Diddy Accuser Reveals Her Identity In Lawsuit For Alleged Sexual Assault

Recently, one of the women accusing Diddy of sexual assault disclosed her identity. According to new court documents obtained the AllHipHop, Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil refused to allow the woman to sue anonymously. Candice McCrary has now filed a lawsuit under her name, accusing the Bad Boy founder of sexually assaulting her at a party in 2004.

“Upon arriving at the hotel suite, Ms. McCrary noticed that there were a dozen people there having drinks and listening to music in a relaxed party environment,” the lawsuit alleges. “While attempting to mingle around the party, Ms. McCrary and her friend were suddenly grabbed and taken to a separate room off from the main party. Ms. McCrary believed the man taking them to be a security guard, so she went with him. But when she asked him where they were going, he simply told her ‘You know what you are here for.’”

“Combs soon turned his sights to Ms. McCrary and forced her to take her clothes off, again under the threat of violence,” the lawsuit also alleges. “Once she was undressed, Combs forced himself on her and began to sexually assault her. Combs fondled, molested and ultimately raped Ms. McCrary, all while she was begging him to stop.”

News of McCrary’s filing arrives shortly after Diddy filed yet another bail request after getting denied on two previous occasions. Reportedly, his team proposed a $50 million bond and constant surveillance. Under their proposal, Diddy would also not communicate with anyone except for his lawyers, per the Associated Press. According to Meghann Cuniff, his bail hearing has been scheduled for November 22. Prosecutors have until November 15 to oppose the motion.

It’s no secret that Diddy has been hit with countless shocking allegations in recent months. Now, he’s facing even more of them thanks to a new lawsuit, according to AllHipHop. In the suit, an anonymous man alleges that he was sexually assaulted by Diddy. He alleges that this took place while he was auditioning for the mogul’s reality show, Making The Band.

“On the first day of the audition, during a one-on-one interview, Combs asked Plaintiff hypothetical questions about handling situations involving sexual pressure,” the lawsuit alleges. “As Combs described these scenarios, he began to sexually assault Plaintiff by touching Plaintiff both over and under his clothing, including groping and fondling his penis and instructing Plaintiff to undress. While he groped Plaintiff, Combs engaged in sexually explicit behavior, including masturbating himself. Throughout this encounter, Combs emphasized his power to control Plaintiff’s future in the music industry, stating that he had the ability to ‘make or break’ Plaintiff’s career.”

On the third day of the audition, John Doe alleges that one of Diddy’s former bodyguards got involved. “On the third day, Combs introduced his bodyguard ‘T’ into the sexual advances,” the lawsuit alleges. “Combs framed this as a test of Plaintiff’s willingness to do anything necessary to succeed in the music industry. ‘T’ requested oral sex from Plaintiff, and while Plaintiff complied due to force, Combs sexually assaulted Plaintiff again, simultaneously groping and fondling both Plaintiff and the bodyguard.”

Charlamagne Tha God Slams The Judicial System For Launching “Diddy Hotline”

Yesterday, the stack of lawsuits against Diddy will increase by 120, according to a report from TMZ. Tony Buzbee, one of the biggest lawyers in the U.S., revealed this in a press conference. He also says that 25 of the accusers were minors at the time of these supposed acts of sexual assault and more. One of the alleged victims claims they were just nine years old. Buzbee even went as far as to say, “The names we are gonna name are names that are gonna shock you“. Following that announcement, he also encouraged anyone listening to call the Sexual Assault Hotline (1-800-200-7474) if they have any further evidence. This “Diddy Hotline” really set off Charlamagne tha God and the rest of The Breakfast Club.

Overall, they feel this decision to tell the public to call the number is going to lead to more problems than answers. Charlamagne finds it hard to believe that the split was 50/50 in terms of alleged male and female victims. Furthermore, what really set him off in particular is that hardly anyone in this day and age is going to call the “1-800 Diddy R*aped Me Hotline” in “good faith”. In fact, he goes as far as to say that this decision from the judicial system is a “joke”.

Additionally, and perhaps most astutely, Charlamagne feels this going to invalidate actual sexual assault victim claims in general, and especially against Diddy. They all agreed on that point and added that going through the hotline is going to be a terrible option. On the flip side, though, DJ Envy feels that most of these potentially real victims aren’t going to be able to afford an attorney, so this “Diddy Hotline” could be their only option. Time will indeed tell who is being truthful and who is not.

