Diddy’s Beverly Hills Mansion Reportedly Not Selling Due To “Ick Factor”

Diddy’s been making plenty of headlines as of late for his legal issues. The mogul is currently behind bars in New York City on charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. He’s also facing several lawsuits from various individuals accusing him of sexual assault, abuse, and more. According to TMZ, this might be scaring prospective buyers away from his Beverly Hills mansion. It went up for sale two months ago.

Sources recently told the outlet that there’s been very little interest in the property, with “only a few” potential buyers doing walk-throughs. Reportedly, nobody has shown any real interest in buying it due to the “ick factor” it has considering all of the allegations against Diddy. One source even claimed that a married couple recently toured the home, but the woman was “creeped out” and eager to leave.

This isn’t the only factor to consider, however, as realtors have described the $61.5 million asking price as “ridiculous.” The real estate market also slows down as the holiday season approaches, which could explain the lack of interest in Diddy’s property. As for the Bad Boy founder himself, it looks like he’ll remain at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn for at least another few months.

In October, Judge Arun Subramanian offered him a May 5, 2025 trial date, which his lawyer Marc Agnifilo accepted. The judge also scheduled a discovery hearing for December 18 of this year. What do you think of sources claiming that there aren’t many people interested in purchasing Diddy’s Beverly Hills mansion? Are you surprised by this or not? Kanye West Purchases Extravagant $35 Million Mansion In Beverly Hills

It’s only been about a month since Kanye West sold his now desolate Malibu mansion. If you remember, the visionary had plans to convert it into a bomb shelter. However, it never really came to fruition and it’s left the new owner in shambles. Belwood Investments CEO, Bo Belmont, and his company took the property off of his hands in late September for $21 million. It was a staggering $36 million less than what Ye bought it for three years ago.

Mr. Belmont ripped the stark changes to the “architectural masterpiece,” saying, “That was a really dumb move. Really no purpose… He single-handedly destroyed [it]… My goal is to make it as though Kanye was never there. The house will be restored right back to what it was. It would have required extensive review… There’s a process to it and he does things his own way, and the city of Malibu, they don’t care who you are they’ll hold you accountable.”

Well, we will just have to wait and see what Kanye does to his next abode because he’s already purchased another one. It is just as stunning, according to TMZ, as it features an entertainment pavilion, pools with waterfalls and others for doing laps, a pool house, in addition to a gazebo. There’s a paddle tennis court, it’s 20,000 square feet, there’s seven acres of land, and even 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms. It’s located in a gated community called Beverly Park North in Beverly Hills. Ye scooped it up for $35 million in an off-market deal and many other celebrities have lived here before. Some include Mark Wahlberg, Justin Bieber, Denzel Washington, and Eddie Murphy. Ye did get his hands on the home under the same LLC used to sell the Malibu pad.

Cardi B & Offset Sued For Not Paying To Use Mansion In “Like What” Music Video

Cardi B and Offset are being named in a brand-new lawsuit, according to TMZ. This is stemming from one of the handful of singles that the former has put out this year, “Like What (Freestyle)”. At the time, the on and off hip-hop couple were on, and the former Migos member was supporting her vision for the track. He is the credited director for the single’s music video, which is why both are facing this legal issue right now. The majority of the visuals were taken at a luxurious and modern mansion Beverly Hills, California.

There was a rental fee, but allegedly, Cardi B and Offset never forked over the money. In fact, the plaintiff, which is the owner of the property, claims they didn’t because they knew it was expensive. Knowing that, the rapper’s representatives allegedly contacted the homeowner and said that a random client was trying to film a TikTok video. Due to that lie, he wiped away the rental fee.

Kanye West’s Malibu Mansion Buyer Revealed

The buyer of Kanye West’s infamous Malibu mansion, which he recently sold for around $21 million, has been revealed to be Belwood Investments, a “real estate crowdfunding firm” that’s been in operation since 2018. In a press release the company put out, they confirmed plans to put $5 million in renovations into the home “to restore the property to its original state.”

“We are incredibly excited about the acquisition of this property,” Belmont said. “This is not just a phenomenal real estate investment; it is an opportunity to revitalize and preserve an architectural gem by the renowned Tadao Ando, ensuring it remains a jewel of Malibu. The release added that: “Restoration will honor the unique materials and innovative design elements specified by Ando, many of which were imported from around the world… The renovation process is anticipated to take 12-16 months.” It also noted that: “Richard Sachs, the original owner, aptly described it: ‘This is not just a house; this is like a Picasso, a cubist painting, very important and very rare.’” The company never made mention of Kanye West’s ownership.

West caused controversy regarding the property by stripping it, despite the rarity of Ando residences. The New York Post previously reported that he described it to a worker as his “bomb shelter” and “Batcave.” He removed tubs, light fixtures, windows, heating, air conditioning, and more. The house encompasses 4,000 square feet and contains four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Be on the lookout for further updates on Kanye West on HotNewHipHop.

