Chris Brown’s “11:11” First Week Sales Predictions

Chris Brown has had a long and extremely successful career, that is no secret. His hits are plentiful and he is a true established veteran in the R&B genre. He is now 11 albums deep which is a feat not many artists can say they have. That project ironically is called 11:11. The original plan for the record was for it to drop on November 11 as well, really committing to the bit. However, it was not much of a surprise when Breezy decided to drop it a day early, which was a Friday.

In hindsight, it was probably the right move, especially with a lot of other major artists dropping on that day. He would be a day behind and some people might not have known that someone had dropped on Saturday. However, Brown’s new album might not have been good enough regardless. As of now, only one track is gaining some traction. That is one of the lead singles, “Sensational,” with Davido and Lojay. Currently, it sits at nearly 10 million streams on Spotify.

Listen To 11:11 By Chris Brown

Even for some major artists like Brown, hip-hop and R&B tapes have not been performing well this year. That could be for a lot of reasons. But, hopefully, next year will see a bit of a resurgence. Chris is looking at a top 15 debut on the Billboard chart according to HipHopNMore and HitsDailyDouble. For sales, it looks like he will score around $40,000 with 8,000 of those being pure sales.

What are your initial thoughts on Chris Brown’s first-week sales projections? Do you think these numbers are shockingly low, or just right? Which songs from this tape are still in your rotation? We would like to know what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your hottest takes in the comments section. Fetty Wap Shares New Photo From Prison And Fans Are Still Thirsty

Earlier this year, the legal drama surrounding Fetty Wap reached a conclusion he probably wasn’t hoping for. Back in March, he was sentenced to six years in jail for selling drugs. Even if he doesn’t serve the entirety of his sentence that means he’s likely to spend multiple years behind bars. His incarceration hasn’t stopped him from communicating with his fans though. Occasionally he shares some updates on how he’s doing and some pictures of himself from prison.

Earlier today, Fetty shared another new post. “King Zoovier” he captioned the post which features a picture of him crouched over sporting an expensive-looking watch. Despite his circumstances, when new pictures of Fetty Wap make their way online, fans tend to get thirsty. “He still fine idc idc idc” one of the top comments on a repost of the pic reads, and they aren’t alone. Check out the picture and various fan reactions to it below.

Prison also hasn’t stopped Fetty from recording and releasing new material. Earlier this month, he teamed up with Coi Leray for a new single “1738.” The track was released with an accompanying lyric video and has racked up hundreds of thousands of plays on both Spotify and YouTube. It follows “Sweet Yamz,” a track Fetty released last year. The song proved there’s still plenty of love for the rapper out there as it’s racked up more than 17 million streams on Spotify alone.

Alongside the release of the new single, Fetty Wap also announced that he was following it up with an album coming soon. The album is called King Zoo and its expected to drop later this month on November 24. It will be his first new project since 2021 when he dropped The Butterfly Effect. Though he hasn’t revealed the rest of the tracklist yet fans are expecting more high-profile features involved. What do you think of fans continuing to be thirsty over Fetty Wap’s jail photos? Andre 3000 Recalls Playing Frank Ocean & Tyler The Creator His New Album

Andre 3000 says that he played his highly-anticipated upcoming album, New Blue Sun, for Frank Ocean and Tyler The Creator. Speaking with NPR about the project, the Outkast rapper recalled taking a trip to Tyler’s house, where Ocean happened to stop by as well.

Andre explained that he wanted to get an idea of how fans would react to the new music, so he went to Tyler. He told NPR: “I wanted to see how a younger audience would perceive it… I reached out to Tyler [the Creator] for him to check it out and I went to his house. Frank [Ocean] just happened to drop by [too]…”

From there, he detailed how both artists responded to the album: “Tyler was staring at this thing that he has in his house… he’s a fan of travel suitcases and so he has a wall of like travel suitcases. And he was like, ‘Man, I’ve been trying to figure out how to configure these like Louis suitcases.’ And he was listening to one of the songs and he was like, ‘It sounds like you’re chasing a butterfly through a garden and I figured it out. It helped me to figure out how to do this.’ And I think Frank pointed out one of his favorite tracks out of the three.” He added: “And I was just happy to hear that, ’cause I respect them as musicians. Like new energy; they’re going for it, man. So I really respect their opinions. I play it for my homies. I play it for friends, play it for artists, directors — just to see their reaction more than anything. So I was just happy with what I was getting.”

Andre 3000’s Tracklist For “New Blue Sun” Has Some Of The Wildest Song Titles You” Ever See

Andre 3000 is an album that fans have been begging for an album from. However, over the years, he has not been able to deliver on that. Overall, some believe he would be the GOAT of hip-hop if he actually had a plethora of albums. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. Fortunately, he will be dropping an album on Friday called New Blue Sun. The catch here is that this album will not feature any vocals. Instead, the artist will be playing various instruments.

Three Stacks got to talk about his new album with NPR recently. He made it clear that he wanted to drop something that spoke to him. Although he wanted to make a rap album, he decided that he wanted to go in an instrumental direction instead. As you will see, the song titles for this new project are bonkers. The titles are long, drawn out, and probably only make sense to Andre himself.

Andre 3000 To Drop Solo Album “New Blue Sun” On Friday, But There’s A Catch

Andre 3000 is easily one of the most beloved artists in the history of hip-hop. His output with Outkast is simply legendary. Overall, there are those who believe he has the greatest flow of all time. Furthermore, some believe he could have been the GOAT rapper had he actually dropped a solo album. With Andre never dropping that aforementioned album, some felt like it was one of those things that we would never get. After all, he has had plenty of opportunities over the years.

