YSL Defendant Strip Searched, Weed Found Sewn Into His Underwear

The YSL RICO case has had no shortage of shocking developments and wild occurrences as of late. Moreover, outlets previously reported news of a huge scuffle happening somewhere in the court house during a hearing. In fact, it was such a loud exchange that even those in the courtroom were able to hear it. Now, we have an explanation for that, as footage recently released of a YSL codefendant getting strip searched. Not only that, but officials found marijuana sewn into Rodalius Ryan’s underwear after they smelled weed on him.

Furthermore, the body cam footage came from Michael Seidel of WSB-TV and reveals the whole exchange. While Ryan maintained that the smell was nothing, police pleaded with him to come clean, as they didn’t want to have to search him. Nevertheless, they eventually attempted to handcuff him and he began to scream, which is what the courtroom heard. After eventually stripping him down and searching his belongings, they found weed sewn into his undergarments and kept Ryan detained. While this is an ugly and disheartening development, other updates point to some codefendants potentially seeing partial freedom.

YSL Defendant Stripped, Weed Found In His Underwear

To elaborate, Miles Farley recently was granted bond after his lawyer Anastasios Manettas was arrested in court for carrying prescription drugs on his person. Moreover, he saw prompt release on bond and his legal colleagues expect all charges against him to be dropped. However, it certainly didn’t paint the defendants in a better light, especially after multiple instances of attempted smuggling of contraband. In addition, it also speaks to increasing tensions and distrust between the parties that, however legitimate, just makes for more antagonistic views on the matter.

Meanwhile, another YSL codefendant recently was ordered to undergo a mental evaluation after he claimed that Donald Trump and Joe Biden were giving him legal advice. Not only that, but lawyers are pushing for his case to be tried separately so as to avoid further delays in the indictment-wide trial. Another aspect that has delayed the process significantly is jury selection, which hasn’t received many recent updates. On that note, stick around on HNHH for the latest news and updates on the YSL RICO case.

YSL Attorney Handcuffed During Drug Search

The RICO case of Young Thug and the YSL crew has taken so many twists and turns that their lawyers are also facing plenty of investigation. Moreover, defense attorneys complained of a new security protocol that forces them to be handcuffed while officials search their belongings for drugs. Furthermore, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, lawyer Anastasios Manettas faced accusations of harvesting prescription drugs and authorities handcuffed him during a search. Security brought him to the back of the room and had orders to search every bag and envelope. Previously in this case, a codefendant tried to pass Thugger a Percocet pill while in the courtroom.

However, that hand-to-hand deal reportedly stunned Young Thug and caught him completely by surprise, according to his legal team. Not only that, but many more instances of contraband and people sneaking drugs into jails and courtrooms contributed to this new policy. As such, these strict cuff-and-search procedures are reportedly unlike anything legal counsel had seen before in their careers. While YSL attorneys complained about this process, their complaints arrived amid a sea of circumstances that might warrant such checks.

YSL Attorney Handcuffed Due To New Policy

Still, that’s not to say that everything the court decided concerning this RICO case has been for the greater good. For example, many expressed disappointment and anger over the incredibly lengthy jury selection process, whether directed at the jurors or the court authorities. These delays occurred for many reasons; some logistical, others due to jurors misbehaving. What many can’t deny is how this process only keeps these codefendants behind bars for longer. Despite concerns, hopefully the delays result in the cleanest and most just rule of law possible.

Meanwhile, Young Thug is keeping his head high amid the YSL trial, showing fans his strength. Recently, footage emerged of Thugger smiling in court, one of many instances where people reacted to his reactions. Many focused on footage of distress and tiredness, but the MC seems to be as positive as he can be given the circumstances. For the latest updates on Young Thug and the YSL RICO case, log back into HNHH.

