Earlier this month, things got messy on the set of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, when Lil Scrappy allegedly confronted his castmate Khaotic. Luckily, security intervened before things got too out of hand, though their beef has since found a home on social media. Shortly after the altercation, Khaotic hopped online to share his side of the story, claiming that he and Scrappy had previously been cool on set and seeming surprised by the incident. “Out of no nowhere, Scrappy just walked up on me,” he recalled. “Security was holding him.”
According to Scrappy, however, they hadn’t spoken outside of work in at least a month. He aired his own take on the debacle on Instagram Live, calling Khaotic a thief and threatening him. “I’m gonna beat your a**,” he said. “Like I told him, ain’t no sitting down talking to me, homie. You shouldn’t have lied.” Apparently, this whole feud stems from Khaotic allegedly running off with their money from a show.
Now, Khaotic has hopped online to shut down theories that their bad blood is fake, and to call out Scrappy for refusing to work things out off-camera. “You think I’m finna go along with a man disrespecting my manhood, disrespecting my sexuality, disrespecting just my whole character?” he asked. “I’m not finna be cool with that for no storyline… I’m not doing this for storyline, that’s what he doing.”
“He told them people he ain’t talking to me unless it’s on camera,” he also added. What do you think of Khaotic shutting down theories that he and Scrappy’s beef is fake? What about him claiming that his costar won’t discuss their issues when the cameras aren’t rolling? Are you surprised or not? Over the weekend, things got heated on the set of Love and Hip-Hop: Atlanta, as Lil Scrappy and Khaotic got into a physical altercation. While it’s unclear exactly what prompted the fight, Khaotic took to social media shortly after, blaming the incident on his co-star. According to him, Scrappy allegedly ran up on him, intoxicated and looking for a fight. Luckily, security intervened before the situation escalated any further, and both walked away uninjured.
Now, however, they’re both continuing to take shots at each other online. Recently, for example, Scrappy hopped on Instagram Live to threaten to fight Khaotic and insist he doesn’t need the money he accuses him of running off with. “I’m gonna beat your a**,” he began. “Like I told him, ain’t no sitting down talking to me, homie. You shouldn’t have lied.”
Scrappy continued, claiming that he had blocked Khaotic a month before their altercation. “I don’t f*ck with you,” he said. “You’re sassy, you’re damn near a girl. Only women go to social media when something just happened because they can’t hold it… A woman would do that.” Clearly, Scrappy still has hard feelings. Khaotic, on the other hand, seems shocked that Scrappy ever tried to fight him. He shared his side of the story as news of the incident spread, claiming he was caught off guard.
According to him, while they hadn’t spoken outside of the show for a month, he and Scrappy continued to chat and joke around on set. “I don’t even know what Scrappy was doing,” he explained. “Out of nowhere, Scrappy just walked up on me.” What do you think of Lil Scrappy and Khaotic’s recent altercation? What about Scrappy continuing to diss Khaotic online after the fact? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.
Khaotic and Lil Scrappy stole the show on July 20th. The rappers were filming an episode for the upcoming season of Love and Hip-Hop: Atlanta, and proceeded to get into a fight. The whole thing was caught on camera, and the two men had to be separated as a result. Khaotic hopped on Instagram a few days after the fight to clear the air. He alleged that Lil Scrappy was to blame for the incident. He went as far as to suggest that Scrappy was trying to drum up attention for himself ahead of the new season.
“I don’t even know what Scrappy was doing,” Khaotic claimed. The rapper went on to explain that the Love and Hip-Hop cast had been subjected to a particularly long day of filming. “We had been on set for 12 hours that day,” he noted. “And me and Scrappy walked by each other several times…. We hadn’t talked in like a month outside of TV.” Then, out of nowhere, Scrappy decided to spring into action and attack Khaotic. At least, that’s the way Khaotic viewed it. “Out no nowhere, Scrappy just walked up on me,” the rapper recalled. “Security was holding him.”
Khaotic accused Lil Scrappy of being drunk at the time the fight went down. “Scrappy was already going through it with Ciara,” the rapper posited. “He was drunk, and out of nowhere, he just ran up on me like he had a problem… Why would you run up like you ready to fight?” Scrappy allegedly tried to play things off as though he merely wanted to talk to Khaotic, but security wasn’t buying it. They separated the two rappers before things could go any further. “Why you wait until we get on the camera,” Khaotic asked. “I don’t got a problem with you, Scrappy.”
