Adam22 Claims Drake Could Be Declared A Hero Thanks To His Highly Controversial UMG Lawsuit

Adam22 is one of the most controversial people in hip-hop thanks to his various takes on the culture, and his foray into adult entertainment. However, No Jumper is still a massive platform that has platformed and championed a ton of underground artists. This is particularly true in the L.A. rap scene as many of the small artists on Kendrick Lamar’s new album GNX, were interviewed by Adam. The media mogul has also developed a relationship with Drake, so there is no doubt that he has been left in the middle of the rap beef.

On Monday evening, bombshell news hit the internet as it was reported that Drake was filing a lawsuit against UMG for allegedly sabotaging his career. Overall, Drake believes that UMG was paying people to promote “Not Like Us” and was even employing bots to run up Spotify streams. Moreover, it seems like Drake believes this was done in attempt to minimize his career and affect future contract negotiations with UMG. It is a massive allegation of corruption, and Adam22 believes this is great for the culture.

Adam22 Backs Drake

“Anyone acting like Drake is just a bad loser hasn’t read this shit yet. If half of this gets proven, Drake will look like a hero for exposing the corrupt music industry,” Adam22 wrote. Overall, Adam makes an interesting point here. This could lead to some truly massive industry implications. Although it might not be a lawsuit against Kendrick, optically, it does feel that way, at least a little bit. As soon as the lawsuit dropped, the internet made up its mind about how it felt.

Regardless, this is going to be very interesting to watch play out. UMG has already called the allegations “offensive.” They will be fighting the artist tooth and nail throughout this process. As for Kendrick, he is sitting back and chilling right now. GNX is a massive success, and no amount of lawsuits will change that.

Celina Powell Reveals Why She Regrets Not Sleeping With OJ Simpson

Celina Powell is easily one of the more controversial figures in the rap world as she is mostly known for being a groupie. Overall, she rose to prominence throughout 2017 thanks to her numerous appearances on DJ Akademiks’ Twitch streams. During such streams, she would discuss her various escapades with some of the biggest rappers in the world. Although some of her stories were completely unbelievable, others seemed legitimate.

However, perhaps her most infamous ruse was when she claimed to be pregnant by Offset. She did this at the same time that Cardi B was pregnant with Offset’s child. It was a disgusting display especially since Powell was lying the whole time. Having said that, this was not the end of Powell’s reign of terror. She continued to make claims about various celebrities, and she has turned that into a perpetual podcasting career.

Celina Powell Has No Shame

One person who has consistently welcomed her onto his platform is none other than Adam 22 of No Jumper. He has no shame as it pertains to Celina, and this past week, he had her on to talk about a plethora of topics. In the clip above, Celina Powell spoke at length about how she wanted to sleep with OJ Simpson, but never got to. Why did she want to do that? Well, she believes that had she slept with him, Simpson would have told her the truth about whether or not he killed his wife.

This is definitely one of those fantasies that makes Celina Powell look pretty delusional. However, she has never really cared about looking a certain type of way. Instead, she is shameless, and it has brought her a lot of fame. Whether or not is has truly brought her fortune is another debate entirely. All we know is that Powell is not going away. She and YBN Nahmir engaged in a publicity stunt of sorts recently, and it seems like they both needed the boost.

Adam22 Puts Kendrick Lamar On Blast For “Softball” Interview With SZA

Kendrick Lamar has kept the world waiting for new music. He hasn’t provided any updates or release dates. He did, however, open up about his personal life during a recent Harper’s Bazaar profile. K. Dot spoke with former label mate SZA about his approach to music, and his feelings about the recent Drake feud. It was gleefully consumed by Kendrick Lamar’s fans, but hip hop personalities were less pleased. No Jumper host Adam22 felt that Dot sidestepped several difficult questions that he should have been asked.

Adam22 felt that the publication and the interviewer were cherry-picked to make the interview go as smoothly as possible. “Supporting Black media outlets, hip hop media outlets,” he said sarcastically. “Supporting real journalism, you let your label mate, basically, interview you.” Adam22 also took issue with the “elitist” persona that he felt Kendrick Lamar adopted for the profile. “That interview had so little substance to it,” the podcaster asserted. “So many words and so little thought-provoking sentiments… It’s a softball interview.” Adam22 called Kendrick Lamar out for “shielding himself” from tough questions regarding the Drake battle and the allegations that he made about the 6 God.

