Ryan Garcia & Wiz Khalifa Link-Up Leads To Criticism Following Boxer’s Racist Comments

Over the weekend, Ryan Garcia went to support his brother Sean in his match against Amado Vargas on the Nate Diaz versus Jorge Masvidal undercard in Anaheim, California. In fact, he even ran into Wiz Khalifa at the event, and he shared a clip of their interaction online. “Real vibes real time @wizkhalifa What’s the next move, Monaco?????,” the boxer captioned the clip, with the rapper reportedly replying: “We linking up in Europe.” However, a lot of fans weren’t happy with this link-up due to Garcia’s recent racist rant against Black people and many other groups, and accused him of trying to exploit Wiz and black fans’ goodwill.

For those unaware, this even led to his expulsion from the World Boxing Council. “Exercising my authority as president of the WBC, I am hereby expelling Ryan Garcia from any activity with our organization,” Mauricio Sulaiman shared on Thursday, July 4. “We reject any form of discrimination. I fear for Ryan well being [sic]. He has declined multiple attempts for our help with mental health and substance abuse.” As such, many fans wondered whether or not Wiz Khalifa was aware of what Garcia had said, and posited that he wouldn’t be so keen for a photo op if he did.

“I haven’t spoken to Ryan in a long time,” Ryan Garcia’s dad told Fight Hub TV during a recent interview. “He speaks to his mother more than me. But it’s okay, he’ll call me when he wants to. I would love for him to get some type of therapy when it comes to his drinking. I’m being real. He says he can control it. I hope he can. But if he doesn’t… Get that therapy so he can stop.”

Meanwhile, Ryan Garcia already apologized for his remarks, although they were very heavy and combative, so not everyone is taking a forgiving stance. It’s also not his first notable rap crossover of the year, as he caused another uproar when he claimed truth to debunked rumors that Drake was involved in XXXTENTACION’s death. This not only prompted outrage from X fans, but also from close collaborators of him and Drizzy like Ski Mask The Slump God, Vory, and more. We’ll see whether other rappers become aware of what Garcia said, and whether or not they choose to let bygones be bygones if they meet.

Ryan Garcia Expelled From World Boxing Council After Racist Twitter Rant

Ryan Garcia shocked social media this week with a racist Twitter rant that mocked George Floyd’s death, the Israel-Palestine conflict, and included multiple disparaging remarks and slurs against African Americans, Muslims, and other discriminated groups. Moreover, the World Boxing Council, one of four major organizations that sanction professional boxing bouts, announced his expulsion from the group on Thursday (July 4). “Exercising my authority as president of the WBC, I am hereby expelling Ryan Garcia from any activity with our organization,” Mauricio Sulaiman stated. “We reject any form of discrimination. I fear for Ryan well being [sic]. He has declined multiple attempts for our help with mental health and substance abuse.”

“I was trolling I want all the killing to stop,” Ryan Garcia expressed on social media as an apology after his remarks. “I love everyone sorry if I offended you.” This is a pretty rough year so far for him, as the New York State Athletic Commission banned him from boxing for a year due to testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs for his recent fight with Devin Haney. We don’t know what else will come of this development, but we hope that there aren’t more antics in its wake. After all, it seems like the last thing the controversial boxer needs right now.

“I haven’t spoken to Ryan in a long time,” Ryan Garcia’s dad revealed during a recent Fight Hub TV interview. “He speaks to his mother more than me. But it’s okay, he’ll call me when he wants to. I would love for him to get some type of therapy when it comes to his drinking. I’m being real. He says he can control it. I hope he can. But if he doesn’t… Get that therapy so he can stop.”

Meanwhile, Ryan Garcia also went viral recently for claiming that Drake was responsible for the murder of XXXTENTACION. Plenty of folks, including X’s good friend Ski Mask The Slump God, blasted these theories outright. In fact, the court had already debunked this during the Florida rapper’s murder trial. It was a pretty bizarre response to the PED suspension, but this new racist rant sadly overshadows it now.

Ryan Garcia Sparks Outrage & Fan Concern After Racist Twitter Rant On George Floyd & More

Ryan Garcia absolutely went off on Twitter on Thursday morning (July 4), engaging in racist rhetoric against African Americans and discriminating against various other groups, as well. While he’s since deleted many of these tweets, many of them plus some unhinged Twitter Spaces conversations are making the rounds online. The controversial boxer repeatedly used the n-word, mocked George Floyd’s death, and disparaged Mexicans, Muslims, Christians, and other groups. Some of the most bizarre inclusions in this rant are claims about Black people eating babies and his claim that a Black man sexually assaulted him.

