REFORM Alliance successfully hosted its first-ever Casino Night event at Atlantic City’s Ocean Casino Resort, raising an impressive $24 million for criminal justice reform. The invite-only, black-tie event featured notable figures such as Michael Rubin, Meek Mill, Shawn “JAY-Z” Carter, and Kevin Hart, who emceed the evening. The event aimed to support REFORM Alliance’s mission to transform the nation’s supervision system for the millions on probation or parole, offering them employment and well-being instead of a return to prison.

Over 250 VIPs gathered in Atlantic City to hear about REFORM’s positive impact on communities since its inception over four years ago. Attendees also witnessed personal stories shared by individuals affected by the flawed probation and parole policies and those who have benefited from the bipartisan laws passed by REFORM.

The evening featured a blackjack tournament, a dinner program, and a live auction. REFORM Alliance founding members and prominent guests like Tom Brady, Kim Kardashian, Travis Scott, and Matthew McConaughey participated in the festivities.

During the dinner program, REFORM’s CEO Robert Rooks and Chief Advocacy and Operations Officer Jessica Jackson expressed gratitude to the guests for confronting pressing social and economic issues. The organization’s focus on public safety solutions has contributed to the passage of 17 bipartisan bills in 11 states, providing pathways for nearly 700,000 people to transition out of the justice system towards work, well-being, and stability. The organization also organizes job and opportunity fairs and grants to organizations offering solutions for those impacted by the criminal justice and supervision system.

A live auction featuring items donated by Tom Brady, George Condo, Rashid Johnson, and Jay-Z raised $7.8 million. Afterward, guests enjoyed an after-party with surprise performances by Travis Scott, Meek Mill, Lil Baby, and more.

With less than 0.01% of philanthropic giving directed toward criminal justice reform, REFORM Alliance’s Casino Night ensures that 100% of the proceeds will fund their initiatives, providing opportunities and stability to millions in the criminal justice system.

Travis Scott, Quavo, And Lil Baby Among Performers At Jay-Z Blackjack Tournament

Travis Scott, Quavo, and Lil Baby were just some of the a-lister performers who gave an intimate concert to about 200 people at a James Bond-themed charity blackjack tournament hosted by Jay-Z, Meek Mill, and Michael Rubin in Atlantic City. Other performers included Fat Joe, Fabolous, Lil Durk, and French Montana. The event included an auction that reportedly raised over $24 million for charity.

While Jay-Z didn’t perform atop the marble bars and custom-made gaming tables, he was said to be “holding court” alongside a group including Kyle Kuzma, according to Page Six. Famous faces at the event included Kim Kardashian, Tom Brady, Jack Harlow, and Matthew McConaughey. Meanwhile, the auction was emceed by Kevin Hart. The event was in honor of Reform Alliance, a non-profit dedicated to parole, probation, and sentencing reform. Jay-Z, Meek Mill, and Rubin are all board members.

Travis Scott And Quavo Hint At Second Collab Album

However, a gala party might not be the only thing Scott and Quavo are doing together. Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho, the pair’s 2017 collab album, recently surpassed one billion streams. It peaked at #3 on the Billboard album charts when it was first released. While celebrating that milestone, Quavo appeared to suggest that Huncho Jack might be making a return in the near future. “That’s tuff next one loadin….. battery [charged emoji],” the former Migos member wrote on social media.

However, it is perhaps a future desire, not an immediate project. Both artists have dropped substantial solo offerings this year – Scott with UTOPIA and Quavo with Rocket Power. Of the two, UTOPIA was by far the more successful release. It spent four weeks at #1, the only album this year to spend more than two weeks at #1 other than SZA’s SOS and Morgan Wallen’s One Day At A Time. Meanwhile, Rocket Power peaked at #18, coming out the same week as Hozier’s Unreal Unearth, which peaked at #3.

Michael Rubin and JAY-Z's REFORM Alliance Announce Casino Night Event to Raise Money for Criminal Justice Reform

On September 30th, the REFORM Alliance will host an exclusive Casino Night and Gala Event at Atlantic City’s premier luxury casino resort, Ocean Casino Resort. The event, co-hosted by REFORM Alliance board members, including co-chairs Michael Rubin, Meek Mill, and Shawn “JAY-Z” Carter, aims to raise funds to advance REFORM’s mission of transforming probation and parole laws.

REFORM has already achieved significant bipartisan legislative successes, passing 17 bills in 11 states. These bills pave the way for nearly 700,000 individuals to transition from the mass incarceration and mass supervision system to work, well-being, and stability opportunities.

The event will have a limited guest list of 300 attendees, with a minimum buy-in of $100,000 for participation in the blackjack tournament and $50,000 for non-tournament attendance. Ocean Casino and Resort have generously donated the tournament’s $1 million jackpot.

