Today (November 11), Megan Fox confirmed she’s pregnant with her and MGK’s (formerly Machine Gun Kelly) first child together.
Fox shared the news on Instagram. The two-image post features a maternity photo of Fox, naked but covered in black oil as she shows off her baby bump. The second photo is of a positive pregnancy test. She tagged MGK in the post, confirming that he’s the father. The post is captioned, “nothing is ever really lost. welcome back.”
Both Fox and MGK have children from previous relationships. Fox is mother to three boys — Noah Shannon Green (born in 2012), Bodhi Ransom Green (born in 2014), and Journey River Green (born in 2016) — with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, as People notes. MGK also has a daughter, Casie Colson Baker, born in 2009, per People.
Meanwhile, MGK recently spoke about how he’s perceived in the hip-hop community and how he believes it differs between races, saying, “I won’t deny that there is a subconscious stigma around that — being white in hip-hop. To me, it’s so funny because the streets f*ck with me so tough. It’s honestly from other white people that give me the most sh*t.”
Sean Strickland is in for the fight of his life, and it doesn’t involve a UFC octagon. Today (August 27), Machine Gun Kelly delivered a few blows to the former champion’s public image.
During the “Lonely Road” rapper’s appearance on the Impaulsive podcast, MGK let loose on Strickland.
“I don’t know this guy from a crumb of bread,” he said. “I didn’t know who he was when I met him. I got hip afterward that he’s insanely racist and homophobic and just not my type of guy, so I would have never wanted to shake his hand in the first place. If you’re comfortable as yourself, you don’t care who anybody else is and how they are.”
But that was just the start of his unloading, as he straight demanded that Strickland: “Shut the f*ck up.”
However, MGK made it clear that always he wants Strickland to lay off, he’s not done with the matter just yet. “Don’t speak on me anymore and live your life,” he said. “But you won’t, and I’m going to continue laughing at you because you’re a f*cking idiot.”
Yes, MGK is known for being a wild boy. But, in this case, it appears he’s just finishing what Strickland started. If you know anything about is back-and-forth with Eminem, MGK has proven to have amazing stamina when it comes to beefs.

Machine Gun Kelly guested on Bunnie XO’s Dumb Blondepodcast on Monday. During their near two-hour conversation, they touched on a number of topics, including his rough childhood, issues with his mother, and why he left hip-hop to do rock instead. MGK also revealed that he has been sober for a year, having gone to rehab at the conclusion of his European tour for several substance-related issues.
“I’m completely sober from everything. I don’t drink anymore. I haven’t drank since last August,” MGK revealed. The Cleveland artist says being sober has benefited his relationship with his daughter Casie. “I’m really happy when I’m clear and me and my daughter are having our conversations and I’m coming from a place of being centered and holding space for what a child needs from their parent,” he added. “Both of my feet are on the ground and I’m unstoppable.” MGK also recalled his daughter saying that she knew when he was high during their conversations, which was a wake-up call.
Machine Gun Kelly Reveals He Is Completely Sober After Rehab Stint
In March, Megan Fox confirmed her and MGK’s engagement was off. During the recent interview, MGK admits his substance abuse had to do with the relationship ending. He also mentioned that Fox’s disappointment in him not being able to get clean was part of the reason he went to rehab at all. The two have been in a relationship since 2020. Fox also sparked pregnancy rumors after her cameo in the video for MGK and Jelly Roll’s song, “Lonely Road.“
At one point during the show, Bunnie asked MGK if he was up for a drinking contest against Jelly Roll. Kelly had to politely decline, though he did make it clear that he would have taken up that offer if he wasn’t on the sobriety path. “It just kills me because I just know I would have f*cking drank that man under the table!” It was a brief moment of levity during what appeared to be a very heavy podcast episode. MGK’s full conversation with Bunnie XO is available everywhere that podcasts are available, though the video version is not yet on her YouTube channel.
MGK and Megan Fox are a celebrity couple in every sense of the phrase. They love the limelight, and using it to bolster their reputations as eccentrics. They really outdid themselves with MGK’s new music video, though. The rapper and actress appear in the video for “Lonely Road,” and they play a couple who are expecting their first child. Megan Fox can be seen sporting a very prominent baby bump throughout the video. Naturally, this has led to speculation that MGK and Fox are going to be starting a family in real life.
