Lil Baby Teases Music Video For Previously Leaked Song

It looks like Lil Baby is ready to dominate another summer. The Atlanta superstar hit the ‘Gram with a snippet of new music and a video that has been in the cut for nearly two years. The song, reportedly titled “Again (Go Hard),” first appeared on Lil Baby’s Instagram page when he and James Harden hung out. However, it appears that he’s finally gearing up to release it as a single in the coming weeks. He shared a teaser of the music video to his page with the caption reading, “I’m Back Going Hard Again [gorilla emoji] I’m Shutting Down My Heart Again.”

Lil Baby rips through the piano-laden production with the grittiness that, unfortunately, felt missing from his last studio album, It’s Only Me. The “Freestyle” rapper’s motivational bars divulge his experiences in the streets and his drive to keep going. Though some may have found It’s Only Me underwhelming, “Again (Go Hard)” seems to signal that he has even more music in the cut that he’s readying for this summer. Paired with a visual of his yacht-sailing adventures with his friends, expect Lil Baby to be an inescapable part of this summer, once again.

Lil Baby Teases New Music

With the upcoming release of Lil Baby’s forthcoming single, he seems to hint at having some new music to perform this summer. The rapper will hit the road this summer on the It’s Only Us tour. The 32-date tour kicks off on July 26th in Houston, TX before hitting cities like Los Angeles, Detroit, Chicago, and more. The rapper will be joined by GloRilla, The Kid Laroi, Gloss Up, Rylo Rodriguez, and Hunxcho. Though no New York or Atlanta dates have been set, Lil Baby is scheduled to perform at Governor’s Ball in June and presumably, will save his homecoming show for his annual birthday bash in December.

The tour announcement came shortly after his latest studio album went platinum. RIAA certified It’s Only Me earlier this month after the project moved 1M copies. Though his forthcoming tour will certainly focus on his latest opus, the fact that he’s teasing new music could be a strong indication that he’s ready to flood the streets once more. Florida Rapper Luh Tyler Follows Debut Mixtape With “First Show” Single

The weekend is quickly coming to a close, but we’ve got one more song for you to stream. This one is from Florida’s Luh Tyler and is called “First Show” with production from Just Call Me Chris. The lyricism is impressive, as expected for the rapidly rising star. It arrives shortly after his debut mixtape, My Vision, landed on streaming platforms earlier this year.

On that, he connected with names like Anti Da Menace, BabyTron, Loe Shimmy, Trapland Pat, and NoCap. The deluxe cut brought with it an even more impressive collaborator in the form of Lil Uzi Vert on “Ransom.” This weekend’s release finds Tyler operating solo, confidently bragging about the feats he’s managed to achieve in such a short time. “They like, ‘Damn, boy, you got your own flow, you on some different shit’ / This hoe getting my nerves, I need a different bitch,” he quickly rhymes on the chorus.

Luh Tyler is Back with “First Show”

Later, on the first verse, the 17-year-old continues to impress with his quick-wittedness. “At my first show, I might have your bitch front row / White bitch, look like Elsa, had to let her go,” Tyler raps. “I been kissing Mary Jane, you can smell the odor / Young, steady getting wiser, as I’m getting older,” he assures listeners of his ever-growing skill.

He’s been moving with nothing short of consistency in 2023, sharing “Dennis,” a solo effort, as well as joint efforts like “Can’t Move Wrong” and “Backstreet” with Trapland Pat, “Fat Racks Pt. 2” alongside BabyTron, and “Face” in tandem with BurnaMaleik. IDK Makes A Statement With “Mr. Police” Single & Music Video

As per usual, the weekend has brought with it plenty of new releases for your consideration. The most popular albums to drop came from names like Swizz Beatz and NBA YoungBoy, while singles from the likes of Latto, Moneybagg Yo, and Belly have been doing numbers. Elsewhere this week, we heard from IDK on Thursday (April 20) with his political “Mr. Police” single. The song was accompanied by a visual depicting some of the horrors that can occur when Black folks are stopped by authorities in America.

“Mr. Police, how are you? / Just like your clothes, you make me blue / I look both ways, I cross the street / There was no one around, how did you see me?” the Maryland native innocently asks as his song begins. Things become more heated on the chorus as IDK continues, “And I’m like, what the f*ck he mean? Got a n*gga f*cked up / Ain’t no way that I believe, I’ll be shit out of luck / All these pigs wanna test me, tryna put me in the cuffs.”

