Offset’s Gifts To Cardi B Blasted By PETA

Cardi B and Offset recently had a pretty lavish and fun dual celebration on Thursday (October 12) that ruffled a few feathers in the animal rights world. Moreover, while the former celebrated her 31st birthday, which was the day before, whereas the latter held a joint release party for his brand new album, Set It Off. Of course, the two showed each other a lot of appreciation for these milestones, and for always supporting them on their individual and unitary journeys. However, what really set PETA off were the three crocodile Birkin bags that the former Migo gave the Bronx MC. Given how much she liked them, we doubt that this will result in the bags being put in the trash.

“Instead of using his wealth and influence for good, Offset chose to funnel hundreds of thousands of dollars into a gruesome, violent industry,” PETA Vice President Lisa Lange remarked. She released a statement directed to the couple on Friday (October 13). “[It] electroshocks crocodiles [and] shoves metal rods into their heads in an attempt to scramble their brains. Regardless, it’s thanks to organizations like PETA that we’re even conscious of these cruelties. Considering that the rap couple also gave out food and drinks for free at the bash, which wasn’t all vegan, maybe PETA has a particular bone to pick with these two. These conversations are always important to bring up, because you never know how much one convinced person can change things. The two met after one of the tour stops in Brooklyn in July, with the Toronto rapper labeling Sexyy his “rightful wife” in a social media post afterward. During Rolling Loud Miami, Sexyy teased having a song in the works with Drake. “We got a song coming out,” she said after joking about the two being in a romantic relationship. “I did some lil’ shit on his song. In a new clip from the show, Drake calls attention to an audience member holding a sign. The sign reads, “Drake, I spent my furniture money on your two shows.” After reading it aloud, he announces that he’ll be giving the fan a huge gift in return for their dedication. “You know what my man, your furniture money? I’m gonna give you 50 bands,” he told them. As expected, the crowd went wild. The Canada-born performer went on to give a motivational message to his fans, explaining why we should treat others with kindness.

Offset Surprises Cardi B With Luxury Gift

In a new clip, Cardi B reveals that a sweet present from her partner prevented an impending argument. According to the rapper, Offset had called her to ask if she wanted him to bring her home some food. After she agreed, however, hours went by and she was left hungry. “So I’m waiting on the food and then I start getting aggravated because I’m like, ‘How you gonna ask me if I want a red snapper?’ So I don’t order food. I don’t Uber Eats food because I’m waiting on his food,” she explains.

“So then I called him and I told him like, ‘If I knew you was gonna take two hours to get me food, you shouldn’t have even asked me if I wanted food,” Cardi adds. Fortunately for Offset though, he didn’t come home empty handed. Not only did he bring her the eagerly-awaited red snapper he had promised, but he also brought her a luxury handbag. “Look what my baby was doing for me!” Cardi says excitedly.
