Amber Rose Defends Her Pro-Trump Stance After Fans Attack Her

Amber Rose is no stranger to controversy. She’s been criticized for being outspoken on sensitive issues, or for airing out the dirty laundry of her polarizing ex, Kanye West, on social media. Her latest controversy may be her biggest yet, however. The model recently posed for a photo with Donald Trump and his wife, Melania, and was immediately criticized by fans online. Many were taken aback to learn Rose was an avid Trump supporter, given the various causes she’s lobbied for over the years.

Amber Rose posted the pic of her and the Trumps on her Instagram with the caption “Trump 2024.” This made it very clear that she was in support of the President’s current campaign, and not merely grabbing a photo with another celebrity. Fans took Rose to task for siding with someone who’s politics have stood in direct opposition to her own. “Imagine being an advocate for women’s rights and endorsing Trump and his party who reversed Roe V Wade,” one user wrote. “Wild.”

Another, actor Amber Whittington, doubled down on Rose’s seemingly contradictory stance. “Damn Amber, You’re a Bisexual woman of color that runs a movement that stands up for Women’s rights and their power against anyone that abuses it,” she wrote. “That’s literally OPPOSITE of what he supports…smdh.” Rose must have read some of these comments, because she to them on IG. She labeled those who dismissed Trump as “brainwashed.” The model also had some harsh words for President Joe Biden.

“Lmaooo y’all think Biden cares about black ppl??? Sad. Do your research,” Rose wrote. “I did. I’ll always put women first.” She then went on to mention trans rights and abortion as topics on which she agrees with the ex-President. “Y’all want biological men in women’s sports,” she added. “Trump supports the most reasonable compromise on abortion. Stop being brainwashed, cuz WE’RE ppl of color. Make your own decisions.”

Amber Rose is one of the most notable Trump supporters in the hip-hop world since her aforementioned ex, Kanye West, met with the President in 2018. The rapper also ran against Trump in the 2020 election.

Cardi B’s Comments On Joe Biden Spark Debate On CNN

Cardi B’s recent comments on Joe Biden and Donald Trump were the subject of debate during the latest episode of CNN’s State of the Union show. The rapper told Rolling Stone that she doesn’t plan on voting for either candidate in the upcoming election because she doesn’t feel comfortable supporting a candidate who is actively funding the violence in Palestine.

“The famous rapper, Cardi B… she endorsed Biden in 2020. Now she told Rolling Stone magazine she doesn’t ‘f’ with either of them,” Jake Tapper said. Bakari Sellers added: “I don’t think the biggest threat to Joe Biden is Donald Trump. I think the biggest threat to Joe Biden is people staying at home. Cardi B actually echoes that sentiment.”

Cardi has discussed her issues with Biden on multiple occasions in recent weeks. “When it comes to Biden, I can’t support you because you’re funding a war,” she said during a live stream on social media, as caught by Complex. “You’re funding a war where millions are getting killed. And you know who’s getting killed? This is not a war that is soldiers fighting soldiers. Because if it’s soldiers fighting soldiers, alright, that’s a war, that’s a battle. But there’s children and parents getting killed. I am a parent, I would hate to be a child and to see my father or mother get killed due to a bomb. I can’t support that, I just can’t. My heart can’t. I can’t support that.” She added: “But I’m not going to feel guilty three years from now, two years from now, when one of these old hags is our president and some f*ck sh*t happen. I don’t wanna feel guilty that I’m part of the pick.”

CNN Reacts To Cardi B’s Stance

Despite the stance, she says she’s not trying to discourage people from voting. “I’m not encouraging anybody to not vote. You do what you want to do, but I’m telling you what I’m doing and that’s it,” she said. “But the more you know, and the more passionate you become, the more you see that our leaders are evil.” Be on the lookout for further updates on Cardi B and the 2024 Presidential Election on HotNewHipHop.

Cardi B Refuses To Vote For Neither Donald Trump Nor Joe Biden

Cardi B remains outspoken about her political views, and while she’s no realist theorist, she can often resonate with a lot of U.S. citizens in the same boat. Moreover, you probably saw that she spoke to Rolling Stone for a Thursday (May 16) profile, and the topic of the upcoming presidential election came up. Furthermore, the Bronx MC relayed that she’s not a big fan of neither (likely) Democrat candidate Joe Biden and (probable) Republican candidate Donald Trump. Not only that, but she even made it a point to state that neither old white man will get her vote in 2024.