Pregnancy doesn’t play a part in “Lonely Road” video so much as serve as the primary focus. MGK plays a criminal who gets locked up, and Fox visits him in prison after giving birth to their child. Naturally, fans have flocked to social media to theorize that the couple are covertly revealing their own pregnancy in the process. It’s the sort of dramatic unveiling that MGK and Megan Fox would go for, but there’s no proof to support these claims. For one, Fox has recently been seen in public, and does not have a baby bump. If the bump she was sporting in the music video was real, it would have been easily spotted by fans.
MGK And Megan Fox Previously Suffered A Miscarriage
It’s also worth considering MGK and Fox’s past. The couple suffered a miscarriage in 2023, and Fox detailed the devastating aftermath during an interview with People Magazine. “I’ve never been through anything like that in my life,” she told the outlet. “I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately.” Fox also wrote about the miscarriage in her memoir, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous. “I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh,” she wrote in poem form. “But now / I have to say / goodbye…. As they rip you from my insides.”
MGK also took the miscarriage to heart. The rapper wrote the song “Twin Flame” in honor of his unborn child. He confirmed the inspiration during a performance at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards. “[This is] for my wife,” he said during the performance. “And this is for our unborn child.” “Twin Flame” features the sound of a heartbeat in the instrumental, furthering the emotional devastation of the song. MGK has a daughter from a previous relationship, and Fox has three kids from an earlier marriage. If they are in fact expecting, then they will let the world known soon enough.
Machine Gun Kelly is one of the most talked about artists in all of music. A lot of that talk is hate directed at both the man himself and his music, but even more might be rumors about his relationship. He spent the past year alongside model Megan Fox and the couple were ubiquitous. That’s why fans took notice the moment they stopped spending time together constantly. Subsequently that’s led to weeks of rumors about the pair having split up. Additionally many fans think they might have even confirmed it with an interview Fox did at Coachella saying that men were often a waste of time.
That’s why many fans were shocked by MGK’s newest Instagram photo dump. He celebrated his birthday in style recently with what looked like a spectacular party. He captioned the post “genre: birthday,” a reference to his recent collaborative EP genre: sadboy with Trippie Redd. In the pictures, he parties with fellow musicians like Post Malone and Thundercat. He also shows off a special genre: birthday cake sporting his own face. But most surprisingly of all, one of the pictures sees the rapper hanging out alongside Megan Fox. The picture had fans completely rethinking the pair’s past few weeks. Check out the photo dump he shared below.
Earlier this year, Machine Gun Kelly made waves for a wild new tattoo he got. He revealed that he had gotten an absolutely massive blackout over both of his arms and much of his chest. Consequently, fans were divided on the move as it covered up many of the iconic and recognizable tats they had come to know and love on the rapper and rockstar’s body.

Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox’s relationship has been turbulent for much of the time its unfolded in the public eye. Last month, Fox confirmed that the pair’s engagement had officially ended and it’s been on the mind of interviewers talking to her ever since. Over the weekend, she was in attendance at Coachella. Machine Gun Kelly famously claimed that he was banned from the festival for unspecified reasons. But that didn’t stop an interviewer talking to Fox from asking a question that got fans thinking about mgk.
During a conversation with E! News, she was asked to give her best advice to single people. “I don’t know if I’m the best person to give advice, because my advice is like just learn a skill or develop a hobby,“ and do not waste your energy on boys. All they’re going to do is drain you. Just move on. Invest in yourself,” Fox replied. The comments got plenty of attention online as fans reacted to what she had to say. That became the case even more when Machine Gun Kelly weighed in with his thoughts. He commented “PREACH” on a clip of the interview that Fox reposted to her Instagram, prompting fan confusion. Check out his comment below.
Earlier this year, mgk stunned fans by revealing his new tattoo. He took to Instagram to show off a massive area of his arms and chest that had been completely blacked out. A few weeks later he took fans behind the scenes on the painful and exhaustive process. Plenty of his fans rejected the new tat as it covered up some of the ink they had come to know and love.
What do you think of Machine Gun Kelly’s vague response to Megan Fox’s comments about not wasting energy on boys? Do you think her comments were a veiled critique at MGK? Let us know in the comment section below.
Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox broke the internet when the lovebirds revealed they were officially a couple. Fans quickly showed their support, as it seemed their love kept growing stronger as time went on.
Most recently, Megan went on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast to reveal that her engagement with the Ohio recording artist is called off — but she still calls him her “twin soul.”
