In fact, thousands of fans are currently at the KIA Forum where they are looking to take their seats. Some fans are checking out the merch tables and they have noticed some interesting pieces. The vast majority of the pieces are t-shirts that cost between $40 and $70. One of the t-shirts includes a reference to Kendrick’s now infamous “New Ho King” bar on the song “Euphoria.”

Prior to the prison video circulating online, Birdman previously made headlines, this month, when NBA YoungBoy seemingly dissed him on the track, “Tears of War.” The Baton Rouge rapper remarked that Lil Wayne warned him about trusting the Cash Money Records co-founder. “Knew that Stunna never loved me, should’ve listened to Carter,” he rapped. “Tears of War” was the last song YoungBoy recorded before his recent arrest.
Drake and Joe Budden have beefed in the past, and even now, they aren’t on the best of terms. Although Drake will text Joe from time to time, there is no doubt that Budden has had his fair share of criticisms for the boy. It appears as though the boy, albeit only five years old, is starting to get a sense of his dad’s stardom. In a new clip, for instance, he’s seen adorably posing alongside eager fans. He flashed a peace sign while rocking a t-shirt featuring XXXTentacion’s face, clearly happy to make supporters’ days.
While Gekyume may still be a bit young to fully comprehend his father’s fame, it’s obvious that he’s well on his way, and embracing having become an icon in his own right. This isn’t the first time fans have seen him paying tribute to his dad either. Back in April, footage of the child proudly showing off a framed photo of XXXTentacion onstage performing surfaced online. Most were glad to see the young boy in good spirits, celebrating his dad despite not having the opportunity to get to know him.
Not everyone had the same reaction, however. YMT Boatwright, one of the men allegedly responsible for taking XXXTentacion’s life, reposted the clip alongside several laughing emojis. He handled the production for Lamar’s latest single,” Not Like Us,” which serves as a diss track aimed at Drake. Earlier in the day, he spoke with Billboard about the making of the hit single. “When I was making it, in the back of my head is ‘What would Dr. Dre do if Lil Jon was in the studio and they was collaborating on the beat. That was my thought process,” Mustard told the outlet. “It took me approximately 30 minutes to make that beat.” He also confirmed he didn’t know Lamar would use it for a diss track.