“So a black man r**ed me and it’s okay and everyone acts like it never happened,” Ryan Garcia tweeted on Fourth of July amid other scandalous politically related takes. “Lil Wayne said I can say the n-word.” Other tweets and remarks during Twitter Spaces conversations (including one titled “George Floyd is a b***h”) included attacking both Israeli and Palestinian people and sympathizers, trashing Muslims as a whole when Sneako joined a Space, and calling Christians “gay.” At one point during the Floyd conversation: he said the following: “Let’s go bring George Floyd back to life and kill that n***a again.”

I would love for him to get some type of therapy when it comes to his drinking. I’m being real. He says he can control it. I hope he can. I literally was just talking to him – and he has apologized,” his son tweeted.

Meanwhile, with a cringey Devin Haney diss covering Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us,” things are looking worse than ever for Ryan Garcia right now. While he has pleaded with fans for their support and acceptance before, we imagine that this will be a line in the sand for many. Still, the boxer hasn’t addressed much of this online, only making broad apologies on Twitter for his remarks. We’ll see if this develops into anything else, or if it affects his career.

Ryan Garcia Disses Devin Haney With Cringeworthy Kendrick Lamar “Not Like Us” Freestyle

Ryan Garcia is certainly an interesting character as it pertains to the boxing world. However, he has been embroiled in quite a bit of controversy and turmoil as of late. Overall, this is due to the fact that he tested positive for PEDs following his fight with Devin Haney. As a result, the win did not count. Furthermore, Garcia has been suspended for an entire year. This is not good for his career, especially since a loss to Gervonta Davis has already put him on the fringes of irrelevance.

Despite Garcia’s alleged actions, the boxer still carries hatred for Devin Haney. It’s peculiar as to why considering Haney has nothing to do with the suspension. Regardless, if Garcia has an opportunity to diss Haney, he is going to take it every single time. That is exactly what happened recently as Garcia was streaming on a yacht with content creator N3on. As you can see below, Garcia gave his own freestyle on top of Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us.”

Lyrically, this freestyle was not good. As far as flows go, it also wasn’t very good. In the comments section over at No Jumper, fans couldn’t help but make fun of Garcia’s recent change in demeanor. “His whole demeanor change after the tank fight,” one person wrote. “Ryan looks like he’s on coke,” said another. Some fans even called N3on corny for entertaining any of this. If anything is for certain, it is that Garcia is not the same fighter he was even just one year ago.

Let us know what you think of this freestyle from Ryan Garcia, in the comments section down below. Do you agree with the fans that this is incredibly cringeworthy? Vory Defends Drake After Ryan Garcia Accuses Him Of Killing XXXTentacion

Earlier this week, Ryan Garcia took to Twitter/X to perpetuate an ongoing conspiracy theory that Drake was responsible for the death of XXXTentacion. Of course, this is unconfirmed and only an allegation, but the rapper’s associates are upset about it nonetheless. Vory, for example, took to his Instagram Story recently to shut it down.

“Why do yall keep playing w @champagnepapi like he’s not the greatest of all times,” he began. “I’ve been silent for months but come on now bro do yall understand who tf this man is!!! Stop believing the goofy a** sh*t DRAKE IS DRAKE ACCEPT it! N****s got real life going on fr OVO took me in as a lil brotha since I was 19 I’m 26. Now I could never n will never. Same w Ye.”

Vory Sticks Up For Drake As Ryan Garcia Perpetuates XXXTentacion Conspiracy Theory

Vory didn’t stop there, however. He went on to reiterate his loyalty to various other artists as well, claiming that he felt the need to clear things up. “Sorry to break yall hearts,” he wrote in part. “But Drake & the whole OVO is my family forever.” As for XXXTentacion’s associates, DJ Scheme recently chimed in on Garcia’s accusation on Twitter. He made it clear that while it isn’t true, he’s still not a fan of Drake due to the way he publicly reacted to X’s passing.