Drake’s Toronto Mansion Gets Flooded After Massive Storm: Watch

Drake cannot catch a break. The Kendrick Lamar victory lap got a second wind when the “Not Like Us” music video dropped on July 4th. Then there was the shooting that took place at his home in May. Now, the same Toronto mansion that took gunfire has fallen victim to the elements. Huge thunderstorms have rolled through Canada, resulting in Drake’s sprawling estate being flooded. The damage was so bad that the rapper posted a video of the flood on Instagram. The damage is going to be severe.

Drake posted the flooding footage on his Instagram on July 16. A man can be seen opening the door, while water rushes into the house and covers the floor. The whole room is covered, and Drake walks through to show how far the flooding has spread. He tried to make light of the unfortunate situation by writing: “This better be espresso martini” over the video. Drake’s mansion was not the only Toronto landmark to take damage due to severe weather. According to the Toronto Star, DVP lanes were shut down and Union Station was flooded, meaning commuters were stranded.

Drake’s Home Is Among The Toronto Areas Affected By Rain

The outlet noted the difference between normal Toronto weather and this more recent extreme. Toronto saw 98 mm of rain on July 16, which is the fifth wettest day on record since 1938. Generally, the city gets 75 mm of rain throughout the summer. The uptick is massive. Environment Canada meteorologist Trudy Kidd told the Toronto Star that the city got more rain in a single day than it usually does in a whole month. Fortunately, for Drake, he has a stunning new property in Texas to hang out at until his Toronto mansion is repaired.

The rapper purchased a $15 million ranch called The Inn at Dos Brisas. The property is located between Austin and Houston, and spans a staggering 313 acres. Drake even hyped up the property on Instagram by adopting a Texas accent. “Me and my partna’, we done gone country on y’all,” he told his fans in June. “We said we was gonna do it for a lot of years and we’re doing it today. The sale is made. We gotta drop a new one for this. If you see your girl at the ‘Lover Boy Lane,’ it’s over.”

Drake’s $15 Million Texas Home: See Its Acres & Luxury Cottages

Drake may be facing some trespassing problems in his Toronto home, but he’s got a nice mansion near Houston to switch things up if need be. Moreover, new pictures and videos have emerged of his property in Chappell Hill, Texas that he purchased for $15 million from Lifestyle Ranch & Home Group back in October of 2023. The acres used to be a resort, but it went out of business around July of 2022 due to financial problems amid the COVID-19 pandemic. It features a lot of impressive and luxurious amenities that you can see in the video linked below, including cottages for family and friends, a full commercial kitchen, a horse track, and plenty of land for whatever the 6ix God sees fit.

Furthermore, a lot of fans are speculating whether or not Drake will want to move into this property as soon as possible given some horrible security threats back in Toronto. Not only have there been three attempted trespassers in the past few days, but the Bridle Path neighborhood also suffered a shooting that struck an alleged security guard. While outlets indicated that this occurred very near to Drizzy’s home, the situation still remains quite unclear. Hopefully these issues can be resolved soon, as no one should have to suffer through these scary situations.

Meanwhile, a lot of folks tied it to the Kendrick Lamar feud that he recently battled out, although he seemed to wave the white flag on Instagram. Of course, Drake will surely come back at some point with some heat for his fans and the general rap public. In fact, it will be interesting to see just how quickly we forget that this feud happened in the first place. Surely some more hits and plenty of time removed will result in some selective memory.

Speaking of which, there are some out there who still believe the battle is not over, and that Drake could come out on top. Let us know your take on that in the comments section below, but understand that it’s a tough call to make either way. He’s got a lot to process, something that this Texas mansion can perhaps aid in. We’ll see whether the next song we hear from the OVO mogul is something along the lines of “10PM In Chappell Hill.”

Rick Ross Kicks Off $20M Star Island Mansion Renovation Amid Drake Beef

It’s no secret that it’s been an already busy month for Rick Ross. The rapper continues to clown Drake amid the Canadian hitmaker’s viral beef with Kendrick Lamar, which he jumped into in April. He released a Drizzy diss track at the time called “Champagne Moments,” prompting some online back and forth between the two artists. He’s since been vocal about each development in the feud, most recently slamming Drake for his latest response, “The Heart Part 6.” According to Ross, Drake did a terrible job of addressing Kendrick’s pedophile allegations, and ought to consider getting a better team.

Aside from that debacle, Ross also recently revealed that his private jet had to make an emergency crash landing in Dallas, TX. He jokingly blamed Drake for that too, though social media users later noticed that the 6 God liked a post about his safe landing, indicating that he was glad Ross was unscathed. “Drake fighter jet shot us down!” he wrote regardless.

