Drake vs. Kendrick Lamar, the beef, and rumors of further beef keep coming. While Drake let off a new collection of loosies on his Finsta, he is seemingly prepping yet another round of beef. Nestled in the uploads on his Instagram story was a clip of Rasheed Wallace after losing Game 1 of a playoff series.
Does Drake acknowledge losing? Or is he just making sure nothing is left on the table?
Anyway, Sheed says, “Y’all can put it on the front page, back page, middle page, wherever, headliners, column one or two — we will win game two.”
In the days of Ancient Rome, men and women gathered in coliseums to watch prisoners and slaves kill one another. As much as we’d like to think we have come a long way and evolved, the statistics show that is simply not the case.
Based on data collected by NBC News, Foul Ball Safety Now estimates that roughly 5,000 fans may have been injured over eight seasons at 30 MLB stadiums. These figures do not even factor injuries in ballparks operated by the 120 minor league affiliates and MLB Partner League teams.
Unlike the days of the ancient gladiators, these days the main risk of mutilation in modern society at a sporting event doesn’t seem to ride on the shoulders of the athletes… but rather the heads of the paying audience.
Just a few years ago Dodgers Stadium had its second death by foul ball, and there has been at least one known fatality in the independent leagues.
Earlier this season, Chowon, the K-pop star from ICHILLIN’ received medical attention after getting hit in the head with a foul ball in the third inning of a Korean professional league game in Seoul, Korea.
Billboard reported that her representatives canceled her scheduled performance at the game as a result of the injury.
Many would consider the staggering rate of fan injuries, along with the growing number of audience deaths and mutilations, to be suggestive of a de-evolutionary society that is soon to water crops with Gatorade and elect pro wrestlers to the Oval Office like in Mike Judge’s film “Idiocracy”.
The MLB is aware of these dire statistics to the point that they have vowed to extend safety netting in the Professional Development League by 2025. However, the MLB still went ahead with hosting the Little League Classics again this month, showcasing different small children from Little League teams around the world.
Consumer safety advocate, Jordan Skopp, has been the voice of reason warning the public of the urgent need for new safety measures over the last five years. MLB has acknowledged the issue to the point of vowing to extend safety netting in the minor leagues.
“This demands all of our timeso we can eliminate the unknown factor. MLB creates a false sense of illusion, a mirage, by hosting the Little League Classic and promoting the game to 12-year-olds by complacently showcasing Little Leaguers at MLB games,” he continued.
“It gives off an intimacy and sense of comfort and belonging for kids watching on TV that draws them to the stadium. After seeing the spectacle in Williamsport, PA or at these Little League-themed MLB games, some of these children can be expected to then ask their parents to go on a family outing to see their local PDL or MLB Partner League teams play. Do they know those minor league ballparks in at least 70 cities across America don’t have adequate netting right now? How many realize they could be sitting in harm’s way?”
Surprisingly, Jordan is one of few people who has bothered to speak up and take action by starting Foul Ball Safety Now, which urges the league to increase safety netting.
Jordan has taken the due diligence to gather interviews from the people who have sustained injuries from foul balls, and the family members of the deceased victim from 2018, Linda Goldbloom.
“I’ve made personal connections with victims and loved ones and feel their frustration. I’m from New York and I love baseball, but this fan injury crisis needs to stop.”
He has even spoken to a number of remorseful MLB players in an effort to raise both the public and league’s awareness towards foul ball risks and pave the way for new safety measures.
“Some people have lost their eyesight, others have lost their grandmother or spouse… none of these losses needed to occur if baseball had respected its fans enough to protect us from the known risks of foul balls”.
He hopes that by speaking to victims and their families, and documenting the implications of foul ball injuries, he will help save lives and put an end to more life-changing injuries from foul balls.
“There are countless victims and family members who need to be heard. I’m committed to ensuring that each one of their stories is heard so we can put an end to this ongoing crisis.”
Antonio Brown is an interesting character. Overall, AB was one of the best wide receivers in the entire NFL just a few years ago. However, his on-the-field and off-the-field antics ultimately got him removed from the game entirely. There isn’t a single team out there that wants to risk their chemistry by bringing him in. Consequently, Brown has looked towards other avenues in order to make money. For instance, he is a musician now who is also part of Kanye West’s Donda Sports team.
