Megan Fox & Machine Gun Kelly Break Up While Expecting 1st Child Together

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have reportedly broken up just weeks after announcing they are expecting a child in March of next year. According to sources for TMZ, Megan found “material” on MGK’s phone that she found upsetting and abruptly ended things. They had been traveling together in Colorado for Thanksgiving as it happened, leading to Kelly bailing on the trip early. TMZ further reports they haven’t seen each other since.

Fox and Kelly first began dating back in 2020, shortly after the actress split from her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green. While she shares three children with Green, her upcoming fourth child will be her first with Kelly. Neither Fox nor Kelly have commented publically on the reported split.

Megan first announced that she was expecting in November. Shortly afterward, she spoke about her experience with PEOPLE. “With this being child #4, I already have learned all the tricks to make my body feel well physically and mentally,” she told the outlet. “I am sleeping and exercising and sticking to my healthy diet and lifestyle, as always.” Fox added that her three kids, Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8, are all excited for another sibling. “The kids are all super excited for another addition to the family and have promised to help out and pitch in,” she said.

In other news, Kelly recently confirmed that he’s restarting work on a new album. “Isolating myself in the desert next week to restart this album from scratch. When inspiration flows through me unblocked, we will reach the destination in no time. don’t worry,” he wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter). He added: “After all, im about to be a dad again!”

Amanda Seales Blasts Haters Questioning Negative Shannon Sharpe Experience

Earlier this year, Amanda Seales sat down with Shannon Sharpe for an interview on his Club Shay Shay podcast. Unsurprisingly, the interview quickly made waves online. Almost immediately, fans called Sharpe out for his behavior during the interview. They accused him of downplaying Seales’ experiences with racism and more. She even went on to put him on blast for questioning her autism diagnosis.

“Shannon: But have you been clinically diagnosed? Me: Yes. There is a clinical diagnosis for Autism. He then hung his head and exhaled in frustration because I did not answer his question,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “I was not going to be pressured by this man who was interrogating me with absolutely zero love for me into proving something to him that L. By his line of questioning, he had already committed to undermining.” Now, Seales is opening up about the interview once again, and firing back at those dismissing the negative experience she had.

“You didn’t see the whole interview,” she began on live. “They cut out portions of the interview. Don’t tell me what I experienced. How are you gonna tell somebody ‘you weren’t attacked’? Yes I was. That man sat up there and literally said to me ‘What you’re saying isn’t right.’ They cut out when Shannon Sharpe literally said to me, ‘It seems like anybody who doesn’t agree with you, you say they’re racist.’ And I literally had to say to him, ‘Is there a reason that you are being so hostile with me?’“

Seales continued, explaining how she believes the conversation about her autism diagnosis should have gone. Sharpe isn’t the only person Seales has had issues with in recent months, as she also went back and forth with Icewear Vezzo over Donald Trump earlier this year. Eventually, he apologized for going overboard with his remarks.

“The Joe Budden Podcast” Reacts To Andrew Schulz’s Kendrick Lamar Rape Joke

Last month, Kendrick Lamar dropped his new album GNX with zero notice. Fans were quick to point out one bar on “wacced out murals” referencing a white comedian. “Don’t let no white comedian talk about no Black woman, that’s law,” he raps. Immediately, social media users began to theorize that he was talking about Andrew Schulz, who had recently come under fire for making a controversial joke about Black women.

Schulz addressed the apparent call-out on his Flagrant podcast, indicating that he doesn’t think he did anything wrong. He even went on to joke that he could rape Kendrick Lamar, which earned mixed reactions from listeners. While many argued that he was making an innocent joke, others were disturbed and thought he took things entirely too far. He’s been criticized by several social media users, but some are coming to his defense. This includes Ian Dunlap, who pointed out the hypocrisy he sees in the situation during a recent episode of The Joe Budden Podcast.

“Kendrick called Drake a pedophile for f*ckin’ five months, but the whole world got mad at a joke? Okay, it’s hypocritical,” he claimed. He claimed that people were simply pretending to be outraged because they didn’t like Schulz.