Diddy Receives Laundry List Of Disturbing Allegations From Danity Kane Singer Dawn Richard

The lawsuits against Diddy aren’t going to slow down anytime soon and Dawn Richard’s set of allegations is more proof of that. According to a haunting report from TMZ, they obtained legal documents from the singer and just the number of accounts alone is eye-popping. However, the actual contents of each accusation are even more so. Richard and Diddy’s relationship began in 2004 via the latter’s program on MTV, “Making The Band”. This is when she started to learn that the Bad Boys mogul was capable of some committing some serious to harm to herself and others.

For example, in 2005, Richard says she saw one of the rapper’s former girlfriends, Kim Porter, leaving a studio with her face bashed. Then, in 2006, Richard recalls when Diddy first met Cassie and was extremely predatory towards her. Later, in 2009, she claims that she witnessed him toss the singer against wall, pin her to it by choking her, and then drag up her the stairs all while intoxicated on drugs in his L.A. residence. Additionally, Richard remembers when Diddy hurdled hot scrambled eggs at Cassie and scolded her for not making them properly. “I’ve been asking you for my s***; I can’t stand you b****, you never do it right!”

Eventually, the veteran singer and some of her friends warned Cassie and urged her to leave Diddy. This got back to him, and he threatened to take their lives and end their careers. “Y’all b****es don’t get in my relationship. Don’t tell my b**** what she need to be doing… Just make money and shut the f*** up… I end artists… I shelve careers… You could be missing… You b****es want to die today”. After that exchange it seems that’s when the entrepreneur began to target Richard, too. She recounts a time when she was forced to record for 48 hours straight with no sleep leading to some physical issues.

Furthermore, there was an even worse stretch from ’09-2011. Diddy began to touch Richard inappropriately while she was naked in her dressing room at his studio. Additionally, she says that she was locked in a car with tinted windows rolled up. She called her dad to help, and he had to travel from Baltimore to New York to do so. When he arrived and confronted Diddy, he said, “Think about your daughter… Think about your daughter’s career.” So far, no response from the rapper on any of this. Irv Gotti Sued For Alleged Multiple Accounts Of Sexual Assault On The Same Woman

Outsiders and fans of artists on the Murder Inc. Records label have been suspicious of Irv Gotti for quite some time. Part of their skepticism comes from his uncomfortable past comments about one of his biggest signees, Ashanti. On numerous occasions, the record producer claimed to have been in romantic relationship with the R&B star. However, she put those comments to bed in a past interview. “Let’s clear this up. We’re not gonna say relationship. We dealt with each other, but was Irv my boyfriend? Was I his girlfriend? Never…Irv had several girlfriends, so I’m a little confused by the label and the description”. Now, you could call these fortune tellers truth tellers after Irv Gotti’s recent sexual assault accusations.

According to a report from Miami New Times, the controversial label head is being sued by a woman who is being referred to as, Jane Doe. She filed the lawsuit in Miami-Dade County on July 11 and according to the documents, Doe claims that there were three separate times in which these assaults occurred. They allegedly took place from 2020 to 2022 in Miami, Atlanta, and Saint Martin. In one portion of the lawsuit, it says that this has continued to affect Doe even until now.

“As a result of this sexually abusive relationship, Plaintiff has suffered severe emotional and psychological harm for which she had to be committed to a psychiatric ward. These injuries continue and affect Plaintiff to this day.” This woman states that her and Irv Gotti met through a mutual friend at a poker tournament in the summer of 2020. That is when he invited on a trip to Saint Martin where he eventually tried to force her to have sex. Apparently, if Doe did not comply, Gotti was going to send her on her way. That appears to be when they began their two-year relationship. In the suit, she says she only stayed “due to his power and influence in the music world”.

As for the Miami assault, Irv Gotti attempted to convince the woman to give him oral sex in a Four Seasons hotel elevator. Then, in Atlanta, Gotti forced her to perform the same act in the back of an Uber after flying her out. That allegedly was the final straw for Doe, and she wound up breaking things off and since then, she claims that Gotti has been attacking her on his “vast social network in and around Los Angeles,”. So far Gotti does not have an attorney, nor has he commented on any of these allegations. Diddy’s Latest Accuser Describes His Genitals As “Adolescent” In New Lawsuit

It’s been an incredibly telling month in regards to Diddy. The Bad Boy Records founder continues to face legal turmoil amid allegations of sexual assault, abuse, and more. A couple of weeks ago, security footage appearing to show him physically assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie also surfaced online, which he’s since apologized for. Regardless, many social media users and peers believe the mogul may not be able to come back from the substantial hit he’s taken to his reputation.

To make matters worse for Diddy, former Fashion Institute of Technology student April Lampros filed a new lawsuit against him late last week. She is now the seventh person to accuse him of sexual assault since November. According to Lampros’ lawsuit, she met Diddy at a SoHo bar in 1995 where he allegedly “plied her with alcohol.” From there, she claims he took her back to his hotel room where an alleged sexual assault took place.

