Kanye West has been dealing with Lauren Pisciotta (former YEEZY employee from 2021-2022) for a few months now. It seems like every other week we hear some new allegation as over this weekend that was the case. The sexual harassment/assault accuser recently alleged that she received some lewd text messages from Kanye West that he wanted to have sex with Bianca Censori’s mother. The alleged thread started with, “I wanna f*** your mum. Before she leaves,” to Bianca.
He then allegedly screenshotted that and sent it to Lauren, asking, “Before she leaves… Should I [add] I meant I want you to watch me f*** your mom.” Allegedly, Bianca never had a reaction to any of these interactions. If you have been keeping up with this debacle, these are not the only messages, videos, and phone calls, that Lauren has allegedly received from Kanye. It also includes an allegation that she was drugged and sexually assaulted at a Diddy party.

But as far as this latest allegation goes, there’s an important update surrounding it. According to HOLLYWOOD UNLOCKED and Daily Mail, Alexandra Censori, the mother of Bianca, has broken her silence since this was made public. Both say that Daily Mail Australia were the ones who ran into the matriarch, and they asked about the allegation and sexual advances. The outlets say that she doesn’t want to be “drawn into the latest claims about her son-in-law.” She also asked for privacy at this time.

Priscilla Rainey is not going to give up on getting what she feels she rightfully deserves. For those unaware, she is The Game’s sexual assault accuser. This lawsuit is still going, despite it starting back in 2015. It stems from an encounter on VH1’s She’s Got Game, something the rapper has vehemently denied any involvement in. “Don’t be fooled by these accusations or the dollar amount in the headlines cause I put that on my favorite aunties poodle this broad ain’t gettin s***!”, he said in 2016. “Every girl on that show will tell u I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her”.
So much so, that the California MC decided to never show up for a court hearing during that year. Rainey was looking for $10 million in damages, but instead won a default judgement $7 million. This brings us to a few weeks ago when she took home another win in another lawsuit. This is allowing her to collect assets in order to fulfill the $7 million, one of which is the rapper’s home in Calabasas.
Now, AllHipHop has received the latest court documents that were filed by Rainey and her attorney, Janelle M. Dease. In them, they are asking the judge to try and get The Game to sell the aforementioned property. Additionally, Dease is requesting that he come in for a hearing to give him a chance to argue against selling. “I further request that the Court set a time and place for hearing and order the Judgment Debtor to show cause why an order for sale of the dwelling should not be made in accordance with this application”. Both Dease and Rainey have found that his home is worth around $3.1 million, which would be only half of the judgement satisfied.

