Medical Expert Says Jonathan Majors’ Accuser Is Lying

Jonathan Majors was arrested on March 29 in New York City. The 33-year-old actor was charged with misdemeanor strangulation, assault, and harassment. The charges stemmed from an alleged incident with his girlfriend at a nightclub. While Majors has denied the allegations, more women have since come forward with similar stories.

Majors is expected to appear in court on May 9 for his first hearing related to the charges. Earlier this week, Majors’ accuser was granted a full temporary order of protection. Colloquially known as a restraining order, a temporary order of protection prevents an alleged abuser from contacting their alleged victim. Majors did not object to the order, with his lawyer saying “This is standard in cases such as this, and we consented because Mr. Majors wants nothing to do with the woman who assaulted him.” The actor’s defense since his arrest is that he was the victim in the reported altercation.

Majors Retains Medical Expert

However, that was not all that Majors’ attorney, Priya Chaudry, had to say about the proceedings. According to Chaudry, they have retained a medical expert who is willing to testify against Majors’ accuser. “We recently provided a forensic medical opinion from a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Doctor and Trauma Specialist who has examined the photos and videos of the woman and concludes, without hesitation, that the woman did not have any injuries at the nightclub and the injuries she later sustained did not come from Mr. Majors”.

Furthermore, Chaudry called out the Manhattan DA’s office in light of this claim. “In fact, the forensic medical expert’s opinion shows that the woman is lying. It is disturbing that even when presented with this incontrovertible evidence, the District Attorney continues this false case.” Chaudry did not elaborate further on what this evidence entailed. However, that will likely be made apparent in the upcoming hearings. Majors has been dropped from a number of projects since the allegations were made public. However, he remains part of the MCU at the time of writing and will appear in Season 2 of Loki later this year. HotNewHipHop will have all the updates in the case as they occur.

Jonathan Majors Accuser Granted Protection Order

On March 25, actor Jonathan Majors was arrested in New York City. The 33-year-old, known for Creed III and Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania, was charged with misdemeanor strangulation, assault, and harassment. The reported victim was his girlfriend, who has not been named in the interest of her privacy. However, more women have since come forward with similar accusations.

Once a star on the rise, Majors has now become an industry pariah. He is reportedly a free agent after being dropped by his management. Furthermore, he has been removed from several upcoming projects. Notably, Marvel has not yet released any information as to whether he will remain as Kang in the MCU. Majors has maintained his innocence throughout the proceedings. Additionally, Majors alleges that he was the victim, not the woman pressing charges. However, there now there has been a major update in his case.

Manhattan DA Grants Protection Order

Majors’ alleged victim in the March 25 assault has been granted a temporary order of protection. Colloquially known as a restraining order, a temporary order of protection prevents an alleged abuser from contacting their alleged victim. It is often put in place to protect reported victims prior to trial proceedings. “Today a judge granted a Full Temporary Order of Protection for the victim, per the People’s request and with the consent of defense counsel,” Manhattan District Attorney’s Office press secretary Doug Jones said in a statement.

A statement was also issued by Majors’ attorney, Priya Chaudry. “This is standard in cases such as this, and we consented because Mr. Majors wants nothing to do with the woman who assaulted him.” Chaudry additionally said that we recently provided a forensic medical opinion from a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Doctor and Trauma Specialist who has examined the photos and videos of the woman and concludes, without hesitation, that the woman did not have any injuries at the nightclub and the injuries she later sustained did not come from Mr. Majors”. Majors is set to make two more appearances in 2023, after Creed and Ant-Man. Loki Season 2 is set for release in September. Meanwhile, Magazine Dreams, where Majors plays a bodybuilder, will premiere in December. Majors is due to appear in court in relation to the charges on May 9.

Jonathan Majors’ Assault Allegations Cause Friends To “Keep Their Distance”: Report

Oh, how the mighty have fallen. No one could have anticipated the dramatic turn in store for Jonathan Majors earlier this year when the premiere of his two latest movies was quickly followed by an arrest and assault charges. The embattled actor is facing accusations of attacking a woman in a cab. Of course, his legal team has maintained his innocence since the story first broke. To support their statement, lawyers previously shared iMessages from the reported victim. However, many social media users believe they only make Majors look more guilty.

