The ever-increasing popularity of streaming platforms such as Twitch and YouTube has ignited a widespread discussion about the earnings of streamers and YouTubers. Lil Yachty recently added fuel to the conversation when he made a bold claim, suggesting that public figures like Kai Cenat and Adin Ross outearn a significant portion of the rap industry. […]
Nicki Minaj is letting it be known that her relationship with Kai Cenat is just fun & games. Last night, Nicki Minaj went on Instagram Live to chat with her fans. In this interactive session, she not only provided insights into her upcoming album Pink Friday 2, but also excited her audience with new details about collabs and tracks. She also decided to move her release date to her birthday. Notably, she took her Live session to the next level by engaging with none other than Kai Cenat, a familiar name with whom she’s had prior interactions, although never before in such an interview-like capacity. As their conversation unfolded, Kai asked when the tour was going to start. Nicki responded with “Have a good night Kai,” and winked to the camera before swiftly ending the live.
However, this isn’t the first time Nicki and Kai have hung out on live. In fact, earlier this summer, Kai Cenat even showed off his dance moves for Nicki. Conversations have gotten pretty intimate with the two, speaking to their funny relationship and ability to keep things casual for the live. Overall, it’s good entertainment. However, after last night’s IG live session with Kai, where Nicki made headlines the following morning for hanging up on Kai during the stream. She seemed pretty frustrated that people still don’t understand that their relationship is just like that.
“The fact that some people still don’t understand me and Kai relationship chi,” Nicki Minaj started to explain in an IG post. “We from the same county, we can both take it. Pauz. Or my relationship with funny Marco. Some people be thinking Marco is a random crazy man on the live. Like that man is a star with his own brand.” She continued, “But y’all I just peeped that they aggravate me just like Akbar do every time and yet I still add them to my lives. They get on my nerves how they be getting on my nerves. And JT, Flex, Joe.”

Today, Kai Cenat unveiled the trailer for his upcoming 7-day jail live stream. The personality will be joined by various celebrity guests, including Chrisean Rock, Offset, Druski, NLE Choppa, and more. The stream is scheduled to begin on October 27 at 6 p.m. EST.
Based on the dramatic trailer and the guests who will join Kai, viewers should be in for some interesting content, to say the least. His star-studded guest list has fans impressed, and by the look of the comments section, they can’t wait. “7 DAYS IN,” he captioned the trailer. “I Will be spending 7 days in jail on stream 24/7 cameras on at all times, See you there…”
These aren’t the only major names Kai’s joined forces with as of late, however. He also recently hopped on live with Nicki Minaj, who gave the Barbz some updates on her eagerly-anticipated album, Pink Friday 2. Sadly, he got a little carried away when asking the performer questions, resulting in her ending her stream and leaving him hanging.
Kai also recently took a seat in the director’s chair for A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s new “Did Me Wrong” video. The intense visual just goes to show how the 21-year-old continues to broaden his horizons and expand his empire. He’s not in everybody’s good graces lately, however. He had some pretty harsh words for GloRilla’s new track, “Cha Cha Cha” earlier this month. Unfortunately, his reaction ended up getting him blocked by the rapper, who later made it clear that she didn’t appreciate the criticism. “You made your bed you gotta lay there,” she eventually told fans. What do you think of the special guests joining Kai Cenat for his 7-day stream? Are you looking forward to watching his jail stay? Nicki Minaj is gearing fans up for a brand-new album. Pink Friday 2 was originally going to come out on November 17th. However, she ultimately decided to move the release date. The album was going to come out on the same day as Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz’s Welcome 2 ColleGrove. Overall, this led to a lot of debates amongst fans. Subsequently, Minaj figured it was best to just push the album back a bit. Now, it is set to be released on Friday, December 8th, which just so happens to be the rapper’s birthday.
Last night, Nicki Minaj was all over Instagram Live, where she connected with fans. During this time, she got to speak on her album while also giving them updates on new songs and collaborations. Moreover, she even went on Live with the likes of Kai Cenat. These two have had correspondences in the past, but they had never interacted in this capacity before. As it turns out, Kai did his best to play the role of a journalist. Unfortunately, Nicki wasn’t ready to answer anything too specifically.
As you can see in the clip above from The Neighborhood Talk, Kai asks Nicki about a potential tour and when it may start. Subsequently, Minaj gives the Twitch streamer a wink and tells him “goodnight.” She then leaves the livestream as Kai is left wondering what happened. Overall, it was a hilarious exchange that showcases how Nicki might not be ready to give away all of her secrets just yet. Nevertheless, fans should still be excited about the new Nicki album dropping in a month and a half from now.

