Lil Baby Recalls Losing A Ridiculous Amount Of Money While Gambling For “40 Hours Straight”

Lil Baby says he once lost an absurd amount of money while gambling for 40 hours straight. He recalled the wild story during an interview with Lil Yachty on his A Safe Place podcast. He joked that he asked Michael Rubin to help get him banned from casinos afterward.

The topic began with Yachty asking Baby the most he ever lost. “Eight million dollars,” Baby replied. “One day, probably like 40 hours. 40 hours straight, I lost like, $8 million, $9 million. I made myself stop gambling. I had [Fanatics founder] Mike Rubin write a letter to every casino and ban me from the casino, ’cause I just do sh*t.”

It’s not the first time Baby has mentioned losing money while gambling. He previously spoke about going out once with Drake, Meek Mill, and James Harden, as well as Rubin during an episode of Complex’s 360 with Speedy Morman. “They say you gonna lose more than you gonna win, but over time, you can’t even remember, though. That’s the crazy part. I just feel like, if I’m lucky today, I’m lucky. If I’m not, I’m not,” he said on the show. “I win all the time. I lose all the time, too.”

Drake Goes Full Gambling Ad Mode In Corny New Promo Video For Stake

Drake may be dealing with a whole lot of controversy these days, but he would never let external pressures throw him off his bag-chasing game. Moreover, he recently released an Instagram ad for the gambling company Stake – with which he’s long been affiliated – that, despite its corniness, is a pretty crucial ego boost for The Boy amid a pretty difficult time. “Daddy, why do we have so much money?” his new ad asks, presumably from the perspective of his son Adonis Graham. “Because I never gave up,” it answers in text. Cue the eye-roll. “I rarely celebrate anything,” Drizzy says in the clip.

“Just for anyone watching this that’s wondering how this happened, it’s being so unsure how you’re getting it done that you just kind of keep going in the hopes of figuring out the formula,” Drake shares. The ad itself shows off many of his luxurious possessions, such as his “Air Drake” private plane and his fancy cars, while also adding footage of him winning big while gambling and playing some royalty-free-sounding piano keys in the ad’s background. It’s probably a nice reminder of the 6ix God’s success amid his legal battle against Universal Music Group and Spotify.

Meanwhile, Drake also appeared in some more ridiculous stories this week, including a wild claim from Azealia Banks. “Damnnn.. you wanna suck Drake d**k that bad?” one fan asked Banks in response to her defense of his moves against UMG and Spotify. “AND DID!!!!!!!!” she replied. Of course, maybe this is just a troll, but with how quickly word spreads on the Internet, take it with a barrel of salt and don’t pay it much mind.

But all these conversations around the legal petition put Drake in one of his most challenging trials of public opinion and scrutiny. At least he will always have Stake to manifest these energies into max wins. Elsewhere, folks continue to discuss the Toronto superstar at length, such as Joe Budden speaking on previously unfulfilled collabs with him back in the day. SOURCE SPORTS: SD Padres’ Tucupita Marcano Could Face Lifetime Ban From Baseball Over Gambling Scandal

Several reports have confirmed that there is yet another scandal involving gambling in baseball; this time it is San Diego Padres infielder Tucupita Marcano, who is accused of betting on his former team’s games, which violates Major League Baseball’s gambling policy.

Marcano, who made his major league debut in 2021, is currently under investigation for reportedly gambling on Pittsburgh Pirates games back in 2023 when he was on the team’s IL. The 24-year-old is currently on the Padres roster, but has not played a game rfor San Diego in 2024 due to a torn ACL.

MLB and the MLB Players Association have yet to comment on the allegations, but both sides are ironing out details about the potential punishment, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Marcano can be banned from baseball for life for his violation and The Wall Street Journal has reported that at least four other major league baseball players could be penalized for betting on MLB games while they were in the minor leagues.

All of this comes at the tail end of the investigation of Ippei Mizuhara, the interpreter who admitted to stealing millions from L.A. Dodgers’ star Shohei Ohtani, in order to pay off his illegal gambling debts.

