Sage The Gemini Hit With Rape Allegations Stemming From Stay At Chris Brown’s Home

Sage The Gemini is facing a sexual assault allegation from a woman who accuses him of raping her at Chris Brown’s house back in 2017. She had gone public with the allegation in a viral TikTok post from last month, but according to TMZ, has now filed an official police report in Los Angeles. “I was raped at Chris Brown’s house by his friend Sage the Gemini. Yes, I know I should have never been at Chris Brown’s house in the first place,” she alleged on TikTok. She added that she was just 18 years old at the time.

Sage previously denied the allegations in a series of posts on his Instagram Story, last month. “Only people she not Lyin to is the police cuz they don’t give our careers! #FindANewHustle”, he wrote at the time. In more posts, he added: “When I ruptured my patellar tendon I called emergency services the same day!” as well as, “Internet could sell you a foot if they said you could walk faster.”

In the alleged victim’s TikTok post, she also called out Diddy regarding his recent arrest on charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. He’s already pleaded not guilty to those crimes and plans to argue his case in court. He currently resides at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn while awaiting trial. His next attempt at getting out on bail will come later this week.

Tupac’s Family Investigating Alleged Diddy Connection To His Murder

This isn’t the first time we’ve heard this news, but a second source confirmation certainly helps. Moreover, according to Billboard, earlier reports are true: Tupac Shakur’s family hired New York attorney Alex Spiro to investigate the alleged connection between Diddy and the rapper’s murder in 1996. For those unaware, Keefe D will face trial as a primary murder suspect in the ‘Pac case in March of next year, and he’s previously alleged that Sean Combs offered him a million dollars to carry the hit out. However, not only has he denied any and all connections to the incident, but authorities confirmed that the Bad Boy mogul was never a suspect in their investigations.

“The story is a lie,” Diddy stated back in 2008 after The Los Angeles Times published a report alleging that his associates had a role in Tupac’s murder. “It is beyond ridiculous and completely false. Neither (the late rapper Notorious B.I.G.) nor I had any knowledge of any attack before, during or after it happened. I am shocked that the Los Angeles Times would be so irresponsible as to publish such a baseless and completely untrue story.”

Furthermore, this follows an Elliott Wilson story about how Diddy allegedly expressed a lot of interest in talking about Tupac’s death. “I was kicking it with him for a day or two on-and-off, just talking to him and stuff,” Wilson recalled. “He acted like he finally wanted to give me an interview. I remember he said to me, he goes, ‘You gotta ask me some real s**t. You gotta ask me if I killed Tupac.’ And then he walked out of the room. [He] didn’t say it in a way like, ‘I did it.’ He said it in a way of almost like, ‘I want this moment of redemption, of me explaining the situation.’ That’s how I took it, but maybe I’m wrong.”

Meanwhile, Diddy continues to face more misconduct allegations and developments in his federal case for alleged sex trafficking. It seems unclear whether this will cross over in any way with the Tupac case, albeit unlikely. We’ll see how both legal situations evolve.

Diddy’s Investigation Allegedly Goes International As British Authorities Search For Possible Victims

Diddy may be facing allegations in the United Kingdom soon enough as British authorities are looking into possible crimes he may have committed abroad, according to a new report from The Mirror. With Diddy being a regular visitor to England over the course of his career, United States investigators have reportedly flown over to London and are getting help from local detectives to find any possible victims. The news comes after authorities in America arrested Diddy, earlier this month, charging him with alleged sex trafficking and racketeering.

“Given the huge amount of time he spent in London, there are concerns that the alleged offending was not confined to America’s shores. Prosecutors are imploring anyone in the U.K. who may have information they feel could help the investigation to get in touch,” a source told The Mirror, as caught by AllHipHop.

Following his arrest, Diddy failed to get out on bail and currently resides at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. He’s already pleaded not guilty to the charges and maintains his innocence. His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, further told TMZ that the Bad Boy mogul is “actually remarkably positive,” considering the situation. “I spend several hours with him every day,” he added. “His resolve is strong. He’s engaged.” That update came after the outlet reported that Diddy was on suicide watch at the jail. Agnifilo also clarified that the move is a routine measure for new, high-profile inmates.

Diddy’s Former Bodyguard Claims Mogul’s Ties To Eric Adams Sparked Federal Investigation

The federal investigation and indictment concerning Diddy deals with charges of alleged sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Recently, another high-profile Big Apple indictment arrived against New York City Mayor Eric Adams for campaign finance corruption with a foreign government, bribery, and other related charges. While these situations don’t seem connected at all, Sean Combs’ former bodyguard Gene Deal thinks that something fishy went down. Moreover, before the Adams indictment, Deal spoke to The Art Of Dialogue and claimed that the Southern District of New York started to investigate the Bad Boy mogul as they investigated the mayor, meaning that the former’s ties to the latter might be what caused Puff Daddy’s indictment.