GloRilla is an artist who had an incredibly fast rise to fame. However, over the past few months, there has been this turnaround from fans. Overall, it seems like her critics are louder than ever. Moreover, when she drops a song that features questionable choices, fans are extremely quick to pile on. This is exactly what happened with the track “Cha Cha Cha.” It became viral on social media, and not for the best reasons. Even Kai Cenat weighed in, albeit in a manner that was pretty harsh.
As it turns out, Glo was actually kind of offended by Kai’s commentary. She ended up blocking the streamer, and the entire incident played out live. Kai was on Twitch streaming to his viewers when he mentioned how he is always real with how he feels. That’s when he made the claim that artists like GloRilla know it is all love. However, when he went to her Instagram page, he quickly realized he was blocked. Now, it seems like the rapper is speaking out on her decision.
“Don’t come on my Live asking me about nobody I done blocked,” she said. “They blocked and they gonna stay there. You made your bed you gotta lay there.” Simply put, she doesn’t like it when people talk badly about her music. It landed Cenat in the dog house, and he will likely never get out. Even if he apologizes, it is not a certainty that she will give his follow-up. Either way, this all just goes to show that many artists are hypersensitive about their craft. They are always watching, and they will remember what you say.
With that being said, let us know what you think of the way GloRilla handled this, in the comments section below. Was she in the wrong for blocking Cenat? Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from around the music world. We will always be sure to keep you informed on your favorite artists.
Kai Cenat brought a special guest onto a recent stream – a lookalike of actress Zendaya. His audience went wild as the woman looked very much like the Marvel star. Furthermore, Cenat had a little fun with the woman, dressing up in a Spiderman costume and re-enacting some movie scenes and a few viral moments that Zendaya has been involved in.
While the woman was very convincing, some people online made an interesting point. “She look like rue lmao not zendaya if that makes sense,” one person wrote on Instagram in what was a fairly common sentiment. The perspective refers to the notion that woman is embodying Zendaya’s Euphoria character as opposed to the actress herself.
Elsewhere, Cenat was shocked to learn that he had picked up another high-profile block. Cenat learned on stream that GloRilla had blocked him on social media following his especially harsh critique of her latest single, “Cha Cha Cha”. While the song has earned a fairly mixed reaction, Cenat was especially harsh. He claimed to have felt betrayed by the release and proceeded to extensively trash the song and its music video. Honestly, it’s unsurprising that GloRilla blocked him given how hard he went in on her new track.
However, it is just the second musical star to block Cenat in the last few months. In a previous stream, Cenat learned that SZA had blocked him. However, this one wasn’t over a musical critique. Instead, the singer appeared to have blocked the streamer after he tried to shoot his shot in her DMs. Cenat appeared to be pretty heartbroken by that one, having previously expressed a crush on SZA and lamenting that he had been working to get her on stream. It just seems as though Cenat, despite his popularity, has a hard time staying on the good side of the people he looks up to.
Kai Cenat has grown a massive following for himself on Twitch. Overall, he has done a lot of good on the platform. However, he doesn’t always get positive reactions. This is especially true when it comes to artists. When new music drops, Cenat will go on his stream and listen to it for the first time with his viewers. Sometimes, he offers up very positive reactions that fans believe are hyperbolic. On the flip side of that, there are instances in which he says a song sucks.
The latter has happened quite a bit as of late. In fact, it happened when Cenat listened to GloRilla’s song “Cha Cha Cha” for the very first time. The song came complete with a music video, and there were plenty of negative reactions to the track. However, Cenat’s was definitely one of the most enduring. He seemed completely disappointed by the track and even betrayed in a way. As it turns out, GloRilla felt the same way as she promptly blocked the Twitch streamer.
Kai Cenat found out on stream, in front of all of his viewers. This all took place as he was explaining to his fans that he doesn’t sugarcoat anything. While some believe he praises everything, he noted that is very much the case. Additionally, he brought up the GloRilla song as an example. It is here where he said he and Glo were cool. However, once he went on Instagram looking for her profile, he found out very quickly that he had been blocked. He was pretty devastated, although this is not the first time it has happened.
Hopefully, Cenat doesn’t take it too personally. Whether or not Glo ever unblocks him, still remains to be seen. Let us know what you think of all of this, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. We will always keep you informed.
Adin Ross is easily one of the biggest streamers on the entire planet. Overall, he had Twitch on lock during the pandemic. However, after a few controversies, he left Twitch for Kick where he is the head honcho over there. Meanwhile, Kai Cenat is currently dominating on Twitch. Both of these men are friends, however, they are also in competition with one another. At this stage in their careers, they are multi-millionaires with some pretty massive deals.