“My Only Issue Is That After My Brother Died All Drake Did Was Throw Shots To Look More Gangster. So To Wrap Things Up It’s Still F*ck Drake,” he said. What do you think of Vory sticking up for Drake after Ryan Garcia’s XXXTentacion accusation? Are you surprised or not? What about his claims about OVO being his family forever? XXXTentacion Associate Says “It’s Still F*ck Drake” After Ryan Garcia’s Viral Conspiracy Theory

XXXTentacion associate DJ Scheme discussed the late rapper and reaffirmed that “it’s still f*ck Drake” after Ryan Garcia shared a conspiracy theory about the Toronto rapper being linked to X’s death. While Ski Mask The Slump God recently shot down the rumor, Scheme clarified that, even though it’s not true, they’re still not fans of Drake.

“My Only Issue Is That After My Brother Died All Drake Did Was Throw Shots To Look More Gangster. So To Wrap Things Up It’s Still F*ck Drake,” he wrote in one post. “My loyalty is to MY family that’s it. & I consider each and every one of you guys apart of it.” When one user brought up Ski Mask The Slump God’s recent comments on the matter, Scheme responded: “Because SKI was saying DRAKE said ‘HE DIDNT DO IT’ & CAME TO SKI AND SAID HE LOVED HIM. That’s NOT ski defending him.” As for what he had posted, Ski wrote on X: “Whoever Believe This Stupid Sh*t Too Deep In The YouTube Conspiracy Rabbit Hole Go Outside Touch Grass My N***a.”

Despite the popularity of the conspiracy theory, which stems from a short-lived feud with Drake, XXXTentacion’s killers have already been convicted of his 2018 murder. The 20-year-old rapper was shot and killed outside a motorcycle dealership in Deerfield Beach, Florida, while the attackers stole his Louis Vuitton bag which held $50,000 in cash. Police eventually arrested four suspects and charged them with first-degree murder.

Ski Mask The Slump God Disses Ryan Garcia Over XXXTentacion Claim

Ryan Garcia has managed to make himself incredibly unlikeable in 2024. The boxer has bad outrageous assertions, and tested positive for PEDs before title matches. He somehow managed to combine these two pastimes on June 20. Garcia was suspended from boxing for one year following his second positive PED test. In response, Garcia inexplicably claimed that Drake had XXXTentacion killed. There isn’t more context. The tweet literally reads: “F*ck it Drake killed X.” This made a lot of people mad, and Ski Mask the Slump God was one of them.

Ski Mask the Slump God did not humor Garcia’s claims. Instead, he chastised the boxer and anybody who believed him. “Whoever believe this stupid sh*t,” he tweeted. “Too deep in the YouTube conspiracy rabbit hole. “Go outside touch grass my n**ga.” Ski Mask is known for his outrageous and oftentimes silly rap persona, but he doesn’t play when it comes to XXXTentacion. The rapper was close with X during his lifetime, and they collaborated on multiple songs together. During a Rolling Loud concert in 2022, Ski Mask paid tribute to his friend by posting a message on the background screen. “I wish I told you how much you really meant to me more often,” Ski Mask wrote. “Out of everyone you knew my pride brings me down.”

Ski Mask The Slump God Included X On His New Album

Things weren’t always friendly between the two rappers, though. Ski Mask the Slump God and X had a falling out in 2017, when the latter refused to give Ski Mask a feature on his album. “My response to the request for the song by Ski is no,” X wrote on Instagram. “I am going to destroy all of these rappers.” Sources close to Ski Mask the Slump God claim they squashed the beef before X died. “What most people don’t know is that they squashed that old thing a long time [ago],” they told Urban Islandz. “They were like brothers again, they both came up in the same hood and went through a lot of sh*t together.”

Ski Mask has made a point of keeping XXXTentacion’s legacy alive. The rapper included X on the song “Jah’s Interlude” from his new album, 11th Dimension. The song is a reworked version of X’s “Hope (Freestyle)” without an instrumental.

Ryan Garcia Responds To PED Suspension By Claiming Drake Killed XXXTentacion

Ryan Garcia has been dealing with a pretty heavy controversy as of late. Following his fight against Devin Haney, Garcia ended up testing positive for PEDs. Although Garcia was quick to tell fans that he was innocent, Garcia ultimately tested positive a second time. Subsequently, Garcia was suspended from boxing for one full year. Furthermore, he was fined $10K and has to relinquish his most recent win. This benefits Haney, who maintains his perfect record following the decision.

Following the news, Garcia took to Twitter, where he unleashed the clip. Overall, Garcia has been using social media as a means of promoting fights, and keeping the attention on him. He has made some wild allegations against numerous individuals, and fans have begun to tune him out. However, his latest allegation is certainly one of his most salacious. Below, he claimed that Drake is the one who killed rapper XXXTentacion. Of course, this is a conspiracy theory in the hip-hop world that fans have heard a million times before.

