Trump Found Liable of Sexual Abuse and Defamation in Civil Suit, Ordered to Pay $5M in Damages

President Trump Officially Arrested in New York City

A New York federal jury has found former President Donald Trump liable for the sexual abuse and defamation of former Elle advice columnist E. Jean Carroll.

Trump was found liable for the abuse and forcible touching, while the defamation resulted from the former president’s last fall stating Carroll made the incident up. Trump has been awarded $5 million in compensatory and punitive damages.

The verdict was reached in three hours and was reached by a jury composed of six men and three women.

According to CNBC, Carroll states Trump raped her in a department store dressing room in the mid-1990s. Trump was not found liable for the alleged rape.

Speaking on Truth Social, Trump blasted the decision and claimed to have no idea who Carroll was.

“I have absolutely no idea who this woman is. This verdict is a disgrace,” Trump wrote. “This case will be appealed, and we will ultimately win.”

The verdict stacks on previous issues for Trump, including an indictment by the state Supreme Court in the hush money paid to Stormy Daniels. The money was hidden via the falsification of business records. Trump is still facing a criminal investigation for his role in overturning the 2020 presidential election and possible indictment in Georgia for attempting to flip Joe Biden’s victory in the state.

Trump Never Invited The Obamas Back To The White House

There is a long-standing tradition in American politics. As president, you are meant to invite your predecessor back to the White House for the unveiling and hanging of their official Presidential Portrait. Once a staple of the Presidential experience, it was Jackie Kennedy who restarted the tradition in the 1960s.

The tradition of the current President helping unveil the portrait of the previous President started in earnest under President Carter. Carter invited President Ford back to the White House in 1978 to hang Ford’s portrait. The tradition continued from there, with the exception of Carter who requested that there be no ceremony. Bush I invited back Reagan, Clinton invited back Bush I, Bush II invited back Clinton, and Obama invited back Bush II. However, the trend stopped under Trump, who did not extend an invitation to the Obamas. Their portraits were instead unveiled in 2022 by President Biden.

Trump Never Invited The Obamas To The White House

Appearing on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, the former First Lady did not hold back. She cut Fallon off as he tried to lead into a question about being invited back under the Biden administration. “Wasn’t invited,” Obama quipped, smirking as the jab threw Fallon off before following up with an “oooh shade.” She then went on to clarify what she meant, “That’s tradition. You do your official portraits. The next president is supposed to invite you back to hang them. We were never invited back. So, these pictures had been done for a long, long time.”

Trump has had a…thorny relationship with his Presidential predecessor to say the least. Reports claim that Trump had the toilets replaced in the White House after the Obamas left. Furthermore, Trump was a very prominent voice in the “Birther movement”, the right-wing conspiracy that Obama was not a US citizen. Despite running against Hilary Clinton in 2016, Trump always positioned himself as an antidote to the Obama era. A president almost famous for his reckless abandonment of protocol, this latest claim of both shunning tradition and snubbing the Obamas is unsurprising. It is unclear when the official portraits of the Trumps will be completed.

Donald Trump Loves Ice Spice

Ice Spice earned all sorts of co-signs over the past few months, from Cardi B to Meek Mill, and most recently, Nicki Minaj. However, her latest co-sign was completely unexpected. In the midst of the Manhattan criminal case and ahead of his run for president, Donald Trump sat down with the Full Send Podcast for a second time where he dived into a little game of rapid-fire questions. Kyle Forgeard spat out a few names, asking the former president to provide one-word reactions to each.

The first up was Elon Musk, who Donald Trump described as “smart.” Then, they named Joe Biden, Trump’s nemesis. Unshockingly, the ex-president feels is the complete opposite of the Twitter CEO. Trump called North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un “interesting” and afterward, called Kanye West’s ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, “disingenuous.” That isn’t necessarily shocking after Ye revealed that Trump dissed his ex-wife during a meeting. Trump remains as outspoken as ever, which he apparently hopes will secure a second term in office in the 2024 elections.

Trump Reacts To Ice Spice

The Nelk Boys then brought up the Bronx Baddie herself, Ice Spice. “Who the hell is Ice Spice?” Trump asked to a room full of giggles. “You don’t know Ice Spice?” Kyle asked the president before trying to hum the melody to her break-out hit, “Munch.” Aaron “Steiny” Steinberg followed up, saying, “You’ve heard the song.” Trump didn’t confirm whether he’s heard the song or not but the “Princess Diana” rapper appears to be in his good books. “Play it for me,” Trump said before simply stating, “Well, I like it.”

