Jodeci’s Devante Swing Accused Of “Aiding” Diddy In Teen Girl Rape

The snowball effect has really been thematic in the Diddy federal racketeering/ sex trafficking saga and now more accusations are piling up with another Bad Boy artists attached to the drama.

Jodeci member/producer Devante Swing has been accused in the rape of a 16-year-old in which DIddy and Guy front man Aaron Hall have already been implicated earlier this year. The rape charge, which allegedly occurred in 1990, has has added Swing to the list of defendants for being in the same room.

The suit, which was obtained by Rolling Stone, states, “Unbeknownst to Ms. Gardner at the time, Defendant Swing was in the room when this assault took place and did not take any steps to prevent this abuse from occurring.” A sworn statement given by a witness also states that Swing was “leaning against the wall or furniture or something, watching whatever Puffy was doing to Liza.[Gardner].”

The R&B producer was reportedly Gardner’s co-guardian at the time of the alleged rape.

The lawsuit claims Swing “had a duty to protect [Gardner] as her parents entrusted him with her safety. He trafficked and or coerced the child [to] travel across state lines from North Carolina to New York and New Jersey with the hidden intention of providing the child with alcohol, and marijuana and prostituting the child to his A&R Combs [Diddy].”

Swing nor any of his representatives have responded to these allegations.

Liza Gardner was one of the first people to file rape charges against Diddy following the very public lawsuit filed by Cassie, which has spawned into the Bad Boy mogul’s current rape, racketeering and sex trafficking charges that he his faced with in federal court.

“At the time Combs assaulted Ms. Gardner, she recalls feeling the side effects of the alcohol. She recalls Combs mounting her, and forcing up her skirt, pulling her underwear to the side and forcefully penetrating her,” her lawsuit says.

Diddy’s attorneys have denied these claims and scoffed them off as a mere “money grab”. Diddy’s trial date has recently been forecasted to take place in April or May of 2025.

Saucy Santana Mocks DJ Akademiks For Deactivating IG Account Amid Rape Lawsuit Reports

It’s no secret that DJ Akademiks and Saucy Santana don’t get along, and a new lawsuit brought against the former has only upped the ante. Yesterday, DJ Akademiks’ ex-girlfriend Ziya Abashe sued him, accusing him of rape, sexual assault, defamation, and more. Ak has since denied any wrongdoing, calling the lawsuit a “shakedown.”

Saucy Santana decided to chime in on the allegations during an Instagram Live rant last night, dubbing Ak a “freaky b*tch.” He also reminded the personality that when serious allegations were made against Santana’s close friend Yung Miami, Akademiks didn’t hold back. He instead taunted the City Girl online, even accusing her of snitching on Diddy. Of course, this rubbed Santana the wrong way, and Akademiks’ new lawsuit is an opportunity for him to fire back.

At the time of writing, DJ Akademiks’ Instagram profile appears to have been deactivated, leaving Saucy Santana confused. According to the “Material Girl” performer, Yung Miami never deactivated her account amid Ak’s relentless criticism. In a new clip, Saucy Santana questions why he decided to deactivate, urging him to get back online to face his current circumstances. “Where yo page?” Saucy Santana asks. “You was on here every day messing with Caresha, she ain’t deactivate. I’m looking for Akademiks’ page… ‘We’re sorry.’ Uh uh! Bring that a** here, boy. You should have deactivated when you was messing with that lady, got that lady drunk, on top of that lady and all of that. Ew, nasty.”

He went on, further clowning Akademiks for the disturbing allegations made against him in the new lawsuit. DJ Akademiks Hit With Rape & Defamation Lawsuit: Details

DJ Akademiks is facing some incredibly serious allegations right now. According to a new report from Rolling Stone, Akademiks is being sued for rape, sexual assault, and defamation. The lawsuit was filed by a woman named Fauziya “Ziya” Abashe. Previously, the two had a brief relationship in 2021 after they met through the internet. However, after having not seen each other for over a year, Abashe claims Akademiks invited her to his house in New Jersey on July 16, 2022.