Lil Scrappy also shared his side of the story on Instagram. He didn’t get into the specifics of his dynamic with Khaotic, but he made it clear that he’s not a fan of the rapper. He called Khaotic a “liar” and a “thief,” and alleged that he’d previously turned the other cheek. “I might don’t get in that a*s at first,” Scrappy said on IG Live. “Cause I be trying to be a good guy.” The rapper implied that Khaotic was talking bad about him behind his back, and downplaying his success. Evidently, he felt like the Love and Hip-Hop stage was the right place to address the issue. One thing’s for sure: season 12 is going to be intense.
Reality TV stars can be notoriously troublesome. In many cases that’s because the most evocative and attention grabbing figures are the ones selected to star on reality shows in the first place. That’s probably the case with Tommie Lee. who first broke through as one of the stars of Love And Hip-Hop: Atlanta. Though she appeared on the show earlier in its run, Lee is remembered as the breakout star of the show’s 5th season. But both before and after her involvement with the program she’s had extensive trouble with the law.
The most recent happened over the weekend when she was arrested outside Miami nightclub LIV. Following the arrest she was charged with battery and taken to a nearby correctional center. Reports claim that Lee attempted to hand someone an unidentified item outside the nightclub and then became hostile when her offer wasn’t accepted. The victim claims she threatened she “would have him killed and shot up.” After which she allegedly made physical contact with them and was then restrained until police arrived. Check out the full story on her most recent arrest below.
“Love At Hip Hop: Atlanta” Star Tommie Lee Arrested For Battery
Lee’s most memorable run-in with the law related to fellow Love And Hip-Hop: Atlanta star Joseline Hernandez. She reportedly violated a restraining order Hernandez has against her and made violent threats towards her. Earlier this year when Tommie Lee got caught up in a viral tantrum, Natalie Nunn went public with her claims that Lee needs help. She also did a stint in rehab last year but didn’t seem to fond of it. She compared her rehab experience to being in jail when discussing it after her release.
What do you think of Love And Hip-Hop: Atlanta star Tommie Lee once again finding herself in trouble with the law? Where does she rank among the best and most memorable rapper’s in the show’s history? Let us know in the comment section below.
Tommie Lee never shies away from speaking her mind on the internet, and her latest rant has supporters split. The personality took to social media earlier this week to open up about the issues she’s encountered while living in her current place. While some of the obstacles she’s faced are all too relatable, others have social media users in shock, and rallying behind her decision to move.
For one, the Love & Hip Hop star says that she’s been paying $10K monthly on rent. Surely, it’s an exorbitant price to pay for a place to stay, but it hasn’t prevented Tommie from having to deal with lax security, noise problems, and more. Commenters can agree that her money would be much better spent elsewhere and are urging her to invest in a home.
“Why pay 10 thousand for rent when you can be in a house,” one Instagram user wonders. Another writes, “Why not a mortgage? $10k for rent wow…” It’s unclear whether or not Tommie plans to rent her next place. Fans certainly think she should consider a different plan, particularly considering all the issues she’s facing. She says that aside from having her car stolen from the property, struggling to retrieve deliveries, and more, she’s also had to put up with daily “earthquakes.”
“This f*ckin’ house, every day it’s an earthquake around this motherf*cker,” she explains. “You have an earthquake every day around 1 through 3 o’clock… The whole house shake and I be in here like I’m having a seizure… F*ck this place, bro. I’m out of here tomorrow,” she also adds. What do you think about Tommie Lee’s latest rant about her current place? What about her revealing that she’s been paying $10K per month for rent? In the ever-changing world of Hip Hop, where beats and rhymes intertwine with personal lives, the relationships of its prominent figures become as intriguing as the verses they spit. Lil Scrappy and Diamond, for example, are both prominent figures in the industry. As such, their relationship garnered significant attention as it developed over the years. As their romance unfolded amid the spotlight of fame, the couple took fans on a rollercoaster ride through their highs and lows. Although they were last spotted in 2023, Diamond’s recent engagement to someone else has left their shippers quite confused. Let’s delve into the journey of the two artists-turned-reality-tv stars.
In the early 2000s, Lil Scrappy, born Darryl Kevin Richardson III, and Brittany Nicole Carpentero, a.k.a Diamond, initially encountered each other while navigating the early stages of their rap careers. During this period, Lil Scrappy had recently garnered acclaim for his singles “No Problem” and “Money In The Bank.” Diamond, on the other hand, was establishing her presence as a notable member of the popular rap group, Crime Mob. Their paths converged at a pivotal moment in their musical journeys, setting the stage for a connection that would soon captivate the Hip Hop scene.
2008: Public Appearances
Although the couple is suspected to have been dating since 2005, they made their relationship public in 2008. The duo often made appearances at events together. Moreover, they shared glimpses of their relationship on social media, allowing fans to witness their highs and lows. However, maintaining a relationship in the public eye proved to be challenging, and the couple faced its fair share of ups and downs.