Adam22 Believes Kendrick Lamar “Shielded Himself”

The No Jumper host also had smoke for SZA. He felt the R&B singer was complicit in letting Lamar give vague non-answers to questions about the battle. He cited the discussion surrounding “Not Like Us” as being particularly disappointing. Adam22 felt that the serious claims Lamar leveled at Drake should have been addressed. He even drew parallels between the Diddy situation, and the countless accusers who have come forward, with the lack of accusations made against Drake. “He makes the number one song of the year,” Adam22 explained. “Calling Drake an abuser and a pedophile. zero girls have showed up to confirm this.”

Adam22 is not the only hip hop personality who has taken umbrage with Kendrick Lamar’s interview. DJ Akademiks went ballistic on the Compton rapper during his live stream. He criticized Lamar for claiming to care about the culture, and then giving an interview to an outlet outside of the culture. He also noted that Lamar’s support of Colin Kaepernick has given way to the rapper’s plan to headline the Super Bowl Halftime Show.

Adam22 & Rooga’s Heated On-Air Exchange Leads To Calamity In The No Jumper Studio

Adam22 and his No Jumper platform has proven to be quite controversial over the last couple of years or so. Overall, some feel as though the podcast and its interviews have strayed away from its glory days. In the past, Adam was known for interviewing up-and-coming underground rappers. Some even credit him with breaking the likes of XXXTentacion, Lil Pump, and Smokepurpp. However, in recent years, Adam switched things up, especially as it pertains to the emphasis on adult film stars.

Having said that, he still interviews artists. When he does, fans are always eager to tune in. Recently, Adam had on Chicago rapper Rooga, who infamously showed up to Kanye West’s third Donda listening party back in 2021. Rooga is someone who takes himself seriously, and during a heated exchange, he called out Adam for disrespecting him. Rooga then said that if he were to slap Adam, the No Jumper host would probably sue him. Adam then said he was richer than Rooga which would make a lawsuit an exercise in futility.

Adam22 & Rooga Get Into It

Subsequently, Adam has Rooga kicked out of the No Jumper studio. On multiple occasions, the security guard tried to drag Rooga out. But every single time he put his hands on the artist, Rooga warned the security to give it a rest. It led to a bit of a scuffle in the studio, but Rooga eventually exited in an orderly fashion. As for Adam, it was just another day on the job.

Let us know what you think about all of this, in the comments section down below. Do you believe that Adam22 and No Jumper have fallen off in recent years? Lil Woody Calls Out Charleston White For Trash-Talking Him During Interviews

Lil Woody has become an infamous figure in hip hop. He’s become much better known, but for all the wrong reasons. Woody, aka YSL Woody, has been described as the “star witness” in the YSL Rico case against Young Thug. He’s run into a lot of disrespect from his peers as a result. He traded verbal shots with other YSL members on social media. Now, it seems, he’s airing out his mangled relationship with hip hop personality Charleston White.

Lil Woody sat down with Adam22 to discuss his falling out with White in detail. He admitted that he used to be cool with White, but felt that the hip hop personality was being two-faced when he got on camera. “I had a lot of respect for him,” Lil Woody stated. “I used to watch his interviews and stuff, on YouTube.” Where things went awry, though, is when Charleston White started labeling Woody a “killer.” He also started talking poorly about the rapper to his Instagram audience. “He getting on the internet, [talkin’ about] I’m a killer,” he noted. “Like dang, bro, me and don’t talk about none of this stuff.”

Lil Woody Warned White To “Stop Playing”

Lil Woody said that his respect for Charleston White dwindled after he noticed the latter paining him in a consistently negative light. “I had [love] for you,” he recalled. “I thought that you had that same thing for me. But you wanna get on these platforms and say I’m a killer.” Woody felt that White’s handling of the situation between them has been intentional as a means of provoking him. He pointed to a specific Instagram post in which White tried to start beef between Lil Woody and Boozie Badazz. The rapper made it clear that he did want to have “problems” with anybody.

Lil Woody may be a lightning rod for controversy. That said, he told Adam22 that he wants to put all that behind him. “I ain’t out here trying to mess with nobody,” he insisted. “I done did that for too many years of my life. I’m trying to move forward with it.” Lil Woody made it clear that he doesn’t play when he has beef with someone, and he feels like White is not ready to get into a real confrontation. He effectively warned White to drop the antics. “I know how I can get,” he warned the hip hop personality. “And you playing.” Hopefully the two men can reconcile.