IDK’s “Mr. Police” Visual is Here

As HipHopDX notes, the lyricist took a similar statement-making approach with his last release before “Mr. Police.” At the time, he and Rich The Kid came together for the first time on “850 (We On Top).” The collab hears IDK chiefly reflect on his past and the years he spent in the trap. He’s obviously since been able to turn his life around, visiting cities like Los Angeles, Japan, France, and Spain while spreading an important message with his music. Back in February, he also gave us his “Radioactive” single, which came alongside an energetic visual.

Watch IDK’s “Mr. Police” video on YouTube above, or add the song to your playlist on Spotify/Apple Music. Afterward, tell us which of this week’s new arrivals you’ve been loving so far in the comments. For more HNHH release recommendations, tap into our latest Fire Emoji update here.

Quotable Lyrics:

I know my rights, I’m no fool
You question me, I don’t know shit

DDG Is Back With “I’m Geekin” Single & Music Video: Stream

DDG’s love life may have faced a few rough patches so far in 2023, but that hasn’t stopped the Michigan native from delivering new music to his fans. His first single of the year, “Way Too Petty,” was actually inspired by his Twitter beef with ex-girlfriend Rubi Rose, which went down while he was seemingly having problems with current partner Halle Bailey. Following that, the YouTuber also gave us “Reminiscing” and “This Summer,” setting the vibe for the energy he’ll be bringing over the coming months.

Today (April 21), DDG returns with “I’m Geekin,” a short and sweet single accompanied by a Ronnie Lewis-directed music video. In the footage, we see the 25-year-old living lavishly with his family as they catch a flight on a fancy private jet. As expected, his lyrics mostly reflect on the lifestyle he’s built for himself since rising to fame. “I’m on a whole ‘nother level, I’m geekin’ / You think you f*ckin’ with me? Boy, you tweakin’,” DDG cautions any potential ops on the chorus.

DDG Taps Ronnie Lewis to Direct “I’m Geekin” Visual

It remains unclear if “I’m Geekin” and the multi-talent’s other recent singles will appear on a project, or are simply solo efforts. His last LP, It’s Not Me It’s You, arrived last year with a slew of noteworthy appearances from the likes of Polo G, Gunna, Kevin Gates, and more. He later returned with a deluxe cut of the album, which boasted four new titles on the tracklist and more guest features coming from Coi Leray, Offset, and finally, Lakeyah.

The year before last, we heard the Pontiac-born entertainer’s Die 4 Respect EP in tandem with OG Parker, which earned the dup plenty of praise. Watch DDG’s “I’m Geekin” music video on YouTube above, or add the single to your playlist on Spotify/Apple Music. Afterward, tell us your thoughts in the comments below. Quotable Lyrics:

MoneyBagg Yo Is Back With High-Energy Single “Motion God”

MoneyBagg Yo continues to be one of the best artists out of Memphis. Overall, the artist has seen his profile rise quite a bit over the past few years. Of course, this is for good reason when you consider the great music he has been dropping. At the end of the day, fans are always asking the artist for new songs, and he always tries his best to deliver. Although he may not be dropping new stuff every week or month, it is because he is putting all of his energy into his craft. You simply cannot hate on that.

However, MoneyBagg Yo has been promising some new music, and on Friday, he ultimately delivered. After a week of teasers, the Memphis legend is finally here with his new song “Motion God.” From the cover art to the various snippets online, there was no doubt that this song would be a banger. In the end, MoneyBagg Yo has certainly delivered on that promise, and fans will most definitely love this.

MoneyBagg Yo Shines On “Motion God”

With this new track, the artist takes an energetic yet somewhat laid-back approach. Production-wise, we get some very loud 808s with some melodic bells in the background. As for MoneyBagg Yo, his flow sounds as focused as ever. Additionally, his lyricism is focused and clever, which makes the song that much better. Overall, it is yet another amazing effort from the artist.

If you are a fan of MoneyBagg Yo, then this single is most definitely going to leave you impressed. Moreover, it will certainly have you hoping for a new album sooner rather than later. Let us know your thoughts on the new song, in the comments section down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for all of the latest news and updates from around the music world.