Recently, the former NFL superstar was on the Aunt Tea podcast with Tia Kemp, Tokyo Toni, and Karlissa Saffold. As you can imagine, the antics were on a whole new level for much of the proceedings. It was a fantastic episode that had a lot of fans in stitches, although one moment in particular truly stands out. As you can see below, Brown was talking to Toni about his sexual prowess. That is when she said that if you can’t dance, you can’t be good at sex. It led to a whole rant from the podcast host, and all Brown could do was sit there almost in awe of what he was hearing.
Ultimately, it was yet another example of how the Aunt Tea podcast has proven to be appointment viewing every single Sunday on the Zeus Network. The network has been looking for its next hit that doesn’t involve the likes of Chrisean Rock or the Baddies brand. Now, it seems like they have found it. One can only imagine the guests they will be getting in the near future.
Let us know how you feel about all of these antics, in the comments section down below. Have you been watching the Aunt-Tea Podcast and if so, who has been your favorite guest so far? Do you believe that AB will ever get back into the NFL? Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. 6ix9ine is by far one of the most hated rappers of all time. Overall, you have to do a lot of bad things in order to get a designation like that. However, as it pertains to Tekashi, it most certainly rings true. During his Linsanity run in 2018, Tekashi was getting involved in all sorts of disrespectful antics. Subsequently, he went to prison following a RICO case and was out in less than a year. From there, he amped up the disrespect as he made fun of the deaths of King Von and Pop Smoke.
Since that time, 6ix9ine has fallen off popularity-wise. That said, he still makes music. He was in the Dominican Republic for quite some time as he focused on making Latin ballads. Now, however, he is back in the United States and is trying to get back on the rap wave. Having said that, his return has not been well received. In fact, it seems like Lil Tjay is looking to take shots at the artist. Below, you can see that he met up with 6ix9ine’s ex. He even graced her with a new chain, which feels like a huge diss, especially to someone like Tekashi.
When it comes to 6ix9ine, you can tell that there is a general disdain amongst his peers. Very few mainstream artists have embraced Tekashi, apart from Kodak Black. With that in mind, it will be difficult for him to gain any kind of momentum with his return to rap. Although he knows how to market himself, and that could prove to be an incredibly useful skill for him, moving forward.
Let us know what you think about all of these antics, in the comments section down below. Do you believe that artists should just leave 6ix9ine alone at this point, given the fact that he is barely relevant? Do you foresee the “GUMMO” artist responding to all of this? Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. We will continue to keep you informed on all of your favorite artists and their upcoming projects.

Let’s say it again if you missed the headline … Numbers don’t lie. In a recent national poll shows Vice President Kamala Harris leading former President Donald Trump by 7 points in the race for the White House. The poll, conducted by Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) and Braun Research between August 17 and 20, surveyed 801 registered voters and found that 50% of respondents support Harris, while 43% back Trump. The poll’s margin of error is plus or minus 3.5 percentage points.
The very real poll reveals strong partisan divides: 95% of Democrats support Harris, while only 2% of Republicans do. Among independents, 38% favor Harris, with 33% backing Trump. In contrast, Trump supports 95% of Republicans and 3% of Democrats.
Get this: The new poll comes as Harris continues her presidential campaign. She officially accepted the Democratic nomination at the Democratic National Convention (DNC) on Thursday. She entered the race shortly after President Joe Biden announced his decision to exit on July 21.
Although Harris is definitely leading in national polls, the race remains tight in key battleground states, which are critical to securing victory in the Electoral College.
The FDU poll was conducted while independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was still in the race. Kennedy, who officially withdrew on Friday and endorsed Trump, had been polling at about 5%, which could influence the outcome given the close race between Trump and Harris. Kennedy. Funny. Sorry, but after that bear story or the worm eating the brain thing, he just is.
Okay, not all polls show Harris with the upper hand. A Rasmussen Reports poll released Thursday found Trump leading Harris by 3 points, with 49% of likely voters supporting Trump and 46% backing Harris. This survey, conducted from August 15 to August 18 to 21, polled 1,893 likely voters and has a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.
This story is about some really rich celebrities doing really rich things. Enjoy ….
Okay, so Tom Brady, the seven-time Super Bowl champion, yeah, him, found himself on the losing side during the E1 racing event in Lake Como, Italy, and Will Smith wasn’t about to let him forget it.
Lake Como is near Milan. We said, really rich.
Smith’s team, Team Westbrook, clinched victory at the event, beating out Brady’s team, and the Hollywood actor was quick to celebrate.
Ya’ll know Will knows how to tease … in all good fun.