“All the mayor people that he brought on, here in New York City, they all resigning,” Diddy’s former bodyguard alleged. “People ain’t gon’ tie this together, but if you look at it, you have to say because of Mayor Adams and his relationship with Diddy, it brought on the Southern District of New York to start investigating Diddy on civil lawsuits that was put against him.

Furthermore, Gene Deal claimed that the case against Diddy is “bigger” than the executive. “Because you know who else they was doing an investigation on during that whole time period? It was the mayor and the politicians in New York City,” he posited. In addition, Deal alleged that federal officials “found that there was some criminal activity” after looking at Cassie and Lil Rod’s civil lawsuits against Combs, which led them to pursue criminal charges. However, all these explanations still require further elaboration in court in order to make heads or tails of them. After all, the two indictments arriving during a similar timeframe could just be a coincidence.

As such, we still have a lot of allegations and claims to wade through. Both Diddy and Eric Adams vehemently deny the accusations against them. “They want to tarnish him,” the mayor’s lawyer Alex Spiro claimed at a press conference. “They want to tarnish him in your eyes. There’s no corruption, this is not a real case. we’re going to see everyone in court.”

Diddy Investigation: Sex Worker Allegedly Plans To Cooperate With Feds

Diddy was recently arrested in New York City following months of shocking allegations and lawsuits. The Bad Boy Records founder was charged with “racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.” If convicted, he could serve a minimum of 15 years behind bars and a maximum of life in prison. Needless to say, the stakes are high here.

According to sources who recently spoke with TMZ, at least two new people plan to cooperate with authorities amid the investigation. Moreover, they’re allegedly willing to testify in front of the grand jury sometime soon. Their identities have not been revealed. The outlet reports, however, that one of them is a sex worker who was allegedly involved with Diddy in 2014.

TMZ says they spoke with this individual, and that they shared plans to be interviewed by federal prosecutors later this month. It remains unclear what kind of information they could allegedly have about Diddy. As for other developments in his legal battle, he appeared in court yesterday for an appeal hearing. He asked to be released on bail for the second time, offering to be tracked by a GPS, have no female visitors outside of family, and more.

Matthew Perry Update: Multiple Arrests Made In Connection With Death Investigation

Law enforcement said Thursday morning that they charged multiple people in connection with the accidental overdose death of actor Matthew Perry. Perry, 54, was found face down in the pool at his Pacific Palisades home on Oct. 28, 2023. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office attributed his death, in part, to the acute effects of ketamine. Authorities in Southern California arrested at least one person early Thursday. Later in the day, federal prosecutors will reportedly unseal an indictment that details the allegations against that individual. The indictment will also name others.

Ketamine has been a popular party drug for decades. In recent years, it has shown potential as an alternative treatment for depression. A growing number of clinics offer it as an infusion or injection for a wide variety of mental health problems. Perry had been undergoing ketamine infusion therapy to treat depression and anxiety. However, his last session took place more than a week prior to his death.

The levels of ketamine in Matthew Perry’s body were high, equivalent to the amount used for general anesthesia during surgery. The coroner ultimately ruled his death an accident, citing other factors outside of the ketamine in his system. Contributing factors also included drowning, coronary artery disease and the effects of buprenorphine, a synthetic opioid used to treat opioid addiction.

Perry, best known for playing Chandler Bing on Friends, had been open about his struggles with substance abuse. He detailed his struggles in his 2022 memoir, “Friends, Lovers and the Big Terrible Thing.” At the time of his death, he had been clean for over a year and a half. Perry’s death is not the first time that law enforcement has investigated drug-related celebrity deaths. Michael Jackson’s private physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter. He provided the singer with a fatal dose of powerful drugs in 2009. In 2022, a California court sentenced a drug dealer to 17.5 years in prison for his involvement in Mac Miller’s death. Law enforcement have not yet revealed the arrested man’s name, nor have they set a court date.

Boosie Badazz says the legal situation that Diddy is dealing with is a “mess” and theorized that Cassie wants more money than she got from settling her lawsuit against the industry veteran last year. He discussed Cassie’s allegations of misconduct against Diddy during an interview with VladTV.

“It’s just a mess right now,” Boosie said of the situation. “It’s just a mess everywhere right now. Cassie and that side don’t sound too happy. I know she ain’t got no $30 million.” From there, he implied she’d be living a quieter lifestyle if that was the case. Fans joined in with unfounded theories in the comments section of Vlad’s interview on YouTube. “She won’t be able to enjoy that money,” one top response reads. “She might ‘mysteriously’ pass away too. She’s securing her child. And there’s nothing comedic about this case. It’s ridiculous and sad.” Another wrote: “She probably sign paper work can’t talk about it.”