Six years after they began dating, the couple’s relationship came to an end. Diamond subsequently moved on to date Soulja Boy. Rumors circulated about Lil Scrappy’s alleged infidelity, and the public was quick to speculate about the reasons behind their split. Although Diamond claimed that the breakup was due to conflicting schedules, Lil Scrappy alleged that it was because Diamond had cheated on him with Soulja Boy. He also stated how devastated he was over the breakup.
“Ya boy cried. You feel me, I cried,” he said. “I had a puddle right here. I’m talking about shirt wet. You know, let me tell you something, when I cried like that, I knew then I never been in love before.” After the breakup, Lil Scrappy continued on with his artistry. He appeared on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, which provided viewers with a closer look at his personal life. Diamond also ventured into reality TV, participating in shows like Sisterhood of Hip Hop.
2014: Diamond Claims Lil Scrappy Was Abusive
In 2014, Diamond was on The Breakfast Club, and spoke about her relationships with Lil Scrappy and Soulja Boy. She claimed that Scrappy had been abusive during their relationship. “He was mentally abusive… physically abusive,” she said. “Yeah, he got some issues. Some demons, he needs some help. I think we’re better off as friends. I don’t want to try to continue to be in a relationship and we end up not liking each other… hating each other.” Lil Scrappy and Momma Dee subsequently spoke to TMZ to slam the accusations down.
Over the years, Lil Scrappy and Diamond had both moved on with their lives. Both artists have been pursuing their individual careers, as well as personal growth. In June 2023, the pair reunited and walked the BET Awards red carpet together. Along with their seemingly rekindled love, came rumors that Diamond was pregnant with Lil Scrappy’s child. Not long after, the rapper denied the rumors in an episode of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.
In November 2023, Diamond posted a picture of her and Lil Scrappy in bed. The picture was of the rapper’s back, and the caption implied that the two were together. This notably came just after Lil Scrappy’s ex, Erica Dixon, shared pictures of the two together for Halloween. Overall, this strange love triangle has sparked a cascade of reactions from fans and followers, all eager to piece together the unfolding narrative. However, it’s uncertain what direction their story might take, especially now that Diamond is engaged.
In recent episodes of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, Erica Dixon and Karlie Redd haven’t exactly been getting along. When Lil Scrappy’s mother hosted a launch party for her eyelash line, the two ladies began to clash when Momma Dee was served a cease and desist. Redd was the one to do the serving, on behalf of her new friend, Bambi.
Of course, Momma Dee has done her fair share of talking about her son’s ex-wife. Nonetheless, Dixon felt as though things were taken too far, and went after Redd for her bond with Bambi. When she confronted her co-star about the situation, she called her “fake” for befriending Bambi despite their rocky past.
During a recent chat with Momma Dee on Instagram Live, Dixon denied having any beef with Redd. However, this doesn’t seem to be the case based on some of her subsequent comments. “I don’t have any beef with Karlie. I mean if they’ve been watching the show for as many seasons as it’s been on, y’all know Karlie is fake and phony, and she jump from coattail to coattail. So whoever coattail, a** cheek, penis she can hang off of, that is what she is going to do.”
Momma Dee seemed shocked by Dixon’s claims, but she didn’t stop there. “I’m loyal,” she continued. “One thing about me, I ride for my friends. My friends are my family. So if I go hard for you and I’m really there for you, I expect you to do the same.” What do you think of Erica Dixon insisting that she doesn’t have beef with Karlie Redd? Do you believe her? What about her going on to call Redd “fake and phony”? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.
Reality television has a remarkable way of weaving together the extraordinary and the everyday. As a result, it pulls back the curtain on the lives of those who grace our screens. For example, there’s the on-again, off-again relationship between the rapper-turned-reality-TV star Lil Scrappy and Adiz “Bambi” Benson, documented extensively on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. Let’s embark on the chronological roller coaster of their relationship, from the early days to their eventual divorce.
2013-2014: Crossing Paths
Lil Scrappy and Bambi first crossed paths in 2013, on the second season of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. While Scrappy is known to be a major protagonist in the franchise, Bambi first appeared as a guest star and a potential love interest for the rapper, Benzino. However, things eventually took an interesting turn when Bambi returned in the third season as Lil Scrappy’s girlfriend. This also occurred just after Scrappy had broken off his nine-year relationship with his ex-fiancé, Erica Dixon.
2015: Bambi Supports Lil Scrappy Through It All
In 2015, Lil Scrappy got into a legal battle with Eric Dixon. The battle was over the custody of their daughter, Emani. He subsequently lost and was allegedly barred from being near his ex-wife due to threats of violence. Moreover, he was ordered to pay child support. Nonetheless, throughout the entire ordeal, Bambi showed support for her man and stuck by his side.
