Top5 Threatens To Shoot Kendrick Lamar If He Ever Goes To Toronto

After Drake paid for Top5’s legal fees to beat a murder case, the Toronto rapper got right back to reverting to his violent ways, at least verbally. Moreover, you’ve probably already heard about how Top5 threatened Drake’s opponent, Kendrick Lamar, during a recent livestream. Now, he’s doubling down on his promises of violence thanks to a recent appearance on Late Night With Liyah Mai, during which he threatened to hit K.Dot with a drive-by shooting if he ever crosses into Toronto. Of course, this is pretty much the worst way in which this feud could’ve evolved, so we pray that these are empty threats for everyone’s sake.

“Tell him come to Toronto. Swiss cheese,” Top5 said of Kendrick Lamar. “I’ll get the low, put on my Nike tech black, tell YG get us a driver, put the window down and get some fresh air. How disrespectful are y’all to ask me about Kendrick Lamar? Drake’s a bad boy. There’s a girl right there, you want [her] to get you? Don’t disrespect my homie Drake like that.” Mai proposed that Kendrick beat Drizzy in their battle, which made Top5 very angry.

Kendrick Lamar Associates Respond To Top5’s Threats: “Come Find Out”

Earlier this week, Top5 was set free after beating a murder case. The Toronto rapper had been behind bars for his alleged involvement in Hashim Omar Hashi’s 2021 shooting. “An innocent man just came home,” he told reporters following the ruling. “I hope they find whoever they did that. R.I.P.”

Top5 proceeded to share a celebratory post on Instagram, in which he thanked those who helped him along the way. This included Drake, who he alleged covered his legal fees. He later deleted any mention of Drake. Top5 also spoke with DJ Akademiks and Adin Ross for one of his first post-prison interviews and had some menacing words for Kendrick Lamar and his friends.

Smac also chimed in on the FMW podcast recently, making it clear that he’s not worried. “F*ck you and Toronto, Top5. You ain’t gotta come find us, we’ll find you, b*tch. I’m on that muthaf*cka. Come to L.A., we’re gonna shut you down, b*tch,” he said. “We’re gonna smack the f*ck out this p***y b*tch. We stand on business. N***a gonna slap him. F*ck him, f*ck Toronto, f*ck Top5, f*ck his sister, f*ck his daughter. He threatening us, it’s all off the table now. 50 Cent Addresses Former Beam Suntory Employee’s Alleged Suicide Threat

50 Cent has been wrapped up in a heated legal battle with Beam Suntory for a while now. Recently, it was reported that ex-employee Michael Caruso threatened to take his own life to avoid facing legal consequences for his alleged crimes. Fif accuses him and other former employees of taking part in an embezzlement scheme. Allegedly, one of the defendants previously decided that wanted to admit his guilt. This then prompted him to phone up his fellow ex-employees to share his plan. In response, Caruso reportedly began to cry and threatened to commit suicide if Green went through with it.

50 Cent took to Instagram earlier today to respond to the alleged threat, sharing a screenshot of AllHipHop‘s report. “Go read this article on @allhiphopcom beam Suntory change their name to @suntoryglobalspirits it is a 3.2 billion a year company, and they are doing this kinda sh*t,” he captioned the post. “The government needs to step in a regulate the spirits business. Black owned companies can not make it, if they don’t have the 70 million I had to put into the business.”

Reportedly, Caruso’s threat took place before he and the others were formally sued. Since then, he’s countersued the mogul, alleging that he was cut out of a deal with Fif’s Sire Spirits without getting the compensation or ownership stake that he was promised. 50 Cent later took to social media to call him a “snitch” for an unrelated case.

Kendrick Lamar hosted his eagerly awaited “Pop Out” event at the Forum in LA last night, and as expected, he was joined by an impressive series of special guests. Dr. Dre, Tyler, The Creator, Jay Rock, YG, and many more took the stage, while others simply stopped by to watch the historic performance unfold. The Weeknd was one of them and was spotted having a blast in the crowd.

For those who don’t recall, The Weeknd seemingly dissed Drake on a collab with Future and Metro Boomin. As a result, he was called out by name on Drake’s track “Family Matters.” He didn’t appear to get involved much more than that, though he was still sure to show up to support Kendrick at the highly anticipated performance, which was his first since his viral feud with Drake.

Not everyone’s happy that he showed up, however. Toronto rapper Top5 recently took to Instagram to issue what appears to be an alleged threat. Moreover, he accused The Weeknd of using drugs. “@theweeknd you started doing coke now [you’re] from Compton?” he wrote. “Wait till my GGs see you.” It’s unclear exactly why Top5 is so upset with The Weeknd, but it’s possible that he simply feels like he should do a better job of repping Toronto.

