When Do 6lack’s ‘No More Lonely Nights’ Tour Tickets Go On Sale?

Atlanta singer 6lack is going on tour through the months of May and June; the No More Lonely Nights Tour will start in Honolulu, Hawaii on May 18 and encompass seven dates in Albuquerque, San Antonio, St. Louis, Cincinnati, and more. The tour picks up where his Since I Have A Lover Tour left off, and overlaps with his dates on Russ’ It Was You All Along Tour.

So when can fans buy tickets for the tour?

Tickets available will become available starting April 30 via presale, with the general sale beginning on May 3. Both sales begin at 10 AM local time.

According to a press release, “The intimate performances will capture the raw emotion that lines the collection of songs on Since I Have A Lover that delve into 6lack’s personal journey with mental health, healing, personal growth, love and his own journey of finding his way — the good and the bad.” In addition to his headlining sets, he’ll have several opening dates with Russ.

6lack Just Finished A Tour But Just Announced Another One, ‘No More Lonely Nights Tour’

6lack’s Since I Have A Lover ranked among Uproxx’s “Best R&B Albums Of 2023,” so he doesn’t intend to squander the momentum from the acclaimed album. 6lack staged his Since I Have A Lover Tour from last October until early March. Shortly after it wrapped, he was announced as a supporting act on Russ’ upcoming North American tour, but his schedule just got even busier.

On Monday, April 29, 6lack revealed he will be heading back out on the road as a headliner with his No More Lonely Nights Tour — “a limited run of shows visiting seven US cities,” according to a press release.

“The intimate performances will capture the raw emotion that lines the collection of songs on Since I Have A Lover that delve into 6lack’s personal journey with mental health, healing, personal growth, love and his own journey of finding his way — the good and the bad,” the press release relays.

The tour will start in Honolulu, Hawaii on May 18 and stretch until June 27. 6lack’s Artist Presale will run from Tuesday, April 30, at 10 a.m. local time through Friday, May 3, at 9 a.m. local time. Tamar Braxton And K. Michelle Trade Jabs Over Black Artists In Country Music

Earlier this year, Beyonce released her highly-anticipated new album Cowboy Carter. It was the second release in her Renaissance trilogy of genre experimentations and it focused on indulging in country music. While she’s far from the first artists to ever attempt to transition into country music, the biggest comparison many fans made was K. Michelle. Some even elevated it to accusations of ripping off her transition from R&B into country. While that was months ago and has mostly been settled since, comments made by Tamar Braxton on a podcast reignited the debate and sparked a robust response from Michelle.

Braxton commented that black artists crossing over into country music had to be careful to represent the culture well. While the discussion was primarily focused on Beyonce, and K. Michelle wasn’t mentioned by name, she still felt slighted. That seemingly caused her to erupt into an absolute Twitter tirade making numerous tweets about the situation trying to defend herself. In her series of tweets she repeatedly insults Braxton, who replies once again claiming she didn’t mention Michelle by name and claims to not even be talking about her. In the comments of a post recapping the situation. Michelle once again comments. “Y’all know I wouldn’t be saying anything. Benny Blanco Recalls SZA Eating An Entire Tray Of His Banana Pudding: “We Wound Up Cooking More Than Making Music”

Benny Blanco joked that SZA ate an entire tray of his banana pudding while the two were working on music together at his house. Appearing on SiriusXM’s The Sporkful podcast to promote his new cookbook, Blanco explained how SZA has become a huge fan of his cooking. Blanco worked with SZA on “Nobody Gets Me” and “Special” off of her 2022 album SOS.

“We were at my house, and she went down to get a drink and she saw something in the fridge,” Blanco recalled. “She had one bite. It was in a big like sheet tray. And then by the end of the day, there was no more banana pudding left. She would just, like, sneak down for bites. And then every time she came to the studio, she needed a banana pudding. Then it was like, ‘Oh, wait, what else do you make?’ Then it was like, lasagna … We wound up cooking more than making music, you know?”

