Kanye West, Lil Uzi Vert and Steve Lacy Pop Up With Matching Tattoos

Kanye West, Lil Uzi Vert and Steve Lacy  share a Gemini affection and appear to have gotten  matching tattoos.

Alternative R&B artist Steve Lacey took to social media late Tuesday night to share a photo of the trio posing for a mirror selfie.

Popular Los Angeles based tattoo artist Mez Afram is holding the camera as Ye, Lil Uzi and Lacy extend their left arms for the flick. A close up of the photo shows off the ink that reads “We Here Forever Technically.”

This comes after Kanye Ye celebrated the split of his soon-to-be ex wife Kim Kardashian from comedian Pete Davidson.  In a now deleted post, Ye’s IG featured a photoshopped cover of the New York Times that said Davidson is “dead at age 28” seemingly in response to their break up.

Do you think this trio has a future collaboration in the works or the matching tattoos are random?

Steve Lacy, Kanye West, And Lil Uzi Vert First Collaboration Together Was Getting Matching Tattoos

A month ago, Kanye West anointed California crooner Steve Lacy “one of the most inspiring people on the planet,” bringing some much deserved attention and praise to Lacy’s new album, Gemini Rights. Obviously, Kanye’s blessing has been a godsend — no pun intended — for many younger artists on the come-up over the years, even if those artists are no longer on speaking terms with the mercurial producer. However, for now, at least, West and Lacy have sealed their bond — alongside Lil Uzi Vert, no less — by getting matching, mismatched tattoos. Lacy posted a pic on Instagram:

To save you the trouble of zooming in, the bicep tattoos all read, “We here forever technically.” The final word is in a different font, metaphorically marking all three artists’ quick-change tendencies; they’re never just one thing. The artist is Los Angeles-based tattooer Mez Afram, whose Instagram is full of straightforward, unadorned designs like butterflies, big cats, and scorpions. Meanwhile, the woman snapping the shot for the three artists is Lauren Pisciotta, a music manager who now works as Kanye’s assistant and has since made the jump to OnlyFans.

Jumping back to Steve Lacy for a moment, the newly-minted star-in-the-making recently announced his upcoming Give You The World Tour, which starts in October, hits 27 cities, and concludes in his hometown on November 11 at the Greek Theatre.

Lil Uzi Vert’s Outside Lands Stage Crasher Got One Heck Of A Souvenir

Generally speaking, crashing the stage at a concert is a bad idea. Security guards tend to get pretty jumpy whenever a fan climbs into an artist’s space uninvited — and for good reason, considering all the shenanigans that can happen up there (even the performing act isn’t always safe). But, every so often, drunk and/or overconfident showgoers emerge unscathed with triumphant stories to tell their friends — if they can remember anything the next day — and, even more occasionally, a great souvenir or two for the road.

That was the case during Lil Uzi Vert’s set at Outside Lands this past weekend, where a young man found his way onstage just as Uzi was set to perform their verse from Playboi Carti’s “Wokeuplikethis.” Although security acted quickly to surround the intruder, Uzi paused the show, asking the guards to wait one second, asking the fan for his phone, and offering to take a selfie with him. Security then directed him safely off the stage so Uzi could get back to performing. It looked like it could have been a tense situation, but ultimately, everything turned out okay.

Now, please do not take this as a license to go jumping on just any stage, even Uzi’s. Just because the Philly rapper was nice this time doesn’t mean they want their safety taken for granted or their kindness abused. And with anyone else… well, if you play stupid games, you win painful prizes. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