It’s far from the first time Boosie has spoken on Cassie’s allegations against Diddy. He previously reacted to the Bad Boy mogul’s apology video that released in the wake of CNN publishing footage of him hitting Cassie at a hotel in 2016. At the time, he theorized that Diddy would sample his comments for a future comeback song. He also described him as a “sick” individual for his actions in the video. Diddy has consistently denied all of the accusations he’s faced over the last year.

Foolio’s Murder: Police Chief Promises Arrests Are Coming

Tampa Police Chief Lee Bercaw hosted a Town Hall meeting to discuss the recent murder of Foolio, during which he promised that the rapper’s killers would be brought to justice. The 26-year-old was gunned down outside of a Holiday Inn, last weekend, while celebrating his birthday among friends.

“We are working day in and day out on this case,” Bercraw told members of the media. “They’re developing some good leads. We’re working closely with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. We are working with our statewide prosecutor, our federal partners, the ATF and the FBI, and our local prosecutor Susie Lopez. I can guarantee you we are going to be following up and making arrests in that case.” He added that they’ve been looking through social media posts as well. Foolio was staying at an Airbnb before being kicked out for having too many guests over. At that point, the party moved to a Holiday Inn where he was ambushed.

“At approximately 4:40 am, Tampa Police received a 911 call for a shooting at 11606 McKinley Drive,” Tampa Police said in a statement about the incident. “A total of four people were injured in the shooting. One person was pronounced deceased, three other victims are being treated at the hospital. Their condition is listed as stable at this time.” Foolio’s lawyer, Lewis Fusco, confirmed that the rapper was the deceased victim in a statement afterward. He wrote: “Mr. Jones had been in Tampa to celebrate his birthday over the weekend. Law enforcement reports indicate that he initially stayed at an Airbnb but was asked to leave due to exceeding occupancy limits. He subsequently relocated to the Holiday Inn, where he was involved in an incident in the hotel parking lot and reportedly ambushed.”

Fusco concluded: “While these events involving our client, Mr. Charles Jones, have been disclosed by law enforcement, we are unable to provide further comments at this time until additional details become public record. We kindly request that the privacy of Mr. Jones and his family be respected during this difficult time.” Foolio had posted about being in town to celebrate his birthday on his Instagram account. It’s no surprise then that dealing with all that money can be complicated and a recent report looked into some of the ways the “Rich Baby Daddy” is going so. A CBC News clip dug into some of the details related to where exactly his financial priorities rest.

In the clip they reveal the surprising amount of business ventures Drake has embarked on over the years and how many are still active. They investigate into the viral claim that he’s involved in more than 20 businesses and what they find is pretty surprising. CBC reportedly uncovered more than 50 different businesses in which the rapper’s assets exist. They conclude that portion of the story by speaking to a financial expert about their findings. The expert reveals that what he’s doing is actually pretty common among those who have amassed quite a bit of money and a pretty good way to protect their assets from potential creditors. Drake is still picking up the pieces from his all-in beef with Kendrick Lamar earlier this year. Diddy Was Allegedly “Jealous” Of 2Pac & The Notorious B.I.G.’s Friendship

Kirk Burrowes, a co-founding partner and former president of Bad Boy, says Sean “Diddy” Combs was always “jealous” of the initial friendship between 2Pac and The Notorious B.I.G. Speaking with Rolling Stone, he claimed that Combs was fond of ‘Pac but the feeling wasn’t mutual. Instead, the legendary West Coast rapper was more interested in bonding with Biggie. “There was someone on the sidelines, jealous,” Burrowes remarked of Diddy.

Rolling Stone corroborated the feelings when speaking with hip-hop photographer Monique Bunn. “Pac didn’t have any kind of respect for Puff,” Bunn said, adding that ‘Pac viewed Combs as a “corny executive.” Burrowes also explained that the Bad Boy crew studied ‘Pac’s hit song, “I Get Around,” as an inspiration for finding mainstream hip-hop success.

Elsewhere in Rolling Stone’s piece on the disgraced music executive, the outlet reports on a new allegation stemming from Diddy’s time at Howard University. They cite a friend of Diddy’s college girlfriend who recalled a particularly violent incident. They claimed Diddy showed up “belligerent” outside of their dorm and “screamed and hollered and acted a stone fool until she [the girlfriend] came downstairs,” at which point, Diddy allegedly beat her “all over the place” with a belt and was “screaming at the top of his lungs.” They spoke with multiple other alumni who claimed to have witnessed the alleged incident.

Diddy’s lawyer, Jonathan Davis, labeled the outlet’s sources “unreliable” in a response to a request for comment on the story. The new allegations come after CNN published a video of Diddy assaulting Cassie back in 2016. He has since apologized for that incident.
