During a recent stop on Lil Uzi Vert’s Pink Tape Tour, they took some time to address the crowd — with a sweet speech, and an even more exciting announcement: that their next album, Luv Is Rage 3, is coming soon.
“As long as I got respect from y’all, that’s all that matters,” Lil Uzi Vert said. “You know how many people in this sh*t used me, disrespected me, that stole my whole style when I never gave a f*ck? As long as I got y’all, we gonna keep this sh*t going.”
“All I ever wanted was respect,” they added. “I never wanted to be the richest person in the world. I never wanted to have the biggest diamonds. None of that. I just wanted all respect. So, I’mma keep rocking for now, and Luv Is Rage 3 is on the way.”
Just this summer, Uzi dropped their album, Pink Tape — but is keeping very busy to have even more new music scheduled. “You know I only drop Luv Is Rage when my heart is hurting. It’s about that time. But you know, right now,” they previously teased during a September festival set.
Check out the video of Lil Uzi Vert’s announcement below.

After challenging the Barbz to get #TellUsNicki trending worldwide yesterday, November 8, Minaj rewarded her fan base this morning, November 9, by revealing herself on the cover of Vogue‘s December Issue. Within the accompanying profile, Minaj discussed a range of topics, including what Pink Friday 2 will sound like, but she’s still keeping one secret to herself.
“Minaj has not publicly revealed the name of her son, whom she prefers to call Papa Bear,” Vogue‘s Rob Haskell wrote. “She and [Minaj’s husband, Kenneth] Petty navigated his infancy with no help whatsoever save for an occasional brief visit from a grandparent.” However, the cover spread features a photo of Minaj cradling Papa Bear, whose name has been a point of speculation since his birth on September 30, 2020.
Nicki Minaj is someone who has always tried to be as authentic as they come. Overall, she has always had an amazing relationship with her fanbase. Although sometimes those fans can be wild and rowdy on social media, she knows how to their adoration. She continues to be a huge artist and that is not going to every change. In fact, on December 8th, she will be coming out with her new album, Pink Friday2. This album is going to be massive and will be an AOTY contender.
Prior to the release of the album, Nicki got to be on the cover of Vogue. During her interview with the publication, Nicki opened up about addiction issues. As she explains, she got hooked on Percocet after being prescribed the drug by a doctor. “No one told me that this was a narcotic and this was addictive. Luckily I was able to ground myself. But — once an addict, always an addict,” Nicki said. “I feel like if you’ve ever experienced addiction to anything, which I have, you always have to think twice and three times about the choices that you make.”
Nicki has been able to kick the habit, however, she knows how bad it could have gone. She even compared herself to past legends in the process. “Look at some of our biggest celebrities. They eventually either get laughed out of wanting to go outside anymore, like Michael Jackson, or criticized, like Whitney Houston, or they fight silent battles, like Prince,” Nicki explained. “These are some of the greatest of all time. And one day they decided, ‘You know what? I’d rather self-medicate and be in my own world.’”

Beyoncé has released the first trailer for her upcoming tour film, RENAISSANCE: A FILM BY BEYONCÉ. The 98-second trailer is sure to hype up the Beyhive with a hard focus on the recent tour’s jaw-dropping visuals. Furthermore, it provides some inspirational words from the Queen B herself. “In this world that is very male-dominated, I’ve had to be really tough. To balance motherhood and being on this stage, it just reminds me of who I really am,” Beyoncé can be heard saying in voiceover.
The Renaissance World Tour, Beyoncé’s first since On the Run II in 2018, was one of the stories of the summer. It began with a show in Stockholm that caused an inflation spike in Sweden. Then, after 56 shows across two continents, it came to an end with a mind-blowing finale in Kansas City. There are so many stories that have come out of the tour. They range from fan moments to Beyoncé paying out of pocket to extend metro service hours in DC. The long-awaited concert film is set to drop on December 1.
Beyoncé Attends Premiere Of Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour
However, Beyoncé isn’t the only person putting out a concert film this year. Last month, Taylor Swift released Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour, which recapped the North American leg of her own massive 2023 tour. While Swift will tour Asia and Europe next year, the decision was made to release the film following the North American leg.
