Bre Tiesi Reveals Nick Cannon May Not Pay Child Support Due To Abundance Of Offspring

It’s been several months since Nick Cannon hit us with yet another baby announcement, which is likely a good thing considering he recently admitted to getting the Mother’s Day cards of his six baby mamas mixed up when delivering them. While he and Abby De La Rosa appear to have a strong relationship thanks to their on-air work together, other co-parents, like LaNisha Cole, have had less pleasurable experiences. Another of Cannon’s partners, Bre Tiesi, also seems to have some beef with the multi-talent, which she markedly expressed on Netflix’s Selling Sunset.

The model was speaking with co-star Amanza Smith during the recently released sixth season of the hit reality series when she revealed that he might not have to pay child support. “The way it works is like, after 10, the court can basically say he can’t afford [it],” Tiesi alleged. However, she did note that because of his mass wealth, the “rule” may not apply to Cannon, much to her benefit. “Because he is who he is, they could say, ‘We know you can afford X amount for each household,” the mother of one dished.

Nick Cannon’s Child Support Comes Up on Selling Sunset

While Tiesi sounded sure in her claims, legal experts in California are disputing her. “For those supporting multiple children, these payments could completely take over their income, so the state ensures that non-custodial parents still support their children without breaking the bank,” the Paula D. Kleinman law corporation revealed, as per Page Six. In addition to this, Bre’s own attorney, Neama Rahmani also spoke out against her, declaring that “California law does not limit child support payments based on the number of children a parent has.”

“Child support payments are based on a number of factors, including the parents’ income, the cost of child care, and the amount of time the child spends with each parent.  It does not consider the number of children a parent has, so it doesn’t matter whether Nick or any other father has one child or twelveDo you think it would be fair for Nick Cannon to skip out on paying child support for his kids? Jermaine Dupri Recalls Latto’s Appearance On “The Rap Game”

Jermaine Dupri recently reflected on Latto’s appearance on the reality show, The Rap Game. Speaking with HipHopDX, he discussed how Latto blew up after the series aired and fired back at people who say he “dropped the ball.” At the time, Latto had been going by the name, “Miss Mulatto.”

“People keep saying, ‘Jermaine, you dropped the ball on [Latto],’” he told the outlet at the Lovers & Friends festival earlier this month. “But what people don’t understand is, I put Latto’s record out. The deal was, if you win on The Rap Game, you get a single from Jermaine Dupri. So that single came out.”

He continued: “The problem was, was that Latto was 16 years old, and the outlets didn’t support it. And nobody was like speaking on it. Nobody talked about it. If you watched the TV show, you saw it. But people didn’t really start talking about Latto until she started making more vulgar records, dressing more sexual, and being more adult.”

The premise of The Rap Game was that five young rappers would face off in a competition to win a recording contract with Dupri’s So So Def imprint. The contestants were Miss Mulatto, Lil Niqo, Lil Poopy, Supa Peach, and Young Lyric.

Jermaine Dupri Reflects On Latto’s Career

Elsewhere in the interview, Dupri spoke about his 14-year-old artist, Young Dylan. In doing so, he called out hip-hop blogs for their lack of support for the rapper. Dylan made a name for himself as a contestant in America’s Got Talent at the age of 10. He also stars in his own Nickelodeon show. “I’m the young man game giver. But everybody keeps saying it’s a young man’s game. So if it’s a young man’s game then why hasn’t — you know, if it is and all these different sites claim – like AllHipHop, they claim it’s all Hip Hop. But they ain’t posted a Dylan record,” Dupri complained. “The Source is supposed to be the source of Hip Hop. They ain’t talked about the Dylan project.”

Diddy & His 7 Kids Reportedly Star In Hulu Reality Series

It was only a matter of time before the Diddy and his Combs Clan capitalized on the unscripted television circuit. Rumors were previously floating around about the Bad Boy mogul filing a trademark for “Diddy + 7.” Some believe it was at the center of a reality TV endeavor. Today (March 23), Page Six reported that Sean “Diddy” Combs and his kids are set to be the next celebrity family to give an intimate look at their everyday lives. The Kardashian-Jenners recently moved their reality series to Hulu, and it looks like the platform is ushering in more high-profile families.

Additionally, Page Six reportedly spoke with a “source” who shared details about the purported series. “It’s going to profile the entire family. They all have businesses — even the kids — and it will feature everyone,” a person revealed. It was further noted that the media mogul and his seven children have already been spotted in Los Angeles and Miami filming for the series. Christian “King” coombs is a rapper who followed in his doppelganger father’s footsteps. Quincy Brown, Diddy’s stepson, has a media company and is an artist. Justin Combs reportedly works for his father’s business and has been stretching his chops as an entertainer and host. Also, teen twins Jessie and D’Lila are taking over the fashion world as they hit one runway to the next.