“Andrew Schulz is objectively hilarious and all the hip hop fans who are complaining about some jokes should go jump off a bridge,” he wrote. “It’s 2024 and the whole ‘get offended by everything and constantly complain about it on twitter’ thing is over. You listen to rap, inarguably the edgiest, most offensive form of popular music. Spare us the fake outrage to try and get people you don’t like out the paint.” Others like TDE’s Punch, Meek Mill, Peter Rosenberg, and more have publicly addressed Schulz’s rant and think he crossed the line.

Jamie Foxx Calls His Health Scare A “Near-Death Experience” In New Netflix Special

Jamie Foxx will make his grand statement on his health scare last year via his new Netflix comedy special What Had Happened Was, which premieres on the streaming platform next Tuesday (December 10). While it’s not out yet, some new quotes from it inform previous rumblings about its content, with him labeling his struggles as a “near-death experience” according to TMZ. The actor and singer recorded this show back in October, and some allegations sprouted forth about what he said during it. He allegedly made a joke about Diddy and even roped him into his hospitalization, something that Sean Combs’ team issued a statement on.

In an email Diddy’s team reportedly sent to AllHipHop, they called all this speculation around Jamie Foxx “outlandish, ridiculous and baseless.” In fact, they even alleged that Foxx’s team also denied that he ever spoke on the Bad Boy mogul in any serious way, which lines up with other reports that he allegedly just joked about the situation and didn’t make any other allegations. It’s all still pretty confusing, but on Tuesday, What Had Happened Was will show us what everyone’s really making this fuss about.

Elsewhere, Jamie Foxx received some due flowers amid his Netflix special’s rollout, particularly from Jennifer Lopez. “If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have made it through that season,” she told Entertainment Weekly about her In Living Color costar. “That was when I first got to L.A…. I used to [go back to New York] every weekend ’cause I was so lonely — I hated it, I missed my family. Jamie and I, we became really good friends, and we’re still friends to this day, honestly. If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have got through that. I might have moved back to New York, and none of this would have ever happened. We would not be here right now.”

Overall, it’s been great to see Jamie Foxx reintegrate himself into the spotlight for both career-related and personal reasons. For example, he walked his daughter down the aisle at her wedding last September. Nevertheless, we’ll see if What Had Happened Was answers all of our burning questions.

Recently, Andrew Schulz reacted to theories that Kendrick Lamar indirectly called him out on his new album, GNX. In his song “wacced out murals,” the Compton rapper puts an unnamed white comedian on blast for talking about Black women. “Don’t let no white comedian talk about no Black woman, that’s law,” he raps. Schulz had recently received backlash for perpetuating negative stereotypes about Black women.

On his Flagrant podcast, Schulz made it clear that he doesn’t think he did anything wrong and accused Kendrick of being a hypocrite. He brought up times when Kendrick worked alongside alleged abusers like Chris Brown, arguing that he was trying to protect Black women from the wrong people. He then proceeded to go on a rant about how he could rape Kendrick, sparking mixed reactions from listeners. While many think he went entirely too far, others are coming to his defense, and arguing that he was just joking. Antonio Brown falls into this group and took to X yesterday to back him up.

Gabrielle Union recently held a meet and greet promoting her Larry Sims partnership with JCPenny, the SlimStyled experience. Specifically, she spoke to PEOPLE about her preferred hairstyles in order to look a little more youthful, which led to some remarks about fan gossip. Moreover, Dwyane Wade’s longtime partner spoke on folks’ rumors that she got plastic surgery. “A high pony for a lady of a certain age is like a facelift,” she remarked. “As much as what happens or doesn’t happen with my face is speculated, if you can’t be missing for six months to get a facelift — which I’ve never been missing for six months, get it right — the high pony is going to snatch you here.

“A pony here is going to snatch you here,” Gabrielle Union added, gesturing towards the middle of her head. “And a low [pony], here [points to back of neck].” So it looks like she did not have any work done at all, and even if she had, that doesn’t make her any less stunning or worthy of loving herself. Union’s been having a pretty great 2024 all things considered, even stopping by Megan Thee Stallion and GloRilla’s tour earlier this year to have an awesome time.

However, this was also a relatively spicy year for Gabrielle Union in the headlines, given what many fans assumed about her relationship with her peers. If you didn’t hear, fans saw that she liked a tweet that seemed to shade Vivica A. Fox in response to her comments about Taraji P. Henson. In particular, Henson complained about unfair play in Hollywood concerning issues of gender and race.