In addition to that, the 33-year-old has been dropped by his management team. He also will no longer be attending the upcoming Met Gala. In recent days, a handful of other women have come forward with allegations aimed at Majors, causing further turmoil to unravel in his life. “It’s no surprise that his phone is ringing much less these days. That is what happens in all walks of life — but especially in Hollywood. Friends turn cold,” a source has told Page Six of the latest update. “This could not have happened at a more worse time [for his career],” they added.

Majors was undeniably riding a high earlier this year. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania arrived in February, and Creed III made its debut the month after. “You can’t deny that the man is a talented actor, but right now he has to reassess and gather a whole new team,” the outlet’s insider also noted. Just last week, it was revealed that the California-born entertainer has been cut from several upcoming projects, including Otis And Zelma, and Nadia Latif’s The Man In My Basement.

He’s also expected to appear in various Marvel projects soon, and at this time, there have been no reports of any changes there. With the latest allegations against The Harder They Fall actor, however, that may be reconsidered down the road. Jonathan Majors’ Alleged Victim Parties After Incident: Watch

Could the tables be turning for Jonathan Majors? The Ant-Man: Quantumania actor has what seems to be an endless stream of horrible news following his arrest. In late March, Jonathan Majors and his now ex-girlfriend were in the back of a taxi. According to reports, he received a message from another woman. Majors allegedly slapped his girlfriend when she attempted to check the messages, and then placed his hands around her neck. Furthermore, it was reported that law enforcement was called to the area in response to the incident. Subsequently, Majors’ girlfriend was taken to a nearby hospital by authorities due to visible injuries on her face and body. Majors’ lawyers shared alleged messages from the woman that would clear the actor’s name if they’re legitimate. However, that doesn’t seem to be stopping people from dropping him left and right.

Last week, Majors was let go by his manager. The actor and Entertainment 360 supposedly “mutually agreed” to part ways, which is another way of saying that he was dropped. Majors also lost his publicist. According to Deadline, he has already shot season 2 of Loki, which means he will likely still be appearing in that. In fact, there have apparently been zero talks at Marvel about removing Jonathan Majors from his role as Kang. That is a very small silver lining for Majors, as his his career hangs in the balance regardless. However, it seems that TMZ has acquired some evidence that could sway public opinion in the actor’s favor.

Jonathan Majors Thinks A Win Is Inevitable

Last week, Jonathan Majors spoke out to say that there was video evidence that supposedly proved his innocence. This was directly after it was reported that other alleged victims had been working to help the DA form a case against him. TMZ has now obtained the video that Majors and his law team spoke of. In this new evidence, the ex-girlfriend who accused him of abuse was caught on security cameras going out to a club after the alleged attack. She appears to be physically unharmed and using the hand that Majors had reportedly caused major injury to.

In the filing referencing the video, Majors and his lawyers made several other claims about the woman. She reportedly sent him text messages accusing him of being unfaithful. She also allegedly threatened to harm herself. In addition, Majors’ lawyers claim that the driver who was present for the incident will testify that he did not see the actor harm the woman. What do you think about the new video? Is Majors the subject of a witch hunt? Let us know in the comments!

Tiffany Haddish Takes Heat For Jonathan Majors Tweet

Tiffany Haddish has been getting consistently bad press for quite some time. Last year, the actress and comedian Aries Spears were accused of sexual abuse of a minor. The pair were accused of grooming a 14-year-old girl and her 7-year-old brother. They were said to have performed inappropriate, sexually suggestive acts for the purpose of comedic sketches. The two siblings, now adults, say they’ve been traumatized for life after the experience. The boy also claims that he was molested by both defendants.

The main focus of the lawsuit was a skit called “Though a Pedophile’s Eyes,” which was supposedly being filmed for Funny Or Die. The girl claims that her younger brother was barely 7 when “Aunty Tiff” brought him to a home where she and Spears molested him while filming said skit. The siblings met Haddish through their mother. They added that the Funny or Die video featuring John Doe was published online when he not even old enough to consent. Haddish, however claims that the entire thing was an extortion attempt. The suit was settled out of court. The actress claims that the lawsuit made her lose everything. However, that doesn’t seem to be stopping her from sticking up for other alleged abusers.

