perfect example to look at is going from “What It Is” to “Pacer” in a span of about six months. Doechii is now following up the latter with another intriguing offering, “Alter Ego,” with JT of City Girls.

This last handful of singles over the past year, including “Booty Drop,” could all very well be on her next LP. While we still await a title and release date, she was supposedly confirmed to be dropping a tape, along with a host of other TDE artists. “Alter Ego” marks the first collaboration between Doechii and JT and it goes over pretty well. If you are looking for a uber-confident listening experience, then this will hit the spot.

Both femcees are bringing all their energy into the club-ready track. Zach Witness and Doechii both had a hand in the production. They meld together a unique combination of samples but it works! “Show Me Love” by Robin S, as well as a cult hit “Spread That P*ss” by Ayesha Erotica are the tracks responsible for the funky vibe of “Alter Ego.” Doechii and JT contrast each other nicely, with the latter going for a more smooth and lowkey delivery. Hear why “these h**s ain’t phasin’” them above.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new single, “Alter Ego,” by Doechii and JT? Is this one of her best releases as of late, why or why not? When do you think we are getting her album this year? BbyMutha’s “Lines” Single Is A Drug Drenched Banger

If you are looking to take a break from the traditional trap rap sounds of Southern hip-hop, look no further than BbyMutha. She is certainly doing things differently than most MCs from the area everything from the production to the vocals. A little over a month ago, the Chattanooga resident announced a new album, as well as an accompanying tour to boot. She will be dropping sleep paralysis on April 19, which is two days after she heads out for her 25 shows. To further promote her eighth project, BbyMutha is bringing out the third single which is called “lines.”

Out of “go!” and “gun kontrol,” this may be her craziest and most zany track from the album yet. BbyMutha’s “lines” definitely lives up to the title is has. This three-minute track gives you the feeling after taking some seriously trippy psychedelics. The warped beat and hallucinating vocal delivery from her tie everything together in the perfect way that only she could do.

We are not sure if there are hidden guests, but our assumption is that there will be none. Be sure to check out “lines” in the meantime with the links above.

A Kansas City, Missouri MC is teaming up with one of the best modern trap rap producers to flip an East Coast classic. SleazyWorld Go and Turbo hit the recording studio to sample DMX’s “What They Really Want” for “WTW.” This marks the rapper’s fourth overall single and second solo effort of 2024. What is even better about this song is that it has a real shot at making Sleazy’s next project.

According to the press release notes, the debut album is still awaiting a title and drop date. But if this what the tape is going to sound like, we are all ears. This song also comes at a good time for SleazyWorld. The “Sleazy Flow” creator is currently assisting Offset on his first-ever solo tour.

NBA YoungBoy Has Fans Scratching Their Heads With New Single “Catch Him”

NBA YoungBoy has been the subject of a lot of ridicule throughout his expansive career. At just 24 years old, the Louisiana product has well over 20 albums/mixtapes. All of that has been accomplished in just about eight years as well. It has led to a lot of debates on whether the quality is equal to the quantity. In this case, “Catch Him” is not making a good case for NBA YoungBoy.

Like most of his releases, especially as of late, YB has put the single on YouTube only. And once again, the track is already receiving a ton of views, with well over 400,000 in its first 17 hours. However, fans in his Instagram comments underneath his two latest posts about “Catch Him” have not been glowing. One person writes, “N**** must have gotten cloned bc this definitely not hitting I can’t be the only one 😭” Another chimes in, “Nah man you starting to lose me.”

Listen To “Catch Him” By NBA YoungBoy

We can see why a majority of people are feeling this type of way about it. NBA YoungBoy’s voice is way too overpowering in the mix and his cadence is all over the place. When you get to around the 40 second mark of the record you will see what we mean by that. The flows are also way off beat, and they are not pleasant to the ears. Hopefully, his next project to follow, I Just Got A Lot On My Shoulders, will be something the fans can enjoy.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new single, “Catch Him,” by NBA YoungBoy? Do you agree with the fans that this song is not good, why or why not? Are your favorite artists ones that drop more, or drop less and why? Do you think NBA has fallen off?
