Several Of Young Nudy’s PDE Affiliates Arrested For Alleged Insurance Fraud Scheme

According to reports, several of Georgia-born rapper Young Nudy’s PDE affiliates were indicted earlier this week. All eight of them are facing RICO charges for their alleged role in a multi-state insurance fraud scheme. Apparently, they had managed to allegedly steal somewhere around $70,000 in COVID-19 relief funds. Prosecutors claim they stole “personal information from more than 100 Fulton County residents to apply for and receive federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act funds.”

White Collar Crime Unit Deputy District Attorney Will Wooten shared a statement amid the arrests. “The White Collar Crime Unit spent more than two years investigating this case,” he explained. “Which came to our attention out of a series of gang-related homicide investigations in early 2021.” Wooten continued, “We spent countless hours combing through cell phone evidence, social media evidence, bank records, and other documents, and we intend to hold accountable all of the individuals charged by the grand jury in this case.”

The arrests were announced yesterday (August 9), by the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. They claim it closed an investigation that took more than two years and involved multiple jurisdictions. It surrounded “associates of the PDE criminal street gang,” according to them. Along with the RICO charges, the individuals are also charged with identity fraud, violation of the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act, and conspiracy to defraud the state.

“Whether they are shooting or stealing, criminal street gangs will be prosecuted by my office for the crimes they commit in Fulton County using every tool available under the law,” Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis claims. “If gangs choose to turn to white collar crimes to fund their illegal activities, we will be waiting with indictments in hand.” At the time of writing, Young Nudy has yet to comment on any of the arrests.

Plies Finally Realizes Why People Like Donald Trump

Plies recently took to social media, revealing that he’s finally discovered the reason why so many people like Donald Trump. The rapper notes that the former president represents a lack of consequences for one’s actions, claiming that “most people” prefer to blame others rather than themselves. “It Finally Donned On Me!!!!” he captioned the post.

“I’ve Figured Out Why People Who Claim To Like Trump Like Him!” Plies’ post begins, “They Like Him Because He Represents NON ACCOUNTABILITY.” He continues, “He Lives In A World That He Wants To Do & Say Whatever He Likes W/o Any Consequences. Everything Bad In His Life Is Someone Else’s Fault! Most People Feel Dis Way.” Plies hasn’t been shy about sharing his opinions on politics, and particularly on Trump. The artist frequently airs his thoughts about the controversial figure on social media, and his posts have only been ramping up amid his third indictment.

Plies Says Trump “Represents Non Accountability”

As expected, Plies managed to spark a bit of a debate in his comments section. Some users are in agreement with the rapper, while others came to Trump’s defense. “This is exactly it. He allows people to be their worst with no guilt,” one user comments. Another says, “Nah that’s not why ppl like him.” Regardless, it’s far from the first time Plies stirred things up on social media. He garnered a similar response when he roasted the former president last week, calling him “Pw*ssy Azz Trump.” He went in, clowning him for getting indicted for the third time.

“You done got indicted for the third time, you done got indicted for the third time,” he wrote. “Trump your p*ssy-a** got indicted for the third time, how the hell you get indicted for the third time? Hey Trump, ain’t no muthaf*cka got indicted three times in the history of indictment. Ain’t no muthaf*ckin’ body got indicted three muthaf*ckin’ times… three muthaf*ckin’ times. What you think this is, muthaf*ckin’ spades?”

Donald Trump Condemns Nancy Pelosi To “Someday Live In HELL”

Donald Trump slammed Nancy Pelosi in an unhinged rant on Truth Social, Sunday, after the congresswoman compared Trump’s lack of characteristic enthusiasm during his arraignment on Thursday to that of a “sad puppy.” Pelosi had spoken about Trump’s latest indictment while appearing on MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell Report.

“I purposely didn’t comment on Nancy Pelosi’s very weird story concerning her husband, but now I can because she said something about me, with glee, that was really quite vicious. ‘I saw a scared puppy,’ she said, as she watched me on television, like millions of others, that didn’t see that,” Trump began in his post. He added: “I wasn’t ‘scared.’ Nevertheless, how mean a thing to say! She is a Wicked Witch whose husbands journey from hell starts and finishes with her. She is a sick & demented ps*cho who will someday live in HELL!”

From there, Trump published more posts about his latest indictment. Escalating to all-caps, the former president continued: “NO WAY I CAN GET A FAIR TRIAL, OR EVEN CLOSE TO A FAIR TRIAL, IN WASHINGTON, D.C. THERE ARE MANY REASONS FOR THIS, BUT JUST ONE IS THAT I AM CALLING FOR A FEDERAL TAKEOVER OF THIS FILTHY AND CRIME RIDDEN EMBARRASSMENT TO OUR NATION, WHERE MURDERS HAVE JUST SHATTERED THE ALL TIME RECORD, OTHER VIOLENT CRIMES HAVE NEVER NEEN WORSE, AND TOURISTS HAVE FLED. THE FEDERAL TAKEOVER IS VERY UNPOPULAR WITH POTENTIAL AREA JURORS, BUT NECESSARY FOR SAFETY, GREATNESS, & FOR ALL THE WORLD TO SEE!”