Abashe goes on to recount some truly disturbing allegations. As she explains, when she got to Ak’s place, two of his friends allegedly drugged her and then raped her on his pool deck. Subsequently, at 4AM the next day, she alleges being woken up by Akademiks, who was allegedly “pulling her hair, prying open her legs, and brutally raping her.” From there, Abashe alleged that Akademiks showed her surveillance footage of what happened on the pool deck that same morning. In text messages, Akademiks allegedly told Abashe to get tested and that he would too. Overall, the lawsuit claims that this is proof that the two had unprotected sex.

DJ Akademiks’s Friends Are Also At The Center Of The Suit

As Rolling Stone reports, Abashe got a rape kit which showed traces of Akademiks’ DNA. Furthermore, the police had her do a wired phone call with the media personality, where he went into detail about the alleged encounter. However, Abashe eventually decided not to press charges and leave things be. That said, this situation went viral at the end of 2023 as clips emerged on social media. Additionally, Akademiks went on his stream and said that he was asleep when his friends had sex with her. He also said he never did anything and that everything was consensual. This led to her suing Akademiks for defamation for “accusing her of voluntarily having an orgy with his friends at his home while maintaining that he never participated at all.”

At this time, Akademiks has not responded to the allegations. Rolling Stone contacted him for a statement, although he declined to give one. 50 Cent Hits Daphne Joy With Defamation Lawsuit Over Rape Accusation

Back in March, it was revealed that 50 Cent’s ex and mother of his son Sire, Daphne Joy, was named in Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ lawsuit against Diddy. Lil Rod accuses her of accepting monthly payments from the Bad Boy Records founder for sex work, which she denies. After the news came out, 50 Cent was quick to react, clowning her on social media for the allegations.

She later responded to this with a lengthy Instagram Story, shutting down the sex work allegations. “Let’s put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me,” she wrote. “You are no longer my oppressor and God will handle you from this point on. You have permanently damaged the last hope I had for you as a father to preserve our family with these last and final false claims made against me.”

50 Cent later issued a statement in response to the accusations. “The disturbing allegations in the sworn pleadings recently filed in a court case related to Daphne Joy the mother of my twelve year old child, has required me to take all necessary legal actions to protect my son Sire,” a rep told XXL at the time. “The most recent false and baseless accusations by Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son. My son Sire is my main priority and keeping him in a safe environment is my only focus at this time.”

Now, it’s been revealed that he’s suing Daphne Joy for alleged defamation. According to TMZ, he accuses her of making the allegations because he decided to seek sole custody of their son. He claims that her accusations have damaged his reputation, custody case, and more. 50 Cent’s lawyers sent Daphne a letter in April demanding a retraction, which she reportedly refused. Instead, she allegedly asked for millions of dollars and for Fif to drop his custody suit in exchange for her post to be removed. Terrence Shannon Jr, Illinois Basketball Star, Arrested On Rape Charge

Terrence Shannon Jr, a star guard for the Illinois Fighting Illini, has been arrested on an outstanding rape warrant in Kansas. Shannon Jr turned himself in to police in Lawrence over an alleged sexual assault incident that reportedly occurred in September. Shannon posted a $50,0000 bond and returned to Illinois, where he was subsequently suspended from team activities. This was in accordance with university policy. “The University and [the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics] have shown time and again that we have zero tolerance for sexual misconduct. At the same time, DIA policy affords student-athletes appropriate levels of due process based on the nature and severity of the allegations. We will rely on that policy and our prior experiences to manage this situation appropriately for the University and the involved parties,” Illinois’ athletic director said.

The charge stems from an alleged incident when Shannon Jr traveled to Kansas to attend an early-season football game. Illinois officials noted that Shannon Jr was “not in Lawrence on official University business, nor was he a member of the University’s travel party.” Police in Lawerence have been investigating the allegations since September but only chose to charge Shannon Jr this week.

Terrence Shannon Jr Proclaims Innocence

BREAKING: Illinois’ Terrence Shannon Jr. has been suspended following charges of rape, per release.

On Wednesday, the Douglas (Kansas) County District Attorney issued a warrant for Shannon’s arrest.

Since posting bond, Shannon Jr proclaimed his innocence through his attorney. “Since September, when these allegations surfaced, Terrence has cooperated with law enforcement throughout the investigation, declaring his innocence from the beginning. Now, several months later, my office learned that formal charges were filed against him yesterday in Lawrence, KS. In less than 24 hours, my client responded, and he voluntarily surrendered to local authorities for processing and release. Terrence is innocent of these charges, and he intends to take his case to trial,” Mark P. Sutter said.

