GloRilla is no stranger to making surprising claims out of nowhere. For example, earlier this year she surprised fans when she claimed that Lil Uzi Vert is her cousin. There doesn’t seem to be any strong evidence for that but it would put her in an awkward situation as she’s currently beefing with Uzi’s girlfriend, City Girls rapper JT. During a recent Instagram livestream where she was discussing twerking, she made one quick comment that fans have become hung up on.

In the video, she’s livestreaming from her bathroom discussing her twerking abilities. She’s explaining that she can’t show off her moves the best while wearing black but assures fans she’s talented. One of the ways she tries to back that claim up is by saying Megan Thee Stallion learned how to twerk from her. Megan is no stranger to the move, having recently taken to social media to declare herself the queen of it. Earlier this week, Meg took a break from her studio sessions and tour rehearsals to grab sushi with some friends, at which time she went Live on Instagram to share the night with her millions of followers.

In clips circulating on various blogs, Tina Snow is notably under the influence while talking about one of her bestie’s new man. “You got a new ni**a, I don’t even know the ni**a,” the black-haired baddie yells. “Y’all know my best friend, Jayla,” Thee Stallion says to viewers in the video below, encouraging her pal to “scoot in closer” while they talk. “My day one best friend, my realest best friend, my only best friend,” the femcee gives Jayla her flowers before chewing her out for keeping her love life private.

As Thee Stallion’s date for the evening eats some sushi dipped in eel sauce, her famous friend appears to side-eye her. Jayla laughs and blows a kiss, only for Meg to drunkenly ask, “Why would you dip in my stuff?” It’s unclear if the latter was genuinely bothered, though she seemed unimpressed when her gal pal pointed out that was the only eel sauce at their table. “You know you just got a new ni**a, now look at your wasabi in my eel sauce! I don’t even know the ni**a… All of a sudden, dipping in my s**t with a new ni**a,” Thee Stallion yelled before realizing how far her voice carried inside the restaurant.

Reactions to the footage are pouring in online, and some of the comments are even comparing the situation to Meg’s past with Tory Lanez and her former best friend, Kelsey Harris. “She didn’t introduce him because she doesn’t want you to go behind her back and hit him up ,” one user speculated. “Tory was only around for Meg. Let’s not act like he really was there just to be with Kelsey,” another wrote in her defense.

Megan Thee Stallion’s New Video Shares The Keys To A Hot Girl Workout, Including Snacks, Supplements, And Music

The Hot Girl Coach is sharing the details of her go-to workouts. In a profile for Women’s Health, Megan Thee Stallion shared how she keeps a healthy mind and body (ody-ody-ody). As part of her cover feature, she participated in an “Everything But The Sweat” video where she broke down her workout routine.

Meg starts each morning with prayer. Afterwards, she puts anime on the television for background noise, then goes onto her balcony to meditate. She then thinks about her daily tasks, plays with her dogs, and then goes about doing her “hot girl activities.”

“I definitely prefer to workout in the morning,” Meg said in the video, “because you are really that girl if you jump out the bed and have working out on your mind. If you start your day with sweating, and squatting, and punching, and lifting, and doing ab workouts and stuff, you have no choice but to really tackle your day the same way.”

As she prefers to workout as soon as she wakes up, Meg prefers to keep her pre-workout meals light, her go-to’s including turkey bacon and two hard-boiled eggs, or a green juice made with spinach, kale, ginger, turmeric, collagen powder, and apples. Additionally, Meg takes supplements to help maintain her wellness.

“I definitely take vitamin C and I take magnesium,” said Meg. “Magnesium helps with my muscle aches and vitamin C like helps with the bone cartilage, because I’m on stage and like squatting for 60 to 90 minutes, and I need these knees and they be asking, what’s the secret to the making knees?”

Elsewhere in the video, Meg revealed the music on her workout playlist, which includes music by Young Dolph, Key Glock, and of course, her own song, “Freak Nasty.”

When you reach a certain level of fame, it’s essentially inevitable that people will start to speculate about whether you’ve had some sort of cosmetic surgery done. Megan Thee Stallion is at this point, as she has apparently been accused of getting a nose job.

As XXL notes, In an Instagram Story video shared on April 8, Megan said, “They be like, ‘Oh my gosh, she got her nose done.’ No, y’all h*es wish I got my nose done. Y’all h*es need to comprehend how much the recovery surgery take. Y’all need to comprehend the recovery time surgery take. I’ve been on your [expletive] since 2017. At what point in life I had time to lay down and let you h*es breathe? Keep up, h*e.”

So, the answer came right from the stallion’s mouth, as Meg says she did not get a nose job.

What she did do, though, is set the internet ablaze with her twerking challenge. Many followed Meg in sharing videos of themselves twerking, and this even got the attention of Latto, who shared her own high-effort clip.

In a post on Twitter (not X), Thee Stallion teased her family’s upcoming appearance on Family Feud with another grand declaration, saying, “This might be in the top 5 of best family feud episodes. Megan isn’t the first rapper to bring her family on the long-running game show. In 2022, rap pioneers Salt-N-Pepa teamed up with Kid-N-Play to take on the cast of The Proud Family. Meanwhile, in 2020, Atlanta rap royalty 2 Chainz and Big Boi of Outkast faced off, yielding a number of hilarious clips.

Family Feud isn’t the only family-related competition Megan has found herself in this month, either. She put that “Best Ass On Instagram” title on the line with an open twerking challenge, inviting her fellow rappers and hot girls to shake what their mamas gave them (heh) to see who’s got the best booty video set to her and GloRilla’s new song “Wanna Be.” Latto with a video of her own, writing, “U called for BIG MAMA ???” as she threw her short shorts in the ring.

Family Feud hasn’t announced when the episode in question will air, but you can bet it’ll probably be one of the most-watched yet.

Nicki Minaj just made history. She’s currently headlining the highest-grossing tour by a female rapper of all time, and she managed to do it in less than 20 shows. According to Touring Data, Minaj’s Pink Friday 2 tour grossed a record-setting $34.9 million within the first 17 performances. This achievement is a testament to the rapper’s catalog of hits and her ability to stay relevant a decade and a half after she arrived on the music scene.

Minaj’s longevity has been the subject of much discussion in recent years. Ja Rule praised the “Red Ruby da Sleaze” rapper during a 2023 episode of Stepping Into the Shade Room. “Minaj’s place in hip-hop is [solidified],” Ja asserted. “The female MCs they’re having a run like they’ve never had before, and to me, in my opinion, I would say Nicki re-opened that door.” Ja hasn’t been alone in this sentiment. Minaj, who dropped her debut album back in 2010, has also received props from Da Brat and GloRilla. “Staying in the game, staying strong,” the latter said during an appearance on The Heat. “I’m trying to be consistent like that.”

Minaj not only claimed the highest-grossing tour by a female rapper, but the highest-grossing concert as well. Touring Data reports that the rapper’s Madison Square Garden show on March 30, 2024, grossed a whopping $2.858 million. The success of the tour should come as no surprise to hip-hop fans, as Minaj’s recent album also set records. Pink Friday 2 netted the largest first week vinyl sales by a female rapper in history, in addition to securing Minaj’s third number-one album. Pink Friday 2 also scored Minaj’s first #1 single as a solo artist, “Super Freaky Girl.” From a records standpoint, it’s a good time to be a Barb.

The numbers are also a nice return to form after Minaj’s messy exchange with Megan Thee Stallion. The two rapper traded diss tracks early on, but Minaj’s “Bigfoot” was widely panned by fans and critics alike. Megan’s diss, on the other hand, “Hiss”, received critical acclaim and topped the Billboard Hot 100.