Ryan Garcia Makes Everything A Publicity Stunt

Despite the popularity of the conspiracy theory, there is no proof that Drake did such a thing. In fact, XXXTentacion’s killers have already been convicted. However, there are still some people who believe Drizzy hired the killers. Conspiracy theories are just that… conspiracies. Some people peddle them because they think it makes them look smarter than the average person. However, the result is usually the opposite.

Let us know what you think of this allegation from Ryan Garcia, in the comments section down below. What do you make of his behavior given everything that has gone down over the past couple of weeks? Ryan Garcia Gives Emotional Plea For Support From Fans After Being Arrested For Felony Vandalism

Ryan Garcia was reportedly taken into custody by Beverly Hills Police Department officers on Saturday, June 8, on charges of felony vandalism. Ryan Garcia allegedly destroyed his room and the hallway of the Waldorf Astoria hotel, according to local law enforcement officials. The fighter from Golden Boy Promotions, 25, is accused of causing damages totaling $15,000. Last week, his family called the police to perform a welfare check on the boxer due to concerns. Garcia reportedly complained about a health problem after being taken into custody. He was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center by the BHPD for assessment and care. Now, Garcia has finally spoken out after the arrest.

A statement attributed to the athlete came from representatives for Ryan Garcia. Garcia mentioned his mother’s recent breast cancer diagnosis while expressing gratitude to his fans. “It’s always love. Thanks to my fans for always supporting me. [Y’all] know I’ve been dealing with incredible stress, pressure and now the devastating news of my mom’s health. Love and compassion wins. Always,” Garcia stated. Furthermore, Ryan Garcia shared a number of posts on social media regarding his ongoing legal issues in Beverly Hills. He cited Jesus Christ, begged for prayers, and seemed to draw a comparison between his circumstances and Donald Trump’s 34 criminal convictions in the tweets.

Ryan Garcia Responds After Concerning Arrest

“I’m worried [sad face emoticon]. I have to be at this weird hospital and they are trying to give me medicine and they have me on a hold for who knows how long, they will determine. Pray for me, God help me,” Garcia tweeted on Sunday. He later tweeted, “Kinda funny both Trump and I are in jail [man shrugging emoji]. I don’t know if he is in jail but I know he got convicted. This sucks, but I love Jesus, I will be okay.”

Garcia was checked out by police at the same hotel earlier this week, and that’s when the arrest happened. Despite the hotel allegedly cutting him off from booze, he was apparently well at the time, and the authorities left him alone. Earlier this year, Garcia stunned many by defeating Devin Haney, a notable victory. That victory was quickly tainted after the Boxer received positive drug tests for PED’s. Overall, Ryan Garcia has been going through a lot these past couple of months.

Ryan Garcia Arrested For Alleged Vandalism: Report

Ryan Garcia has been arrested for felony vandalism, according to TMZ Sports. The outlet reports the alleged incident went down at the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills on Saturday afternoon. Authorities claim the fighter damaged property inside the hotel, mainly in his room and the outside hallway. It’s unclear how much damage he allegedly caused, as in California, anything over $400 can constitute a felony.

In addition to reporting the arrest, TMZ Sports also obtained footage of police escorting Garcia into custody. In the clip, he covers his head with a helmet while making his way into a squad car. He appears shirtless, however, making him identifiable by his back tattoos. While he went peacefully, witnesses told TMZ he appeared under the influence.

The arrest comes after police performed a wellness check on Garcia, earlier this week, at the same hotel. He was reportedly okay at the time and officers let him be, although the hotel reportedly cut him off from alcohol. Garcia famously defeated Devin Haney in what many considered a major upset, earlier this year. “I don’t give a f*ck what people say about me,” Garcia said following the fight. “… I drank every single night. Went out on the first Monday and Tuesday (of fight week), and drank, drank, drank. What happened? I won. I’m not necessarily proud of it, but I’m just saying. It was a statement to say you guys can’t really f*ck with me. I can do whatever I want. … I drank every day and did whatever I wanted. I’m not proud of it at all. I just pray for my kids, and hopefully, they are OK. I hope I made them proud.”

Afterward, he tested positive for a performance-enhancing drug on the banned substance list. It appears that Garcia is still in police custody. Be on the lookout for further updates on Ryan Garcia and his recent arrest on HotNewHipHop.