Lampros’ lawsuit alleges that she suffered “four terrifying sexual encounters” with Diddy until 1998 when she cut things off. The lawsuit also includes an alleged physical description of a then-24-year-old Diddy. “At the time she ended their relationship, Ms. Lampros recalls Mr. Combs’ penis being adolescently [sic] in both length and width,” it reads. “She recalls him being circumcised and remembers a tattoo on his chest.”

Diddy has yet to respond to the lawsuit, though he has denied the other allegations of sexual assault made against him in recent months. Christian Combs’ Accuser Claims Alleged Sexual Assault Was Captured In Audio Recordings

Earlier this week, a woman named Grace O’Marcaigh filed a 31-page lawsuit against one of Diddy’s sons, Christian “King” Combs. O’Marcaigh accuses Combs of sexually assaulting her on a yacht where she worked as a crew member, leased by his family in December 2022. She claims that one morning, Combs pressured her to drink a shot of tequila he brought aboard. Shortly after, the alleged assault took place. Per her lawsuit, she believes the alcohol may have been laced with drugs.

Now, it’s been revealed that O’Marcaigh allegedly has audio recordings of her encounter with Combs, captured by none other than Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones. Jones is currently suing Diddy for alleged sexual misconduct. According to O’Marcaigh, the producer was working alongside Combs in a studio on the yacht.

Her suit also includes transcriptions of the recordings, seemingly showcasing her rejecting Combs’ advances. “Excuse me, you don’t touch my legs like that. I’ll move my legs where I want to,” a woman is heard saying in the recording. “If I want to do this, then I will. You don’t touch my legs like that.” O’Marcaigh then allegedly tells Combs she must leave the studio to get back to work. “Who can I talk to? I’m going to say I requested you right now,” he asked her. “Well, you can take your hand off my a** for the first thing,” she responded. O’Marcaigh says the alleged assault had a profound impact on her mental well-being and is seeking unspecified damages.

Combs’ father Diddy, who has also been in the hot seat in recent weeks, is named as a defendant in the lawsuit. Now, 50 Cent has denied her allegations in a statement shared with XXL by a representative. “The disturbing allegations in the sworn pleadings recently filed in a court case related to Daphne Joy the mother of my twelve year old child, has required me to take all necessary legal actions to protect my son Sire,” it reads. “The most recent false and baseless accusations by Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son. My son Sire is my main priority and keeping him in a safe environment is my only focus at this time.”

Xavier Wulf’s Ex Accuses Him Of Sexual Assault, Animal Abuse, Domestic Violence, And More

Earlier this week, a former girlfriend of Memphis-based rapper Xavier Wulf took to Reddit to accuse him of sexual assault, animal abuse, domestic violence, and more. The ex, who goes by Gianyasami on the platform, claims that the two of them had a serious relationship for five years, which took a turn for the worse in December 2018. One of his former friends and designers, who goes by the username anglicfilths, later came forward to back up her claims.

In her since-deleted post, Gianyasami included photographic evidence of bruises and other marks allegedly inflicted by Wulf. She also included various photos of her and Wulf alongside their small dog, Ramen. His ex-designer alleges that the performer once urged him to put “some sort of pill” in women’s drinks. He says that he later called him out for this, and for “throwing his puppy so hard against the wall.” As a result, he was allegedly threatened and refused pay.

Following their Reddit posts, Wulf took to his Instagram Story to issue a vague response. “5 years ago I would have to say was the darkest time of my life I hurt people I loved I hurt my friends and I hurt my family,” his statement begins. “What I did back then there’s no excuse for it I was ashamed then and still ashamed now since then I’ve been doing things I think necessary to better myself with therapy, anger management and rehab i hate when motherf*ckers come to the internet to apologize because that doesn’t solve anything, what really solves the problem is doing something about it which is what I’ve spent this time trying to do since that time and i will continue.”

Diddy & Harve Pierre’s Alleged Gang Rape Victim To Lose Anonymity

Following Cassie’s bombshell lawsuit against Diddy, which contained countless damning allegations, various individuals have come forward to accuse the Bad Boy Records founder of assault. In December, a woman alleged that she was raped by Diddy, Harve Pierre, and another unnamed man. She claims that the incident took place at an NYC studio in 2003 when she was 17 years old.

Since she filed her suit, Diddy and his team have been pushing for the woman to lose anonymity. They argue that the mogul and his codefendants would suffer prejudice if their identities were public while hers remained private. Now, they’ve scored a small victory in the case, as the judge has denied her motion to move forward anonymously.

Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday.”