In a recent video, Lil Yachty made a very bold claim about Kai and Adin. Essentially, he said that the two streamers make more money than 90 percent of rappers. When you think about it, that makes a lot of sense. There are a lot of rappers in the world, and only but a few are making a lot of money off of their art. While some fans thought that this was completely ridiculous to say, there is no doubt that Ross believes it to be true.
In the video clip above, Ross makes the claim that he and Kai probably make more money than 95 percent of rappers. Overall, Adin says a lot of rappers do things to make them seem like they have more money than they do. He feels like people sleep on the wealth he has and that he isn’t even the richest streamer ever. However you may feel about Ross, he does make a good point. Streaming is the new wave, and if you become a massive creator, you will get some significant bread.
Only time will tell where Ross goes from here. He has the potential to do big things, but the only thing holding him back is his propensity to seek out controversy. Let us know what you think of Adin Ross’ point, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the entertainment world. We will always keep you informed on your favorite artists and entertainers.
Kai Cenat is one of the biggest names on Twitch. In fact, most months, he is the largest name on the platform. However, that wasn’t always the case. Back in the day, Adin Ross was actually the biggest streamer in the game. Overall, he would bring on a ton of guests, mostly rappers, and they would spit freestyles. The most iconic of these was from Tory Lanez. That said, Ross eventually fell off once he started engaging in bizarre antics. Now, he is no longer welcomed on Twitch and streams on Kick.
Just the other day, Ross was on stage performing with Chief Keef at his birthday bash. Things were going well until Ross got the green light from Keef to sing the n-word while on stage. Ross did it without a second thought and the video subsequently viral, for very obvious reasons. Many had a problem with it while others did not. Recently, however, Kai Cenat decided to confront Ross over the phone to see what was up.
As you can see in the clip, Kai wasn’t too pressed about it. Instead, he was more interested in engaging in some sort of thought experiment. He asked Adin if he would continue to use the word should Cenat decide to give him the pass. Overall, Adin was actually quite uncomfortable with the question. He noted that he probably wouldn’t unless they were actually rapping along to some Chief Keef. Needless to say, Cenat wanted to coax Adin into doing it for some content. However, it all fell apart.
For the foreseeable future, it is hard to imagine a world in which Kai isn’t the king of Twitch. He continues to level up and his streams have been fantastic. Hopefully, he continues to elevate and show people what he can do. Let us know who your favorite streamer is, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world.
With streaming and content creation being bigger than ever these days, it’s no surprise that its biggest influencers are making bank right now. In fact, according to someone with a lot of knowledge in both areas, apparently these stars are making more money than the large majority of rappers at the moment. Moreover, Lil Yachty recently claimed as such in a recently surfaced clip. Specifically, he pointed to his good friend Kai Cenat and Adin Ross as examples of creators with deeper pockets than a lot of MCs today. Of course, this isn’t entirely surprising considering that they’re both fickle but highly lucrative industries, but it’s definitely tough to wrap your brain around for plenty of casual viewers or listeners.
“Kai is my brother, shouts out to Kai,” Lil Yachty said of the exponentially more popular Twitch giant, and took the time to mention some other big names. “Shouts out Fanum, shouts out AMP, shouts out f***in’ Adin Ross. Yeah, for real. The young guys, the young bros, they goin’ cr*zy. Kai for sure got more money than, I think, 90 percent of rappers. 90 percent of rappers, I think Kai got more money than them. Adin too, sure!”
Before that, though, the Atlanta trap, pop, and psych-rock superstar claimed that he and Post Malone were the first rappers to start streaming on Twitch. “I was the first rapper to stream, 2017,” Lil Yachty recalled. “For anyone. There was no streaming- like, Twitch wasn’t even popping. I was on Twitch, it was me and Post Malone on Twitch, 2017, nobody was there. G-check it, no one was on Twitch before. I would think that I was there before Post Malone. But it was just us, it was the only rappers. Seven years ago.”
Lil Yachty Speaks On Six Years Of Streaming: Watch
Meanwhile, with more crossover potential than ever between hip-hop and streaming, we’re sure there will be a lot more discussion on these topics to come. Sure, it’s hard to compare income when they’re such vastly different hustles and when there are different levels of industry middlemen, label or brand partnership issues, and sponsorship opportunities. But it’s clear that the two lanes respect each other more than ever. For more news and updates on Lil Yachty, Kai Cenat, and Adin Ross, stay logged into HNHH.