However, it seems like the rapper is, indeed, going to be dropping something soon. In fact, he is going to be dropping an album called New Blue Sun on Friday, November 17th. That’s right, folks, the album is coming out this week. Unfortunately, there is a catch here that will disappoint rap fans. As NPR states: “One thing it is not, however, is a rap record: No bars, no beats, no sub-bass. André doesn’t sing on this joint, either. What he does do is play flute, and plenty of it — contrabass flute, Mayan flutes, bamboo flutes — along with other digital wind instruments.”

There are going to be eight instrumental tracks here, and the song titles are pretty lengthy and filled with irony. For instance, he has a song called “I swear, I Really Wanted To Make A ‘Rap’ Album But This Is Literally The Way The Wind Blew Me This Time.” So there you have it, Three Stacks is dropping a project, but he will not rap and he will not sing. Regardless, you love to see someone pouring all of their creativity into a passion project.

The D.O.C. Explains How He’s Using A.I. To Make A New Album

The D.O.C. says that he’s working on a new album through the use of artificial intelligence following the 1989 car accident that permanently altered his voice. Speaking with CBS Mornings for a new interview, the rapper explained that he’s working with an A.I. company called Suno on the process.

“Fab 5 Freddy asked me if I would be interested in building an album using A.I. technology,” D.O.C. said. He later added: “When this thing happens, it sounds like a real me. I’ve been doing this since I was 16 years old, but I wanted to be the greatest of all-time. And A.I. might give me another shot at that title.”

The D.O.C. Performs With Warren G

While The D.O.C. says he wants another shot at the greatest of all-time title, he previously gave that honor to the legendary Notorious B.I.G. Speaking about the best rappers of all time the What’s The Headline podcast in May, he explained that he was original resentful of Biggie’s talent. “I got mad at Biggie Smalls ’cause I could hear where I was gonna go,” he said at the time, as noted by HipHopDX. “When he first came [out], I could hear where I wanted to go, and couldn’t do it. So it made me be angry with him — before I met him. But when I met him, he was such a genuine dude. He asked me to take a picture with him, and he was so f*ckin’ humble. And I was like, how can you hate a dude like that? Ever since then, he’s been my No. 1, really. We were in Chicago at something. It was Saafir and Craig Mack and Smalls and myself. And he was just a cool dude, man.”

Ty Dolla Sign Says Kanye West Collab Album Is “Coming Real Soon”

Fans have been eagerly anticipating Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign’s collaborative LP for time now. They were left disappointed last week when various promotional Instagram posts for the project were erased, prompting rumors that it might be scrapped altogether. Their previously announced listening parties were also cancelled in October, only compounding speculation.

Luckily for those awaiting the drop, Ty Dolla Sign has now provided an update on the album, seemingly confirming that the project will be released after all. According to him, listeners won’t have to wait much longer either. He revealed that he’s been in the studio with Ye in Saudi Arabia as of late, working on his portion of the joint LP. “I just landed on a flight from Saudi Arabia,” he explained. “I’ve been out there recording a part of my album with my brother Ye. And that’s coming real soon.”

Ty Dolla Sign Gives Update On New LP With Kanye West

While the duo has yet to announce an official release date for the project, it appears as though fans are closer than ever to hearing it. It’s not the only new music they can expect to hear from Ye in the near future, however. At the end of last month, J Prince shared that he also ventured to the Middle East, and got a preview of the Chicago native’s upcoming solo album. According to him, it’s sounding great. “Nice listening to some of the new album with the homies in Saudi Arabia,” he said. “It’s hot. One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. Full of Respect, Structure, and Peace.”

That project doesn’t have an official release date either, but it’s safe to say that fans can’t wait. What do you think of Ty Dolla Sign’s update on his joint album with Kanye West? Aesop Rock Drops Off His Conceptual “Integrated Tech Solutions” Record

The founding grounds of hip-hop, New York, have the some of the best rappers since the genres inception 50 years ago. One of the most unheralded names is Aesop Rock. His creativity and lyrical gymnastics are probably his greatest qualities he possesses. Those are put to the forefront of his newest journey, Integrated Tech Solutions.

ITS is Rock’s 15th project to date, going all the way back to his at the turn of the new millennium, 1999. Out of all of them, this may be his most conceptual one yet. We got the first look at this escapade back in mid September with the lead single, “Mindful Solutionism.” After that, we got two more, “By The River,” and “Infinity Fill Goose Down.”

Meek Mill And Rick Ross Bring On Vory For A “Grandiose” Banger

Meek Mill and Rick Ross are a great duo, there is no surprise there. The MMG labelmates have so many rock-steady collaborations under their belt. That also goes for the Philadelphia native and Houston, Texas singer and rapper, Vory. Too Good To Be True dropped yesterday (November 10). Leading up to its release, the standout single was “SHAQ & KOBE.”

However, you have to include this one in the mix as one of the best cuts from the tape. “Grandiose” lives up to its name. The braggadocious bars from all three artists add to the feeling of being a boss like Ross. Additionally, the booming beat from jetsonmade, Pooh Beatz, and Murda Beatz is also a highlight, too.

Listen To “Grandiose” By Meek Mill, Rick Ross, And Vory

As we mentioned earlier, Meek and Vory have given us plenty of heat in the past. Most people began to hear of the underrated crooner back on Kanye West’s gospel-inspired record, Donda. However, Meek was an earlier endorser of Vory. Both of them had some punchy cuts on the Philly native’s EP, QUARANTINE PACK. It is good to see these two still going to work together and for Vory individually to keep getting that recognition he deserves.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand-new song “Grandiose” with Meek Mill, Rick Ross, and Vory? Is this best Meek and Vory track they have ever done together? Which songs are you gravtitating toward after one full day of the project being out? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this.
