Around 5:45am on November 24, police received reports of a car stopped in the middle of the road and someone “slumped” over the steering wheel. Upon arriving at the scene, Haddish was roused and arrested. However, she was quickly bailed and appeared at a gig in Long Beach later that day.

The court’s recent ruling on Tiffany Haddish’s bond conditions followed prosecutors’ request to modify them after her arrest for a second DUI in Beverly Hills, California.

This came a few months after her initial DUI arrest in Atlanta, Georgia, on January 14, 2022. To prevent any further violations, the judge ordered Haddish to abstain from consuming alcohol and illicit drugs, including CBD products derived from hemp.

Although Haddish was not involved in an accident, the police took action, leading to her arrest. Interestingly, this is not the first time Haddish has faced a DUI charge.

The actress/comedian was spotted falling asleep behind the wheel on the street in Beverly Hills. Now the case is under review by the LA. District Attorney’s Office. The D.A.’s office will now decide what charges will stick after the comedian was arrested for her second DUI in less than two years last month.In January 2022, she was taken into custody in Atlanta after allegedly falling asleep behind the wheel after smoking weed.

Tiffany Haddish’s DUI case is now in the hands of the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

“The case is currently under review,” a spokesperson for the Bureau of Communications told this outlet on Tuesday.

The D.A.’s office will now decide what charges — if any — will stick after the comedian was arrested for her second DUI in less than two years last month.

As this outlet reported, the Girls Trip star was taken into custody by the Beverly Hills Police Department on November 24 when she fell asleep behind the wheel. Luckily, no one was hurt since her Tesla self-parked in the middle of the street.

Haddish was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence and was released several hours later. But this isn’t the first time this has happened.

In January 2022, she was taken into custody in Atlanta after allegedly falling asleep behind the wheel after smoking weed. She was released after posting a $1,666 bond. The ordeal wasn’t caught on camera — unlike this time.

However, a DUI is the least of Haddish’s legal worries. The mother of the two children that Haddish reportedly coerced into doing a poorly-received skit about pedophilia has sued Haddish for defamation. “I wasn’t concerned about the case being out of the public eye because I am not personally interested in any exposure. I was more concerned about the arbitration because I didn’t understand the process. Now that I know how it works, I look forward to presenting concrete evidence of how my daughter and I were bullied into signing the agreement and how she lied about being extorted,” Trizah Morris said in a statement this week.

Haddish and Ariel Spears were originally sued for allegedly coercing children, a brother and sister, into “filming sexually explicit child pornography skits” last year. Haddish later settled the suit. However, Morris, the mother of the two children, believes that Haddish has used the settlement to try and paint herself as the victim rather than the accused.