Young Thug Offers A Rare Smile In Court

Young Thug has been in court for quite some time at this point. As many of you know, he is currently on trial in the YSL RICO case. Overall, Thugger is being accused of a plethora of accused crimes. In fact, the prosecution has painted the artist as some sort of criminal mastermind and mafia don. Although the artist has some of the best lawyers in the world, there is no telling what could end up happening in this case. After all, RICO cases can come with extremely long prison sentences.

If you have been following along with the case, you would know that the court proceedings have not been without antics. Consequently, there have been numerous delays and recesses. People have been making a scene in the court, and it always leads to confusion. Additionally, the trial is being filmed, which then leads to some of these moments going viral. This is bad for both the defense and the prosecution, who just want to get on with the trial. Needless to say, this could all take a while.

Young Thug Perseveres

However, Young Thug seems to be keeping a very positive attitude while in court. In the video above posted by OurGenerationMusic, Thugger could be seen smiling while talking to his lawyer. Overall, it is a very small gesture. However, it does show that Thug still has some positivity despite everything that is happening. Although, it should be noted that court didn’t go that smoothly yesterday. According to TheNeighborhoodTalk, calamity took place in the court as Lil Rod was taken away in handcuffs. Furthermore, there were other defendants who experienced the same fate. All sorts of chaos took place, and eventually, cameras had to be turned off.

It was yet another example of how this hasn’t exactly been the smoothest trial. Either way, we’re sure both sides of the equation would rather this just go on as normal. There is a lot at stake here, and there are a lot of people’s lives who are at stake. Let us know what you think of all this, in the comments below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from the music world.

Calamity In The Court

YFN Lucci Appears To Pour Lean In Jail

A video has surfaced that appears to show YFN Lucci pouring up lean in jail. Lucci is currently locked up at the Fulton County Jail facing RICO charges. The charges stem from a drive-by shooting that happened in January 2021. The initial shooting led to an exchange of gunfire, As a result, James Adams, who was a passenger in the car with Lucci, was shot and killed. Authorities do not believe Lucci shot Adams. However, in Georgia, if one person dies while committing a crime, that person’s accomplices are responsible for their death.

Subsequently, Lucci was charged with murder, racketeering, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Now, the Atlanta rapper may be in trouble again. On Sunday, the Say Cheese! Twitter account posted a video that appears to show Lucci pouring up lean in his jail cell. During the brief clip, Lucci can be seen pouring liquid into two bottles. If the substance is in fact lean, this would be a major breach of jail rules. However, some Twitter users were perplexed as to how Lucci was able to get his hands on lean, to begin with. “How did he get lean?” one user asked.

YFN Lucci Could Face Additional Charges

Meanwhile, others pointed out that it may be difficult for jail staff to prove the substance was lean. “Can’t prove it’s an illegal substance just from a video,” one user said. Although It may be difficult for authorities to prove that the substance was lean Lucci will still have to explain having a cell phone. Phones are considered contraband in most jails. Therefore, anyone who brings in a phone for an inmate can face stiff punishment or even jail time. Moreover, any inmate caught with a phone runs the risk of being sent to solitary confinement and possibly additional charges.

However, any new charges would likely be a drop in the bucket for Lucci. The 32-year-old is facing the possibility of spending the rest of his life behind bars. Lucci and his associates had been under investigation for some time for their arrests. Subsequently, Lucci and 12 other men were named in a more than 100-count indictment. The men are accused of belonging to one of Atlanta’s most ruthless gangs. Ironically, Lucci is facing a similar fate as his longtime enemy Young Thug. Thugger is also facing RICO charges and the possibility of decades behind bars. Lucci’s fans will be hoping the rapper can stay out of trouble and one day see freedom again.

Maxo Kream Turns Himself In Over RICO Case

Maxo Kream just confirmed that he turned himself in to authorities for charges stemming from his 2016 RICO case. Moreover, he took to Instagram to confirm the news reported by Say Cheese TV and give a message to his followers. Furthermore, he said that he’s only going back on minimal charges and will be free soon. Not only that, but he suggested that he will never snitch on his codefendants in the case, which makes the “light” charges sound ominous. Regardless, a figure with the Houston MC’s honesty and acumen can back those statements up, and hopefully Maxo does just that.

