Taylor Swift Gets Some Post-Break-Up Advice From Ne-Yo

Taylor Swift is now a single woman. This news came as a shock to many, as there were rumors swirling about a potential engagement or marriage to then-boyfriend Joe Alwyn. Sadly, the two could not make it work. Now, fellow celebrities are coming out of the woodwork to shoot their shots and give advice. The latest to do so is R&B singer Ne-Yo. TMZ caught up with the artist in LAX and spoke to him about the recent news of Taylor’s split.

In the video posted on TMZ’s website, the gossip blog’s reporter walked alongside Ne-Yo in the airport. “Is there a silver lining to that sort of stuff?” he asked. “It can be good for songwriting, you know what I mean?” Ne-Yo listened intently and offered his thoughts on the matter. “Oh, yeah, absolutely. Some of my best songs are about heartache and breakups and stuff like that.” The reporter continued, asking if the R&B singer thought Taylor could make use of this. Ne-Yo responded with positivity, looking at the bright side of the situation. “That’s the beauty of being a songwriter,” he explained. “You don’t have to suffer through it as much because you can take that energy and turn it into something positive.”

Taylor’s Sudden Split

The reason for Taylor Swift’s sudden split with Jow Alwyn is still not clear. As always, Taylor has remained tight-lipped about the subject. She has never been one to speak about her relationships much in public. She prefers to save it for her music. However, a source did give Entertainment Tonight a little bit of insight into the situation. They clarified that the breakup was not dramatic. Instead, the two simply decided it was time to end things. “The relationship had just run its course,” the source said. “It’s why [Alwyn] hasn’t been spotted at any shows.”

Taylor Swift generally doesn’t speak much about her relationships until after they are over. However, she and Alwyn were together for six years. So, in an uncharacteristic move, she spoke openly about how he had inspired her song “Lavender Haze.” About the track, Taylor said: “I happened on the phrase ‘lavender haze’ when I was watching Mad Men, and I looked it up because I thought it sounded cool, and it turns out that it’s a common phrase used in the ’50s where they would just describe being in love.” What do you think of the star’s recent split? Summer Walker Claps Back At Instagram Trolls

Summer Walker is not going to stand for any slander about her children. The R&B singer, who just turned 27, took to Instagram to post about the happy occasion. In the caption, she opened up about achieving so much success at a young age. She also expressed gratitude for her career and her children. “I can’t believe all I’ve accomplished being so young,” Walker said. “3 beautiful healthy kids, rich in love, rich in wealth, rich in knowledge, rich in spirit, & most importantly rich in happiness.”

Summer Walker got her start in 2017 when she signed with Interscope Records. She released her first mixtape, Last Day of Summer, the following year. Then, in 2019, the singer got her first Top 20 hit with the song “Playing Games.” The song was a cut from her first studio album, Over It. The album itself broke the record for the biggest streaming debut week for a female R&B artist. It has since been certified platinum. Walker’s sophomore album, Still Over It, was released in 2021. It debuted at Number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. She also broke her own streaming record set by her debut album. This May, Walker plans to release her second EP, Clear 2: Soft Life.

Walker Says 3 Kids Is Only The Beginning

On Walker’s Instagram post, many were quick to show their shock at her age. Many seemed not to know that she already had three children. Furthermore, some said that she was far too young to have that many kids. “27 w 3 kids,” one said. “Sounds like you rich in misery to me.” Another user was quick to rush to Walker’s defense, however. “Just bc your mom was 3 kids deep and miserable don’t mean the next woman is…” they responded. “27 and RICH is what she said.”

Summer Walker herself seems to have seen the comments because she responded on her Instagram stories. Unlike the users in the comments, Walker stayed as classy as possible in her response. “I would literally be SO sad if I ain’t have 3 kids right now,” she said. “Once I sign some more checks Ima have more.” Looks like the singer remains unbothered by the trolls. Rihanna showed off her baby bump in a post for her Fenty Beauty brand on social media, Tuesday. The post sees the iconic singer promoting the brand’s Gloss Bomb Heat collection. In the video, Rihanna can be seen with a notable baby bump as she awaits her second child with her partner, A$AP Rocky.

She first revealed that the couple are expecting another child on February 12, 2023, during her Super Bowl LVII halftime show performance. Rihanna later reflected on motherhood during an interview with British Vogue “Oh, my God, it’s legendary. It’s everything,” she said of the experience. “You really don’t remember life before, that’s the craziest thing ever…You literally try to remember it—and there are photos of my life before—but the feeling, the desires, the things that you enjoy, everything, you just don’t identify with it because you don’t even allow yourself mentally to get that far. Because it doesn’t matter.”