Kanye West found himself in the news for negative reasons after singer-songwriter Niykee Heaton accused him and Diddy of sexually assaulting her and her former manager, Lauren Pisciotta. Niykee’s allegations came days after Lauren, Kanye’s former assistant, filed a lawsuit against him. In Lauren’s lawsuit, she accused Kanye of sexual harassment, contract breach, and wrongful termination. Lauren claimed Kanye sent her lewd texts and masturbated while speaking to her on the phone. She also accused the rapper of pleasuring himself in front of her after trapping her in a private room on his plane.
However, Kanye countersued Lauren. In his suit, the rapper denied her allegations against him, tagging them as “baseless” and backed by ulterior motives. Kanye’s legal representative accused Lauren of “blackmail and extortion” after he allegedly turned down her sexual advances. Days after the countersuit, Lauren’s former associate and singer, Niykee, went on Instagram Live to make startling allegations against Kanye and Diddy. Niykee is a singer-songwriter who found fame after being discovered via her YouTube channel, where she posted acoustic guitar covers of notable hip-hop songs. She released her debut single, “Bad Intentions,” in 2014. The song made it to the Billboard charts and was certified gold by the RIAA. She also has an EPtitled Bad Intentions and a mixtape, The Bedroom Tour Playlist, which she released in 2016, a year after going on The Bedroom Tour. In 2018, she released another EP titled Starting Over.
During her Instagram Live, Niykee claimed Lauren Pisciotta was her manager. She said they fell out because they were in two different places. Niykee explained that she almost lost her love for music after her negative experiences. However, Lauren was more into the business side of music and kept going until she realized some things for herself.
Why Did Niykee Come Forward With Her Allegations Now?
Niykee revealed she didn’t want to tell her story before because she felt no one would believe her. However, recent happenings in the industry pushed her to speak out. Niykee also said that after Lauren’s lawsuit against Kanye West, many people said she was lying. Those comments angered Niykee, spurring her to come forward with her story.
Niykee explained that people asked her why she left the music industry and if it was as evil as they say. She expressed, “It is more evil than you can possibly imagine.” The singer added, “I’m one of the lucky ones. I got out when I could.” Niykee further said she was lucky enough to only be allegedly assaulted twice. She explained that she experienced more assaults, but only two of those incidents impacted her. One of the incidents allegedly involved her and Lauren. She claimed that after becoming popular at 18, many rappers reached out to her. One of those rappers was said to be Kanye.
One late night, Niykee, then 19 years old, and Lauren allegedly got a call saying Kanye wanted them to come to the studio to work on music. When they got to the studio, they purportedly met Kanye, Diddy, and three other men: Kanye’s cousin, an executive who worked with the rapper, and his sound engineer. She said there were also nine other women there, who she described as “studio hoes.” Niykee said she felt uneasy because she wasn’t expecting to see those women. She also claimed Diddy and Kanye were “drunk and out of their minds.” Afterward, Diddy allegedly handed her a drink while Kanye did the same to Lauren. Although Niykee didn’t like alcohol, she accepted the drink to avoid being rude.
Niykee’s Allegations Against Kanye & Diddy
Niykee claimed Diddy kept staring at her while Kanye stared at Lauren. According to her, the rappers exchanged glances and were keen on them drinking. Hence, she felt uneasy, believed something was in the drink, and pretended to sip it. She tried to text Lauren about her suspicions, but Kanye took the phone away from her and placed it on a speaker. Afterward, Niykee saw Lauren sip from the drink twice. Not long after, Lauren started speaking loudly, making jokes, and acting unlike herself, which made Niykee suspect the drinks were allegedly laced. Suddenly, Lauren dismissed the other girls in the studio, leaving her, Niykee, with Diddy, Kanye, and the three other men.
Later, Lauren apparently left the studio to go to the bathroom despite Niykee’s efforts to stop her. Niykee remained calm, but Diddy and Kanye allegedly approached her and asked her to remove her clothes since the studio was hot, but she playfully declined. She claimed, “They were like, ‘C’mon, it’s just us. We are all just friends. Like let us just like see like how you look.” She still refused their advances. However, Kanye and Diddy allegedly ripped her shirt off. At this point, she looked to her left, where Kanye’s executive stood three meters away and mouthed, “Help.” However, he looked away. Next, she looked at Kanye’s engineer, who was married and had just welcomed a baby girl. Yet, she accused him of looking at his phone and started texting. She also said she looked at Kanye’s cousin, but he spun his chair around. Hence, she knew no one was coming to save her and became very afraid.
Niykee claimed Kanye and Diddy were now trying to get her pants off. She said she closed her eyes briefly and prayed to God for help. Then, she alleged a voice came to her head and asked her to go towards the rappers, which she did. This threw them off balance, allowing her to reach behind her back and pull the exit door. She said she managed to slip out and grabbed her clothes as she did.
Niykee said she ran out and hid in an empty studio for about 25 minutes, crying and wondering what to do. She texted Lauren but didn’t get any response. She claimed she saw Kanye assaulting Lauren, which is why she was named in the latter’s lawsuit. Eventually, she further alleged she managed to get herself and Lauren, who couldn’t remember anything, an Uber that took them home. Niykee concluded by advising people to stay away from the industry, claiming that more people would come forward with their experiences.
The lawsuits and accusations continue to pile up for Diddy as Lil Rod is one the more recent to speak up. Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones worked on The Love Album: Off The Grid which dropped back in September of 2023. It is one that Rod said he “took a year off” to work tirelessly on. However, even with all of the long nights and “not going to sleep until it’s done,” he was being paid “pennies.” Furthermore, he said that the contract he signed was “disgusting,” according to AllHipHop. So, with all of that, Lil Rod is also suing Diddy over publishing, on top of the wild sexual assault and harassment allegations.
However, for this to happen Lil Rod created a GoFundMe page to raise $50,000 to help with paying an attorney. In the post below from The Neighborhood Talk, they found a video of him and Diddy going back and forth about his publishing details. Lil Rod posted that video on his Instagram and Stevie J, who was a part of the Bad Boy’s production collective responded essentially calling him a liar.
Diddy’s legal team has the same opinion as Stevie J, saying, “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies.” They also called him out for looking for an “undeserved payday” especially after the previous lawsuit is around $30 million. Additionally, spectators of these crazy claims are also a bit skeptical that Lil Rod is telling the truth. “Yea it’s giving money grab. Today, former penthouse model Sheila Kennedy filed a lawsuit against Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose. She accuses the performer of sexually assaulting her in the 80s, detailing the alleged attack in the suit. Kennedy claims that they met at a nightclub in 1989 and eventually ended up in an NYC hotel room together. She alleges that he then “violently” sexually assaulted her. Kennedy describes him allegedly “[knocking] her to the floor,” dragging her by her hair, then assaulting her.
She accuses him of attacking her “while he was in a sexual, volatile rage,” per the suit. It also states that “Kennedy did not consent and felt overpowered.” Allegedly, “she understood that the safest thing to do was to lie in bed and wait for Rose to finish assaulting her.”