I don’t f**k with both of y’all n***as,” Cardi B revealed, explaining that domestic and international decisions caused “layers and layers of disappointment” for her. She believes that people experienced “betrayal” thanks to skyrocketing living costs, insufficient wages, and consistently inconsistent action. “It’s just like, damn, y’all not caring about nobody. Then, it really gets me upset that there is solutions to it. There is a solution. I know there’s a solution because you’re spending billions of dollars on any f***ing thing.

Cardi B also spoke on situations like that of Israel and Palestine or Russia and Ukraine. She thinks artists of color could get “blackball” treatment for speaking out particularly about what’s going on in Gaza. “[The U.S. doesn’t] pay for endless wars for countries that have been going through s**t for a very long time,” Bardi went on. “There’s countries [where] kids are getting killed every single day. But because the [U.S.] won’t benefit from that country, they won’t help. I don’t like that America has this superhero cape on. We never did things to be superheroes. We did things for our own convenience.”

Meanwhile, Cardi B always seeks to balance these tough topics out with staying grounded, appreciative, and boastful in her personal life. After all, four songs with over a billion streams on Spotify will definitely provoke a flexing mood every once in a while. But she has always been very clear about what broad values she stands for, and what she thinks are the important issues affecting her country. Even though celebrities aren’t political analysts, hopefully their words inspire at least one person to reconsider their worldview.

Back in 2020, Cardi B interviewed Joe Biden as part of his presidential campaign. Since then, she has soured on the now-President.

Cardi is the subject of a new Rolling Stone feature shared today (May 16). In it, she’s blunt about her feelings towards both Biden and Donald Trump: “I don’t f*ck with both of y’all n****s,” she said as confirmation that she doesn’t plan to vote at all in the upcoming election.

The piece goes on to note, “Before, she had seen Trump as a dire threat, but under Biden, she’s felt ‘layers and layers of disappointment’ from what she sees as domestic and foreign mismanagement. The cost of living is too high, wages are too low, and too little is being done about it, she says.” Cardi added, “I feel like people got betrayed.”

Cardi also said, “It’s just like, damn, y’all not caring about nobody. Then, it really gets me upset that there is solutions to it. There is a solution. I know there’s a solution because you’re spending billions of dollars on any f*cking thing.” She later added, “[America] don’t pay for endless wars for countries that have been going through sh*t for a very long time. There’s countries [where] kids are getting killed every single day, but because the [US] won’t benefit from that country, they won’t help. I don’t like that America has this superhero cape on. We never did things to be superheroes. We did things for our own convenience.”

Plies went off on President Joe Biden and the rest of the Democratic party in a rant on Instagram, earlier this week. In doing so, he explained that he’s upset with Biden being so active on Twitter, but not getting aggressive enough with the Republicans.

Plies began his rant by reading a tweet from Biden in which he details imposing “a series of tariffs on goods made in China.” After quoting the post, Plies remarks: “Now get your motherf*cking ass in front of the camera and say the same motherf*cking thing.” He adds: “[Donald] Trump’s in the court right now with a courtroom of motherf*cking Republicans trying to intimidate the motherf*cking jury. Democrats, get you motherf*cking ass in the courtroom too. Y’all motherf*cking intimidate the jury. And when you get outside, set up a motherf*cking podium just like they do and tell your motherf*cking version of events that happened in the motherf*cking courtroom today.” From there, he called on Hakeem Jeffries to get active.

The Drake/Kendrick Lamar Beef Has Reached The White House Via A Biden Campaign Donald Trump Diss

At this point, the ongoing beef between Kendrick Lamar and Drake has permeated essentially the entirety of culture. Need proof? Joe Biden’s team is capitalizing on the situation to go after Donald Trump.

A video shared on social media by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ campaign team on May 6 is set to the part of Kendrick Lamar’s “Euphoria” that goes, “It’s always been about love and hate, now let me say I’m the biggest hater / I hate the way that you walk, the way that you talk, I hate the way that you dress / I hate the way that you sneak diss, if I catch flight, it’s gon’ be direct.”

That scores a gallery of Trump photos and text subtitles showing off alternate lyrics, which read, “It’s always been about love and hate, now let me say I’m the biggest hater. I hate the way that you walk over women’s rights, the way that you talk about immigrants. I hate the way that you dress, I hate the way that you sneak diss on Truth Social.”

Meanwhile, Seth Rogen just joked about the beef at his Seth Smokes The Bowl event last night, saying in part, “Could you imagine going to a club and seeing a room full of people dancing to a song about you being a pedophile?”