Taking to the gram, Smith shared several photos of the race with the caption,
“We won!!! Sorry ’bout that, @tombrady – My Bad.” Smith, who hails from Pennsylvania and is a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan, couldn’t resist a little friendly banter with the NFL legend.
Get this: Before the race, Smith had a FaceTime chat with Brady, during which he told the New England Patriots Hall of Famer, “My entire childhood was spent with him beating my team, and I was like, it’s not going to happen out here today.” Smith was referring to the many times Brady’s teams had bested the Eagles over the years, though he did enjoy seeing his Eagles win the Super Bowl over Brady’s Patriots in 2018.
Brady, the champion of champions, showed his competitive spirit by responding in the Instagram comments, “Until the next time. I’m happy for you! Enjoy it while it lasts because we are coming for your a$$.”
If you don’t know, the E1 racing series is a new, innovative form of water competition. It features high-speed electric-powered boats capable of reaching speeds of up to 50 knots (about 26 mph). These lightweight boats, made from carbon fiber and weighing around 800 kg (1,763.7 lbs), require only one pilot to navigate. It sounds like the F1 of boating.
The high-profile event has attracted significant star power, with team owners including Tom Brady, Will Smith, Formula 1 driver Sergio Perez, tennis star Rafael Nadal, former soccer player Didier Drogba, singer Marc Anthony, and DJ Steve Aoki.
Check this: Brady’s team, which had previously secured victories in Jeddah, Venice, and Monaco, was edged out by Smith’s Team Westbrook in Lake Como. Team Brazil and Team Rafa completed the podium after initially leading the qualifying rounds. With nine teams competing in the tournament’s second year, the rivalry will heat up as the season progresses.
Again, you just have to be in that bracket to really take part in the fun like Smith and Brady, but for now, we can dream, can we?
NBA legend and Laker great Magic Johnson recently addressed comments made by Minnesota Timberwolves superstar Anthony Edwards. Edwards is a rising 23-year-old NBA talent. He sparked controversy when he claimed Michael Jordan was the only truly skilled player from the 1990s.
Oh boy, here we go …
The other MJ responded to Edwards’ remarks with a pointed critique in an interview with ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith.
“I never respond to a guy that’s never won a championship,” Johnson said. “There’s not really anything to say. He didn’t win a college championship. I don’t even know if he won a high school championship.”
ICYMI, Edwards threw the shade a few days earlier when he shared his views with the Wall Street Journal’s Lane Florsheim. “I didn’t watch it back in the day so I can’t speak on it,” Edwards said. “They say it was tougher back then than it is now, but I don’t think anybody had skill back then. [Michael Jordan] was the only one that really had skill, you know what I mean?”
At just 23, Edwards earned two All-Star selections, a spot on the 2024 All-NBA team, and a place on the 2020-21 All-Rookie team. While he continues to build his legacy, Johnson’s words remind him of the respect owed to the legends who came before him.
Listen this is an ongoing debate. How skilled players were back then versus today. It’s an argument and we’re here for it.
Uncle Luke, has a hot take as he tends to have. The pioneering Miami rapper known for his work with 2 Live Crew, recently shared his thoughts on the current state of rap, particularly the dominance of female rappers.
Look we know, his influence on the genre is undeniable, but let’s get right to what he said:
“Male rap is on some bulls**t right now,” Uncle Luke stated bluntly. “The females are winning. They’re doing everything that I did. I’m still waiting for these girls to send me a f***ing check.” He went on to specifically mention artists like Ice Spice and Megan Thee Stallion, saying, “I need a check from Ice Spice who turn her a** around. Dropping it like it’s hot and doo-doo browning. I need a check from her, I need a check from Sexyy Red… Megan Thee Stallion, anybody that’s running around shaking their a**es, talking about p***y and d**k on the record, y’all need to send me a check.”
Check this out, Luke also highlighted his role in fighting for artists’ rights to express themselves freely, noting that female rappers today are “whooping these men’s a**es right now ’cause we doing our thing.”
Okay in addition to his thoughts on female rappers, Uncle Luke reflected on his attempts to mediate the infamous feud between the greats, Biggie Smalls and Tupac Shakur.
“I tried to get in the middle of it and squash it,” he said. “I kind of cooled it off, but it was a little too late. Outside people got involved.” He recalled a show in St. Louis where Biggie was met with chants of Tupac’s name, describing it as “the most discouraging thing when you in a battle.”
Anyway, ya’ll know how we feel … Everybody is entitle to their own opinion. Especially Uncle Luke.