“Been dealing with this Rico shit since 2016,” Maxo Kream wrote in his caption. “I beat all the felony Charges but gotta handle sum light S**t . I’ll never bend break or fold S/o all my fans ima brb #BigPersona.” In the picture, you can see his mugshot as well as various stacks of cash, jewelry, weapons, and what appear to be bags of marijuana. Although this might seem like a tough time for the WEIGHT OF THE WORLD artist, hopefully his promises on prompt freedom see fulfillment.

Maxo Kream Back Behind Bars On His Own Accord

Regarding the RICO case in question, authorities arrested Maxo Kream and seven other alleged members of the Kream Clicc gang in 2016. Before blowing up as an MC, Maxo reportedly joined the 52 Hoover Gangster Crips as a teenage drug dealer. Said involvement caught up with him and, along with the rest of the Kream Clicc, he faced charges of money laundering, drug trafficking, and more. After posting $200,000 bail and getting out, he maintained his innocence. “They’re out here saying organized crime, bro,” he tweeted back then. “I’m organizing music for my album….Doing right….Trying to take care of the family.”

Later, the 33-year-old announced on Instagram in 2018 that he and his legal team beat the case. “Laws hit me wit the RICO but my Power Attorney had the Cheat Code,” he captioned his post. As of writing this article, it’s unclear whether law enforcement revisited his initial arrest and involvement, or if this is due to completely new discoveries. With that in mind, come back to HNHH for the latest updates on this story and more news on Maxo Kream.

Casanova’s Sentencing Delayed In Gorilla Stone Nation Case

Authorities once again delayed Casanova’s sentencing in an ongoing case of his alleged gang, Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation. Moreover, he is one of 18 codefendants facing charges of drug trafficking, violent assault, and the murder of a 15-year-old boy in Upstate New York in a large RICO case. Furthermore, the alleged criminals first faced charges in December of 2020. However, the rapper specifically got hit with charges of racketeering conspiracy, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, and conspiracy to knowingly and intentionally manufacture, distribute, or dispense, or possess with intent to manufacture, distribute, or dispense, a controlled substance such as crack, cocaine, or marijuana.

Initially, Casanova pleaded not guilty, and expressed his high profile is what led authorities to him. Later, officials hit him with a superseding indictment in November of 2021. Moreover, it claimed that he and another gang member shot a rival outside of a strip club. Furthermore, he admitted that he shot at a rival over a gambling disagreement in July 2020 while with other gang members.

In addition, the 36-year-old acknowledged his role in a 2018 Manhattan robbery that severely injured a woman named Niya Rucker. She claimed that Gorilla Stone members attacked her and broke her jaw for filming the rapper during a meal. Also, he continued his confessions and said he conspired to traffic 100 kilograms of weed and is a key gang member. Furthermore, he pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to conduct and participate in the affairs of a criminal enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activity.

Regarding that previous confession, he also pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute over 100 kilograms of marijuana. After all those developments, the court pushed his sentencing back to June 27, 2023. He faces up to 60 years in prison, which practically means a life sentence. Given just how long this case has lasted, it’s unsurprising to see it evolve so much. However, hopefully it translates into actual change and less lives lost- whether to death or to prison. Regardless, stick around on HNHH for the latest on Casanova and the Gorilla Stone Nation case.

Young Thug Wants To Redact Video Threatening Lil Wayne From Evidence: Report

Young Thug and his co-defendants are fighting tooth and nail to prove their innocence in the YSL RICO case. Even though they haven’t moved past jury selection, prosecutors are doing whatever they can to ensure that the Atlanta rapper remains locked up for the rest of his days. Still, his team of attorneys is working diligently to prove his innocence. Recently, Thug filed a motion in an attempt to redact 2015 footage where he allegedly threatened Lil Wayne from evidence. Per AllHipHop, prosecutors believe this would be critical in proving YSL is a street gang, especially since a conviction was secured.

