Oprah Winfrey recently denied reports that she’s taking popular Ozempic injections to lose weight. Fand noticed the mogul recently dropped a lot of weight and wondered if Oprah gave in to the current weight loss trend.
In a recent discussion about obesity during her “The State of Weight” panel, Oprah shared that she thought about taking Ozempic, which is prescribed for people with type 2 diabetes.
“Shouldn’t we all just be more accepting of whatever body you choose to be in? That should be your choice,” Oprah said during the panel. “Even when I first started hearing about the weight loss drugs, at the same time I was going through knee surgery, and I felt, ‘I’ve got to do this on my own.’ Because if I take the drug, that’s the easy way out.’”
Oprah also admitted she lost weight by hiking and eating healthy food while recovering from knee surgery last year.
“I had knee surgery in August, and then I had another knee surgery in November,” she said. “When I came home the first time, I literally could not lift my leg. I couldn’t lift my heel off of the bed, and I vowed if I was ever able to get up, walk around, and move again — that I would take advantage of movement, exercise, and of being able to be fully in my body.”
Battling weight gain her entire career, Oprah once infamously talked about being shamed for being overweight. “This is a world that has shamed people for being overweight forever, and all of us who have lived it know that people treat you differently, they just do,” Oprah said to USA TODAY. “I’m Oprah Winfrey, and I know all that comes with that, but I get treated differently if I’m 200-plus pounds versus under 200 pounds.”

Nicki Minaj is getting the Barbz ready for Pink Friday 2 and she just announced that she will be going on tour. After pushing several singles this year, the Queens rapper released the single “Last Time I Saw You,” and just celebrated the single going number one on iTunes in 37 different countries.
Nicki announced on social media:
“Giving a big virtual hug to all these countries,” Nicki Minaj wrote on Twitter. “Omg can’t wait to see you guys on TOUR next year. #LastTimeISawYou seems like it was decades ago~ and seeing some of you for the first time ever.” Not only that, but this suggests that the Trinidadian MC is actually hitting multiple countries on her trek. Nothing’s official yet, but it’s very possible that Pink Friday 2 will take her all over the world.
With “Last Time I Saw You,” Nicki Minaj feels all the more grateful for this success, and shared some kind words with fans. “I can’t thank you enough for your love and continued support,” the 40-year-old shared. “I have not been excited about the release of a song to this extent for maybe, I don’t know, I can’t even tell you, I don’t even remember when!”
She continued, “I hope that it’s therapeutic for you. I hope that even after, it makes you reflect. If you are reflecting on a time, or a person that you wish you could go back in time and have a do over etc… I hope that you are still able to smile at the end of the song by realizing that you now have a chance to treat the people that you love, that are still in your life the way that expresses to them what they mean to you. In the meantime, please enjoy the song as much as I have enjoyed creating it. Just know that Pink Friday 2 is going to be the best album that’s been released in years!!! LOVE YOU.”

Last night, fans at Beyoncé’s Renaissance show at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium got a special treat when Queen Bey brought DJ Khaled out as a special guest to entertain the crowd before her set.
In true DJ Khaled fashion, he brought out a load of heavy hitters including, 2 Chainz, Wiz Khalifa, Roddy Ricch, Coi Leray, Offset, and Lil Wayne, to perform with him.
DJ Khaled breezed through some of his biggest songs, including “All I Do Is Win.” Wiz Khalifa played “Young, Wild, & Free,” as the two sang along to the carefree track and Coi Leray performed her hit song, “Players’.
Celebrities spotted at the Los Angeles show included Kris Jenner, Meghan Markle, Prince Harry, Sofia Vergara, Pedro Pascal, Gabrielle Union, Keke Palmer, Kelly Rowland, Lil Wayne, Offset, Roddy Rich, Issa Rae, Lebron James, Sarah Paulson and Tracee Ellis Ross. Fans attending Beyoncé’s SoFi Stadium second show will also get a chance to see DJ Khaled as an opening act — possibly with new and/or returning special guests to join him. He first revealed the big news through Instagram.