Kodak Black Speaks From The Heart On “No Love For A Thug”

It’s been a year filled with ups and downs for Kodak Black. Though he recently entered a rehab facility and faced some issues with the law recently, the Florida native has a few things to look forward to these days. He enrolled at Arizona State University where he aims to earn his degree, though he hasn’t revealed his major yet. However, that doesn’t mean Yak’s neglected his fans. The “Zeze” rapper’s unloaded a few singles since the beginning of the year including his collab with Gucci Mane, “King Snipe” and “My Lil Sh*t” ft. Syko Bob.

Though no plans for a new album have been announced yet, it seems Yak is well on his way to following up Kutthroat Bill Vol. 1 soon. The “Super Gremlin” artist slid through with the release of his new single, “No Love For A Thug” this morning. Kodak Black collides with Lbeats for his latest offering, which shows a more vulnerable side. Over mournful piano chords and slow-burning 808s, Yak shares a soul-bearing offering where he divulges his deepest thoughts.

Kodak Black’s Introspection Comes Out On New Single

With an introspective outlook on the world, the rapper’s new single finds him grappling with a harrowing reality. He mournfully details the loss of his friends and family within the song’s opening bars before delving into the dichotomy between having one foot in the streets and the other in the rap game. Ultimately, it sounds like a cry for help at his loneliest; a search for genuine love in a world full of snakes and opportunists. In the second verse, Kodak reflects on heartbreak.

The release of “No Love For A Thug” comes just before he headlines the 2023 Black Spring Break in Biloxi. Yak is expected to touch the stage on Saturday at the Coliseum. The show also includes performances from Nardo Wick, EST Gee, Fynesse 2 Times, and Gloss Up. Hopefully, Yak will also perform his latest single during his upcoming performance. Check out Kodak Black’s “No Love For A Thug” above and sound off with your thoughts in the comments.

Ace Hood Calls On Benny The Butcher & Millyz On “Uncomfortable Truth”

For over a decade, Ace Hood’s proven to be one of the most ferocious MCs. Each time he steps to the plate, he showcases why he’s one of the most consistent. Though he might not be mentioned alongside other greats from the South, Ace Hood’s undoubtedly proven his skill set time and time again. However, it looks like he’s ramping up for another project including some collaborations alongside a few lyrical heavyweights.

On Friday, Ace Hood returned to the fold with the release of his latest single, “Uncomfortable Truth” ft. Benny The Butcher and Millyz. Though we’ve seen the Griselda rapper and the Blanco 6 artist connect in the past, Ace Hood unites them for a fiery banger. Ace Hood kicks things off before passing the baton to Benny The Butcher. Millyz delivers an excellent verse and Ace Hood comes through to close out the record. “Uncomfortable Truth” is certainly a strong effort that has us hoping the three rappers have more heat in the stash.

Ace Hood’s new single seems like it could kick off a new album cycle. In 2022, the rapper returned to the fold with the release of M.I.N.D. For the Florida-based MC, it felt like an experimental effort that showcased his exploring different sounds and textures while also opening up about his own journey. Most recently, he brought back the fan-favorite Body Bag series for its sixth installment.

Benny The Butcher is currently ramping up to deliver a new body of work in the near future. The Buffalo artist announced he and Hit-Boy’s highly-anticipated joint project, Everybody Can’t Go earlier this year, though they haven’t confirmed a release date yet. Meanwhile, Millyz is fresh off of the release of the sixth installment in the Blanco series, which arrived on Friday. Check out Ace Hood’s new single, “Uncomfortable Truth” ft. Benny The Butcher and Millyz above.

Ralo Enlists Jadakiss On “Street Honors”

We’re still waiting for Ralo to come home. However, he isn’t leaving fans empty-handed these days. Since his incarceration in 2018, the rapper unloaded a handful of projects and just as many singles. He released Conspiracy months after he was locked up, followed by projects like Free Ralo and 2021’s Political Prisoner. The “Lil Cali & Pakistan” rapper kept enough music in the stash to spread over the course of five years.

As the rapper prepares to return home, he announced his new project, 97 Months. The project comes out on April 21st but over the weekend, he blessed fans with his new single, “Street Honors.” In the latest cut, Ralo reflects on staying solid throughout his incarceration and remaining a figure that street guys look up to. Jadakiss also enters Ralo’s realm and dishes out an excellent 16 that accompanies the guttural vibe of the record.

