Tony Yayo Talks Tory Lanez & The “Little Man Complex”
The case against Tory Lanez has come to a close, but that hasn’t stopped the world from speaking on the controversy. Lanez was enjoying the good life with several No. 1 albums under his belt, but an altercation with Megan Thee Stallion would spell disaster for both artists. Weeks ago, Lanez was convicted of three charges related to the 2020 shooting, and it was a verdict that divided Hip Hop.
From the onset, the singer’s supporters believed Megan lied about who pulled the trigger and shot her that fateful day. She pointed the finger at Lanez; however, during the trial, he claimed it was Megan’s former friend, Kelsey Harris.
In a new conversation with VladTV, Tony Yayo adds his voice to the chit-chat and discusses men who may have a “little man complex.”

Yayo and Vlad spoke about the trial and the evidence presented against Lanez. The audio of the gunshots was brought up before Vlad said, “Tory’s not a street guy. He’s an artist, he’s a singer. No one looked at Tory as a tough guy.”
Yayo replied, “But when you have money and power, I mean, it could turn you semi-tough.” He made it clear he doesn’t know Lanez at all, so he couldn’t necessarily speak on his demeanor. Vlad chimed in to say Tory is 5 foot 2 inches tall.
“I know n*ggas that’s 5 foot 2 that got the little man complex and will cut your face,” said Yayo.

Vlad contested that men like that usually have a reputation for violent behavior. According to the interviewer, he’s never heard of Tory being a violent person outside of the run-in with August Alsina.
However, Lanez was sued by Love & Hip Hop Miami star Prince for allegedly attacking him at a club. Additionally, a woman who claimed to be Lanez’s ex came forward with allegations of domestic violence. He later denied knowing the woman. Celina Powell also accused Lanez of attacking her, but she later stood up for him against Megan’s allegations.
Lanez will face sentencing later this month.

Body Cam Footage Shows Megan Thee Stallion Crying In Ambulance After Shooting
After the Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion case closed, authorities and media outlets released more footage and evidence. Newly shared footage from police body cams and 911 calls demonstrate the distress of the occasion. In them, the Houston rapper cried in pain as she received treatment from medics. Also, the call recording details respondents’ initial response.
The body cam footage revealed little beyond a doctor putting his gloves on. A masked Megan sat while transported for further care. Moreover, audio from the clip contained cries and sniffles from the “NDA” MC from her gurney.
Meanwhile, blogger Nique at Nite obtained an exclusive audio clip of the shooting itself. In it, the gun let off five shots, and she elaborated on the clip before playing.
“There was an expert who was a gun expert and he basically testified that it’s impossible for the gun to go off in a struggle. This was a special gun that you needed 8.5 pounds of pressure to shoot it. Now, in the audio, you will see how back to back the shots were, which eliminates the idea of this struggle for the gun and this idea that was pushed out.
“Now, this is exclusive from us,” she continued, “a lot of people were wondering like, ‘In the gunshot audio, why didn’t I hear Kelsey and Megan and them arguing?’ It’s because the audio was taken from somebody’s Ring inside their home.”
With this in mind, many dismissed the defense’s story that the shots were accidental amid a struggle. Also, a recorded 911 call from the night of the shooting details respondents’ initial questions.
“There is a woman who sounds like she’s being hurt,” said the female caller. “It’s definitely a domestic disturbance of some kind. I know there have been a lot of fireworks going off, but these really sounded like gunshots… It’s in Nichols Canyon, north of me, and I guarantee if your officers just drive into Nichols Canyon right now, they’re gonna hear it.”
The woman sounded frustrated with the 911 respondent, who required a specific address to send officials. They exchanged more details, such as a lot of shouting from at least one woman and one male. Additionally, the caller said she didn’t hear any cars moving away.
What do you think of these new 911 and body cam details of the Megan shooting? Does this change your view on Tory Lanez’s testimonies and side of the story? Let us know in the comments down below. Also, as always, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest on this case.
A$AP Rocky & A$AP Relli Pause Civil Lawsuit Over 2021 Shooting
A$AP Rocky and A$AP Relli have agreed to put a pause on their trial. As we previously reports, Relli is suing Rocky after claiming that the “Fashion Killa” rapper shot him in 2021. According to reports, both parties have agreed to halt the civil trial due to Rocky’s criminal case.
The Harlem rapper is charged with two criminal counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm for the incident. Rocky would reportedly have to invoke his 5th amendment in his trial with Relli to avoid statements that could incriminate him in the criminal prosecution.

Rocky was charged for the shooting last year after exiting an airplane with his pop star girlfriend, Rihanna. Relli went to the police just before Rocky’s detainment to name the star as the triggerman in the 2021 shooting. The A$AP Mob member claims Rocky fired four shots at him following a heated argument.
Back in September, Rocky responded to Relli’s criminal claims against him. “Relli’s injuries were caused solely, directly and proximately by the negligent or intentional acts or omissions” of someone else. The documents also state that that Relli “failed to exercise reasonable care to avoid the consequences of harm.” The “DMB” rapper’s lawyer Joe Tacopina called the lawsuit “an extortion” attempt.
“Rocky didn’t commit a crime,” Tacopina said. “It was an extortion attempted by a former associate, who threatened to make false criminal accusations if Rocky didn’t pay him. Rocky didn’t commit a crime.” The news comes weeks after Rihanna shared the first photos of her and Rocky’s seven month old son.

Mall Of America Shooting Causes Lockdown, Results In One Death
A gunman opened fire at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota last afternoon (December 23rd). Authorities quickly locked the shopping center down and maintained it closed for the night after they lifted the lockdown. The perpetrator of tragic shooting took the life of an unidentified 19-year-old. Police reported no further casualites. Also, the identity of the perpetrator is unknown as well.
Bloomington Police responded at around 8:17 p.m. to reported shots fired. Some social media clips display people hiding in stores, with rumors suggesting that the shooter was near Nordstroms. Reportedly, two groups of men had an altercation and fired bullets, several of which fatally struck a young male. Mall of America security and the Bloomington Police Department released a joint statement on the incident:
“Just before 8 p.m. this evening, Bloomington Police Department responded to a shooting contained in a tenant space.” They locked the shopping center down and, once lifted, kept the mall closed for the evening.
This is the second shooting and lockdown of this year at the shopping center following August’s incident outside a Nike store. Moreover, back in October, the mall installed new metal detectors after a New Year’s Eve incident left two people injured from gunshot wounds.
Meanwhile, TMZ reported that several members of the New York Giants were present at the time of the shooting. Furthermore, they will play the Minnesota Vikings later tonight (December 24th). All members are safe, according to Giants PR representative Pat Hanlon.
“Everyone is back in the hotel and accounted for now,” he told AP.
However, the number and identity of said players is unknown. Longtime Giants radio announcer Bob Papa was also present at the shooting, and shared updates with followers via Twitter. Authorities and media figures have revealed no further information at the moment. Still, it’s likely that more reactions and explanations will come forth in the near future as community members cope.
“Scary here @mallofamerica,” he tweeted. “Shooting in mall. On lockdown at #TwinCitiesGrill. Two gunmen at least one victim.” After, he added “Safely out of mall and back at hotel. Prayers to victim.”

Still, this is a developing story, and one that has unfortunately become far too common in the news cycle.
