Freddie Gibbs Calls Out DJ Akademiks Amid Sexual Assault Allegations

Freddie Gibbs called out DJ Akademiks for being a “rapist ass b*tch” on Twitter, Sunday, amid allegations that the podcaster and two of his friends sexually assaulted his ex-girlfriend. The woman, Ziya Abashae, came forward with the story on Instagram Live, Saturday, after Akademiks detailed her having a “three-some” with his friends.

“Let the disrespect be as loud as the disrespect,” Gibbs wrote on social media. In more posts, he added, “@Akademiks quiet as a church mouse today happy new year U rapist ass b*tch,” as well as “Hoe ass n***a I’mma come to court and slap U.”

As for the accusation against Akademiks, his ex explained on Instagram Live: “For you to pretend you didn’t do anything? That I just went to your house and I’m some thot, like we didn’t know each other for 2 years. You tried to save yourself after your friends assaulted me. Whether or not you got drunk or not. I know that when you woke up, you were on top of me too. You raped me too.” She also confirmed she had a rape kit conducted after the incident. She continued: “I look crazy right now but I’m not going to stand here and let this man continue to lie about me. Joe Budden Confesses Jay-Z Conflict Wasn’t Something He Handled Well

Jay-Z and Joe Budden have had a pretty complicated collaborative history across the past twenty or so years. Moreover, you might know the rumors that Hov wanted to charge Budden $250K for a guest verse, which the latter himself admitted that he couldn’t confirm or deny. However, now he has a different admission about how he handled the Roc-A-Fella boss becoming the head of Joe’s label Def Jam, and the rift that this relationship caused between them. Furthermore, he explained this on The Pivot podcast recently, and broke down why he probably could’ve been a little more nuanced and appreciative in his response to a hip-hop peer becoming his higher-up.

“When Jay-Z got his role as president of Def Jam, I was a young artist on Def Jam trying to work on my second album,” Joe Budden explained. “And at that time, a lot of the artists on Def Jam had an issue with Jay-Z being the president. This was the first time that a rapper, our peer, was calling the shots, in charge of DMX’s release date and [LL COOL J’s] release date.

“None of us took that well. And I really didn’t take it well,” Joe Budden continued. “I didn’t handle myself well at all. Every interview that they booked for me, I kicked their back in. Every chance I got in front of a microphone, I had disparaging things to say about people who, ultimately, were maybe trying to help me. Even if they weren’t trying to help me, if I would’ve helped myself, I would have been in a different predicament. But I didn’t. Gas on the fire.

“In some instances, I maybe went about it the wrong way or expressed myself the wrong way,” he went on, referencing how he fell out with Slaughterhouse and Eminem’s Shady Records, too. “But the intent is always pure. The intent is always for the better of everyone. It’s never like a selfish act. Joe Budden Accuses Logic Of Lying About Being Suicidal

Joe Budden and Logic have had a well-known feud for some time. Although Logic tends to forgive and forget, Budden is someone who will continue to send shots if he feels it necessary to do so. Well, over the years, Budden has taken aim at Logic countless times. He even once told the rapper he was the worst of all time and that he should retire immediately. Overall, these harsh comments have added up, and now, Budden is getting to a much harsher place.

The retired rapper turned podcaster was recently on The Pivot Podcast where he got to speak to Ryan Clark, Channing Crowder, and Fred Taylor. The conversation lasted about an hour, however, at one point, they talked Logic. Logic had previously said that Joe’s comments made him suicidal at times. When this got brought up, Budden didn’t react too kindly. In fact, he accused the artist of lying. It is a pretty massive accusation, although Budden did it so flippantly.

“Logic is full of s***. I don’t believe him,” Budden said. “You can’t know and you can’t prove it. But Logic is full of s***… Logic put out a song with mental health as the phone number – 1-800-whatever-the-f***-that-s***-was. Pandering b*llsh*t. Everything about Logic is pandery. So there’s really no way to ever tell what’s truthful and what’s not truthful. And since he said [he experienced suicidal thoughts] I try to take him off my list of people to speak about because I do have a heart. But I do think he’s full of s***.” Whether or not Logic responds, remains to be seen. Regardless, this is a pretty low blow, even for Budden’s standards.

The Game Says 50 Cent Is “Not A Happy Guy” While Discussing Lloyd Banks

The Game has responded to rumors that 50 Cent’s rift with Lloyd Banks was the result of him taking a photograph with Game back in 2016. Speaking with VladTV, Game remarked that 50 can’t be a “happy guy” at this point.

“I think we getting to a point where you’re going to have to assume 50’s not a happy guy,” he told Vlad. “I don’t think [Banks] meant to shit on 50 by taking a picture; I think he just saw a n***a that he came up with and created music with and created a bond with, and it was nothing but a snap of a picture.” He added: “We took a picture, I mean, y’know, he got his panties in a bunch about it, but again, 50 gon’ be mad about something anyway, so I didn’t give a fuck and I doubt that Banks did.”

Game was famously linked to G-Unit early in his career but had a falling out of his own with 50. Despite their longstanding beef, he looks back fondly on the time this many years later. He told Vlad: “And G-Unit was dope and 50 was dope and that experience was dope but I just don’t feel like I ever really fit or that it was just me because I’m not the solider type. I felt like I was my own boss and I’m a king in my own right, and so I needed to stand on my own two.”