That whole situation never really cleared up, so we can probably assume that everyone involved resolved their issues privately or it was never an issue to begin with. Regardless, none of that probably bothered Gabrielle Union in the first place. Not even these plastic surgery rumors can inspire that much ire, as she has plenty of experience in clapping back at trolls who criticize her looks. So we’ll see whether other Internet speculation gets an answer or if it’s all just noise.

Rihanna and Angel Reese just made their admiration for one another very clear thanks to some new social media posts from the Footwear News Achievement Awards in New York City on Wednesday (December 4). The latter received the honors for the Style Influencer of the Year award, whereas the former just hung out there with her boo A$AP Rocky. When they crossed paths, Reese shared some videos of their interaction to her Instagram page, with them even remarking on how they want to collaborate on something in the future. We have no idea what this link-up could look like, but either way, we’re excited for both of them to garner more pop culture crossovers.

Beyond Rihanna, though, Angel Reese has met plenty of other celebrities and musicians amid her newfound fame as a WNBA superstar. However, not all of them have the same results. For example, fans clowned DDG for a promo video he did with the Chicago Sky player, making it clear just how much shorter he is than her. He seemed to take it all in stride, though, as it’s hard not to anticipate those types of comments flooding engagement.

Anyways, back to this collab tease. The most obvious and logical way in which Rihanna could work with Angel Reese is if they endorse or promote each others’ brands. RiRi has a pretty huge one in Savage X Fenty, so perhaps that’s the vehicle through which they can cause some pop culture mayhem. As for Reese, she has a boatload of endorsement deals, business ventures, and media spaces of her own, so she could always invite the Barbadian singer on for some of those.

Meanwhile, even if this collaboration doesn’t manifest, we’re sure that Rihanna and Angel Reese have some big plans for 2025. They often have to reckon with new music demands or creepy podcast interactions to get where they want to go, but those haven’t stopped them so far. Fans want to hear some new gems and see more great games. But it’s clear that these women have far more tools in their arsenal to build their presences and support each other.

Big Sean Extends His Thanks To Tyler Perry For Highlighting His Grandmother’s Story

Big Sean and Tyler Perry found an unexpected but heartening connection via the latter’s upcoming film The Six Triple Eight, which plays in select theaters starting Friday (December 6) before streaming on Netflix starting December 20. On Tuesday (December 3), the Detroit rapper attended a screening for the movie alongside his mother, and spoke to The Hollywood Reporter about his vested interest in it. Moreover, he and his mom held a picture of their grandmother and he thanked the director and media mogul for telling the story she’s a part of. For those unaware, The Six Triple Eight tells the story of the Charity Adams-led 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion, a predominantly Black unit of the U.S. Women’s Army Corps at the end of World War II.

Big Sean’s grandmother was one of 855 non-white women who served in this unit. “Just the impact, I’m just so, so thankful. I told Tyler Perry, when I talked to him, how thankful I was because it’s kind of such an overlooked, crucial piece of American history and Black history,” he told The Hollywood Reporter. “The Six Triple Eight [6888] battalion connected millions and millions – over, like, 17 million pieces of mail – where there was no other means of communication to families and information and just loved ones.

And It’s a super emotional night. My grandma was incredible, and I’m sure all of these women [were].”

Meanwhile, Big Sean has more big things on the way, and it looks like the “It Is What It Is” MC is really enjoying his recent moves and experiences. As for Tyler Perry, we will see how this film lands with audiences, although from Sean’s words, it sounds like an inspiring holiday flick. Cam Newton says that marriage with Jasmin Brown is not his “ultimate goal” for their relationship although he does want them to get married. He discussed his future plans with Brown during an interview with Sarah Fontenot on the latest episode of his Funky Friday podcast. Additionally, he argued that couples “trauma bond” over the idea of marriage and children.

“That’s the way that the propaganda of life that everybody has been putting in our faces to say, ‘ok get married, have kids, whatever.’ Not overlooking or not identifying that, that’s still a way for the devil to look or dwell in,” Newton explained. He added that he sees his relationship with Brown as the two “growing together.” He explained: “When you’re living in your truth, a lot of people want the benefits without also accepting the bulls**t. But when you cite the source of who that comment is coming from, you’re not mine either.”