Haddish Tweets Get Her In Trouble

Earlier today, Tiffany Haddish retweeted a story about the Jonathan Majors abuse case. The tweet included a link to an article wherein Majors and his lawyer claim to show that his accuser was unhurt after the alleged abuse. The team included screenshots of the alleged security camera footage that, they say, shows proof that the victim was unharmed. Although many have not come out to condemn Jonathan Majors, Tiffany Haddish was one of very few who decided to defend the actor. Given her recent history, this course set people off on social media.

In the end, Haddish deleted the tweet. Unfortunately, many had already seen it, taken screen shots of it, or replied. “On top of barely escaping her own questionable behavior involving minors, Tiffany Haddish decides to play patriarchy princess,” one user tweeted. Others chimed in to agree. “If Tiffany Haddish ever backed/supported me,” another said, “I’d apologize even if I knew I didn’t do it because I shouldn’t even have been in a position for her to be going up for me.” Ouch. What do you think of Tiffany’s defense of Jonathan Majors? Sound off in the comments!

Jonathan Majors Says Driver and Nightclub Footage Will Prove His Innocence in Domestic Violence Case

'Lovecraft Country' Breakout Star Jonathan Majors Reportedly to Play Kang The Conqueror in 'Ant-Man 3'

Jonathan Majors and his team are working overtime in an effort to clear his name after being arrested for domestic violence in March.

Majors’ attorney Priya Chaudhry filed court docs stating the man driving the actor and the alleged victim would testify in support of Majors and “she was attempting to steal his phone.” TMZ notes The driver reportedly would testify that he didn’t strike the alleged victim nor “raised his voice.” The driver also states the woman was seen “hitting, scratching, and attacking” the actor before he asked for the car to be stopped.

The woman stated her injuries included a broken finger and a laceration, but video from inside a nightclub later the same day proves the injuries were not that serious. In addition, the woman reportedly got drunk in the nightclub and used the hand she stated was injured.

The woman allegedly also text majors with threats of suicide and blaming him for infidelity. After her night of clubbing, the woman arrived at Majors’s home after 3 a.m. and called 32 times, leaving behind angry text messages. Majors returned home to find the woman in his bed and had thrown up, leading to his 911 call. Majors’ attorney says body camera footage will show officers coaching her to say he grabbed her by the throat.

Jonathan Majors is headed for court on May 8 for his domestic violence case. A new report from Variety states multiple victims of abuse by Majors are now cooperating with the Manhattan district attorney’s office following the actor’s March arrest.

The news of more victims coming to speak against Majors follows being dropped by his public relations and management firms earlier this week.

The troubles for Majors began on March 25 when Majors was arrested in the Chelsea neighborhood for strangulation, assault and harassment. His attorney, Priya Chaudhry, stated she is “confident that he will be fully exonerated.” Chaudhry’s husband is currently working for Majors in crisis management.

In addition to his firms, Majors will be replaced in numerous films and campaigns. It was noted Majors would step down from the Gotham Film and Media Institute and Sidney Poitier Intitiative. Other projects that may be in jeopardy are Avengers movies, which would be a $20 million per film venture, projects with Will Smith and Spike Lee, a role as Dennis Rodman, and a collaborative effort with Disney, which the company planned to push Majors as a Best Actor candidate.

Jonathan Majors Dropped From Three Projects, Including Otis Redding Biopic

Jonathan Majors Dropped From Three Projects, Including Otis Redding Biopic

The Jonathan Majors fallout continues. Following being ousted from his management and public relation firms, and no longer attending the Met Gala with Valentino, the actor has been dropped from three new projects.

According to Deadline, studios in Hollywood are now apprehensive about working with the actor, leading to Majors’ dismissal from the film The Man in My Basement, an ad campaign for the Texas Rangers, and an unannounced Otis Redding biopic.

For The Man in My Basement, Majors was set to star and executive produce the film under his Tall Street Productions imprint. Protagonist Pictures are currently searching for Majors’ replacement. The movie tells the story of Charles Blakey, a man living in Sag Harbor who rents out the basement of his ancestral home for $50,000 to a European man for the summer, leading to a chaotic path of race, history, and the root of all evil. Majors was set to star opposite of William Dafoe.

Last week, Marvel insider Jeff Snieder revealed that Majors, who is currently planned to be a key component of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, could be replaced, citing Majors’ team and Marvel aligned with a plan for handling the issue.

One of the names floating as an option is Snowfall’s Damson Idris.