Shannon Jr is the nation’s 8th-best scorer at 21.7 points per game. However, with Shannon Jr suspended, Illinois will need to play around his absence as conference play begins. Ranked No. 11 in the latest AP poll, Illinois is 9-2 on the season, only falling to then-No. 4 Marquette and then-No. 17 Tennessee. Illinois ends their non-conference slate against Fairleigh Dickinson on Friday. They then properly open Big 10 play against Northwestern on January 2.

Marcellus Wiley, Ex-NFLer And Former “ESPN” Analyst, Accused Of Rape

Marcellus Wiley, the former Dallas Cowboy and ESPN analyst, has been named as the defendant in a troubling lawsuit. An Ivy League professor alleges that Wiley “raped her multiple times in her dorm room” while they were both attending Columbia in 1994. “[Wiley’s] actions were intentionally designed to cause plaintiff severe emotional distress or were taken with reckless disregard of the significant and/or substantial probability of causing plaintiff severe emotional distress,” the lawsuit reads. Furthermore, the victim alleges that she attempted to report Wiley at the time but was rebuffed by school administrators. The victim claimed administrators “expressed a fondness for Wiley” and tried to convince her that “the event was a misunderstanding”.

At the time, Wiley was placed on “academic probation” for “poor grades”. However, more students would come forward with similar allegations about Wiley, but none of the accusations went anywhere. As a result, Columbia is also named in the suit for their “callous, negligent, reckless and deceptive response to, and handling of, plaintiff’s and other students’ allegations was an unconscionable revictimization of the plaintiff, which caused psychological injuries, financial and academic damages.”

The lawsuit against Wiley was filed under New York’s Adult Survivors Act. The act is a state law that lets women sue their alleged abusers beyond the initial statute of limitations for the crimes in question. However, the law is set to expire tomorrow. Other high-profile cases under this law include the recent suits against Axl Rose, Russell Brand, and Diddy. Also being sued is Cuba Gooding Jr, who was sued by two women earlier this week.

Jasmine Abbay accused Gooding Jr of “forcibly kissing her without consent” when she was working as a cocktail waitress in midtown Manhattan in September 2018. Meanwhile, Kelsey Herbert claimed Gooding Jr “groped her breast” at a different Midtown bar in June 2019. “Our clients were deprived of the justice they sought in the criminal case. They are now seeking justice and accountability in their civil cases”, said the plaintiffs’ lawyer, Gloria Allred. Allred has risen to prominence in recent years, representing clients in cases against Bill Cosby and Donald Trump.

Bill Cosby’s First Accuser Files New Lawsuit

Joan Tarshis, the woman who became the first to publicly accuse Bill Cosby of sexual wrongdoing in 2014, has filed a new lawsuit against the disgraced comedian. Tarshis’ new suit alleges that Cosby drugged and raped her on multiple occasions during the 1970s. She claims the first incident happened when she was 19 and was invited to the set of The Cosby Show. The second, reportedly a year later, happened at an event where Cosby was performing. In both instances, Tarshis claims to have been drugged via a drink from Cosby and later woken to find him assaulting her. Tarshis is suing Cosby for an unspecified sum.

As mentioned, Tarshis was the first woman to accuse Cosby back in 2014. That led to the infamous interview with Don Lemon in which the CNN host asked Tarshis if she could have “stopped” Cosby forcing her to perform oral sex on him. After an incredibly awkward few moments for everyone, Tarshis admitted that she wished she could have but simply didn’t feel able to in the moment.

However, 2023 has seen an uptick in legal battles for Cosby. Back in September, Donna Motsinger claimed that Cosby had drugged and raped her after inviting to her a stand-up show. She claims that Cosby raped her in his dressing room at the Circle Star Theater. Furthermore, Motsinger alleges to remember waking up at her home in a state of undress. She is suing Cosby for an unspecified amount for emotional damage and distress.

Going back further in 2023, Cosby was also served a suit in August by singer Morganne Picard. Picard alleged that she formed a close bond with Cosby and his wife on the set of The Cosby Show. However, Picard claims that Cosby used that relationship to ply her with alcohol and rape her on multiple occasions. All of these suits are currently being litigated. 50 Cent Takes Aim At Diddy Amid Cassie Sexual Assault Allegations

50 Cent has been going after Diddy quite a bit lately. Overall, this has mostly been due to the allegations that the mogul had something to do with 2Pac’s murder. Fif has made sure to joke about this on numerous occasions, even if Puff probably hates it. Now, however, Sean Combs is going through a larger legal battle. His ex Cassie recently hit him with a $30 million lawsuit with some heavy allegations. For instance, she claims that he allegedly raped her and made her have sex with numerous men.