Furthermore, when the film was released last month, Beyoncé was on hand to join Swift at the premiere. “I’m so glad I’ll never know what my life would’ve been like without @beyonce‘s influence. The way she’s taught me and every artist out here to break rules and defy industry norms. Her generosity of spirit. Her resilience and versatility. She’s been a guiding light throughout my career and the fact that she showed up tonight was like an actual fairytale. ,” Swift wrote of the moment on Instagram.
Nicki Minaj recently graced the cover of American Vogue for the first time, accompanied by her son Papa Bear and a year after she called the publication out. It seems like they let bygones be bygones, and she touched upon a lot of different topics during their interview together. Moreover, one of the aspects of the 40-year-old’s career that she reflected on was her early adoption of body modifications and the voluptuous image she broke onto the scene with. While she has no regrets and feels at peace with her body today, she did remark on how she’s learned to appreciate herself beyond that, and doesn’t want to push that on anyone else.
“I just looked at a video that I posted on Instagram when I was 25,” Nicki Minaj expressed to Vogue during their conversation together. “I would f***ing pay to look like that right now. But today, I can say that I’m at peace with who I am and how I look. Recently, I had to get a breast reduction, and actually, I love it. I used to want a bigger butt, and now I look back and realize how silly that was.
“So, love your curves, and love your non-curves,” the Trinidadian MC continued. “There’s nothing wrong with any of it.” In addition, Nicki Minaj also spoke on how she’s trying to set a better example for her little one with her lifestyle, whether in regards to health or concerning image. “I’ve made certain choices for my son, to not give him sweets and candy and juices, because of illnesses like diabetes that run in our community,” she shared. “I’m not in favor of body positivity if it means unhealthy bodies. That’s bull. It’s not believable, so let’s stop pretending.”
Meanwhile, with a potential reconciliation with Remy Ma on the cards, fans are more excited than ever for the Queen’s upcoming album, Pink Friday 2. We’re sure that there will be a lot more to unpack and a lot more teases before its December 8 release date. On that note, we can’t wait to see what the Barbz will get very soon. Rick Ross is one of the biggest names in rap and for good reason. Overall, he has had a pretty legendary career up until this point. Furthermore, he has made a boat load of cash. There is no denying his money-making prowess. He has done big things in the world of real estate, liquor, and even the restaurant industry. Having said that, it seems obvious to say that the man has a pretty significant net worth. His wealth continues to expand, and although he may not be the richest rapper, he is certainly up there.
On Friday, Rick Ross will be dropping Too Good To Be True with Meek Mill. This is an album that fans have been waiting on for a long time. Overall, this is going to be a massive album, and we cannot wait to listen. In the midst of this release, however, the rap mogul does seem to be focused on getting his money up. In a new video on his Instagram story, Rick Ross explained how he plans to be hip-hop’s next billionaire. In fact, he believes he can get that done as early as next year.
“We racin’ to a billion, n***a,” Ross said. “I’m a year away. I’m a year away. Let’s go, baby!” While it may be difficult for him to do, it certainly isn’t impossible. Ross has been making a ton of investments, and he wants to continue to do so. If those investments hit like he believes they will, then he will be well on his way to that billionaire status. Hopefully, for his sake, he is able to accomplish that goal on time.

In just about a month, Nicki Minaj will release her long-awaited fifth album Pink Friday 2. The project will be the rapper’s first full-length release since 2018’s Queen. Though Minaj has delivered a healthy batch of singles over the years, a full album is truly what fans desire, and the fact that it’s a sequel to her beloved 2010 album makes it that much better for them.
Ahead of the album’s release next month, Minaj sat down with Vogue for a lengthy interview. This conversation gave some clues about the sound to expect on Pink Friday 2 starting with a quote from Minaj’s longtime engineer Aubry “Big Juice” Delaine. “Imagine a Nicki Minaj greatest hits album,” he said about Pink Friday 2, adding, “but all the songs are new.” The Vogue cover story also notes that the album was written from the “vantage point of a woman who has gotten so many of the things she dreamed about. And yet the past still tugs.”