“Even though there hasn’t been any movement on the Jonathan Majors front, I’ve heard that’s the kind of actor, who, like, if Jonathan Majors got the boot as Kang, someone like Damson Idris is the type of the person that [Marvel] may look at to replace him if that, in fact, happens,” said Sneider.

The next edition in the MCU is Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, set for release on May 5, 2023.

Jonathan Majors: Video Proves My Innocence

Jonathan Majors just keeps getting hit with more bad news. After his arrest for domestic violence, he hasn’t really been able to catch a break. The incident in question took place in March. According to law enforcement, it occurred while Majors and his girlfriend were in a taxi. An argument started when she saw another woman’s message on his phone. Majors reportedly responded with physical aggression when his girlfriend tried to view the messages. Law enforcement was called, and his girlfriend was taken to the hospital with visible injuries. Despite his lawyers sharing messages that they claim will clear him of the allegations, people are distancing themselves from him. Now, more alleged victims are cooperating with the Manhattan district attorney’s office.

Sources say that multiple individuals who claim to be victims of Majors’ alleged abuse have come forward. If more women are able to provide evidence against Majors, it would be a significant turn in the case. Unfortunately for the actor, this development has resulted in his publicists and management company severing ties with him. Additionally, he was advised by Valentino not to attend the Met Gala. However, Majors and his lawyer may have just provided some evidence that could turn the tables for him.

Majors’ Ex-Girlfriend Reportedly Partied After Alleged Abuse

Jonathan Majors has now claimed that the driver who was present during his alleged domestic incident with his ex-girlfriend will testify that he did not harm her. Supposedly, the driver will also testify that Majors never raised his voice or hit the woman in any way. Majors and his attorney further claim that the driver saw the woman attacking him. Majors had to ask the driver to stop the car so that he could escape her attack. The woman claimed to have suffered injuries during the altercation, including a broken finger and a laceration behind her ear, but Majors and his attorney say they have evidence that refutes these claims.

In this supposed new evidence, the ex-girlfriend who accused him of domestic violence was caught on hours of security videos going out to a club and getting drunk after the alleged attack int he car. She also reportedly sent him text messages accusing him of being unfaithful and threatening to harm herself. In the new filing, Majors and his lawyers included screenshots of the security footage. They show the ex-girlfriend using her supposedly injured hand without any issue. Whether or not the evidence is enough to sway the court or even public opinion remains tone seen. What do you think about the new evidence?

Jonathan Majors’ Problems Getting Worse By The Second

Jonathan Majors is still grappling with the allegations of domestic violence against him. The actor’s recent arrest has caused a stir in the entertainment industry. Law enforcement confirmed that his girlfriend is the alleged victim in the case that began his problems. According to sources, the couple had an argument while traveling in a taxi. Majors’ girlfriend reportedly saw another woman’s message on his phone, resulting in a confrontation. Reports indicate that Majors responded with physical aggression when his girlfriend attempted to view the alleged text messages on his device. Reportedly, he slapped her and placing his hands around her neck.

On Saturday morning, March 25, law enforcement was called to the Chelsea area in Manhattan, and Majors’ girlfriend was subsequently taken to a nearby hospital by authorities due to visible injuries on her face and body. Majors’ lawyers have shared purported messages from the woman that they claim will exonerate the actor if they are genuine. Despite this, people seem to be distancing themselves from him. He has now been dropped from several projects, and it would appear that more victims are coming forward to assist in the case against him.

Majors’ Victims Cause Major Shakeup

According to insiders that have spoken to Variety, several purported victims of Majors’ alleged abuse have stepped forward and are collaborating with the Manhattan DA office in the aftermath of his arrest in March. If more women are able to provide evidence against Majors, it would be a significant development in the case. It’s already not looking good for the actor. This new development Majors’ publicists and management company have severed ties with him. Additionally, Majors was also told that it was not a good idea for him to attend the Met Gala.

Jonathan Majors has also been dropped from several major projects that he was due to appear in, including an Otis Redding biopic and an MLB ad. Marvel has not yet dropped the actor, and it appears they don’t have plans to do so until there is a more clear picture of the events that have transpired. In a statement, Major’s lawyer said, “Jonathan Majors is innocent and has not abused anyone. We have provided irrefutable evidence to the District Attorney that the charges are false.” The actor is due in court May 8th. What do you think of the situation? Do you think Majors is guilty? Sound off in the comments!