Either way, he’s getting clowned for the alleged threat in No Jumper‘s comments section. “Bro threatening a dude who make love songs,” one Instagram user jokes. “Beefing with the weekend is cr*zy,” another claims. Birdman & Slim Allegedly Blindfolded A Universal Executive & Threatened Him During Negotiations

The rise of Cash Money is the stuff of legend, a label and collective so popular, uncompromising, profitable, and infamous that thinking of them today seems like it was much longer ago. Regardless, brothers Birdman and Slim built an empire that continues to hold weight as one of the most important rap group movements in history so far, and they recently stopped by a SiriusXM show to talk about their experience (the former through a call, the latter in person). They told the story of how they allegedly once blindfolded a Universal executive who wanted to sign them, took him to the New Orleans projects, and placed a gun on the table during their negotiations to make their intentions and energies very clear.

Of course, this is something to laugh back at these days since everything worked out, but it’s still quite the scary situation if it actually happened. On the flip side, this could just be a Birdman and Slim story that’s meant to further mythologize Cash Money as a group and the image of how they conduct business… right? At the end of the day, who knows, but whatever happened was enough to nab them keys to the city of New Orleans. Deservedly so, we might add, considering the sheer impact that they had not just artistically, but commercially and for entrepreneurship.

What’s more is that Birdman and Slim’s legacy might see even more reevaluation, appreciation, and throwback appeal this year. After all, Cash Money will reunite at this summer’s Essence Fest in New Orleans, a very exciting and much-requested affair. At press time, we’re still not super sure on who exactly will pop out alongside Stunna. But whoever they are, we’re sure that it will be a very special moment.

Meanwhile, this anecdote about the Universal blindfold is quite interesting considering previous statements from Birdman speaking to his “love and respect” for the label allowing him to own his masters. Some fans were suspicious of this sentiment at first, and maybe this adds more fuel to that fire. But we know for sure that they had the power and, frankly, the balls to demand them. So who knows what history could’ve changed if things with Universal went another way?

Donald Trump Threatens To Deport Prince Harry If He’s Re-Elected

We’ll have to ask Trump’s supporters in hip-hop what they think of his latest threat to deport Prince Harry if he wins another election for President of the United States. Moreover, the indicted politician and business mogul recently sat down for an interview with GBN‘s Nigel Farage. During it, he warned that the Duke of Sussex would not get special treatment if he lies on his visa application, and it seems particularly centered around the former royal’s admissions of hard drug use. Futhermore, this is a factor that could significantly affect a visa renewal process or the application itself, as it could make applicants and solicitors ineligible. Of course, Donald Trump failed to offer a specific plan here, but he threatened Harry if his visa contains gaps or false information.

However, it’s more likely than not that Prince Harry’s past drug use, much to Trump’s dismay, will not pose that big of an issue concerning his visa. For those unaware, he currently lives in the U.S. on a visa and is still considering the idea to become a national citizen. Harry’s wife, Meghan Markle, is a natural-born U.S. citizen, and their children Archie and Lilibet are dual citizens. Since the election is months away, it seems like there’s not much cause for concern either way.

Well, there is cause for concern, but it’s because of the general campaign that Trump’s brought about, not its relationship to an ex-British royal. “Now if I don’t get elected, it’s going to be a bloodbath for the whole [country],” he threatened at a recent Ohio rally in reference to the Chinese automobile industry. “That’s gonna be the least of it. It’s going to be a bloodbath for the country. That will be the least of it. But they’re not going to sell those cars. They’re building massive factories. If this election isn’t won, I’m not sure that you’ll ever have another election in this country.”

Meanwhile, as more folks either align with or blast No. 45’s right-wing tendencies, it sets up a wholly chaotic election year that we’re already deep into. Biggie Threatens To “Smack” Jela For Claiming Rollie Won Fight

During a recent Instagram Live, Natalie Nunn and Jelaminah “Jela” Lanier chatted about some recent moments on Baddies. Unfortunately, however, the playful stream has resulted in some serious beef. Biggie recently took to Twitter/X to acknowledge some of their comments, making it extremely clear that she didn’t appreciate the shade. Obviously, she’s not messing around, as she even hit Jela with a threat.

In a clip from the stream, Jela brings up a recent fight between Biggie and Rollie. When Nunn asks her which of the two women “won,” Jela claims that she wasn’t sure, as she wasn’t able to see very well. “You saw,” Nunn insisted, prompting both of them to burst out in laughter. “You saw b*tch, so just say who won,” she added. Eventually, Jela said that Rollie won, to which Nunn replied, “You’re so messy.”

For obvious reasons, Biggie wasn’t a fan of Jela’s take on the fight. According to her, Jela’s nice to her face whenever she sees her in person, meaning that that jab likely came out of left field. Biggie claims that if Jela keeps it up, she’ll be getting a taste of what she witnessed during her fight with Rollie. “But yeah, every time you see me you’re smiling in my face don’t get caught up smiling again I don’t care if I could fight or not you’ll get smacked to,” she wrote.