Ralo & Jadakiss Connect

Shortly after releasing the single, Ralo took to Instagram where he revealed a photo of himself and his daughter, who he hasn’t seen in five years. He explained that he’s in the final year of his sentence and expressed gratitude for being able to have a career as a rapper waiting for him when he’s released. “I never called myself a rapper due to the lame shit that goes on in the industry, but I can now honesty say I’m thankful for the rap game, because it helped me take care of my daughter and more my entire bid. This my last year being in prison, so I’m asking for yawl to go get, support, post and download my last album I’m dropping from jail #97Months,” he wrote.

The rapper was sentenced to eight years in federal prison in his marijuana trafficking case. Despite his feelings toward the industry, he saw many of his peers in rap pull through for him. In his attempt to gain clemency, Drake, Meek Mill, and a number of other stars signed a petition asking President Joe Biden to grant Ralo’s release. We’ll keep you posted on anymore updates surrounding Ralo’s case.

Yung Bleu Is “Kissing On Your Tattoos” On His Latest Single: Stream

It’s been an incredible weekend for R&B, and we still have one more single to turn your attention to. This New Music Friday (April 7), Yung Bleu made a statement with yet another single. This one is called “Kissing On Your Tattoos.” The track follows other recent releases like “Out of My Head” with Peter Jackson, “Games Women Play,” and “In The Mood.”

This weekend’s song finds the R&B hitmaker leaning into his toxic side. He chiefly shares plenty of NSFW lyrics about his bedroom exploits. “Come and f*ck me likе you never had sex bеfore / You’re horny, I can feel it in your legs for sure,” the 29-year-old croons on his sultry single’s second verse. “She f*ck me good, them Gucci shoes, I might just buy them / She f*ck me good, she got some friends, I might just fly them too,” he later adds.

Yung Bleu Gets Seriously NSFW on “Kissing On Your Tattoos”

Aside from the slew of aforementioned tracks, Bleu also caught our attention with his TANTRA album in 2022. On that, he collaborated with the likes of ZAYN, Nicki Minaj, and Lil Wayne. Elsewhere, friends like Ne-Yo, Ty Dolla $ign, Lucky Daye, French Montana, Kelly Rowland, and Fivio Foreign came through to assist the Alabama native. Overall, the 17-track effort was well received among audiences, with titles like “Love In The Way” and “Walk Through The Fire” emerging as favourites.

Now that TANTRA has had time to digest, fans are eager to hear if the recording artist will be coming with the same sort of sonic magic in 2023. His next project, Love Scars 2, is due to drop later this month. Stream Yung Bleu’s “Kissing On Your Tattoos” on YouTube above, or add it to your playlist on Spotify/Apple Music. Afterward, tell us your thoughts on the new arrival in the comments. For more release recommendations, make sure to check out our weekly R&B Season playlist update here.

NLE Choppa Recruits Sexyy Redd For NSFW “Sl*t Me Out” Remix Video

NLE Choppa and Sexyy Redd just graced Miami with a lot of lurid dancers for their “Sl*t Me Out Remix” music video. Moreover, they ride around the streets of the city with a lot of other women around them, dancing and suggesting they want to engage in some of the song’s lurid content. For all intents and purposes, this isn’t something to watch casually in the office. However, it’s not like there’s any super explicit content or full nudity shown. Still, it’s definitely fitting for the highly sexual and weirdly empowering single. Furthermore, that’s because Redd delivers an equally lustful, raunchy, and high-energy performance as the Memphis native.

In fact, Choppa had some choice words for the track that he shared on Twitter. “Sl*t me out remix for my black feet ratchet queens,” the 20-year-old shared. “Hot comb and gel babies, crack the window cause my AC don’t work women. The food stamp queens, the ‘you bet not touch s**t in this store’ goddesses. Hennessy drinking, black and mild smoking, free my baby daddy Queens. It’s normalized for things to be so white, pretty, and perfect. But I find beauty in the culture I come from. So this song for y’all.

NLE Choppa Speaks On “Sl*t Me Out” Remix

I can care less about who don’t like it as long as I’m showing live to what I feel made a lot of superstars we know now,” he continued. “The HOOD, GHETTO, RATCHET. With that being said where ya mammy at she was a sl*t back in the day and still ready to be sl*tted #Spirituality.” Regardless of what you might think about the display, it’s a banger with a fun and colorful music video to boot. Whether it’s in the studio or out in the street, both Sexyy Redd and the “Shotta Flow” MC take ownership of their desires. On that note, let us know what you think of the song and music video in the comments down below. Also, check out some notable bars from it down below and return to HNHH for more on Sexyy Redd and NLE Choppa.