Ice Spice is certainly winning over the elite. Even though Trump might not appreciate Kim Kardashian, the SKIMS founder has shown her support for the rapper in the past few months. Kim Kardashian recently invited Ice Spice to her home where they shot TikTok videos with North West. Could Ice Spice be Trump’s next celebrity endorsement for the 2024 elections? Probably not but we’re definitely interested in hearing her reaction to his co-sign. Check out the clip above and sound off with your thoughts in the comments below.

Donald Trump Interviewed On Full Send Podcast

Former president Donald Trump has been in the news practically every day since he took office. Unfortunately, things have not been looking great for him recently. His indictment by a New York grand jury no doubt has him scrambling for any good publicity he can possibly get. However, the further down the conspiracy rabbit hole the former president goes, the less people in the mainstream media want to do with him. Although Trump still has supporters, his numbers seem to be dwindling. As such, he needs to get his name back out there any way he can. Now, he looks to have joined the ranks of other controversial guests on Full Send Podcast.

Full Send Podcast is a popular show hosted by Nelk, a group of Canadian internet personalities. They were known for their comedic videos on YouTube. In the podcast, Nelk members Jesse Sebastiani, Kyle Forgeard, and Lucas Gasparini discuss a variety of topics, share stories, and bring in guests. Trump On Full Send: Publicity Stunt Or Platform?

As a former President of the United States and a controversial figure in politics, Donald Trump’s appearance as a guest on the Full Send Podcast would likely generate significant attention. The former president is well-known for his outspoken and unfiltered style. As such, Trump’s presence on the podcast would likely result in an engaging and lively conversation. Trump could potentially share insights and stories about his time in politics. However, given the polarizing nature of Trump’s political career, his appearance on the Full Send Podcast would likely also spark debate and discussion among listeners, with opinions ranging from excitement to criticism.

A picture of the Full Send Podcast hosts posing with Trump was posted online. In the photo, each of them smiling with a thumbs up. This calls into question what type of interview we might be looking at here. Are the hosts planning to ask the former president difficult questions? Or are they there simple to let him speak his piece? It could also be a huge publicity stunt. The real question is whether or not we should be expanding the platform of a person like Trump to begin with. What do you think about the news? Will you listen to the former president’s interview on the podcast? Let us know in the comments!

DJ Akademiks Battles Backlash After Agreeing to Exclusive Streaming Deal with Right-Wing Platform

DJ Akademiks 9 22

Days after he shared a photo next to Donald Trump, DJ Akademiks signed an exclusive streaming deal with a right-winged streaming company named Rumble.

The streaming factory hosts controversial and right winged companies like Sean Hannity and Donald Trump’s Truth Social. The company that bills itself as “immune to cancel culture” announces that Akademiks will be on the platform “three to five days a week,” sharing his take on top headlines and continuing to cover Hip-Hop.

“I look forward to being one of the first to bring music and cultural conversations to a platform like Rumble,” Akademiks said. “There have been many bad decisions at larger platforms where they haven’t put creators first and they are disconnected to the community. I feel now is an inflection point for streaming platforms. I couldn’t be more excited to lead this effort on a platform that puts creators first.”

Rumble Chairman and CEO Chri Pavlovski added, “Akademiks is one of the most influential personalities in the hip hop and cultural world. Having him on Rumble sends a big statement to the other platforms on how serious we are in getting into different channels of content, from sports to music to culture.”

In a less-official statement, AK hit Twitter and sent a warning shot to those speaking against his new deal:

All y’all hop hop niggas keep it cute.. cuz when I start bombing on y’all for 365 days straight y’all claim I’m obsessed and do too much. I’m still the same Nigga ain’t nothing change but where I’m finna stream. I’m still violating any of y’all.. who even breathe wrong at me.

Matter of fact lemme record a Off The Record pod bout sum shit.. ain’t finna be tweeting back n forth wit u bitch ass Niggas … be out in a few hours.. imma check some of these lil niggas. Oh yeah and still stream later on rumble.

Fresh off an indictment, Donald Trump and Big Ak were on hand at UFC 287 in Miami, which made for a Kodak moment between the two.

“Might have to take up Uncle Trump on his offer of being His Vice President 2024. Bruh told me ‘no way you’d be worse than Kamala,’” wrote on the picture of his Cageside moment.

The pockets of Hip-Hop support continue to rise after Trump was arraigned on Tuesday (Apr. 4), pleading not guilty to 34 felonies of falsification of business records. His charges made an impact on Hip-Hop, with many offering their opinions on social media. That included Kodak Black, who received a pardon from Trump as he left office.

Hitting Instagram Live, Black sounded off.

“I feel like these people on some other s—. So they gon’ try to get Trump out the way ’cause Trump a stand-up n—a, he a real n—a. He’ll let a b—h do anything. Trump a real n—a., man, a soldier.”

