Chrisean Rock may have picked the wrong time to step away from social media. She made the announcement earlier this week though fans were already skeptical right away how long she would actually be gone. Consequently Rock has often relied on social media drama to drive attention to her music and reality tv show. In the short time she was gone, Tamar Braxton emerged to make a variety of claims about her that she just couldn’t help but respond to.

Only a few days after originally claiming she would leave social media, Chrisean Rock returned. Subsequently she went on Instagram Live to refute some of the things Tamar said and clear things up about an altercation that happened at one of her recent shows. “I’m that b*tch and I’m covered,” she said on live. The second part is specifically clapping back at Braxton’s call for “Justice for James” after an altercation during one of Rock’s recent shows. James Wright Chanel is continuing to break his silence following the alleged assault at Tamar Braxton’s weekend concert. Furthermore, taking to Instagram Live, he provided a raw and emotional account of the incident, though he refrained from directly implicating Chrisean Rock. “My teeth have to be fixed and thats whats happening right now,” he said while showing his view of a dentist office. “And no I’m not going to show my face. My face is beat. It’s tore up. So right now I have to get teeth fixed that someone damaged. “I’m not gonna show my face, but I will show that I’m at the dentist getting my teeth fixed. I was attacked for no reason,” he continued.

“I know I don’t owe anyone anything,” he said. “Enough with the blaming everyone else. People are accusing me of clout chasing, I don’t need nobody’s clout and I don’t need clout from a negative source.” In a different moment, he admitted getting emotional and revealed a conversation with a higher power. “I asked God, why did this happen to me. God said it wasn’t about you,” he shared, leaving viewers grappling with the mysterious circumstances surrounding the assault. However, he continued. “I don’t know why me, but I’ll tell y’all this. Now, the victim is giving us some insight into his perspective, though he didn’t specifically name the new mother as his attacker. After everything unfolded on Friday (November 10) in Baltimore, Wright went Live (while hiding his face from the camera) to confirm that at least some of the rumours circulating are true.

Tamar had told Chrisean that she wanted to bring her out tonight,” the latter confirmed.

While it was agreed upon that the Baddies cast member would come on stage, nothing was said about an actual performance. This seems to be where the confusion led to violence.

Thanks to the hard work she’s put in, Rock was recognized by R&B icon Tamar Braxton, and offered an opportunity to address the crowd at her Friday (November 10) evening concert.

In videos circulating from the event, the Baltimore native looks to be in good spirits while turning up with Braxton backstage. The pair show off their twerking moves for the camera.