Rocky is just as happy about fatherhood as Rihanna is motherhood. The Testing rapper spoke about his feeling on having a child with the Barbadian singer during an interview with Complex. “It’s beautiful,” he shared. “Honestly, I think fatherhood gives me more time to do exactly what I want. I don’t have time for anything that isn’t priorities. It helps you prioritize, honestly. I love it. Everything is just based around my newfound love for being a dad and a family man. It’s lit right now. I can’t even describe it. Yo, you see this smile! I’m all smiles right now, man.”

Da Brat and her wife Jesseca Dupart are anxiously awaiting the birth of their baby boy. Since announcing that Brat was carrying their baby boy, the couple has taken their fans along their journey. Staying true to the transparency they’ve built with fans, the couple shared a new video of their journey on Wednesday. 

Dupart shared an adorable video of Brat as she feels the baby move inside her. Brat appears surprised and excited with each little kick. “I felt it again!” she exclaims at one point. It follows the women as they navigate their careers and marriage. Dupart is a successful beauty industry mogul. She founded Kaleidoscope Hair Products in 2013. Since then, the brand has become a million dollar business. Walmart now carries the products in store and online. After years as a So So Def rapper, Brat now enjoys a lucrative media career. She is one of the co-hosts of the Rickey Smiley Morning Show. The “Give It 2 You” star is also a part-time actress, having recently appeared in the Set It Off stage play. The 48-year-old admitted to PEOPLE that she never believed she’d get pregnant but decided to try after marrying. They have not revealed the name of their baby, likely waiting for their show to premiere.

Brat and Judy first met in 2017, though they didn’t go public until 2020. Their whirlwind romance was documented on their reality show. One mean-spirited social media user wrote, “Hahaha, bring out the kids, take that heat off.” It’s unclear what they may be referring to. However, one can speculate that this comment references Jenner’s alleged beef with Selena Gomez. Another meddling social media user commented, “Are you or are u not dating Timothée?” This question has emerged recently following rumors that Jenner is dating French actor Timothée Chalamet. Neither has confirmed a romance. Still, several mentions asking this question invaded the innocent post of her children. This is likely why the comments were limited shortly after the post went up.

Jenner has made it a common practice to limit comments when she shares images of her children. It’s safe to assume that inappropriate responses are the reason why. She is not the only Kardashian-Jenner sister that shields her kids from social media troublemakers. Khloe Kardashian has been called out for not posting her children often. Kim Kardashian has made headlines for allowing her oldest daughter North West to use TikTok. However, she has revealed she closely monitors the content and followers. Days ago, she confirmed her daughter would take a break from the app. Protecting the kids from internet bullies is crucial when you have such large followers yourself. Nick Cannon Considers Dating Taylor Swift On “The Howard Stern Show”

Nick Cannon says that he’s currently satisfied with having 12 kids, but would make an exception for one woman in particular, Taylor Swift. Cannon appeared on SiriusXM’s The Howard Stern Show, Monday, and discussed the current state of his love life.

The discussion kicked off with Stern asking Cannon whether he’ll have more kids. “Every time I answer this question – I can never answer it correctly because I don’t know,” Nick admitted with a laugh. “I’m happy currently with the [children] that I got.” As for the type of woman that could make Cannon reconsider, he said, “She’d have to be cold. She’d have to be amazing.”

From there, Stern asked if Taylor Swift would be that type of woman. “Absolutely, I’m in — let’s go … That’s the one!” Cannon replied. He went on to praise her songwriting abilities and willingness to be vulnerable in her music before concluding, “Me and Taylor’s numbers are very similar when we’re talking about being in these streets. So, I think she would relate to me very well. We probably would really understand each other.”

Co-host Robin Quivers remarked, “She’s free and single,” to which Cannon joked, “My Spidey-Sense is tingling. I think that would be amazing.” Swift had been in a relationship with her longtime partner, Joe Alwyn, for six years before the two called it quits in recent weeks. News of their breakup was first reported by ET. The outlet cited sources that said the split was amicable and “it was not dramatic.” They added that “the relationship had just run its course. It’s why [Alwyn] hasn’t been spotted at any shows.” They’ve yet to comment on the breakup publically, but throughout their time together, both were very private about their relationship. Swift is currently traveling the world to perform on her sold-out 52-stop Eras Tour.
