Gervonta Davis Flexes Stacks Of Cash Amid Beef With HoneyKomb Brazy

Gervonta Davis took to social media to flex his huge wealth, simply posting a picture of a bed covered in stacks and stacks of cash. Each stack continues at least ten bands, meaning that there would be over a hundred thousand featured in the picture. Davis’ net worth from his 29-0 professional career is believed to be in the region of four to five million dollars.

Of course, the picture comes only about a week after Davis publicly beefed with HoneyKomb Brazy. Davis challenged Brazy to a bare-knuckle fight last weekend. “We can one with no gloves on!” Davis wrote on Instagram. This was in response to Brazy saying “When u want to do it I’m really like that. I’m not dodging no smoke. Real prison baby.” Furthermore, this was the follow-on to Brazy, unprompted, claiming that he could beat Davis in a one-on-one fight.

Who is Gervonta Davis’ Next Opponent?

It appears that the fight with Brazy may not actually happen. However, it has left fans wondering who Davis will actually fight next. Widely speculated options include Vasyl Lomachenko and William Zepeda. Another option is Shakur Stevenson. Davis’ contemporaries in Devin Haney and Ryan Garcia both took shots at Stevenson after Stevenson eeked out a win in his lightweight title fight versus Edwin De Los Santos. “Stop that scared narrative … nobody was ever scared of that bum!” Haney wrote on X. “Imagine going to this fight for Formula 1 weekend, I would ask for my money back and go straight to bed, that’s how sleepy I’d be from being there,” Garcia wrote on his own account. Both men have feuded with Stevenson over the course of 2023 and are each viewed as a future opponent for him.

However, even Stevenson was critical of his performance. “I had a bad performance tonight. That’s all I’m really focused on. I wasn’t feeling too good, so I’ll live with it. It’s OK. I didn’t feel good before the fight. Honestly, I had already told myself that if I feel like this in the ring and if it’s not going well, I’m going to make sure that I box and get the victory. I don’t make excuses. It happens. We go through a lot as fighters,” Stevenson told ESPN.

Moneybagg Yo Celebrates His Birthday By Showing Off Stacks Of Cash

Happy birthday to Moneybagg Yo, who partly spent his special day on Friday (September 22) counting up hundreds, twenties, and gold bars. Moreover, the Bread Gang boss is always doing right by that label’s name online, and we’d expect nothing less luxurious for his 32nd. In a video uploaded to his social media, he goes through bags upon bags filled with dollar bills, and even invites viewers to get into collecting gold bars. Apparently, the Memphis MC believes they’re better than real estate, and they’re certainly more flashy. Maybe later in the day, we’ll see how he decided to spend these racks for the occasion.

However, this is a bit of an ironic flex considering a sticky situation Moneybagg Yo found himself in back in August. Many people started to claim that he was throwing out fake money at shows, either clowning him for the corniness or expressing genuine frustration at the falsehood. In his response to all of this, the Hard To Love hitmaker might’ve just confused fans about the ordeal even more. Still, the message came through quite clearly: don’t believe for a second that he isn’t about his bag.

Moneybagg Yo Flexes His Birthday Money

“Y’all just wanna say my name for anything I see,” the “Motion God” wrote on his Instagram Story. “I might throw ones but ion care how much money I got I’m not throwing out real or fake bunnies. Wrong Man s**t big Capp !!” From what he said, it seems as though Moneybagg Yo is only open to throwing real one-dollar bills at shows, but nothing else. In fact, he suggested that he would never throw hundreds even for the show of it, and we can respect that compromise between a spectacle and keeping those pockets full.

Meanwhile, a new high-profile collaboration with a rising (and practically risen) star might just net the CMG affiliate even more bands. He and Sexyy Red teamed up for the single “Big Dawg,” giving us even more content from the St. Louis artist. On top of the fact that this dropped on his birthday, it seems like Bagg has a lot to celebrate today- and a lot of bills to spend. Lil Durk Takes To Instagram Story To Flex Stacks Of Cash

Lil Durk must be celebrating a lot these days, given the success of his latest album Almost Healed, one of 2023’s most high-profile rap releases so far in the mainstream. Moreover, he just took to his Instagram Story to show off a load of cash, surely a reflection of his wild earnings from that project and other endeavors. While he’s no stranger to great commercial heights, The Voice is one of those rappers whose profile only seems to expand and grow more universal with each year. This time around, a killer song with J. Cole and more prolific media appearances have cemented his already burgeoning status as a leader in the game.

“I see the plot now I gotta play my part threats to everybody thang way,” Lil Durk wrote on a picture of stacks of hundred dollar bills seemingly from his neck to his knees. “Threats To Everybody” is actually a track off of OTF’s Loyal Bros 2 compilation presented by Smurk himself. Also, “thang” is likely a tribute to his late brother OTF DThang. Reference aside, the Chicago MC often balances his success with his commitment to street values, and giving back to the circumstances and community he came from. As such, it’s no surprise that he would give material wealth in service to those ideas.