G Herbo Has A Bold Opinion About Rappers That Go On No Jumper

G Herbo is coming out of left field with some pretty brazen comments about rappers who go on No Jumper. Funny enough, the hip-hop/pop culture platform reposted the Chicago, Illinois native’s Instagram Story. “You offer these n****s enough money or clout they suck a d**k on no jumper🤦🏾‍♂️😭”. The first we are asking ourselves is who could he possibly be referring to? Is it artists who need extra publicity? Or is he targeting simply anyone who decides to? Or is it someone in particular?

It seems it’s Herbo’s plan to be as vague as possible, because this is certainly creating a lot of chatter online. Underneath the reupload from No Jumper, a lot of people are seeing the truth in this bold claim. “I mean he not kapin yall sum clout chasing pickle ticklers”, one IG user echoes. ” Others are seeming to agree with the “PTSD” rapper due to their own disliking of the podcast and Adam22.

“Welp I see NO LIES detected❗🫠🥱.. The WHOLE podcast FRUITY ASF🌈🦄🏳️‍🌈 💯..”. However, Adam was quick to respond and in hilarious fashion. He reshared what appears to be an older photo of him and G Herbo linking up on his IG Story. He included a P. Diddy song aptly titled “I’ll Be Missing You”, suggesting that the drill artist did in fact do what he claims the rapper’s do when they go on the show. Herbo has been a frequent guest of the show in the past, making this comeback from Adam22 even sweeter. However, we still want to know, “who hurt G Herbo?”.

Kodak Black Calls Out Adam22 For Asking About His Drug Use: Watch

Kodak Black appeared on a July 8 episode of the No Jumper podcast. The conversation between the rapper and host Adam22 was cordial for the most part, but things took an awkward turn when the latter insisted on discussing drug use. Adam22 told an anecdote about interviewing a rapper who was high, and then urged Kodak Black to shed light on how often he does drugs. Kodak did not appreciate being called out. He called out the podcast host and even mentioned his wife.

The confrontation started innocently enough. Adam22 asked if they could “settle” once and for all if Kodak Black is a habitual drug user. The rapper did not take the bait. Kodak explained that he doesn’t recall the instances in which he was on illegal substances. He tried to change the subject, and Adam22 pushed again. “Usually, if you get loaded,” the podcast host noted. “It’ll last a good two hours, right?” Things came to a halt there. “I ain’t come up here for you to be playing detective,” Kodak Black stated. Adam22 tried to walk back the questioning by claiming that him and Kodak had talked about it off mic.

Kodak Black Tried To Avoid Adam22’s Questions

Kodak became frustrated. In fact, he made reference to Adam22’s wife, Lena the Plug. “I ain’t trying to exploit your bullsh*t,” Kodak Black added. “I ain’t even come up here and talked about your wife or non. Cuse I don’t know her and I don’t know you.” Adam22 makes a joke to diffuse the situation, but it’s clear things never fully get back on track. The podcast host didn’t even attempt to hide the confrontation. He uploaded the clip to YouTube with a clickbait title.

Kodak Black’s suspicion makes sense, however. Adam22 does not have the best reputation when it comes to interviewing artists. He’s considered a “culture vulture.” He’s repeatedly criticized for exploiting the rappers who appear on his podcast. Sometimes, he exploits the people who allegedly killed rappers. Joe Budden called out Adam22 for reposting content of image consultant Kevin Samuels after his death. “I don’t like what you did after he died,” Budden told the No Jumper host. “It’s disgusting. Disgusting. The nastiest performance I’ve ever seen.” Adam22’s viral moment with Kodak Black will continue the hate train, and it’s easy to see why.

Adam22 Under Fire From Pop Smoke Fans After Interviewing The Rapper’s Alleged Killer

Family and friends of Pop Smoke are unfortunately still dealing with his loss in some way even four years later. A couple of weeks ago, numerous reports broke the defeating news that one of the late rapper’s killers was released. Blockstar is his name and he put in four years in juvie for pleading guilty to murder. Coincidentally his sentence ended the day of his 21st birthday. It is a gift from above, as everyone is extremely confused as to why he is free. Now, people are at a loss for words again after Adam22 interviewed Pop Smoke’s alleged killer on his No Jumper platform.