Donald Trump Rants About Judge Who Denied Extension Request: “NO WAY!!!”

Donald Trump recently hopped on Truth Social, going on a strongly worded rant about Jack Smith and Judge Tanya S. Chutkan. The former president appeared in court for his third indictment recently, and Special Counsel Smith requested that a protective order be issued. The protective order is supposed to limit what Trump and his team can say publicly about the case. Chutkan then ordered Trump’s team to respond by Monday (August 7), and to pitch any amendments. Trump’s team later asked for an extension, which the judge denied. Based on his recent posts, Trump doesn’t appear too happy about it.

“THERE IS NO WAY I CAN GET A FAIR TRIAL WITH THE JUDGE ‘ASSIGNED’ TO THE RIDICULOUS FREEDOM OF SPEECH/FAIR ELECTIONS CASE,” Trump wrote. ”EVERYBODY KNOWS THIS, AND SO DOES SHE! WE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY ASKING FOR RECUSAL OF THIS JUDGE ON VERY POWERFUL GROUNDS, AND LIKEWISE FOR VENUE CHANGE, OUT IF [sic] D.C.”

Trump Says If He’s Elected He’ll Fire IRS Agents Hired By Joe Biden

He continued in another post, “DERANGED JACK SMITH AND OUR HIGHLY PARTISAN, AND VERY CORRUPT, DEPARTMENT OF INJUSTICE, COULD HAVE BROUGHT THIS BIDIN ‘OPPONENT’ CASE YEARS AGO, BUT CHOSE TO WAIT AND BRING IT RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY ELECTION CAMPAIGN. NO WAY!!!” “I HOPE YOU ARE WATCHING AMERICA,” he also wrote. “OUR COUNTRY IS BEING DESTROYED. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

Chutkan’s been met with a ton of backlash from Trump’s supporters in recent days, which is to be expected. She’s previously given out sentences to rioters from the January 6, 2021 U.S. Capitol attack, and was appointed by Barack Obama. With that being said, Trump’s new rant serves as a great example as to why the protective order was requested. In other Trump news, he also recently claimed he’d fire IRS agents hired by President Joe Biden if elected. “I will say ‘no’ to 87,000 IRS agents who want to take your money and destroy your lives,” he told a crowd.

Donald Trump Crashes Wedding Hours After Entering Third Indictment Plea

August 3 was a pretty bad day for Donald Trump. He appeared in court to plead on his third indictment. These charges related to his alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 election through “unlawful means”. In particular, the charges related to the January 6 insurrection during which Trump’s supporters attempt to stop Congress from certifying the election results. Trump of course pled not guilty. However, that news was immediately undermined by what happened next.

Trump’s lawyer, Alina Habba, decided to give an interview to Fox News after the arraignment. During that interview, Habba stated that Trump was aware that he had lost the election and that what he was doing was illegal. Lawyers don’t typically admit that their client, especially one who just pled not guilty, is in fact guilty. Meanwhile, Trump reportedly threw a bit of a tantrum about his treatment in the courtroom. “I am told that the former president, one thing that irked him particularly, was during that hearing today that lasted about 27 minutes, was when the magistrate judge referred to him as simply ‘Mr. Trump.’” reported CNN‘s Kaitlan Collins. However, Trump seemingly bounced back with a surprise wedding appearance.

In videos that emerged late on August 3, Trump appeared to return to his Bedminster Golf Club in New Jersey after the proceedings in DC. Turns out, there was a wedding going on at the club when Trump arrived. So, needing some simps to boost his ego, Trump decided to crash the party. Entering the room to chants of “USA”, Trump immediately took over proceedings at the event. “I heard so much about this couple,” Trump said in a toast. The bride is totally beautiful, and you’re even more beautiful today.” Reports also indicate that Trump posed for photos with the bride and groom later in the night.

Despite the celebrations, things continue to mount up against the embattled former President. At the time of writing, he has been indicted on nearly 80 charges across multiple investigations. In the coming weeks, more charges are expected to come from an indictment in the state of Georgia. That indictment also stems from claims of election interference, with Trump accused of attempting to pressure state officials into overturning the state’s 2020 results.

Plies Roasts Donald Trump Over Latest Indictment: “Pw*ssy Azz Trump!!!!”