Notable VIP guests will join this exclusive black-tie gathering, including Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian, Tom Brady, Travis Scott, DJ Khaled, Emily Ratajkowski, Megan Thee Stallion, leading athletes, and CEOs. Kyle Kuzma Posts Hug Picture With Michael Rubin

Because the world is a puritanical hellscape that hates gay people and upholds rampant toxic masculinity, people are very upset at Lil Baby right now. During Michael Rubin’s Fourth of July party, a photo emerged of Lil Baby enjoying a group hug with a couple of dudes. The internet got very weird about this, saying things like “It’s normalizing the gay agenda”. 50 Cent even got in on the action, proclaiming that he was very confused and upset about the picture of a consensual hug that he was not involved in. Boosie Badazz later took some subtweet potshots at Fif over his outrage.

For his part, Lil Baby went all in on “huggate”, posting from Rubin’s private jet, where he loudly promised Meek Mill and others “drunken hugs in Vegas”. Not to editorialize too much but there is nothing wrong with dudes hugging dudes. You are more than welcome to not hug the dudes in your life. However, if your anti-dude hugging is strong that you have to object to other dudes hugging their dudes, that sounds like a you problem. Regardless, now Kyle Kuzma is getting in one the fun.

Taking to his Instagram story, Washington Wizards centerpiece Kyle Kuzma showed that he was not afraid of the dude hug. “We can always hug my brotha,” Kuzma wrote over a picture of him hugging Rubin. Kuzma also added three sobbing emojis and tagged Rubin. The picture was reshared by DJ Akademiks, where the comments were predictably trash. “Those lil baby photos worse than gunna snitching”, “Next thing you know, they gonna normalize kissing. It’s all part of the agenda”, and “They not even trying to hide this gay shi anymore smh”.

But why does any of this matter? Why should we care that some people are upset about the very normal action of some dudes hugging? Because at the end of the day, angry bigots online are just the tip of the iceberg. According to the ACLU, they are tracking 491 active bills in state legislatures that can be described as anti-LGBTQ+. A separate anti-trans bill tracker claims to be tracking 561 bills in state legislatures. The fundamental right of LGBTQ+ people to simply exist is under attack. If we allow for there to be a “both sides” argument about whether it’s okay for two heterosexual men to platonically hug, we are allowing the door to remain open for bigotry. This is two men hugging because they are friends. And yet people feel comfortable enough to say that it’s part of some sort of LGBTQ+ “agenda”.

Boosie Badazz Blasts 50 Cent’s Bashing Of Lil Baby’s Pictures With Michael Rubin

If you haven’t seen them already by now, there are some absolutely wholesome pictures on Lil Baby and Michael Rubin embracing at the latter’s 4th of July white party. Still, unfortunately the show of love came under fire from homophobic remarks when they went viral online. While they’re not overtly bigoted, there’s usually a subtext there where some people immediately raise eyebrows when they see affection between two men. One of these came courtesy of 50 Cent on Instagram: “See this is why I don’t go to no party puffy and them at [side eye emoji],” he wrote. “Da f**k is going on here [facepalm emoji, sulking emoji] get the f**k off my young [ninja emoji] WTF!”

After this came out, Boosie Badazz hopped on Instagram Live to voice his frustration with people criticizing the Atlanta rapper. “I ain’t finna s**t on Lil Baby,” he responded to a commenter, saying it was just a poor picture and isn’t about what people assume. “I don’t give a f**k what picture he took. Ya’ll can get off my live with that Lil Baby s**t, I’m letting ya’ll know. Yeah, that’s my n***a. That man likes p***y. That man likes straight p***y. Say something bout Lil Baby again. B***h, I’m trying to get back on tour with Lil Baby, b***h a**, you think I’m finna say something bout Lil Baby? Get your b***h a** of my live, h*e.”

50 Cent’s Post About Lil Baby & Michael Rubin Pics That Boosie Took Issue With

Regardless, after that star-studded party, the “Merch Madness” MC brushed that all off, hopping on a private jet with Michael Rubin and Meek Mill. Then, he performed at Vegas’ TAO nightclub for the NBA Summer Players Party on Saturday (July 8). In attendance were heavyweights like James Harden, Carmelo Anthony, Joel Embiid, Jayson Tatum, Flavor Flav, and many more. It’s clear Lil Baby wants a good time rather than worry about what 50 Cent or Boosie are saying about him.

Baby Performs In Vegas

Meanwhile, the Baton Rouge rapper’s defense of Baby is interesting considering his own history of homophobic remarks and challenging claims that he’s bigoted. It’s a murky line to walk, but one that’s apparently on a brighter side these days. Hopefully others can learn from his example and he continues trending in a more accepting and understanding fashion. Still, for more on 50 Cent, Lil Baby, and Boosie Badazz, log back into HNHH.