In fact, the 30-year-old posted a lot on his Instagram Story as of late, resulting in a nice post-album rollout of updates. While he’s never one to stay quiet, he’s taking advantage of everything he can to capitalize on the many sets of eyes on him: interviews, a tour, and much more. For starters, he posted a desire to return to shorter albums after Almost Healed‘s 21-song run. “I’m going back to 13 songs a album y’all can have that 20+ song album,” Lil Durk expressed.

Meanwhile, the “All My Life” hitmaker also took a moment to commend the female rappers that are pushing the game right now. “Make hip hop fun again,” he wrote on IG. “We understand everybody got money but let’s f**k em up like we was doing s/o the females who been working salute keep going up.” For the latest news and updates on Lil Durk, stay posted on HNHH.

Lil Durk Poses With His Money

When it comes to the current generation of hip-hop leaders, few had more curious yet inspiring trajectories than Lil Durk. While he’s been in the rap game for over a decade, it wasn’t until recently that he became a superstar in the genre and truly saw the career heights he envisioned. Moreover, his grind continues through features, tours, community efforts, and more when he’s not dropping a new album (although that’s going to change soon). Still, it’s understandable that he would want to celebrate amid the hustle. As such, he recently posted some pictures on Instagram of him posing with huge stacks of cash, captioning the post with “all the lames clicking up …Smurk said it it’s stamped.”

However, as much as he flexes his material possessions, it doesn’t take away from other, more profound aspects of his life. For example, he recently opened up about his therapy process to XXL during an interview. “Being more open,” Durkio said of his goals and what he’s looking forward to in his future personal life. “Being more open to letting [my new manager] Pete [Jideonwo] in,” he said. “Moving certain people out the way. That’s the best feeling. Therapy, the kids, the new team, all that. But the best feeling is really just starting over.

“I got a therapist so I cope different,” Lil Durk continued. “I don’t show emotion. So, some people will be like, ‘Man, you can’t hold it in.’ And I just can’t talk to nobody usually. You gotta be careful how you tell people, what you tell people, because they can use it against you. They can find out your weaknesses. So now, when I talk to the therapist, then it start getting more emotional. But like somebody on the street, you’ll never even see me shed a tear.

Furthermore, the interviewer also asked him whether his proximity to death, even in the music industry, is what led him to seek therapy. “Nah, I think I had to go to therapy fresh out the womb,” Smurk remarked. “We learn to hold all our s**t in. S**t, I’mma keep it 100 with you, it wasn’t my forte when people mention it to me. I’m stuck how my pops think. I challenged myself to go to therapy. S**t, that’s like a whole new step in a whole new generation. That’s growth.” With that growth comes a new perspective on your old lifestyle, and so he balances healing with taking pride in his accomplishments. XXXTENTACION’s Accused Killers Took Photos With Cash Robbed From Late Rapper: Report

As we wait for more updates regarding Young Thug’s YSL RICO trial, another celebrity case has taken over the spotlight. Nearly five years after the tragic death of XXXTENTACION, the rapper’s murder suspects ate facing their day in court. Thus far, the details the jury has heard – including a video of the gruesome moment he was shot – are harrowing. At this time, more information only continues to come.

In this handout provided by the Miami Dade County Corrections, Rapper XXXTentacion, also known as Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy poses for his mugshot after being charged with seven new felonies stemming from a 2016 domestic violence case on December 15, 2017 in Miami, Florida. The new charges are for witness tampering and harassment. (Photo by Miami Dade County Corrections via Getty Images)

In a 2018 report, TMZ revealed that three of the four suspects knew each other beforehand. They also weren’t shy about flexing their money on social media. Weeks before X’s death, Dedrick Williams posted a video that sees him, Robert Allen, and Trayvon Newsome sifting through bills. Interestingly, Michael Boatwright wasn’t a part of these posts. However, he seemingly took a moment to pose with the money taken from the 20-year-old during the South Florida robbery.

Law&Crime Executive Producer Cathy Russon has been tweeting from the courtroom in the midst of this week’s trial. On Thursday (February 9), she had several updates to provide. Among them was Newsome yelling at Allen (who’s now acting as the state’s witness) while walking to the holding area. “There he is working with the police!” the former exclaimed. “You’re working with the white man now!”

Elsewhere in her coverage, the Twitter reporter revealed the aforementioned image of Boatright allegedly posing with money that was taken from XXXTENTACION just hours before. “Defendant turned state’s witness testifies this is X’s cash and photo taken after the homicide,” she explained in the caption. Another photo in the same thread sees Newsome smiling big while holding a stack of $100 bills in his hand.

“Pictures taken a couple days after #XXXTentacion murder. Shows defendant #MichaelBoatwright and #RobertAllen flashing a lot of cash,” Russon points out in another post. She also notes that the latter seen in the final photo has testified that the money belonged to the “Jocelyn Flores” artist. At the end of the thread, the journalist shares a picture of the gun Williams had on him during the assassination. This was also confirmed as per Allen.

Earlier this week, jurors also heard the Broward County native’s uncle recount the day of his death. As you may recall, X had his family member in the vehicle with him at the time of the tragic incident. Surprisingly, he even managed to make it out of his nephew’s luxury vehicle alive. Read everything Leonard Kerr had to say on the stand here, and check back later for more hip-hop news updates. RIP.