Thug and Birdman were both indicted for the shooting but neither were charged. Instead, Jimmy Carlton Winfrey, better known as Peewee Roscoe, was sentenced to prison after a jury convicted him of shooting at Lil Wayne’s tour bus. While the beef between Weezy and Thug seems to be water under the bridge, prosecutors stated that this piece of evidence can secure their case.

Young Thug Seeks Information On Informant

In addition to the 2015 video surrounding Lil Wayne, Young Thug also wants information on an informant identified as “K.C.” The alleged informant reportedly began working with authorities around the same time that the video about Lil Wayne surfaced. Thug’s attorneys believe that the information surrounding K.C. is imperative for their case. Though there’s yet to be a ruling, it’s clear that Thugger’s defense is working overtime to combat the prosecutor’s arguments.

K.C. was identified as the alleged culprit in a drive-by shooting that took place at T.I.G. Studios on Jan. 8th, 2015. Through the State’s discovery process, law enforcement were able to obtain the paperwork that identified K.C. as the shooter. Prosecutors have yet to prove any substantial evidence, including 911 calls, videos, or reports, related to the studio shooting. The reason why this information is important is because T.I.G. was a go-to studio for YFN Lucci. District Attorney Fani Willis has made it clear that the YSL/YFN feud turned Atlanta into a deadly city, accounting for 50 murders and shooting. We’ll continue to keep you posted on anymore updates surrounding the YSL trial.

Metro Boomin Updates Fans On Young Thug

Metro Boomin just took to Instagram to update fans on Young Thug, who’s currently behind bars awaiting trial for RICO charges against him and the YSL crew. Moreover, the process in this case proved to be painstaking, arduous, and unpredictable in the months since the collective’s May 2022 arrest. Still, many in the music industry, especially close collaborators, have shown Thug in particular a lot of support and well-wishes. As such, some of his closest friends like producer Metro Boomin sometimes get the chance to speak to Thug. Now, Metro provided fans with some light at the end of the tunnel.

“Talked to [spider emoji] today and just know when he touchdown the whole [earth emoji] gon feel it [bicep flex emoji],” he wrote. Furthermore, the producer spoke on their consistent communication on DJ Drama’s The Streetz Iz Watching podcast. However, this update also comes after the case’s jury selection process suffered multiple delays. Between everything going on in the trial, this seems to be one of the main obstacles the case’s progress faces. Another important element to consider is information leaks and further wrongdoing from the YSL camp as they await their fate.

Metro Boomin Gives Update On Young Thug

Regardless, the iconic producer believes that his good spirits are holding him together right now. “I be talking to him, he’s blessed man,” the HEROES & VILLAINS architect explained. “Anybody know Slime know he got a heart of gold but he got the heart of a warrior at the same time so like, he got his head up. And I pray for him every single day, even since everything first happened, I pray for him every single day.

“The day he got locked up he was supposed to be in the ‘Superhero’ video,” Metro continued. “He had a whole scene set up where he was gonna say the tag and do some other shit. I remember talking to him on the FaceTime, he was like, ‘yeah I’m finna pull up.’” Hopefully Thug’s spirits stay high as the media world bites their nails ahead of his future. In fact, Thugger’s sister also posted a picture of a call with him. In the snapshot, which you can peep below, he flexes his muscles and puts on a big smile. Regardless, come back to HNHH for the latest from Metro Boomin and more updates on the YSL case and Young Thug.

Kay Flock Shows Gains In New Jail Photo

It’s been well over a year since Bronx up-and-comer Kay Flock was taken into custody for the murder of 24-year-old Oscar Hernandez. Police released footage from the Dec. 2021 incident, which sees Kay—real name Kevin Perez—approaching the victim once noticing him in a barber shop. As the 19-year-old awaits trial, he’s unfortunately been hit with yet another charge, this time for racketeering. On Feb. 23, Kay Flock was federally indicted for allegedly running the Sev Side/DOA gang with five others.