Megan states, “I think that what I’ve learned from being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption. As of now, I don’t have a comment on the status of the relationship, per se. What I can say is [he] is what I refer to as being my ‘twin soul’ and there will always be a tether to him, no matter what.”
The couple originally got engaged in January 2022, but things have since gone up and down within their relationship.
Megan adds, “I can’t say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I’m not willing to explain.”
MGK and Megan began dating in June of 2020, initially sparking dating rumors as Megan made a standout appearance in the MGK’s “Bloody Valentine” music video. US Weekly recently reported that the two are also no longer living together.
Are Megan Fox And Machine Gun Kelly Still Engaged?
On the March 20, Fox-featuring episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast, host Alex Cooper noted that Fox “got engaged, then I think it was called off,” as NME notes. Fox replied, “All those things you said were accurate things that have occurred.”
Fox then spoke vaguely about the current status of her and MGK’s relationship, saying, “I think that what I’ve learned from being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption. I think, as of now, I don’t have a comment on the status of the relationship, per se. What I can say is [he] is what I refer to as being my ‘twin soul’ and there will always be a tether to him, no matter what.”
So, what appears to be the case is that at one point, Fox and MGK broke off their engagement, and it’s not currently clear if it is still called off, or what they current relationship status is.
Megan Fox has clarified the rumors that she drank Machine Gun Kelly’s blood, confirming that it happened but denying any links to Satanism. “Everything is a matter of what you’re accustomed to or what is currently socially acceptable or normal. And back in like the ‘50s even – how many times did you see like little boys would go out with their little pop guns and they would cut their fingers and be blood brothers, right? And they’re like, ‘We’re best friends forever now.’ They would smush the blood together on their fingers. That’s not Satanic, right? That’s normal and that’s cute. It’s like that except instead of rubbing your fingers together, the drop of blood goes in your mouth. And I don’t know why that becomes Satanic,” Fox told Call Her Daddy.
Furthermore, Fox took aim at the double standard that existed around her behavior. “I understand people think are like, ‘Hey, that’s weird.’ But guess what I think is weird? I think it’s weird that girls are out here letting guys c-m in their mouth and they don’t know these guys. F-ck you. You’re so offended that I got a drop of Machine Gun Kelly’s blood in my mouth. What is so gross about what I did with my soulmate?” Fox continued.
Megan Fox Sets The Record Straight About Her Cosmetic Surgery History
Elsewhere, Fox broke her silence about the extent of plastic surgery she’s had. “That’s something I’ve literally been accused of having six, seven, eight rhinoplasty surgeries, which is impossible. Your nose would get necrosis and fall off. I haven’t had a rhinoplasty since I was, I’m going to say 23. It’s been well over a decade. I’ve not touched my nose since then,” Fox told Call Her Daddy. Furthermore, she also revealed that she had her first breast enhancement surgery between filming the first two Transformers films and has since had two touch-up procedures.
Additionally, Fox dispelled a number of common rumors about her cosmetic surgery history, as well as one procedure she isn’t ready to share yet. “I’ve never had a facelift of any kind. So no midface lift, no lateral brow lift, although I would like one or no regular brow lift. I’ve never done threads. I’ve never had [buccal fat removal] done. I’ll never have any fat removed. I’m a very lean person that doesn’t have enough body fat or fat in my face, so I’ll only ever put fat in. No BBL. But there’s one thing I had done that I’m gatekeeping because it was really good and it’s not a known plastic surgery. People don’t even really know about it,” Fox added.
Back in 2022, Megan Fox generated some attention when she said (and then said again) that she and Machine Gun Kelly sometimes drink each other’s blood. This apparently led to rumors that she’s Satanic and/or in the Illuminati, which she addressed on a recent episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast.
“Everything is a matter of what you’re accustomed to or what is currently socially acceptable or normal. And back in like the ’50s even, how many times did you see like, little boys would go out with their little pop guns and they would cut their fingers and be blood brothers, right? And they’re like, ‘We’re best friends forever now.’ They would smush the blood together on their fingers. That’s not Satanic, right? That’s normal and that’s cute. It’s like that except instead of rubbing your fingers together, the drop of blood goes in your mouth. And I don’t know why that becomes Satanic.
I understand people think like, ‘Hey, that’s weird.’ But guess what I think is weird? I think it’s weird that girls are out here letting guys c*m in their mouth and they don’t know these guys. F*ck you. You’re so offended that I got a drop of Machine Gun Kelly’s blood in my mouth. What is so gross about what I did with my soulmate?”
