Keke Palmer and Sacha Baron Cohen will star together in the film Super Toys. The film will hit the 2023 European Film Market (EFM) in Berlin. Charles Roven and Matt Budman will be producing the film. CAA Media Finance will represent the United States distribution rights. FilmNation Entertainment will be selling to international territories. 3 Arts Entertainment and Hertz Lichtenstein Young & Polk LLP represent Palmer. CAA and Ziffren Brittenham represent Baron Cohen. CAA also represents the film’s writer and director, David O. Russell.

Super Toys tells the story of Palmer and Baron Cohen’s characters as a duo of “groovy ’70s toy sales reps on a life-and-death mission to save themselves, their marriage and their live-wire 12-year-old daughter while on the road in Middle America.” The film is a drama, as can be expected by the story’s tagline and brief summary. Other cast member announcements have not been released because the film is still in the fairly early stages of pre-production.

Super Toys tops off one of Keke Palmer’s most successful years yet. It follows her critically acclaimed performance in Jordan Peele’s 2022 film, Nope, as Emerald Haywood. She received the title of best supporting actress by the New York Film Critics Circle. Also, she received praise for her performances in Aliceyy tutu in the New and Lightyear. In November 2022, Palmer launched Key TV, which aims to showcase the work of a new generation of creators. Additionally, Palmer hosts NBC’s game show, Password. She lends her voice to characters in The Proud Family revival, Big Mouth, and Human Resources.

In 2021, prior to Super Toys, Baron Cohen received two Oscar nominations for his performances in The Trial of the Chicago 7 and the Borat Subsequent Moviefilm sequel. He produced, wrote, and starred in the latter. Also, he played Uncle Ugo in Pixar’s Luca and will narrate Chlem: The Smartest Place on Earth. Baron Cohen, Greg Daniels, Mike Judge and Michael Koman will produce the HBO Max and Cartoon Network special. In addition, Michael Korman is also its writer. Keke Palmer Shows Off Baby Bump Dancing On IG

Keke Palmer recently showed off her baby bump on Instagram, wearing nothing but underwear in an energetic start to her Sunday morning (February 5). Moreover, she danced to “They D*kin” by Lil Boosie and had a nice morning message for her followers. “Goodmorning y’all!!!” she captioned her video post. “Happy Sunday from me && the bump,” finishing things off with some emojis. Of course, the comments filled up with loving messages hyping her up, with some even reminiscing on that song. “You betta get it mama!” one user wrote. “Baby boy definitely turning up in there.”

Furthermore, Keke broke the news of her pregnancy during her hosting stint a couple of weeks ago on Saturday Night Live. “There’s some rumours going around. People have been in my comments saying ‘Keke’s having a baby, Keke’s pregnant,’” she remarked on stage. “I want to set the record straight — I am,” and turned to the side to show the crowd her belly. When the crowd roared and cheered for her, she jokingly addressed the fact that this wasn’t a surprise to many. “You know, I gotta say though. It is bad when people on the internet spread rumours about you y’all. It’s even worse when they’re correct. But honestly this has been the biggest blessing, and I am so excited guys — I’m gonna be a mom!”

Spilling the tea on late-night television seems to be a favourite activity for the Disney Channel alum. After unveiling her bump to the SNL audience, Palmer joined Jimmy Fallon on his talk show last week. During their chat, the 29-year-old casually let it slip that she’s expecting a boy.

Over the weekend, fans’ excitement has only grown stronger as the expecting mother shared adorable photos from her fairytale-themed baby shower on social media. “‘A long time ago, in a land not so far… The King and Queen got together to play,’” she wrote in the caption of her photo dump late on Saturday (January 28) night.

“‘The play turned to love as many sunsets passed by. Now there’s a prince, who’s soon to arrive!’” her sweet poem ends. In the accompanying pictures, Palmer looks as glamorous as ever in a ribbed brown dress as she hugs her bump.

The first three images are solo snapshots of mama in her third trimester. In the last few photos, Jackson joins his partner in a coordinated brown outfit.

“I’ve had no nausea — like I’ve had moments where I’m like [gagging], where I’ll just be sitting there and it’ll make me feel that way. But I won’t actually throw up, I won’t actually run to the bathroom.”

Keke Palmer is on cloud nine. With a baby on the way, she is more than elated to welcome in her bundle of joy. Yesterday (January 9), the Nope actress shared an elegant photo of her on Instagram, which depicts her standing on top of a globe in a bedroom, as her partner Darius Jackson looks at her in awe.

“its giving POETRY. it’s giving MICHAEL ANGELO. it’s giving SISTINE CHAPEL. it’s giving MASTERPIECE,” she said in the post’s caption. “behold, a mother, a father and the blessed baby we await in pure awe. the greatest gift from above we could ever dream. we can’t wait to meet you little one! we are so glad to be your earth parents as God’s hands are placed so gently over your life.”

She continued in the post, thanking rapper Nicki Minaj, who connected her with legendary photographer and music video director David LaChapelle to spearhead the maternity shoot.

Her post was met with an outpouring of support in the comments from rapper Baby Tate, actor Jabari Banks of Bel-Air, singer Justine Skye, and actress Ryan Destiny.

LaChapelle himself also took to the comments to thank Minaj, and also share some kind words and benedictions to Palmer.

While our favourite celebrities are usually too busy to share the intimate details of their lives, the holidays are when many soften up and offer a glimpse into their lavishly decorated homes. The Kardashian family put on an undeniably exuberant display, but other stars like Keke Palmer are keeping things more casual this year.

While hosting Saturday Night Live earlier this month, the Disney Channel alum made a huge announcement. During her opening monologue, she was surprisingly honest with the crowd. “There’s some rumours going around, people have been in my comments saying, ‘Keke’s having a baby, Keke’s pregnant,’ and I wanna set the record straight — I am,” she said.

Immediately, Palmer’s fans reacted in excitement. However, many of them were unaware that she was even in a relationship and wanted to know who her baby’s daddy is.

Presently, the actress is dating Darius Jackson. Keke Palmer shocked fans everywhere when she announced her pregnancy while hosting Saturday Night Live over the weekend. 

But after photos of her and her boyfriend recently made the rounds on social media, the actress clapped back at those who criticized her for not wearing makeup.

Photos of Palmer hugging Darius Jackson at a sporting event recently circulated on Twitter, with the Nope star opting for a bare face and red-rimmed glasses while rocking a green jersey.

The 29-year-old confidently shaded her haters in a series of tweets soon after noticing negative comments about her casual look.

“I just saw a few comments of ppl saying I was ugly cause I wasn’t wearing any makeup. And I really want y’all to get the help y’all need because makeup isn’t real,” Palmer posted on Twitter earlier today (Dec. 6) “I’m beautiful in real life, because of who I am, not what I look like.”

Following up with a second tweet, the Akeelah and the Bee actor then made it clear that she isn’t bothered by the online chatter, writing, “I wish I could bottle how I feel about myself and sell it. Palmer has often discussed her issues and insecurities surrounding her skin.