Joe Budden Calls Dee-1 “Clout-Chasing,” Christian Rapper Threatens To Unleash Diss Track

Joe Budden and Dee-1 have been going back and forth for a few weeks now, and unfortunately, it doesn’t look like their feud is showing any signs of slowing down. Budden first took issue with the Christian MC’s unflattering comments about Rick Ross, Jim Jones, and Meek Mill, and at this point, he thinks he’s just chasing clout. Dee-1 fired back at his latest criticism, however, threatening to unleash his previously teased diss track.

“That other n***a is clout-chasing,” Budden says in a clip from his podcast, shared by Dee-1 on social media this week. “I ain’t saying his name no more ‘cause you’s a nasty, clout-chasing Christian … That n***a’s disgusting… Name whoever you want. Name away. I’m sorry I ever caught wind of your Christian a**. You have been a real Christian f*cking thorn in my side ever since I got wind of whoever the f*ck you are.”

Dee-1 responded with a video message, putting the internet personality on blast for continuing to diss him. “Joe Budden, you still talking about me, dog?” he began. “Let me show you one difference between me and you. This is a pattern… I represent something that you not on, so you gonna find every way to try to discredit it or tell me what I’m doing is wrong. Just stop. I’m still not gonna disrespect you, brother, because you are such an easy target.”

“You say I’m a Christian thorn in your side,” he continued. “If I release this song I did about you, that’s gonna be a Christian dagger to your ego. And I know you can’t take that, bro.” Dee-1 went on, claiming that he’ll keep responding to Budden’s comments whether he calls him out by name or not, adding that he doesn’t appreciate him joking about his religion.

Some of these have actually been posted to social media, which is exactly what happened yesterday. In fact, Chrisean accused Blueface of punching her in the face.

Furthermore, Blue came out and said that his child looks more like Charles Barkley, and that it could even belong to Lil Baby. This has all been quite the show, and fans are concerned about the sheer levels of toxicity here. As for Chrisean, it seems like she is responding in the booth. As for the lyrics, well, they are filled with thoughts of revenge. For instance, she describes making Blueface babysit as she has sex with another man. Overall, it is all pretty petty, however, that has never been a problem when it comes to these two. The pettiness is constantly being one-upped in some capacity. That said, we hope these two are able to work out their differences, for the sake of their child. Blueface Says Chrisean Jr Looks Like Charles Barkley, Says The Baby Isn’t His

Blueface is back to antagonizing Chrisean Rock. A video recently emerged of the rapper saying that their child together, Chrisean Jr, looks like “Charles Barkley”. Blue reshared the video to his X page alongside a string of posts expressing his disdain for Rock and her constant presence in his life. However, Blue also appeared to imply that Chrisean Jr was not his son. “That baby looks nothing like me idk why she keep forcing this on me that’s not my child scientifically proven already ,” Blue wrote. Minutes later, he reshared the video of him making roasting the child.

Despite these claims, fans were unconvinced about Blue’s comments. “Well what was the point of you poppin up to her crib that day claiming your son was at home with no parents?! Now he not your son?” one person noted. Despite repeated claims that he was done with Rock, including later tweeting that he was going to get a restraining order against her, Blue just can’t seem to stop using her to stay in the public eye.

However, the “Charles Barkley” moment was perhaps the only humorous part of the Chrisean Jr drop-off video. Rock later took to Instagram Live to claim that Blue had physically assaulted her. Specifically, she claimed that he had punched her while she was holding Chrisean Jr in his home. Blue has denied the allegations, claiming that Rock arrived at his home unannounced and uninvited and that she never came inside.

The allegations come a few days after Blue declared that fighting people makes him “horny”. The bizarre confession came after Soulja Boy unsurprisingly no-showed for the physical fight that Blue had challenged him to. However, both the ongoing feud between himself and Rock, along with her assault allegations, is a developing story and we’ll have any updates as and when they emerge.

Big Sean Breaks Silence On Kendrick Lamar’s Leaked Diss Track

Big Sean says that he doesn’t consider the leaked Kendrick Lamar song that mentions him by name a diss. Speaking with TMZ about the unreleased track, he explained that he would’ve fired back with a response had he considered it one.

“Ain’t no diss,” Sean quickly remarked when the outlet asked about it. As for his current relationship with Lamar, he says they’re cool. “Of course. If it was a diss, it would have been a diss. If it was a diss, it would have been another diss.” Altogether, Sean appeared to be in good spirits while discussing the lyrics.

Cute-ass raps, get your puberty up/ Then make you a classic album before you come at us/ Drake and Meek Mill beef might got you gassed up/ But I’m a whole ‘nother beast, I really f*ck you up.” It appears that the lyrics stem from an alternate version of “Pandemic,” which landed on Lamar’s Black Panther soundtrack.

Blueface Claims He Gets Horny When Men Fight Him

However, Blue has been able to stay in the news thanks to all of this. He doesn’t focus much on music anymore, but the antics keep him thriving.

Recently, he got into some trouble thanks to a concert in Utah in which a fan was invited on stage, only to get stomped. Now, there is an investigation ongoing, and it remains to be seen what will happen to the rapper. Furthermore, there was the whole situation with Soulja Boy, and even Offset. As it turns out, Blue is someone who loves these kinds of confrontations. In fact, there seems to be some sort of weird sexual component to all of this for him. At least that is how he explains it.

Blueface says Offset won’t be sending any more threats his way after he had one of his associates check him in Miami, earlier this week. He made the claim while speaking with Soulja Boy on Instagram Live. The two have been feuding since Blueface claimed Offset slept with Chrisean Rock.