Furthermore, Cassie made the allegation that Diddy had a hand in blowing up Kid Cudi’s car. Overall, there is a lot here and while he denies all of the allegations, the ensuing case will be interesting to watch play out. Moreover, fans have been curious to see how Fif would respond to all of this. Well, we got our answer last night as he took to Twitter with a selfie in which he looked especially confused. Subsequently, he wrote a caption that expresses his disbelief over what is being alleged.

Conor McGregor Dodges Charges On Alleged NBA Finals Rape

Conor McGregor will not be charged after being accused of raping a woman at Game 4 of the 2023 NBA Finals. Prosecutors in Miami declined to charge the MMA fighter due to insufficient evidence and a lack of corroborating witnesses. While prosecutors acknowledged that CCTV footage showed McGregor and his accused did enter a men’s bathroom for approximately five minutes, they stated that there simply wasn’t proof that McGregor sexually assaulted the woman. Furthermore, prosecutors pointed to comments the alleged victim made to law enforcement in which she appeared to ask if they thought McGregor was likely to financially settle the case.

“After a thorough investigation, including a review of videos and interviews with eyewitnesses, the authorities have concluded that there is no case to pursue against my client, Conor McGregor. On behalf of my client, his family and his fans we are pleased this is now over,” Barbara Llanes, an attorney for McGregor, told TMZ this week. McGregor had proclaimed his innocence throughout the investigation. Furthermore, the fighter’s team had dismissed the claims from the start as nothing more than financial intimidation.

McGregor Rejoins Testing Pool

Meanwhile, McGregor is taking significant steps in his fighting career. McGregor officially rejoined the USADA drug testing pool last week. Returning to the Octagon after two years battling a leg injury, McGregor has previously been reluctant to rejoin the pool. This led many people to believe that he had been using steroids during his rehabilitation. According to the UFC’s agreement with USADA, a fighter who rejoins the testing pool must remain in it for six months and pass two random tests before they can fight again. While appeals were made to eliminate the six-month waiting period for McGregor, the anti-doping agency held firm.

It’s unknown who McGregor’s first fight back will be against. Many assumed that it would be against Michael Chandler after the two went head-to-head on The Ultimate Fighter. However, McGregor has spent his time away calling out anyone and everyone who comes to mind. That said, many people are now eyeing UFC 300 as McGregor’s return. That would give him plenty of time to fully recover, as well as arrange a fight for himself.

Kenneth Petty Believes His Rape Accuser, Jennifer Hough, Has It Out For Him

The ongoing battle between Kenneth Petty, husband of Nicki Minaj, and his alleged rape victim, Jennifer Hough, continues to heat up. For some background information, Petty was convicted of first-degree attempted rape in 1995. As a result, he served over four years in prison. Furthermore, almost 20 years later, Petty still did not register himself as sex a offender. Subsequently, the judge sentenced him to one year of home confinement and three years of probation.

Fast forward to the present, Petty accused Hough of going out of her way to publicly shame him. Another important piece to this puzzle is that Hough filed a $20 million lawsuit against Petty and Minaj for terrorizing her so she could drop the case. Hough firmly believes that she has been forced to live in constant fear from the couple’s supporters, to continuously move and that it has affected her ability to work. Additionally, Hough is trying to amend her argument to bring up new evidence.

Jennifer Hough’s Lawyer Responds To Petty’s Claims

Kenneth Petty and his lawyer believe this is all a publicity stunt. Of course, though, Hough’s lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn, totally disagrees. He says, “Now, [Hough] has secured confirming evidence…she is somehow ‘acting in bad faith.’ If anything, [Hough] is acting in good faith, as she is solidifying a position that she has had concerning the rape in 1994, which is that she did not ‘lie on that man [Defendant Petty].” The evidence that Hough presented included photos of her showing where she was choked, as well as the knife that possibly was used, along with the rooms in which the forceful acts were supposedly committed by Petty.