Rick Ross Says He’d “Love” To Be Neighbors With Drake

It’s no secret that tensions between Rick Ross and Drake have been high in recent days. Evidently, Rozay only continues to add fuel to the fire. The debacle began last week when Drake unveiled his eagerly-anticipated response to those dissing him lately, “Push Ups.” On the song, he throws jabs at Metro Boomin, Future, and of course, Kendrick Lamar. He also took a few shots at Ross, threatening to steal his girl, poking fun at his age, and claiming that “every song that made it on the chart he got from Drizzy.”

As expected, Rick Ross didn’t waste any time responding, promptly unleashing his own diss track, “Champagne Moments.” In his diss, he accuses Drake of getting a nose job, hitting French Montana with a cease and desist, and more. Drake’s since shut down the nose jobs rumors, and the two of them continue to throw mostly subliminal shade online.

Lot Next To Rick Ross’ Star Island Mansion Is “Only” $37M

Most recently, Rick Ross hopped online to show off the progress that’s been made on his Star Island mansion. According to him, he tore the entire thing down just to rebuild it exactly how he wanted it, as money’s no object to him. He even says that there’s an empty lot for sale right next door, and thinks Drizzy should consider investing. “They’re only asking $37M for the flat lot,” he says in the clip. “You know who I’d love to be my neighbor. So, my rich friends, it’s available and I know you’ve got somebody who would love to stay here right next to Ricky Rozay. Another famous celeb next to me.”

Ye Makes Substantial Cuts To Asking Price For Stripped-Down Mansion

Earlier this year, Ye, formerly Kanye West, listed his Malibu mansion for sale. The property plays an interesting role in his past few years. He famously stripped the mansion down of almost everything you’d typically need to live in it. What’s left has no glass or electricity and is missing multiple walls and a roof. The property has unsurprisingly fallen victim to the physical deterioration of being left outside and stands out quite drastically from the surrounding beach front properties.

Back in January, West listed the unique property for sale. It was originally listed for a staggering $53 million price tag. While the location is ideal the home itself would likely take millions in renovations for anyone to ever live in it again. The four bedroom five bathroom home unsurprisingly didn’t sell and West has just made a significant price cut to the listing. According to TMZ it’s now for sale for a full $14 million less than the original asking price, sitting at $39 million. Check out some of the newest pictures of the home below.

Ye Makes A Substantial Price Drop To Malibu Home

Earlier today a new photo of Ye with Yung Lean and Rich The Kid hit the internet. Fans are hoping he’s hard at work on VULTURES 2 the second of three volumes he promised to drop this year. Rich The Kid contributes a feature to the hit song “CARNIVAL” from VULTURES 1. The track reached number one earlier this year and has been one of the biggest hits of 2024 so far.

The album is now more than a month past it’s originally announced release date. Ye and Ty Dolla $ign also had to cancel a previously announced listening party recently. The delays have only further contributed to fan frustration around the controversial rapper’s output. What do you think of Kanye West dropping the price of his mansion by $14 million? Do you think the mansion will ever sell in its current condition? Let us know in the comment section below.

Lil Uzi Vert Finally Sells The Mansion They Listed Last Year

Late last year, Lil Uzi Vert put their California mansion up for sale. The property is in Bell Canyon and the rapper originally bought it back in 2021. The quick turnaround had the potential to net Uzi a nice profit as it was originally listed for $6 million. The five months it took to sell probably weren’t a good sign. That’s why it’s no surprise that the property eventually sold for an underwhelming $4.35 million. Given that Uzi bought the mansion for $4.4 million just a few years ago the final price tag has to be a bit of a let down for the rapper.

Earlier this year, Lil Uzi Vert deactivated their social media. They weren’t exactly clear on why but as a result they’ve been extremely quiet since. The rapper promised two new projects last year following the release of Pink Tape, but neither ever materialized. The first was the long-awaited third edition of their LUV Is Rage series. Fans were hoping the project would drop like an extended deluxe edition similar to LUV Vs. The World 2 and Eternal Atake back in 2019. The second album they announced was a tribute to Young Thug called Barter 16. The project even got an album cover where Uzi mirrored a classic Thug cover. Neither project was ever officially released despite repeated teases.

Lil Uzi Vert Sells Their Mansion For $4.35 Million

Uzi’s absence from social media has kept them away from some of the numerous dramas surrounding their partner, City Girls rapper JT. She’s been engaging in a back and forth with GloRilla dating back to last week.

But even more shocking to fans was her recent spat with the other member of City Girls, Yung Miami. The pair filled Twitter feeds with their arguments yesterday. It got so bad that “the girls are fighting” began trending on Twitter. What do you think of Lil Uzi Vert selling their mansion for slightly less than they bought it for a few years ago? Do you hope they return to social media soon? Let us know in the comment section below.