Plies came at Donald Trump on social media, earlier this week, after the United States Justice Department announced criminal charges against the former president regarding lies about the 2020 election results as well as the January 6th riot. The rapper addressed the situation during a video on his Instagram page.

“How U Get Indicted For The 3rd Time???” he captioned his clip, while adding numerous laughing emoji’s. “Pw*ssy Azz Trump!!!!  #Plies.” In the video, he further said: “You done got indicted for the third time, you done got indicted for the third time. In addition to the Instagram post, Plies went at Trump in multiple tweets on Wednesday. He theorized that Trump will attempt to win reelection before he can face punishment for any of his crimes.

Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith spent months investigating Trump prior to the announcement of the charges. According to the Associated Press, he noted: “The attack on our nation’s Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, was an unprecedented assault on the seat of American democracy. It was fueled by lies, lies by the defendant targeted at obstructing a bedrock function of the U.S. government: the nation’s process of collecting, counting and certifying the results of the presidential election.”

Quando Rondo Indictment: Rapper Allegedly Manages Rollin’ 60s Gang

Last week, it was reported that 24-year-old Quando Rondo had been arrested on drug charges. The news quickly sent shockwaves through the hip-hop community. After a few days without updates, more information was released on Tuesday (June 20). We now know that 18 others have been indicted along with the rapper. Aside from the drug trouble, those involved are also facing gang charges. Quando specifically is accused of having a managerial position within his local chapter of the Rollin’ 60s.

According to WJCL, the Chatham County District Attorney’s Office has put together a 49-count indictment against the Georgia native and his co-defendants. They’ve been accused of dozens of crimes, such as using a cell phone to conduct illegal activity and gang affiliation. Quando’s personal charges into two counts of conspiracy to violate Georgia’s controlled substances act, one count of participating in criminal street gang activity, and use of communication facility in the commission of a felony involving controlled substances.

Update on Quando Rondo’s Arrest

As XXL reports, the indictment notably mentions a June 4 trip to Macon, Georgia. At the time, the “ABG” artist was allegedly travelling to pay a marijuana supplier. On the bright side, Quando’s arrest wasn’t a total surprise. He turned himself into authorities on June 16, sending out a telling tweet to his loved ones early that morning. “I Love You Paris, Italy, Kiyah, My Mama, Tess, My Grandma, Freida,” he wrote. “I’ll Be Bacc!”

At this time, the accused gang member has yet to release an official statement regarding his arrest. Amid the mass hip-hop crime wave that’s unfolding, it’s been increasingly difficult to keep up with the news coming from various cases. The YSL and YFN RICO trials are still unfolding, and YNW Melly is in court this month as his proceedings move forward in Broward County. Interestingly enough, Quando Rondo was venting about wishing he had kept more of his personal life private just weeks before his recent arrest. After entering a not-guilty plea to 37 federal charges in Miami for his handling of classified documents, former President Donald Trump pulled up to the Versailles restaurant and created a scene by posing with supporters and staff, and requesting prayers.

Additional events at Versailles included giving thumbs up to the crowd, receiving a Happy Birthday singing tribute as he turns 77 on Wednesday, and buying food for everyone in attendance.

The Hill notes the importance of Florida for both its Cuban-American population and the support of the state to rival candidate Gov. Ron DeSantis (R).

Former President Donald Trump pleaded not guilty on all 37 charges in his federal indictment. Trump is accused of transferring classified documents from the White House to his Mar-a-Lago resort and working in conspiracy to obstruct justice.

Trump was arrested by deputy US Marshals and entered into a booking process along with his co-defendant Walt Nauta. Trump received electronic fingerprints but did not take a mugshot. Nauta arrived in a separate vehicle.

Barbra Streisand Quotes Memphis Bleek While Condemning Donald Trump

Barbra Streisand called out Donald Trump on Twitter, earlier this week, amid his indictment for mishandling classified documents. In doing so, Streisand quoted lyrics from former Roc-A-Fella rapper Memphis Bleek. The lyrics come from his verse on Jay-Z’s The Dynasty: Roc La Familia track, “1-900-Hustler.” The song also features Beanie Sigel and Freeway.

“Trump is going to be indicted for stealing classified documents,” Streisand wrote. “He is going crazy with his tweets urging his cult to ‘FIGHT.’ We remember what happened on January 6th. ‘The strong are quiet, the weak start riots.’ – Rapper Memphis Bleek[.]”

Trump responded to the indictment on Truth Social.

“We are watching our Republic DIE before our very eyes,” he said in a statement posted on the site requesting campaign contributions. “The Biden-appointed Special Counsel has INDICTED me in yet another witch hunt regarding documents that I had the RIGHT to declassify as President of the United States. This witch hunt began when the FBI RAIDED my home and then staged it to look like a made-for-TV crime scene with police sirens and flashing red and blue lights.