Joe Biden Campaign Disses Donald Trump By Using Kendrick Lamar’s “Euphoria” Lyrics

Joe Biden’s campaign team took aim at Donald Trump on social media, Monday, by flipping the lyrics to Kendrick Lamar’s “Euphoria” diss track. In doing so they posted a video of several pictures of the former President while the song plays. “It’s always been about love and hate, now let me say I’m the biggest hater. I hate the way that you walk over women’s rights, the way that you talk about immigrants. I hate the way that you dress, I hate the way that you sneak diss on truth social,” the text over the video reads.

In the original version of the song, Lamar goes after Drake amid their ongoing feud. He raps: “It’s always been about love and hate, now let me say I’m the biggest hater / I hate the way that you walk, the way that you talk, I hate the way that you dress / I hate the way that you sneak diss, if I catch flight, it’s gon’ be direct / We hate the b*tches you f*ck ’cause they confuse themself with real women.”

Lamar released “Euphoria” back on April 30 as the second diss track in his ongoing feud with Drake. In the lyrics, he labeled the Toronto rapper a “master manipulator,” referenced his previous feud with Pusha T, and more. He’s released several more songs aimed at Drake in the time since including “6:16 in LA,” “Meet the Grahams,” and his latest, “Not Like Us.”

Macklemore Is Anti-Biden And Pro-Palestine On The Fiery New Song ‘Hind’s Hall’

In case you missed it, for weeks now, there have been pro-Palestine protests at Columbia University, and they have taken over to the point that the school’s main commencement ceremony was just canceled. Macklemore is now showing support for these protestors with a new song, “Hind’s Hall.” The song is titled after the new name protesters have given the school’s Hamilton Hall, in honor of a 6-year-old girl who died in Gaza.

The track starts with a direct backing of the protestors as Macklemore raps, “Yeah, the people, they won’t leave / What is threatening about divesting and wanting peace? / The problem isn’t the protests, it’s what they’re protesting / It goes against what our country is funding.”

He also goes after President Joe Biden, rapping, “The blood is on your hands, Biden, we can see it all / And f*ck no, I’m not voting for you in the fall.”

Macklemore later nods to the ongoing Drake/Kendrick Lamar feud, saying, “What happened to the artist? What do you got to say? / If I was on a label, you could drop me today / I’d be fine with it ’cause the heart fed my page / I want a ceasefire, f*ck a response from Drake.”

This isn’t Macklemore’s first time speaking up about Palestine: At a November 2023 rally, he said, “They told me to be quiet. They told me to do my research, to go back, that it’s too complex to say something, right? To be silent in this moment. In the last three weeks, I’ve gone back, and I’ve done some research. […] I’m teachable. I don’t know enough. But I know enough that this is a genocide.”

Listen to “Hind’s Hall” above.

Macklemore Attacks Joe Biden On Pro-Palestine Song “Hind’s Hall”

Macklemore speaks his mind. The Seattle rapper has been lionized and villainized for discussing controversial topics in his music, but he’s stuck to his guns throughout his career. His latest single, “Hind’s Hall,” is perhaps his most controversial yet. Macklemore champions Palestine over the song’s three verses, and takes political leaders to task for not doing anything to aid its citizens. He goes as far as to call put Joe Biden, and tell him the President that he has “blood” on his hands.

The rapper doesn’t bother with entendres or hidden meanings. He comes out and plainly states how he feels about the current Palestine situation. He also notes the recent wave of student protests. “History been repeating for the last 75,” he raps. “The nakba never ended, the colonizer lied. If students in tents posted on the lawn, occupying the quad is really against the law.” From there, Macklemore criticizes the prioritization of profit over war, and the ways in which those in power benefit from prolonged struggles. “Who gets the right to defend,” he adds. “And who gets the right of resistance has always been about dollars.”

Macklemore Also Throws A Shot At Drake

Macklemore even makes reference to the ongoing Drake vs. Kendrick Lamar battle. He points out how unimportant the battle is amidst real world conflict. “I want a ceasefire,” he raps aggressively. “F*ck a response from Drake.” The biggest diss, however is reserved for the President. The rapper says that he’s disappointed in Biden’s handling of the Palestine situation, and even the President that he no longer has his vote. “The blood is on your hands, Biden, we can see it all,” he adds. “And f*ck no, I’m not voting for you in the fall.”

What are your thoughts on this new diss, “Hind’s Hall” by Macklemore? Is this is the best song Macklemore has released in years? Do you agree with his message? Do you think his comments about Joe Biden were accurate? We would like to hear what you have to say, so be sure to leave your takes in the comments section.