Lil Baby & Michael Rubin Take Private Jet With Meek Mill After Viral Hug Pic

Lil Baby and Michael Rubin are the Internet’s new best friends after a picture of them “drunk hugging” at his white party went viral. In fact, they took multiple pictures of note, such as when Rubin hugged Baby from behind and when two other guys sandwiched the rapper. It made for a pretty cheeky and funny moment that of course inspired a lot of memes and comments online talking about it. Clearly all the people involved noticed, and they happened to be on a private jet when they really started talking about it. Moreover, the Fanatics mogul and the It’s Only Me MC joked around with the pics on a private jet with Meek Mill.

“Drunken hugs coming in Vegas tonight!” Michael Rubin wrote on his Instagram Story, possibly referring to UFC 290. “Quit making fun of me, when I’m drunk, you’re gonna get a mother drunken hug tonight,” he told Lil Baby, who was laughing hysterically while looking at his phone. Also, he told the Philly native that he was getting a drunken hug too, which he hilariously protested against with a couple of “Nooooooo”s. On his own IG, Baby posted another video of Mike threatening to hug him and actually exposed the person who took them in jest, who rode around with them in the air.

Sure, not everyone liked these new viral pictures, but you can’t deny that they at least had a lot of fun. For example, 50 Cent recently reacted to these new images on Instagram, and we don’t know if he has a real issue with this or just a case of FOMO. “Da f**k is going on here,” he captioned. “Get the f**k off my young [ninja emoji] WTF!” However, Michael Rubin had a much more wholesome and appreciative take on his white party that included Lil Baby, Kim Kardashian, Travis Scott, and many others.

“A big thanks to everyone who joined us,” he wrote about his 4th of July party. “Hope you’re hurting less than I am today. In all seriousness, it’s an honor and a privilege to bring together so many amazing people each year.” For more news and the latest updates on Lil Baby and Michael Rubin, come back to HNHH.

Kevin Hart Has Questions For Quavo At Michael Rubin’s Party

Kevin Hart has questions. And while the answers might never come, we have a video of the comedian dancing drunk at Michael Rubin’s white-out party from last weekend. Hart broke out his best dance moves — at least, the best ones in his inebriated state — to Quavo’s “Hotel Lobby.” The late, great Takeoff is also on the track. Kevin did the hip-hop world justice by being absolutely turnt and having himself a wonderful time with the music.

Kevin Hart posted the video to his Instagram with a hilarious caption. “Welp….My wife showed me this video, and I had so many questions,” he begins the post. He wondered where the Crocs came from, referring to the shoes he had on in the video. (He didn’t come to the party with those.) Hart is also curious as to whose glasses he’s wearing. The third question refers to his wife, Eniko, and why she’s always getting him hyped. But his best question is saved for last: “WHERE ARE MY F*CKING SOCKS AND SHOES?????”

Kevin Hart — who was also seen with Druski at the Rubin party — let his fans know that “My dumbass was gone off that Miiinnnnoooo Liiiinnnnnoooo.” Mino Lino is a reference to Gran Coramino Tequila, which Hart co-founded with Juan Domingo Beckmann. Drunk off his own tequila, hyped up by Eniko (who recorded the video), he and Quavo pointed to the camera, feeling the entire vibe of “Hotel Lobby.”

As for Quavo, he had himself a good time too. He was partying with Tom Brady and Travis Scott earlier in the evening. And the host of the night, Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin, offered a potential answer to all of Kevin Hart’s questions. He commented on the above Insta post, “The answer to your questions is endless shots!!!!” We can give Hart a pass here because it looks like everyone was wilding at this white-out Fourth of July extravaganza.

Lil Baby Gives Back In His ‘Merch Madness’ Video With The Help Of Michael Rubin, Chris Paul, And More

In the video for his new song “Merch Madness,” Lil Baby has some fun with the title’s sports-related concept by teaming up with a squad of athletes to show off his philanthropic side. Filmed at a youth event where NBA players like Chris Paul and Joel Embiid gave away gear backed by Fanatics, Lil Baby roams the halls of The Frederick Douglass Academy in Harlem, New York, and hangs out with the kids as they enjoy their new sports equipment.

Other cameos in the video include Baby’s fellow rappers Meek Mill and Quavo, NFL legends Eli Manning and Tom Brady, and Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin. The Merch Madness event, which took place on June 27, reportedly gave away over 300,000 licensed pieces to approximately 100,000 underserved youth in 100 locations across the US. In the song, Lil Baby highlights the endeavor, rapping on the chorus:

Merch madness, I done took it global
Jump back in my bag, did this one for the culture
Ain’t too good to give, my cup been runnin’ over
Made these millions for the kids, I gotta turn it over

Baby’s been growing his corporate partnership portfolio a bunch this year; in May, he announced a collaboration with Axe including his own manga, although in a TikTok he shot to promote it, he was less than impressed with the results of an AI anime filter.