2016: A Brief Break Up
It came as a shock when Lil Scrappy and Bambi broke up in the fifth season of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. Bambi eventually went on to date rapper Alecia Dennis, and it seemed like the end of the couple’s relationship. However, Scrappy took a risk and proposed to Bambi in the season finale. She took him back and accepted the proposal, gaining the support of viewers and fans.
2017: Lil Scrappy & Bambi Say “I Do!”
Bambi appeared on three episodes of the sixth season before she shockingly called off the engagement. Reportedly, her relationship with Lil Scrappy began to sour, leading her to quit the show. Unsurprisingly, this seemed to mark the end of their relationship, finally. Nonetheless, the two surprised the public once again by getting back together offscreen. By September 2017, the couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in Las Vegas.
2018-2022: A Growing Family
The couple came back for three episodes in Season 7 of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. On the show, they announced that Bambi was pregnant with their first child. They returned the next season and chronicled the birth of their son Breland. Furthermore, their journey as parents evolved when they welcomed a daughter, Xylo, in 2020.
Altogether, Lil Scrappy and Bambi continued to share parts of their lives on the popular reality show. By Season 10, they welcomed their third child, Cali. However, things became shaky when Scrappy’s mother, Momma Dee, found out that Bambi was planning to divorce the rapper. This led to a confrontation between the two women, which became a bone of contention on the show.
After six years together, the couple called it quits and got divorced. In September 2023, Lil Scrappy hosted a massive party in Atlanta to celebrate his new single status. The rapper also took to his Instagram page to post a flier inviting everyone to his “Back Outside Divorce Party.” Since then, the former couple has stayed away from each other.
Saucy Santana is the latest cast member to be added to the lineup for Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, which will be returning in January 2024. The show will detail his relationship with his partner, ZellSwag. ZellSwag previously participated in the Hollywood version of MTV’s reality series.
Outside of Santana, the rest of the cast includes Amy Luciani, Bambi, Erica Banks, Erica Dixon, Jessica White, Karlie Redd, Kendra Robinson, Khaotic, Kirk Frost, Mazi G, Mendeecees, Momma Dee, Rasheeda, Renni Rucci, Scrappy, Shekinah Jo, Sierra Gates, Spice, Yandy and Yung Joc.
Santana recently made headlines while reflecting on his experience with his sexuality. In doing so, he admitted that he hopes he won’t have to raise a child who also ends up being gay. “I think for me, just being honest – I’m just worried about how to raise a kid and just me being gay,” he said during an upcoming interview with VH1’s For The Fellas. “And I feel like if I have a son, I wouldn’t want my son to be gay. And not because nothing is wrong with it but because of everything I went through. I don’t look at it as self-hate because I love myself more than anybody. I think that it’s just not easy, I want better and I don’t even know if better is the right word because it’s not saying… To me, nothing is wrong with being gay.” That full interview will be dropping on December 15.
“Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” To Return Next Month
Check out the trailer for the return of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta above. The show will officially be arriving on MTV on January 9, early next year. Be on the lookout for further updates on Saucy Santana and Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta on HotNewHipHop.
At the end of August, Erica Mena got into a verbal altercation with Spice on an episode of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. Things went South after Spice claimed Mena’s son “hates” her, and Mena flipped a table. She then went off on Spice, telling her that she “should have died” amid her recent, nearly-fatal hospitalization. What got people’s attention the most, however, was the fact that Mena repeatedly called Spice a “blue monkey.”
Mena’s use of the slur then led to a great deal of backlash for the reality star. Eventually, she was even fired from the next season of the show. Earlier this week, Mena called out MTV producers for continuing to film with her for a short while after the altercation aired. Producer Mona Scott-Young later commented on her concerns on Way Up With Angela Yee, and it doesn’t look like Mena was a fan of her response.
“That machine is self-sustaining,” Scott-Young explained, suggesting that she’s no longer involved with cuts on the show. “I am not in the field, and I know it’s hard for people to understand that. Which is why, you know, it’s like a double-edged sword right?” Mena responded to the clip with some shade, bringing light to a post Scott-Young made on Instagram earlier this month. Scott-Young’s post was a simple black backdrop along with the word “handled.” According to Mena, this was simply Scott-Young’s attempt to make herself look better amid the controversy.
“Sooo @monascottyoung your saying that fake Olivia Pope post wasn’t you ‘handling’ anything. Just you desperately trying to save face just like the network is,” Mena wrote. “Got it.” What do you think of Erica Mena’s response to Mona Scott-Young’s statement on her firing?