In more Trump & Hip-Hop. Did you know that Meek Mill and former President Donald Trump have the same lawyer? On hand at arraignment was Trump’s band of lawyers, including Joe Tacopina, who previously represented the “Dreams & Nightmares” rapper.

Seeing the courtroom picture of Trump online, Meek grabbed it and brought it to his Instagram story to cosign how skilled Tacopina is as a lawyer and throw some attributes to Trump’s credit.

“Trump graduated from the streets…sharing criminal lawyers as ys [with us]…Joe Tactical.”

YSL Codefendant Facing Mental Evaluation For Claiming Trump Gave Him Legal Advice

The RICO trial of YSL and Young Thug just encountered yet another roadblock after Fulton County Chief Judge Ural Glanville ordered a mental evaluation of a codefendant. Moreover, YSL affiliate Jayden Myrick claimed to receive legal advice from former President Donald Trump, President Joe Biden, and U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff. This followed various delays in the jury selection process, which is expected to take months to complete. Since January, the court has searched for jurors to evaluate the crimes and fates of Young Thug and 13 other codefendants. With this new development, the trial might take longer to get underway.

Furthermore, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that Judge Glanville expressed concern for Myrick’s statements. Last month, his attorneys made a request for a hearing to establish the 22-year-old’s competency to represent himself in court. Said request came directly as a result of his wishes. “I’m not the regular inmate,” he reportedly stated during the hearing. “I be with Joe Biden and Donald Trump and they be talking to me. Donald Trump is going to get me out.” Afterwards, he struggled to make himself clear in the court’s eyes. “I have some serious concerns about his present competency,” the judge remarked after asking if he took medication.

Judge Orders Mental Evaluation Of Codefendant In YSL Case

However, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Myrick did receive medical prescriptions, which included an antipsychotic. Still, the codefendant maintained that he doesn’t need treatment via said medication. “I don’t need the medication,” he allegedly told the court. Not only that, but he expressed dissatisfaction with his legal team, alleging that his defense wasn’t on his side.

Given these statements, Judge Glanville ordered a mental evaluation of Myrick within 48 hours. Moreover, this evaluation would determine whether the alleged YSL coconspirator is competent to stand trial among his cohorts. If the evaluation rules otherwise, his case could face separate trial so as to not cause further delays for his 13 codefendants. As such, perhaps this won’t affect the case’s timeline as the situation suggests. Despite those hopes, given how many twists and turns this case underwent, it’s not out of the question. Kodak Black on Trump’s Charges: ‘He’s a Soldier’

Kodak Black Blasts Trump Haters

Donald Trump’s indictment and subsequent stint in police custody shook the news world recently, and Kodak Black is done with people “hating” on No. 45. Moreover, he took to his Instagram Live to vent about the reception to Trump’s arrest, namely people celebrating it. For those unaware, authorities arraigned and arrested the former president on Tuesday (April 4) on 34 felony counts for falsifying New York business records before the 2016 election. Also, his charges relate to a hush money fund set up to silence porn star Stormy Daniels for their involvements together. Even with all that in mind, Yak is sticking by Trump.

“I feel like these people are on some other s**t,” the Florida rapper ranted to his Instagram followers. “They are trying to get Trump out the way cause Trump a stand-up n***a. [Joe] Biden will let a n***a do anything. Trump is a real n***a. He’s a soldier. It ain’t how he snapped for a n***a. It ain’t even about that. Trump already had big baggage. Luggage. Y’all get off Trump, man.” Given Trump’s pardon of Kodak for falsifying records, the MC’s support is, at the very least, reciprocal and thankful. After all, it’s rare for people in Yak’s position to get any sort of empathy, justice, or even consideration from the powers that be, which is something he must deeply appreciate.

Kodak Black Defends Trump

Of course, that didn’t stop people from calling the 25-year-old out online over his support of the disgraced politician. Also, this assessment comes as the 76-year-old gave an inflammatory and conspiratorial first speech after indictment to supporters in Mar-a-Lago. “They can’t beat us at the ballot box, so they try to beat us through the law,” he stated. “The only crime that I’ve committed is to fearlessly defend our nation from those who seek to destroy it. The criminal is the district attorney because he illegally leaked massive amounts of grand jury information, for which he should be prosecuted — or at a minimum, he should resign.”

Regardless of his words, many hope that true justice will see the light of day in this historic and surreal case. While it’s worrisome to see this happen to a democratically elected president, at least the extent of his crimes are finally being held accountable. For people like Kodak Black, though, they have to reckon with being on the good side of the wrong side of history. For the latest on Kodak Black and more big updates on the Trump indictment, stick around on HNHH.