Two years ago rapper T.I. and his wife, singer Tiny Harris were sued by their former friend Sabrina Peterson for defamation of character, invasion of privacy, interference with prospective economic advantage, and emotional distress. Peterson publicly accused the couple of being sexual predators and luring women with drugs for their sexual pleasure.
Now T.I. and Tiny are seeking reimbursement of their legal fees after Peterson quietly dropped the case.
Radar Online reports:
Rapper T.I. and his wife Tiny want their ex-friend Sabrina Peterson to pay a 6-figure sum to cover the legal fees they racked up defending themselves in the lawsuit she brought accusing the couple of a coordinated harassment attack, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, T.I. [real name: Clifford Harris] and Tiny have demanded $164,650.56 from Sabrina.
Now, in a newly filed document, T.I. and Tiny asked the court to award them $164,650.
“The Harrises’ request for $164,650.56 in attorneys’ fees and costs is reasonable and in line with fee awards regularly affirmed in this district. Given the complexity of the legal issues, the time necessary to adjudicate Peterson’s seven causes of action over a two-year period, and the additional costs of appeal, the amount requested should be awarded in full,” the couple’s lawyer wrote.
A judge has yet to rule. The case remains ongoing with the remaining claims.
Singer Michel’le caused major concern last week at the Jazz On The Water Festival in Stockton, Calif. The 52-year-old R&B singer was performing her hit song “Something In My Heart” when she almost fell while dancing.
The “No More Lies” singer stumbled across the stage causing fans to speculate.
The crowd attempted to help her out by singing the song’s lyrics bodly. That’s when Michel’le passed the mic to a fan who appeared intoxicated
“No. You was supposed to sing,” Michel’le told the fan.
“I love y’all ’cause I’ve been enjoying myself,” she told the audience.
One TikTok user wrote: “This was hard to watch. My heart breaks for her.”
Another person wrote: “Lol ohh she drunk drunk.”
While a third person wrote: “Why would they allow this to continue?”
Michel’le took to Instagram to assure her fans she was OK.
“I wanna thank everyone of you who was concerned, or have inquired about my well being. I am FINE, and looking forward to my next show. Blessings & love to you all [wink emoji]. #Inevergiveup #yallknowimafighter.”
Earlier this year, gossip vlogger Tasha K filed for bankruptcy to avoid paying the $4 million judgment awarded to rapper Cardi B after she won judgement against Tasha for defamation of character. Cardi continues the war by filing a subpoena for Tasha’s wire transfers…
Radar Online reports:
Cardi B has fired off subpoenas in an effort to track down money held by blogger Tasha K — who was ordered to pay the rapper $4 million after spreading lies about her, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Cardi B has informed the judge presiding over Tasha K’s bankruptcy of the subpoenas being sent to Morris Legal & Tax LLC, Bank of American, JPMorgan Chase Bank, Discover Financial and American Express.
Cardi has demanded the companies turn over information regarding Tasha’s finances. Specifically, the Bodak Yellow rapper demanded Morris Tax & Legal turn over Tasha’s tax returns from 2019 to 2022.
In addition, she demanded all documents Tasha provided to the tax company to prepare her returns. Cardi also requested “all documents and communications received by or sent to third parties other than the Debtor, including but not limited to the Internal Revenue Service, regarding the Debtor’s finances employment, income, expenses, businesses or business interests, including Kebe Studios, LLC, Monalisa Brown, LLC and Yelen Entertainment, LLC.”
The rapper asked the banks to turn over information of all deposits, withdrawals, transfers, copies of front and back of cancelled checks, wire information, and account statements.
Hip Hop Fashion has always influenced fans, sports, music and most aspects of entertainment. In a dazzling fusion of high fashion and hip-hop culture, designer Kimberly Dumas has unveiled a groundbreaking creation to mark the 50th anniversary of hip hop – the Custom Black Biggie Smalls Crocs. Paying homage to the genre’s iconic figures and its undeniable impact on fashion, these custom Crocs are a stunning testament to the creativity and innovation that hip hop has inspired across various art forms.
The Biggie Smalls Crocs are not just another pair of shoes; they are a carefully crafted masterpiece that marries the laid-back comfort of Crocs with the opulence and style that have become synonymous with high fashion. Drawing inspiration from the legendary rapper Notorious B.I.G., also known as Biggie Smalls, Dumas has ingeniously woven together the elements that defined his style and legacy.
The most striking aspect of these custom Crocs is the meticulous detailing that sets them apart. One shoe is a nod to the iconic Coogi sweater, a signature of Biggie’s fashion repertoire. Dumas took this concept a step further by incorporating actual pieces of a Coogi sweater into the design. The result is a captivating blend of texture and color that captures the essence of Biggie’s bold and flamboyant style.
On the other shoe, Dumas channels the luxurious aesthetics of Versace, a brand that Biggie Smalls frequently referenced in his lyrics. Gold embellishments adorn the Croc, evoking the opulence that Versace is renowned for. But the pièce de résistance is undoubtedly the real crystals that spell out “Biggie Smalls” on the heel of the Croc. This detail not only adds an element of extravagance but also serves as a sparkling homage to the rapper himself.
Kimberly Dumas has been dubbed the NYC Croc Queen. Designing custom hip hop Crocs for the who’s who in the industry. “I needed to create a shoe to show Biggie’s fans that I mean business when it comes to celebrating one of the best lyricists to date. Having real Versace and Coogie pieces dominate the shoes were a necessity”, Dumas revealed. “Creating became something that fell into my lap. I was on vacation. I was staying with my sister who has everything in the world. I wanted to make her something money can’t buy. I decided to make her a custom pair of Crocs and the rest is history. It was my first time experimenting with any type of arts & crafts project and I have been customizing Crocs and other items for the past two years”, states Kim who made her sister a wedge Croc with bling on it. “It gave me so much joy to see my sister’s reaction”.
The Custom Black Biggie Smalls Crocs stand as a symbol of how hip hop has transcended musical boundaries to shape various aspects of culture, including fashion. Hip hop has always been a platform for self-expression and individuality, and these Crocs capture that essence flawlessly. They tell a story of an artist who defied norms, embraced his unique style, and left an indelible mark on both music and fashion. As we celebrate the 50th anniversary of hip hop, the Custom Black Biggie Smalls Crocs stand as a testament to the enduring influence of the genre. They remind us that hip hop is more than just music; it’s a cultural movement that continues to inspire and shape the world around us. So, if you’re looking to step up your style game while paying homage to an icon, these custom Crocs are the perfect choice. Slip into them and walk in the footsteps of a legend, making a fashion statement that resonates with the beats of hip hop’s past, present, and future.
