Having said that, it seems obvious to say that the man has a pretty significant net worth. His wealth continues to expand, and although he may not be the richest rapper, he is certainly up there.

On Friday, Rick Ross will be dropping Too Good To Be True with Meek Mill. This is an album that fans have been waiting on for a long time. Overall, this is going to be a massive album, and we cannot wait to listen. In the midst of this release, however, the rap mogul does seem to be focused on getting his money up. In a new video on his Instagram story, Rick Ross explained how he plans to be hip-hop’s next billionaire. In fact, he believes he can get that done as early as next year.

“We racin’ to a billion, n***a,” Ross said. “I’m a year away. I’m a year away. Let’s go, baby!” While it may be difficult for him to do, it certainly isn’t impossible. Ross has been making a ton of investments, and he wants to continue to do so. If those investments hit like he believes they will, then he will be well on his way to that billionaire status. Hopefully, for his sake, he is able to accomplish that goal on time.

The life insurance company has been extremely successful, and in turn, Magic has raked in the profits.

Interestingly enough, Johnson is actually worth a bit more than just $1 billion. As it stands, Forbes is listing his net worth at a total of $1.2 billion. Overall, that is a truly incredible mark. There are a few athletes who have reached this mark, including LeBron James. That said, it is cool to see someone with the cache of Magic get there, as well. We are sure he is going to be celebrating for quite some time.

Moreover, his ex-girlfriend Charlotte Powdrell reportedly sued the fighter for half his wealth because “they dated too long and she supported his career.” As such, the little information we have of this development indicates that it’s taking shape as somewhat of a divorce case. Furthermore, fans expressed confusion and dismissal at the news, but it’s important to note that other things could’ve happened behind the scenes that we don’t know of and could paint this motion differently.

Still, this is a relatively early story and the Nigerian-New Zealander hasn’t responded to this development publicly as of writing this article. While it’s startling, it’s also too early to say how it will take shape. For those unfamiliar with Israel Adesanya, he recently reclaimed the title of UFC middleweight champion after beating rival Alex Pereira. However, that rivalry is something he cherishes. Bow Wow Says He’s “Thankful” He Couldn’t Use His Money Before He Was 18

Bow Wow says that he’s grateful he didn’t have access to his wealth until the age of 18. Speaking about his personal finances and being a star at a young age, Bow Wow told Real Lyfe Street Starz that he wouldn’t have lasted if he could have spent his own money at the time.

“You don’t really see it. You just doing all the work and you getting, you know all the gifts and treats for being famous, but as far as being able to touch the bag, you don’t touch it,” Bow Wow said. “I’ll go back to your question when you said what’s the gift and the curse, that would probably be the only thing that for the first five years of my career I couldn’t touch none of my money.”

Bow Wow explained that he would’ve spent his earnings as soon as he got them if he could. He added: “If I would have came in the game at 19 or 18, I probably would’ve tapped out the game cause I would’ve been like it’s crazy that I’m seeing this type of paper and I get to touch it as soon as I hit. So I was kind of thankful for that.”

Bow Wow has addressed the issue of young rappers being exploited for their finances in the past. Back in January, he said that the hip-hop community needs to start a union to protect its artists. “Hip hop needs a board!” Bow Wow wrote at the time. “No different than the NBA w/ the players association. A committee. That can set rules and keep things in control and protect this thing we call hip hop! And have a retirement plan for the og rappers. I hate seeing my heros liquor’d out no money just washed.” The idea is something The Hip Hop Alliance has tried to enact. The organization was founded by Chuck D, Kurtis Blow, and KRS-One.