A clip from their sit-down is currently trending online, with the controversial figure asking about details of the murder. Blockstar was pretty vague for obvious reasons, but he did confirm that it was a robbery. Additionally, he explained that it was not a setup and that publications are misinterpreting the situation. Adam22 did check Blockstar’s claims by bringing up the fact that there were images of a bag with Pop Smoke’s address posted online. However, Blockstar was either not able to provide information on that or he wanted to avoid exposing anyone else.

Adam22 Asks Pop Smoke’s Suspected Murderer About The Setup

Overall, Pop Smoke’s supporters and haters of Adam22 are extremely distraught over this. One user on X writes, “Adam 22 is certified clown why the hell would you give Pop Smoke’s k*ller a platform to speak on some shit like he got an album dropping”. Another adds, “Adam 22 is a distasteful bitch who only thrives off the African American community”. This clip comes after Blockstar demanded that the controversial interviewer pay him for giving him a platform to speak on this. “You got all these people following me. All these people doing all this extra s***”, he said. Adam and No Jumper seem to be just fine with the publicity, but everyone is deservedly outraged.

What are your thoughts on Adam22 interviewing Pop Smoke’s alleged killer on No Jumper? How bad of a look is this for the media figure? Pop Smoke’s Alleged Killer Demands No Jumper Pay Him For Prison Release Coverage

Pop Smoke’s alleged killer pulled up to No Jumper in Los Angeles demanding payment for their coverage of his release from prison. Few details have been confirmed regarding his release, but it appears he got out of a juvenile detention center for his 21st birthday. “You got all these people following me. All these people doing all this extra sh*t.,” he began, before demanding No Jumper pay him for the coverage. He concluded by threatening them not to do so again. Sometime later, he filmed himself outside of the store on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles.

No Jumper doesn’t appear too concerned about the posts, as they shared them on Instagram themselves. One user in the comments wrote: “69 is alive and well, George Zimmerman is alive and well, nipsey killer is chilling and so is Vons Killer. Nobody gon do none and we’ve seen it happen time and time an time again.” Another questioned how he’s out so soon: “I am still perplexed how you can takes someone life and be out in the streets a few years later. But people are locked up for decades over non violent drug offenses??!?”

While one alleged killer has gotten out of prison, another has yet to go on trial. Corey Walker, who is the only defendant who was an adult at the time of the killing, was scheduled to begin trial this week, but a deal with the prosecution fell through. He’s pleaded not guilty to one count of murder, two counts of robbery, and one count of burglary in the killing of the late rapper. “Negotiations fell through, but there’s still a possibility we’ll come to an agreement,” Walker’s lawyer, Deion Benjamin, told Rolling Stone. “A few things need to be ironed out. If they don’t get resolved, we’ll go to trial.” The trial will continue on August 6 if both sides don’t come to an agreement.

Adam22 & Wack 100 Weigh In On The Debate Surrounding Bun B’s In-Court Testimony

Adam22 and Wack 100 have consistently given their takes on hot-button issues in hip-hop. Although not everyone agrees with their opinions, many will go to them for takes on the latest happenings in the culture. One debate topic that has sprung up as of late surrounds Bun B and his latest testimony against the man who broke into his home and held his wife at gunpoint. Overall, there are some who believe that Bun B “snitched” and that he broke street protocol by taking the stand.

The counterpoint to this topic has been that Bun B is a civilian now. Moreover, his wife is involved, and the artist is simply defending his wife, who was traumatized by the incident. Most people seem to be siding with Bun B, but those who are against him have proven to be quite vocal, even if they are in the minority. Well, on No Jumper, both Adam22 and Wack 100 spoke on Bun B’s decision, and they ultimately praised him for defending the love of his life.

Adam22 & Wack 100 Show Compassion

As Wack noted, Bun B isn’t in the streets, and as a retired rapper, he can do as he pleases. Furthermore, with a woman being involved, the entire situation requires a different layer of care. Adam22 added the context that Bun B’s wife was traumatized by the event and that this justifies Bun B’s actions further. The two co-hosts couldn’t find a point of contention, which shows just how chronically online this debate is. Moving forward, we hope Bun B and his wife can find peace.

Let us know what you think about this debate, in the comments section down below. Do you think it was bizarre for some on the internet to question Bun B’s testimony?