Drake Lost More Than $500,000 On Tyson Fury’s Loss To Oleksandr Usyk

The biggest heavyweight fight in a very long time took place on Saturday in Saudi Arabia, as undefeated four-belt holder Oleksandr Usyk faced undefeated lineal champ Tyson Fury with the undisputed heavyweight crown on the line.

The fight lived up to the billing, with the two champs impressing at different stages of the fight. Fury, the favorite coming in, looked like he was taking control in the middle rounds until a stunning flurry from Usyk in the ninth round flipped the bout on its head. Usyk rocked Fury with a left that he didn’t see coming, and then chased Fury around the ring, battering him with punches and bouncing him off the ropes before the referee stepped in for an 8-count. Fury would finish the fight, but that 10-8 round was the difference in a Usyk split decision win and a split draw on the cards, giving the slight underdog the win and all five belts.

That ninth round effort will live in the minds of many for some time, with Drake being among them for the wrong reasons. Prior to the fight, Drake posted to Instagram that he had a $565,000 bet on Fury to win, and for a long time that looked like it had a good chance to cash until that ninth round changed everything.

Drake is no stranger to taking some losses this month, as his battle with Kendrick Lamar was a resounding majority decision win for K Dot in the eyes of the public. He tossed a little over half a million onto the fire by backing Fury, as a tough May continues for The Boy.

This video prompted Fif to go to Instagram and write, “Just in, SIRE caught gambling with my money, his ass better made that shot!” Sire had put $600 on this shot so that he could recoup his money. However, had he not made the shot, he would have lost $1100 total. Thankfully for both Sire and Fif, the shot went in which led to a $100 profit. While $100 is not a lot of money, it can be for an 11-year-old. Hopefully, he doesn’t spend it all in one place. Although with inflation, he may have no choice.

Offset Gambles In Florida

Only days after the apparent date night, Offset appears to have spent his weekend alone, gambling in Florida. TMZ got footage of the performer playing cards at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL last night (February 17), reportedly dropping at least a few grand. It’s possible that Offset was trying to win back some of what he lost on his Super Bowl bet. He reportedly put $1 million on the San Francisco 49ers, which obviously didn’t work out in his favor.

The set of three d6 dice and a velvet bag costs $25 while a back of regulation playing cards costs $15. At the time of writing, the playing cards have already sold out. The new merch was released with very little fanfare but was clearly inspired by the ongoing scandal with Ross.

Of course, as mentioned, this all comes after 21 was roasted online for allegedly using marked cards against Adin Ross during a stream. 21 denied any knowledge of the cards. However, he said he would honor his debt and pay Ross the full amount he owed. The rapper had been down $400K at one point in the stream. He then made a miraculous comeback, eventually cashing out with Ross owing him $120K.

Meanwhile, during a phone call with Kai Cenat, Ross cleared the air about the ongoing situation with 21. First, Ross made it very clear that he did not blame 21 for the marked cards during their recent high-stakes gambling stream. Instead, Ross placed the blame on a member of Savage’s crew. Furthermore, Ross confirmed that since the stream, he had received a $250K payment from 21 to settle their debt. Cenat was simply happy that Ross, a close friend of his, had “got that bread”.

Meanwhile, 21 is not the only rapper that Ross has been rolling with lately. Drake has revealed to Adin Ross that he needs $3M to fly on the rapper’s private jet, Air Drake. The revelation came as Drake dialed into Ross’ latest stream. Drake Reveals His Gambling-Inspired Alter Ego

Stake is a crypto-gambling platform that has exploded in recent years. The company has games that you can play online. Furthermore, you can also engage in sports betting which is a large part of what Drizzy does on there. Ultimately, he is their largest spokesman, and sometimes, he even goes on the streaming platform Kick for some gambling streams.

We have seen him do this in the past, however, he found himself back on the platform over the weekend. It was here where he could be seen streaming outside and having a delightful time. In fact, at one point in the stream, he got to show off his new alter ego. As you will see, this alter ego came to him in the form of a hat. On the hat are dollar signs and a girl named Anita Max Wynn. If you read it fast, you will hear “I Need A Max Win” which is simply gambling jargon.
