“There have been many times in my life where I’ve been propositioned to get a huge role,” Lawrence explained. “I’ve lost my agency because I went to the hotel room…of a very prominent Oscar award winning director who showed up in his robe, asked me to take my clothes off, and said he needed to take Polaroids of me. And if I did x, y, and z, I would be the next Marvel character. I didn’t do that and my agency fired me because I left this director’s room.”

The comments from Chilli come after Lawrence previously had to clarify that the two are not trying to have a baby. He had caused confusion with remarks he made during an interview with Entertainment Tonight. “That’s the game plan. That’s what we’re trying to do,” he previously said. “My life is in complete bloom right now. I get to spend time with an amazing woman like Chilli. I’ve never gotten to be able to experience that kind of relationship before. She’s really, really special.”

The TLC singer says that, while she’s open to the idea, they haven’t reached that stage in their relationship yet. Speaking on the Ryan Cameron Uncensored show, Chilli explained that Lawrence’s comments were misunderstood and that she’s waiting until marriage.

You gotta go.’ So it was just like that kind of thing.”
