Armand Hammer Teams Up With JPEGMAFIA For “Woke Up And Asked Siri How I’m Gonna Die”

Armand Hammer is a rap duo that consists of high-level lyricists billy woods and E L U C I D. Billy heralds from Washington D.C. while E L U C I D is from Jamaica, Queens, New York. Both are no strangers to each other, as the two of them joined forces in 2013. Together they formed their own rap duo called Armand Hammer. They are well-known in the underground scene floating on top of some pretty experimental production. So naturally, they brought on JPEGMAFIA for the production of their new single called, “Armand Hammer Teams Up With JPEGMAFIA For “Woke Up And Asked Siri How I’m Gonna Die.”

It is an interesting title for sure, but that like we said is nothing out of the ordinary for any three of these artists. This single will be a part of their next LP, We Buy Diabetic Test Strips. The album is expected to be released on September 29, 2023, on all streaming platforms. Genius has the tracklist at 15 songs, so when it drops we will be here to cover it.

Armand Hammer Eat Up The Beat

Both billy woods and E L U C I D ride the production very nicely. The atmosphere from the beginning is a little eerie. However, it mellows out allowing for the lyrics to shine from Armand Hammer.Life’s a trip, if you live long enough you gon’ see it all / Life’s a blip, I flew in under the radar / Beat up spaceships, sliding under the light of a dead star / Still made my shift, appropriately lit for the graveyard.” JPEG continues to add his toolbelt with another great effort on the beat.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand new single from E L U C I D, billy woods, JPEGMAFIA, “Woke Up and Asked Siri How I’m Gonna Die?” Who has the best verse on the song, billy or E L U C I D? Tiësto Nabs “BOTH” 21 Savage And BIA On New Single

Superstar EDM producer, singer, and songwriter Tiësto is back with another dance-ready banger “BOTH.” This is a collaboration with BIA and it features 21 Savage. The track runs just over three minutes with Tiësto’s signature production style. This single comes off the heels of his 2023 record DRIVE back in April. He brought on artists such as A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, pop star Ava Max, Black Eyed Peas, and many more.

However, Tiësto is not known to slow down on making new material, as he consistently has put out music since the late 1990s. 21 Savage and BIA pen bars about it being hard to choose between options in their expensive and wild lifestyles. Because they have the money they decide to enjoy all of what life has to offer. For example, 21 raps, “Seen a Lamb’ and a ‘Rarri, couldn’t decide, so I bought both (On God, 21).” BIA is also in a similar dilemma, “This money and the love, I need both of them (Frrp, cash).”

Fans have so many hits from the Netherlands native. “The Business” is over one billion streams, while others like “The Motto” with Ava Max are well on their way to that mark with over 675 million plays. These are all recent songs but it shows that even as Tiësto ages, his songs do not and they continue to get people in the club on their feet every time.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand new track from Tiësto and BIA featuring 21 Savage, “BOTH?” Is this one of Tiësto’s best singles of the year? Who had the better verse, 21 or BIA? Bas Delivers On A Late Night Summer Jam With “Ho Chi Minh”

Dreamville’s label is loaded from top to bottom with talent. You have the heavy hitters with J. Cole and JID. Even on the “lower end” you have artists such as Ari Lennox, EARTHGANG, etc. However, it is hard to not mention Bas. He consistently puts out quality material when he decides to drop. That is the caveat, though, “when.” It has been just over five years since the release of his last full-length, Milky Way. Tracks such as “Tribe” featuring J. Cole and “Boca Raton” with A$AP Ferg are standouts from this project, but the hits do not stop there.

This year, two singles from the Queens, New York native have been big hits with his fanbase. “Diamonds,” released back at the beginning of the year on January 24, sees Bas getting into his slow-jam bag and lightly but effectively produced cut. Then, he linked up with J. Cole for another fire collaboration on “Passport Bros.” An elite summer bop that transports you to a Latin-America country to drink and dance the night away. Now, we have another single to promote his upcoming fourth album with the single, “Ho Chi Minh.”

This Will Be On Bas’ Next Album

Ho Chi Minh is a city located in southern Vietnam and it is considered the largest city in the country. Additionally, it is the central hub for all things business and financial. Bas is rapping a lot about introspection, “Who gon’ bleed with me in a war of one? / Who my enemy? I’m the only one / Self destruction is imminent, dimmin’ my light.” The bars contrast nicely with the emotional piano keys and warped vocals on the backend. It sure to be a fan favorite on his long-awaited album We Only Talk About Real Sh*t When We’re F**ked Up.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand new single from Bas, “Ho Chi Minh?” Is this the rapper’s best single of the year so far? Does thing song get you more amped for his fourth album? We want to hear what you have to say, so be sure to leave all of your thoughts and opinions in the comments section below. Doja Cat Calls Out Those Who Take Issue With Her Her New Song’s Artwork

Earlier today, Doja Cat announced the third single from her upcoming new album. The track follows “Attention” and a breakthrough hit second single “Paint The Town Red.” Earlier this week, “Paint The Down Red” leaped into the top 5 of the Hot 100 hitting a new peak of #5. Now Doja has confirmed that her next new single will be arriving later this week. The track is called “Demons” and alongside the announcement, she also shared the artwork for the song and a tease for the music video on Twitter. As is often the case with Doja, some people took issue with her imagery. But this time she didn’t hesitate or mince words with her response.