In spite of the charges brought against him, the “Make A Movie” drill artist appears to be maintaining behind bars. In a newly-obtained image, a noticeably larger Kay Flock is seen posting up in his cell. Dressed in jail garb and all-white Air Force 1’s, the photo is captioned with lyrics from King Von’s “How It Go” single. Kay updated fans about his case almost one year ago on Instagram, letting them know not to “believe the blogs or the internet” as “all is good.” In a recent phone call he’s heard saying “I’ll be back real soon, 2023 March, ya heard?” As we enter the month in question, that sadly doesn’t seem to be happening.

Kay Flock Shows Off His Progress

Jeffrey Lichtman, former attorney of El Chapo, announced he will be taking on the murder case in July 2022. Calling Kay Flock “a good kid,” Lichtman writes: “I’m looking forward to winning his trial. When the facts come out I think people will be shocked he was even charged.” He also claims it was an act of self-defense, as Kay was presented with no other options. He expounded on the cases in a recent interview with Fox 5’s Lisa Evers, as well as his new podcast, Beyond the Legal Limit. The episode, released Monday (Feb. 27) can now be streamed on Apple, Spotify, and iHeartRadio.

In the interim, Kay Flock has continued to release new music, with his latest offering having dropped in December. The D.O.A. Tape: Care Package is an extension to his debut, and sees previously released records like “Geeked Up” with Gucci Mane and Flock’s Cardi-B-assisted “Shake It” single.

Young Thug’s Sister Claims Rapper Says He’ll “Be Home In A Min”

Although fans want the YSL RICO case to end, Young Thug is still waiting for it to begin officially. The rapper was arrested in May 2022, along with over two dozen others. Prosecutors suggested Thugger was the ring leader of a YSL gang, but his defense claims the collective is only a record label. At the moment, the jury selection portion of the trial is taking longer than expected. For months, potential jurors have been added and subtracted. It was recently announced it could take several more months before a final jury is decided upon.

Meanwhile, Thugger’s loved ones and fans continue to take to social media to share their support. The rapper’s sister, Dolly White, has also been vocal about Thug’s circumstance, and she offered an update after conversing with him. “I talked to My Twin Jeff,” White wrote on Instagram. “I told him I’m lonely out here without him. He said you supposed to be. I’ll be home in a min. I miss tf out of him. Cause Dez B*tches & N*ggaz gone come & gone go so WE KNO HOW TO DEAL WIT YALL!!!!

Controversy Surrounding Gunna

ATLANTA, GA – NOVEMBER 13: Gunna and Young Thug attend 2021 Revolt Summit at 787 Windsor on November 13, 2021 in Atlanta, Georgia.(Photo by Prince Williams/FilmMagic)

Gunna’s release from jail is a hot topic in the YSL RICO case. The rapper copped to an Alford plea, making him the first defendant to be discharged. Several others have followed, but Gunna has faced allegations of cooperating with the authorities. He has remained relatively quiet as his peers use social media to praise or criticize him. As the debates dragged on, Gunna’s attorney returned with another denial of partnering with law enforcement.

“After reading [Jewel Wicker’s] outstanding, insightful article, I am obliged to say for the record one more time: Gunna has never been interviewed by or cooperated with law enforcement or prosecutors in the RICO case,” said Steve Sadow. “Nor have his attorneys proffered information on his behalf. What was said at his Alford plea hearing was solely to resolve his own case. It cannot be used by the prosecution against Young Thug or any defendant.”

Dolly White Once Called For The Public To Stop Talking About Snitching

In December 2022, Dolly White further suggested she was tired of seeing the “rat” and “snitch” talks. “Can y’all please stop saying that people ratted and people this-and-that?” White said. “It’s not making anybody better, it’s not making nothing good, bro. Nothing that’s going on is[…]helping my brother. So, can y’all please stop that? If y’all love Gunna, then y’all give him support. Like, what the f*ck y’all over there doing? Y’all tripping.”