Jela insists she wasn’t trying to be shady, however, taking to The Neighborhood Talk‘s comments section recently to clap back. “@pvd_biggie see I can always put a name or @ on anything I have to say… nobody was being shady to you. R. Kelly Claims Ignorance Over $10.5 Million Lawsuit Against Him For Shooting Threat

R. Kelly’s legal trouble continues to mount and mount, this time over a lawsuit that he allegedly was never aware of. Moreover, according to new court documents reportedly obtained by TMZ, he blasted a $10.5 million August judgement awarded against him to a group of women. The judge in this case oversaw the case of six females who sued the artist and his alleged former manager Donnell Russell for reportedly sabotaging and shutting down a New York City screening of the Surviving R. Kelly docu-series in December of 2018 by threatening a mass shooting. He supposedly expressed that, if he was aware of the suit in the first place, he would have defended himself.

As such, it seems like this $10.5 million sum is a default judgement based on R. Kelly’s failure to respond, although that’s just an assumption. Given his response, though, it would make sense that said outcome was what won the lawsuit for the six women in this case and time. Regardless, this also follows a pattern of legal pushback from the Chicago native against endeavors against him. For example, he sued Tasha K and various prison workers last year for allegedly leaking information about him.

Back to this specific judgement, though, R. Kelly reportedly expressed that he’s simply overwhelmed by the many lawsuits and cases against him, which he can’t handle from his North Carolina prison cell. Beyond the sheer quantity, another reason he cited is the many changes in his legal team as of late, which caused him to completely miss the lawsuit. In addition, the 57-year-old said he “cannot read or understand words beyond that of a grade schooler,” so he wouldn’t have been able to understand the suit in the first place without solid legal counsel. As the final cherry atop the excuse sundae this time around, he claimed Russell was never his manager and that, if he tried to stop the Surviving screening without Kelly, he did it “for his own reasons,” not on his orders.

Meanwhile, we’ll see if there are any reversals or double-downs in this case. The pop culture world continues to discuss this situation, whether it’s for a morbid laugh or for a serious conversation on abuse of power. Rick Ross’ new boo Cristina Mackey is really enjoying her time with the rapper– and she’s learning that the hard way. Moreover, she’s now getting into beef with his former partner and the mother of his son, Tia Kemp, who took to social media earlier this year to clown Mackey’s cooking skills. This resulted in an IG Live clap-back and some more words exchanged here and there, although it’s worth noting that Rozay hasn’t really participated in this whole debacle. Now, in an Instagram rant of her own, Kemp not only threatened to attack Ross’ girlfriend, but also threatened to expose a medical condition of his if he didn’t pay up.

Apparently, Tia Kemp recently visited “The Promise Land,” and found Rick Ross’ diabetes medicine that she’s threatening to expose further. “Is you getting ding-dings extensions?” she asked during her attacks against Mackey, threatening to “send TMZ to his doctor” and roping their son into all this. “Lil’ Will, tell your daddy send me a check. Blueface & Soulja Boy Beef Escalates As Latter Threatens A Shootout

The beef between Blueface and Soulja Boy isn’t slowing down anytime soon, and it looks like things are getting more aggressive by comparison. Moreover, the last update we got on this situation was a series of deleted tweets from the latter that contained some threatening sentiments. “A n***a ever tried you and you just wanted to shoot his a** like f**k all the fighting I’m finna pop this n***a,” he wrote on Saturday (January 6). “You a dead man walking @bluefacebleedem.” However, this wasn’t where the 33-year-old stopped the buck. He also went on Instagram Live to seek an end to this whole feud, albeit in a pretty extreme and hopefully exaggeratory way.

“All that Internet s**t, playing back and forth,” Soulja Boy exclaimed in the clip below. “Let’s die, let’s meet up and die. Let’s die. ASAP. Let’s meet right now. Whenever you see this Live, DM me the addy. Let’s shoot it up, let’s shoot it out.” Furthermore, Blueface then came through with a pretty dismissive response to this threat on Twitter, simply insinuating that he’s just stressed out. “[His] stomach hurting,” he captioned a quote-tweet of the video in question.

Of course, the California rapper has been very happy to troll Big Draco amid this ordeal, and keep up his not-so-serious Internet attitude. Still, he’s going pretty hard in this direction, which begs the question of how much he really cares about not caring about this scuffle. For example, Blueface recently stomped on one of Soulja Boy’s plaques during a live performance, so this is as good for showboating as it is for the ‘Gram. Given both of their typically volatile social media presences, it’s reasonable to think they both benefit from this.

Meanwhile, the MILF Music label boss is currently caught up in beef with another rapper and potential boxing opponent. NLE Choppa’s been going hard at him over the past few days in particular, although this might be a flip of Blue’s Soulja conflict. It seems like the Memphis MC is the one trying to brush this dirt off his shoulder, whereas the 26-year-old keeps trying to bait him.