“Her account is unfortunately all too typical of a culture of violence and sexual misconduct that has been allowed to exist in plain sight for decades. It’s not just individual musicians stepping out of line, but an industrial system of enabling them and then covering up their misconduct and crimes, silencing survivors and normalizing sexual assault. We hope Sheila’s bravery helps other victims find their voice,” Dr. Ann Olivarius, chair of the executive committee at McAllister Olivarius, told CNN.
Axl Rose’s attorney, Alan S. Gutman, shared a statement with the outlet denying the allegations. “Simply put, this incident never happened,” he said. “Notably, these fictional claims were filed the day before the New York State filing deadline expires. Though he doesn’t deny the possibility of a fan photo taken in passing, Mr. Rose has no recollection of ever meeting or speaking to the Plaintiff, and has never heard about these fictional allegations prior to today … Mr. Rose is confident this case will be resolved in his favor,” he also added. Antonio Marquis Reid, colloquially known as L.A., has faced multiple accusations of sexual assault in the past. Now, a former A&R at Arista Records, Drew Dixon, claims that she faced harassment and mistreatment at his hands back in the early 2000s- when he became the record company’s CEO and president- according to court documents obtained by Rolling Stone. Moreover, the music executive had left this same position at Epic Records back in 2017 due to other accusations of abuse from Dixon. He launched the careers of the likes of Usher, Avril Lavigne, TLC, Mariah Carey, and plenty of others. This new lawsuit, however, might finally bring about some accountability or clear his name altogether if it’s an untrue accusation.
Furthermore, Dixon filed a lawsuit against L.A. Reid in New York’s Southern District under the Adult Survivors Act. This provides a one-year window for assault victims to bring a civil suit forward past the statute of limitations’ expiration date. This particular window closes on November 24. Specifically, Dixon accused the record producer and acclaimed behind-the-scenes boss of constant harassment and two instances of sexual assault in 2001. During her initial claims in 2017, he released an apology statement for how his words were “misinterpreted.”

“L.A. Reid is a known predator, who uses his singular professional power to force himself on his victims,” Dixon stated, Rolling Stone reports. “In my case, his persistent campaign of sexual harassment and assault forced me to abandon the work I loved. I was at the top of my game in the music business, having worked my way up from internships and a job as a receptionist.” She alleges that the two instances of assault in question were once on a private plane, and another in the back of his car.
Meanwhile, this follows Dixon’s own accusations of sexual assault against Russell Simmons while she was at Def Jam, which is what caused her to go to Arista in the first place. Overall, there are a lot of moving pieces here, and we’ll have to see if this ends up fully resolving if court.