“Y’all so b*tchmade you probably couldn’t make it through an episode of ‘Goosebumps’, f*ckin p*ssies,” Doja Cat said on Instagram. While it’s a pretty intense clapback as far as responses go, it’s also laced with Doja’s always hilarious demeanor. Unsurprisingly though, not all her fans agreed on her doubling down. References to the post being satanic and fittingly demonic are all over the comments. Those complaints certainly aren’t new for this era of Doja’s career but the hate only seems to inspire her to double down.

ScHoolboy Q Is Gearing Up For Exciting New Music Soon

Los Angeles, California’s own ScHoolboy Q has left fans starving for new material ever since CrasH Talk back in 2019. The only solo music we have from Q is the 2022 single “Soccer Dad” in 2022. A fun but hard-hitting track featuring a cool drum loop and sample, it is the rapper at his finest. Unfortunately, we have not heard much from the “Collard Greens” artist. That is until recently, over the past couple of months.

Back in June, Q and his team put out some updates on a new album coming, “very very soon,” and shortly after that, a video clip began to circle on Twitter. It features the likes of labelmates Ab-SoulIsaiah Rashad and SiR going berzerk behind the turntables to the new unreleased music. It sounds fantastic and we hope to hear it in the form of a single or on the forthcoming record. Fast forward a couple of weeks, and ScHoolboy Q is teasing his fans relentlessly once again.

Doja Cat’s “Demons” Single Cover Art Is Chilling

It is finally here, the cover artwork is finally upon us! Doja Cat’s highly anticipated new album Scarlet seems to be getting closer by the day. Just a short time ago, the R&B megastar shared the title of her next lead single as well as the cover art. The song “Demons” is going to be out on all streaming platforms on Friday, September 1. We were first teased about the release date almost a week ago when Doja posted to her Instagram. Her silhouette revealed her wearing devil horns with the caption reading, “9.1.23 ⏳

Next, on Twitter, we got another teaser for “Demons” with her sharing some footage from the accompanying music video. It shows Doja in a bathtub from an aerial view with black water and a large, creepy, black hand pulling her head back. Doja’s eyes are rolled back revealing ghostly white eyeballs. If that was not enough to salivate over, her new ink also displays what her new themes for Scarlet will be. She recently got a really cool scythe tattoo that wraps around her entire ear. It is demon time indeed for Doja and her fans.

Now that we are just a few days away from more material from the “Say So” songwriter, the cover art is out. Well, it is here and it is blood-curdling, to say the least. At first glance, all you might see is what appears to be a living room of some sort. A comfy chair, mirror, a table with a lamp, that all is normal. But then you scan the photo and you will notice a woman hanging upside down in all black, creepily smiling at you. That woman is Doja Cat fully embracing her new controversial look. The final touch is “Demons” written into the carpet.

What are your thoughts on this single cover art for Doja Cat’s “Demons?” Are you excited for it? Coi Leray has opened up about the inspiration behind her forthcoming EP, Blue Moon. Earlier this year, the rapper dropped off her second debut album, Coi. Iggy Azalea Treats Fans To A Snippet Of New Material

Over the weekend Iggy Azalea made her return to music with a brand new single. The track “Money Come” was released with an accompanying music video where she goes full-on girlboss. The video features Iggy with a glowing pink gun that she shoots at a room full of boardroom executives turning them from men into women. The resulting sequence full of flashy clips of money and success is played perhaps as glamorously as any rap video before it. Thankfully, she isn’t done yet. She recently promised fans she would share new snippets and those fans didn’t let her forget it. After one in particular got her attention, she shared a portion of a new song with fans.

“I really f*ck with this one heavy” she captioned a new tweet. It also came with a cell phone screen recording of some new music Iggy Azalea has been working on. In the clip, she raps a list of flashy items over a hard-hitting trap beat with some rattling drums. As is often the case with Iggy, there was plenty of hate in the comments. Some tried to compare her to other female rappers, mostly Nicki Minaj. Others came to her defense though. “This sounds good, stop lying just to follow the “trend” of disliking her LoL,” reads one comment. Check out the snippet she shared below.