“When I look back at a lot of my music, I’m like, Oh, my God, where was the me in it?” Minaj added. “So for this album, I went back to the old game plan.”
Elsewhere in the Vogue conversation, Minaj played a song for the interviewer Rob Haskell titled “Big Difference.” It’s described as a record that the rapper wrote “several years ago,” but recently fell back in love with. The interview goes on to say that “Big Difference” separates “Minaj and other rappers, in particular those who come casually into the game, get lucky with a hit on TikTok, and suddenly imagine that fame and clout are their right rather than the outcome of years of hard work.”
Nicki Minaj may be the most iconic female rapper of all time. You can attribute that to a lot of different things she has accomplished throughout her storied career. However, there was one thing missing from her resume. That would be covering the American Vogue Cover. Yes, you heard that right. One of the most influential artists in the genre has never graced one of the most well-known magazines. Nicki herself expressed her frustrations about this about a year ago with Joe Budden. Uptown wrote a piece about this in March and the Queen firmly stated her position on the matter.
“And by the way let me make sure I say this because you know how they like to twist my words, the same way I feel I should have already been on the cover of American Vogue, so should Lil’ Kim, if we being all the way one thousand.” She continues, “If this is what your magazine represents, “influence.” … If we being honest because every single any female rapper when we, when myself or Lil’ Kim goes on the internet, every day we see our influence. … So I’m not gonna say it’s about me only, right, and not give that woman her just due about what she did.”
Well, some reconciling must have taken place, because here we are and Nicki is the main focus of the December issue. In addition to that, her son, who we still do not know the name of, also is a part of the photoshoot. Papa Bear, as she calls him, cutely snuggles with her superstar mommy under a luxurious-looking blanket. On top of that, Vogue also interviewed her for their famous 73 Questions segment. There were some hints as to something major happening when Nicki made an announcement on Twitter. “I have something to tell you guys. It’s one of the biggest announcements I’ve ever made. If you’d like me to continue, I need you to first trend #TellUSNicki. GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Congratulations to Nicki for this honor!
What are your initial thoughts on Nicki Minaj covering the December cover for American Vogue for the first time? What do you think happened behind the scenes to get this done? With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your thoughts and opinions in the comments section below. Antonio Marquis Reid, colloquially known as L.A., has faced multiple accusations of sexual assault in the past. Now, a former A&R at Arista Records, Drew Dixon, claims that she faced harassment and mistreatment at his hands back in the early 2000s- when he became the record company’s CEO and president- according to court documents obtained by Rolling Stone. Moreover, the music executive had left this same position at Epic Records back in 2017 due to other accusations of abuse from Dixon. He launched the careers of the likes of Usher, Avril Lavigne, TLC, Mariah Carey, and plenty of others. This new lawsuit, however, might finally bring about some accountability or clear his name altogether if it’s an untrue accusation.
Furthermore, Dixon filed a lawsuit against L.A. Reid in New York’s Southern District under the Adult Survivors Act. This provides a one-year window for assault victims to bring a civil suit forward past the statute of limitations’ expiration date. This particular window closes on November 24. Specifically, Dixon accused the record producer and acclaimed behind-the-scenes boss of constant harassment and two instances of sexual assault in 2001. During her initial claims in 2017, he released an apology statement for how his words were “misinterpreted.”
“L.A. Reid is a known predator, who uses his singular professional power to force himself on his victims,” Dixon stated, Rolling Stone reports. “In my case, his persistent campaign of sexual harassment and assault forced me to abandon the work I loved. I was at the top of my game in the music business, having worked my way up from internships and a job as a receptionist.” She alleges that the two instances of assault in question were once on a private plane, and another in the back of his car.
Meanwhile, this follows Dixon’s own accusations of sexual assault against Russell Simmons while she was at Def Jam, which is what caused her to go to Arista in the first place. Overall, there are a lot of moving pieces here, and we’ll have to see if this ends up fully resolving if court. If not, then Dixon could face even more scrutiny and blockades in her career and the question of accountability will never truly be answered. For more news and the latest updates on L.A. Reid, come back to HNHH.