Drake Celebrates Eight Years Of “Views” Via Instagram Walk Down Memory Lane

Someone who creates a bountiful amount of hype surrounding every release is Drake. Perhaps hip-hop’s greatest pop star, the Canadian hitmaker’s albums and their rollouts are an event. Even when one of his projects are viewed as mediocre, the buzz around them is massive. One of those albums that was not and is still not liked by critics in particular is Views. The main critique around his seventh offering is that it is too inconsistent overall and bloated. Regardless, a lot of fans have this album high on the list amongst the rest of his decorated discography. To recognize all of the love Drake got for Views, he decided to celebrate the album’s anniversary.

The Boy showed love to his now eight-year-old LP via an Instagram walk down memory lane. Drizzy captioned the 10-picture photo dump with, “Views April 29.” He shared images of early promotional content, as well as random images from the winter in Toronto in which he recorded the album. Fans in the comments section were reminiscing about how this album has impacted them since its release eight years ago today.

Diddy Fires Back At Aubrey O’Day For “The Downfall Of Diddy” Allegations

Diddy has fired back at Aubrey O’Day for alleging that he only gave Bad Boy Records artists back their publishing rights in an attempt to silence them from speaking out about his behavior. O’Day spoke about the various allegations surrounding Diddy in recent months during an interview with TMZ for the outlet’s new Tubi documentary, The Downfall of Diddy.

In a statement to TMZ, sources from Diddy’s team wrote: “Aubrey O’Day got her big break because Diddy and Bad Boy cast her in their show with her group, Danity Kane. Last year, when he reassigned his portion of the publishing to Bad Boy artists, an unprecedented move within the industry and which he did not have to do, not all artists signed an NDA, contrary to what she claims.”

As for O’Day’s claims, she said during the documentary: “I received the publishing deal, I know what it says, I know how much money it was giving me. I’ll tell you: $300.30. For a full release of all claims against Diddy and many other players. I think he was making moves to keep as many people quiet as possible. When I went to look at the publishing deal, it said anything but I’m being made whole financially again. In fact, it asked me to not have access to my story and my experience anymore. A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie Has No Remorse Following Heated Paris Nightclub Incident: “Never Runnin From A N****”

Earlier today, a video involving A Boogie Wit da Hoodie and bouncers outside of a Paris nightclub went quite viral. The clip surfaced on TikTok from a bystander who witnessed the entire thing play out. Following a Better Off Alone global tour performance, A Boogie went to celebrate the show at a local club. However, due to him ilegally drinking a whole bottle of alcohol in public, he was not allowed to enter. But instead of leaving the premises, A Boogie decided to try and re-enter the Paris nightclub and that attempt was futile.

At this point, A Boogie forced the bouncers’ hands, and they started pushing back the rapper and his boys. In fact, one of them even grabbed a pole, while another staff member whipped out mace, spraying it in their direction. Later on in the video, A Boogie wound up grabbing his bottle back, breaking it, using it for defense. So far, no charges have been made, but we would not be surprised if things got that far.

Cash XO’s Security Guard Shot Multiple Times Outside Encino Home: Details

Cash XO went through an extremely scary situation outside of his Encino home on Monday morning. According to Fox 11, gunshots were heard outside of the home, which subsequently led to numerous calls to the police. Subsequently, cops rushed to the scene where a security guard had been shot multiple times. In fact, the security guard was one of the many people who called the authorities. He was immediately rushed to the hospital and based on initial reports, he is expected to survive following surgery.

As for the home itself, there were four people inside at the time of the shooting. Overall, the home was not broken into. Instead, the three alleged suspects ran away after the security guard was shot. The suspects in question had on hoodies and surgical masks. However, at this time, none of them are in custody, which means they remain at large. For the time being, it is unknown what the motive of here was. Authorities continue to investigate.