Diddy’s Expanding His Reach

The youngest of the Combs kids is infant Love. Diddy announced her arrival in December, and it came as a shock to fans. He was dating City Girls hitmaker Yung Miami then, but it was later shared that the child’s mother was a California woman named Dana Tran. Although Puff regularly shares photos of his family, this will be the first time he’s opened his doors to a series. “[The show] is all about the dynamic of the family and how Diddy does it all with all the kids,” a source stated. “They’re a real family, even all the baby mamas,” the source further stated.”

Although it’s been said that the mothers of Diddy’s kids all get along, it’s unclear if they’ll make appearances. Kim Porter—mother to Christan, Quincy, Jessie, and D’Lila—sadly passed away in 2018 after a bout with pneumonia. Dana Tran hasn’t said much since her big reveal, but fans are hoping to hear more from Love’s mom. Would you tune in to a reality show about Diddy and his family?

Tamika Scott Alleges LaTocha Scott-Bivens Robbed Her Of $30k

There’s no drama quite like family drama and Xscape’s Tamika Scott and LaTocha Scott-Bivens are a testament to that. The first time Tamika publicly spoke about her issues with her sister was on December 1st, 2022 during a radio show interview. The Xscape singer said, “I love my sister, and I’m always here for her. The personal problems that we’re having as a family should have never been spoken about. But she decided to speak on it to clear her name.”

This was in reference to a post that LaTocha made on Instagram. She made the post to clear the air about her out-of-place look at the 2022 Soul Train Awards. The issues between the two sisters didn’t end there. In a recent Page Six interview, Tamika shared the reason why she and her sister are not on speaking terms.

Morial Convention Center on July 2, 2017 in New Orleans, Louisiana. (Photo by Paras Griffin/Getty Images for 2017 ESSENCE Festival )

In the interview, Tamika alleged that LaTocha and her husband, Rocky Bivens, stole money from her by cashing $30,000 worth of checks into his account. She made this revelation at their mom Gloria’s house, where the two sisters were trying to reach an understanding with each other. “When you stole my money, mama didn’t say nothing. When you and Rocky stole my money, mama didn’t say nothing. Mama got quiet just like she quiet now,” Tamika said in the heated exchange. LaTocha was quick to deny Tamika’s claims, but the “Understand” singer stood firm in her claim.

At a later date, Tamika sat down with Gloria to unpack the situation. The conversation quickly went sideways, as Tamika claimed that Gloria showed unfair favoritism towards her older sister. Gloria was quick to refute her claims and made the counterargument that Tamika created a false narrative to help her sleep at night. The SWV & Xscape: The Queens of R&B star didn’t take that lying down, and was quick to retort, ”If I can sleep at night? He’s in my business, he’s taking my money from me and my family. But if I can sleep at night?” Gloria fired back, “Ain’t nobody taking money from you.” What are your thoughts on the situation? Tell us in the comments!

Evelyn Lozada Engaged To “Queens Court” Finalist Lavon Lewis

Love is in the air for Evelyn Lozado, who announced her new engagement. The Basketball Wives alum is preparing to walk down the aisle again, this time with Lavon Lewis. Lozada and Lewis met on none other than reality television after Evelyn was featured on a dating show. Peacock’s Queens Court stars Lozada, Tamar Braxton, and Nivea, and the ladies dated 21 men in an effort to find their Prince Charming. According to PEOPLE, Lozada and Lewis met on the second episode and nurtured their connection to a proposal. He reportedly dropped down to one knee in December on Lozada’s birthday.

“The thing about Evelyn is, it is very hard to surprise her,” the marketing firm cofounder told PEOPLE. “I told her to pack her bags, we’re going somewhere. She was blindfolded until she got to the front door. She walked in to about 20 close friends and family and the big ‘marry me’ letters, roses on the ground, things like that.” It was all a surprise for Lozada, who said she had no clue her man planned to pop the question.

Evelyn Lozada Is Ready For A New Beginning

“I didn’t know that he was going to propose that day,” Lozada shared. “I didn’t know what I was walking into. He was being very sneaky and, in all honesty, I was a little irritated because I’m such an alpha female. I’m kind of like, ‘Why do I have to pack? Why do I have to do this?’ It was really, really difficult for me to just let go and allow him to do his thing.” The couple is still working out their distance, as Lewis lives in Atlanta and Lozada resides in L.A. Still, she added he makes sure to hop on a plane to see her whenever possible.

Additionally, Lewis is also a man who pays attention to his woman. Lozada previously partnered with Twila True for her jewelry line, and Lewis turned to the company to help design the engagement ring. “It was the perfect size and shape,” Lozada further shared. “I’ve never had that stone, so he did a really, really good job. But I’m not surprised. Lavon is a creative mind and he doesn’t forget anything.”

Relationships Of The Past

This makes for Lozada’s third engagement and second marriage. She was in a ten-year relationship with former NBA star Antoine Walker. The two were engaged but split in 2008. She later dated former MLB star turned 1501 Certified Entertainment founder Carl Crawford. The two welcomed a son and were engaged before breaking up in 2017. She was also infamously married to Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson for a month but divorced following their domestic violence incident.

Todd and Julie Chrisley Report to Federal Prisons

IE4PG7LFJVGKHCK7QOWEJWF6G4

The reality TV franchise Chrisley Knows Best stars Todd and Julie Chrisley reported to federal facilities Tuesday to begin their prison sentences following fraud convictions. Todd Chrisley surrendered to the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Pensacola in Florida. At the same time, Julie Chrisley arrived at the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Lexington in Kentucky, according to the Bureau of Prisons.

Officials report Julie Chrisley’s designated location was changed on Dec. 20 from the Sunshine State’s Correctional Institution Marianna to the Federal Medical Center Lexington in Lexington, Ky, where inmates require medical or mental health care.

In June, the couple was convicted of fraud, tax evasion, and conspiracy by a federal jury in Atlanta. Though they faced 30 years each behind bars, they were sentenced to a combined 19 years in November. Todd Chrisley was sentenced to 12 years, and his wife got seven years.

The undoing of the couple’s previous lives appeared around the same time as “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Jen Shah faced federal prosecution before she pleaded guilty to wire fraud. Shah is scheduled to report to a federal facility on Feb. 17 to begin her 78-month term.

The couple is best known for their show on USA Network, owned by NBCUniversal, where they star alongside their children. The future of the show has not been announced. An attorney for the couple declined to comment Tuesday, but the two stand by their claims of innocence, blaming any wrongdoing on a former employee acting without their knowledge.

A request to begin their sentences in three weeks was denied, as was their request for bail pending their appeal to the courts.

Julie appeared on Tuesday’s edition of their daughter Savannah’s podcast, Unlocked, which was pre-recorded.

“I have come to a place, and it’s taken me a while to get there, to know that God has a plan. God has a purpose for my pain. That this is not the end of the road for me or our family,” she said. “And that my story, at some point, I hope and pray will help someone else at their lowest.”

In the wake of their legal issues, Todd Chrisley said, “In this storm that we’re in, I feel like I’m closer to God than I’ve ever been,” as he spoke on Julie’s own Chrisley Confessions podcast just after the sentencing. “But I find myself screaming out, because, you know, in the Bible, it says to scream out to God, to cry out to God. And, you know, with what we’re going through right now, you’ve heard me do that. You’ve heard me say, ‘God, please, I’m crying out to you.’ I don’t know what else to do. I’m asking for the truth to be revealed. I’m asking for you to shed light where there is darkness. I’m asking for our enemies to be exposed.”

Blueface’s Mom Threatens To “Slap The Shit” Out Of Him: Watch

For some, Sunday is the Lord’s day. For others, however, it’s a day sure to be full of chaos and drama thanks to a new episode of Blueface and Chrisean Rock’s Crazy In Love.

The last few weeks have seen the famous couple’s antics playing out on their Zeus reality series. We’ve seen the “Thotiana” rapper and his partner’s father exchange blows. Also, the reality starlet’s brother appeared to give the couple advice about their often-aggressive relationship.

Rock and Blueface’s bickering has been the centre of several episodes. However, we’ve still seen his issues with his own family play out. This week, in particular, the 25-year-old comes face-to-face with his mother, Karlissa Saffold.

In one preview that’s been circulating online, the California native and his mom step outside to speak. He tells her that she carries herself with a lot of importance and that he loves her because of their familial relationship. Still, that’s not always enough.

“I feel like I’m more mature than you,” Blue tells Saffold in front of the cameras. “Love you, mother, but you just not my type of woman I guess. Not my type of lady.”

In another trailer, most of the 25-year-old’s family comes together to confront Rock and her man. Specifically, they feud about a physical altercation between the group that previously went viral.

“If you’re 50 with little kids outside, you’re going to get into some little kid shit,” Blueface explains to Saffold as she yells at him. In response, she says, “If you disrespect me, and you’re my son, Jonathan, I’m gonna slap the shit out of you every time! I am your mother!”

The recording artist and Rock look visibly uncomfortable from the other side of the room, though he says “I understand.” At the same time, his mother continues to yell about how they didn’t argue in the past with his sister also joining in.
